This app is miserably terrible and vibe coded. If you choose this bank, beware of the app they provide. Scans your phone for "threats" without permission and doesn't let you login if you have just one. The UI is slow and everything looks vibe coded. No optimization, features dont work and are there only because the AI made a blueprint for them. Other than that, the app worked somehow, until a week ago. Something broke its not working anymore on android 16. A week passed and nothing is fixed.

The app gives errors and is not optimized very well

the app informs me that a specific app i have installed needs to be uninstalled in order to continue login. I never gave access to this app to scan my apps (what i have installed on my phone, Raiffeisen, BKT, Binance doses not do that). No one gave rights to Union Bank to overstep my privacy in order to keep their system safe. If you, bank, feel threatened that i can smh hack your system, try to hire better security IT technicians, dont spy my phone

Unable to use. Potential violation of privacy I installed the app, but was unable to use it due to a secudity poup comming out indicating 2 issues - respectively: 1.My phone's system is not up to date and might affect the way the app will work 2.There is a specific app in my phone that has something modified, thus i need to uninstall the app in order to use UB App. This last part, apart from impending me to proceed with the app deeply concerns me on the rights they took without my permission!!

Njesoj si perdoruesit e tjere dhe une pata probleme me logimin ne fillim, por tani cdo gje eshte ne rregull. Autentifikimi biometric te kursen shume kohe, por mendoj se duhet te jete dhe opsioni i logimit me fjalekalim per perdoruesit te cilet nuk duan te aktivizojne autentifikimin biometric

It's easily the worst banking app I have ever used. UI scale is bugged, back gesture is not working, and I actually feel how I'm getting older every time I start the app or click anywhere. A glorified waiting simulator.

Mire qe e paguanim ne muaj ate aplikacion te lodhur sikur ne asnje banke tjeter, po tani edhe ky eshte totalisht grop. Verifikimi ndalon dhe me thot kontakto administratorin. Ka gabime ortografike, logo zgjerohet, nje here del ne anglisht nje here ne shqip. Jeni totalisht te lodhur. Design eshte yll i bukur po kodi sikur e kan bere me versionin indian te chatGDP.

Pse duhet app i ri dhe smund te updatohej ekzistuesi eshte mister dhe idiotesi. Nejse e instaloj dhe pas nje notification qe cel im eshte rooted (jo e vertete), 2 kodeve verifikimi email dhe sms (pse jo dhe fax), kam 10 here qe mundohem ti njoh dok id pa sukses derisa hoqa dore. Eshte tragjikomike, frustruese por edhe thellesisht komike se si profesioniste te paguar kane arritur te ndertojne kete app. Mbeteni barcaleta e bank apps ne Shqiperi, nuk jua heq njeri medaljen per nje kohe te gjate.
