للأسف الشديد وبناءا على تجربة شخصية لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا البنك منظومة فاضلة بجميع المقاييس وقمت بتقديم شكوى فيهم في البنك المركزي السعودي والاغرب ان تجربتي معهم تجربة جميع مستخدمي التعاملات البنكية يستخدمونها كل ثانية وسببوا لي ضرر مادي ونفسي وتسببوا لي في خسارة كبييييرة بسبب منظومتهم الفاشلة اداريا وعمليا لذا وجب التنبيه على الجميع خليكم في البنوك الي تعرفوها اطلق واحسن وأمان أكثر حرصا على وقتكم واعصابكم واموالكم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في ذا البنك والله على ما أقول شهيد لا يوجد ما اتواصل معكم

I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience. The money I sent has not been credited to my account in my home country. When I called to cancel the transaction and request a refund, the bank representative refused, stating that a refund is not possible

I sent money 04 October 2026. It hasn’t received yet. and It doesn’t show transfer details. They doing scam, not business. Their support system is inappropriate. They are support isn’t friendly. Their intention isn’t good. I am worrying about my money. If they are care about customers they can refund or finish the transaction in a sec. I think this company doesn’t owned by Saudi. Maybe it’s partners are from non Saudi.

الحد الاقصى السحب اليومي او التحويل داخليا بين حسابات فيجن هو ٥٠٠٠ ريال. ندمت اني فتحت حساب معكم. ليس لديك الحرية المطلقة في التصرف بالمبلغ اول ٣٠ يوم. اقترح الغاء هذا الشرط المزعج. ايضا اقترح حذف الموسيقى عند بدأ التطبيق.

In Saudia if there have any bad bank service , this is vision bank. i suggest everyone to avoid this bank and apps. Most worsts customer service ( third class) . they will destroy your money, they will block your account and you didn’t get any solution from them.
