Locatio. service is poor, but customer service is even worse

Nice driver, nice car

Best driver

very good

Nevidjena usluga.

👍👍👍

Taxi driver left without picking me up, so I submitted a ticket to resolve the issue and... it was archived without providing any response. Same issue in another country, and the support just to mock me. Yandex is great in Russia, in the rest of the world it's kind of joke

it stopped showing bus stops and bus arriving time

got charged extra than the quoted charge, no explanation and the support is useless.Beware if you are using this as a tourist!

good driving

goog

this drive is so good man.

Horrible app due to wrong location

fix the bugs

good 👍😊

Good 👍👍

if you want to deal with the support that is absolutely not helpful and does not even try to resolve your issue this is the app for you

one of the unresponsive irresponsible and bad service you will experience in your life ! never try this

Worked well.

Good

Cannot attach a foreign credit card

rides are good but prices are a little bit higher even on less rush days

Scammers

good

They are scams. Charged a cancellation fee for the ride that never happened. The driver arrived at the wrong location and made no attempt to find me. Support promised a refund but after 10 days and numerous requests they still haven't provided the refund reference number. Instead, I keep receiving robotic automated replies. Don't ever use their services!

good ride

cant log in to my account ... its looping on sms verification

My driver was polite, an expert driver in difficult traffic ... I left a 33% tip, he deserved it.

Mulți soferi ce își permit prea multe

cuts additional fees. support is non existent. there is a bot that replays via auto translate. this is the most disgusting app I have ever seen on market

The app is not working properly, constantly asks for a phone number confirmation even after a dozen confirmations.

awful customer service

Great ride, plov to come

very good

easy to book and safety

The application is constantly lying about waiting time. 😬

downgraded to 1, unable to add card. Google pay not working for over 3 weeks. Prices shown are much lower than actual cost

It has a feature includes yandex market, which is a trash. yandex support doesn't support at all, instead of offering a solution, they say it is not possible that they can help. if there was a rating for service and customer support, i would put 0 or even -1 for their staff and support

in 2 minutes of using this app I had to confirm my phone number 5 times, again and again and again

pleasant driver

very kind .

App is not safe to use, money is taken withour service being provided. Support absolutely useless.

excellent

very convenient

Not safe at all, customer support doesn't answer and they don't fix your problems. I chose a payment method and they randomly changed it to cash in the middle of the ride and I didn't have cash on me... no help was provided.

good 👍

👌👌

Everything was excellent.

Never use it, or u will get a big trouble. It is either bad network issue or navigation lost. Maybe it is good before, but not anymore, it is awful experience.

keep asking to log in my phone number

Good drive ☺️

Taxi fraud to the airport. I ordered the drive by application as usual so far, it was Thursday 5th October time 05:03 in the early morning. It was economy class, car White Dacia Jogger, registration plates BG26168TX, the payment was set to card. But suddenly during the drive while I was looking over the window on the rear passenger seat, the taxi driver changed the payment method to cash and increased the price when we came from 1823 rsd to 1900 rsd, don't know why, I wouldn't recommend anyone!

good driver, the roads were very busy and some blocked due to official traffic, he found alternative routes to get going with no waiting time

great driver and clean car

Terrible customer service.

👍

(Tbilisi, Georgia) bad customer service. Very slow, generic replies. Rather deal with an issue they will send a generic reply after 30 minutes and choose to abuse the user.

amazing app, but the dark theme should be device default.

zo'r👌👍

they dont refund at all for non serviced wrongly fee around 20 EURO charged on my card just following taxi fee charge 6 EURO HELP CENTER JUST ECHOS

Super

This man is a very good driver. He made me feel home and comfortable. Great driver.

। ok

доброе

The app showed a fare of ~1,500 TL, then suddenly dropped to ~70 TL after the driver claimed the system was down, leading me to cancel and pay via the taxi meter instead. I ended up paying 4,800 TL in total. The app's failure and misleading fare change left me vulnerable to being overcharged, and despite contacting support multiple times, they stopped responding. Extremely disappointing experience and customer service.

Fares are Resonble

I don't tell anybody to choose this app. It has some fraud and scam. When I ordered some food wrongly, than I changed my mind and cancelled the order, in this case my money didn't returned. Even I write Yandex support, they stopped our conversation and got away. It has scam truely.

terrible costumer support

excellent and polite 👌

Support doesn't work well. App optimisation is very bad.

Excellent service

non armenia users can't log in with other countries phone number

Great Experience

worst customer support ever!

Very disappointing first experience with Yandex Go in Istanbul. I was at the designated pickup point, but the ride was mishandled, and the amount was deducted from my account. Despite contacting customer support, I still haven't received a proper response or refund. Extremely poor service and customer support. I would not recommend it.

good

very good 👍

Excellent ride, very good driver.

ok sir 👍

Genuinely fantastic, mosto friendly and professional service. Well done!

good 👍

Can't start the app, or reinstall.

quick to download, easy to operate

Najveća legenda u svetu taksista!

the app stores your data on russian servers.

all good

yandex taxi driver started drive without me and they charged me for that drive. after contacting support they didnt return my money!!!

Probably the worst app I have ever used in my entire life. I have 10 years of experience building software and I am amazed how someone can make every single function and feature utterly frustratingly buggy.

Go on 💪

Can't add my email for reports, I've tried for hours and support is just ignoring...

Great and safe driver. Very polite

thank you for much

excellent and safa drive.

Great 👍

Friendly

We enjoy the ride safely

best app

not available to receive login code from past 1 month

nice

plain useless after recent failures

ок

ok

Yandex go zo'r ilova ekan!👍

goosd

good

the prices are unreasonable , 12-15 gel for 3km for a 10min drive at midnight , every time i open the app price has risen more , same route i used to take few months ago now costs 3 times more in better weather and quieter hours

Today, we needed a car ( Tashkent) for a ride to the train station. Drivers cancelled, and therefore the app would not let us order a new one for 5 minutes. This happened several times, until we almost missed our train.

worst app ever

estimate and final price are way different and can't change payment method (card) support is not loading at all...

always charge more and more. ride never begin when I'm on the car! and never end when I already arrived at my destination! charge a lot EVERY SINGLE TIME especially in Uzbekistan!!!!!

super rider

problem with work in georgia

The app is not reliable and may stop working any day (like today)

Good app when it works. But frustrates user when it doesn't. Seems to have issues during peak usage like Sundays in Almaty. Firstly, it couldn't find my location. Then it couldn't send me a verification code after i re-installed the app. Third thing that happened in the same day is it couldn't find a ride and kept looking for >30min. I had to walk back to my hotel. And it's still looking for a ride for me.

this app requested multiple rides without permission and the cancel button was disabled. Customer service is also not available to help.

application lags!

worst app ever!

App not working.

Your app doesn't work, fix it

zo'r 👍👍👍

You are taking 11% from drivers, drivers 100% disagree with the percentage of Yandex service fee

this apk not good service
