what is the point of thus app if we block facebook message at night why is it that if anyone video calls or just calls evan when the app it blocked that they can still get through with no problem at all this is very bad and needs to be sorted ASAP

this app is currently not functioning properly. my child was able to access apps that are currently blocked and is abe to use her phone even though it is supposed to be blocked for a sleep schedule. Will be looking for another app to use in place of this one. these issues have been going on for a couple of weeks now.

Basic brick on/off permissions if you are a cross platform family. app description does not mention this AT ALL. struggling to get a refund from the bot chat who defer you to Google play who then refer you back to developer. Email support address and they say they don't respond. REFUND PLEASE.

The worst app possible, I have an android and my son has an IPhone, I chose to buy the subscription thinking it would give more options, but unfortunately I couldn't do anything, it was same like using the free option. It's a waste of time and money, plus they don't even mention any of that.. very disappointed, no customer service whatsoever..

since ive become a subscribed payer service has been horrendous the locks never lock as intended and when I unlock i have to do it several times. the app freezes and im constantly getting a try again error. the location aren't real-time the app shows my kids are at home when the have been in school for hours and its just no reliable

Hi I purchased this app and right now i want to add my kids who is using new samsung A11+ tab with UI 8.5 update The problem when i configure Alii360 in kids and configure it once i allow accessibility option it lock settings overall. I mean when i click on setting gennerly in tab page splash and disappears. Once i disable accessibility from your app then setting option working buy we loss access on websites what he is visiting and youtube . Please help

It's a crazy app. Not working properly managing an iphone device via an android one. It's a headache. I give permission to the kiddo and see that the apps are blocked. It reaches to the bed time and still the kiddo has access to google in safari. It's not working as it's supposed to with lots of bugs and issues.

Poor performance in Android to iPhone configuration. Limited options only and a lot of bugs. Phone used time, location not syncing correctly. Bad to extend that it become useless.

the 1stweek we used it is fine but today my son's phone still lock even after the designated time its lock i tried opening it but my son called n said his phone is still lock.. i like this app but please work on the error occurring now so that well use it continuously

In-app support relies entirely on automated bot responses, making it difficult to reach human agents for technical troubleshooting. Email also rejected and asked to chat in the apps which are totally no use.

YouTube’s Picture-in-Picture feature allows videos to continue playing in a small floating window after the app is minimized. Your app does not block this, so children can keep watching videos despite parental controls. This defeats the purpose of paying for your subscription. Please treat this as an urgent issue and fix it as soon as possible so YouTube’s floating screen is also blocked when access is restricted.

I hope a password or PIN can be added to the KIDS360 app on the parent’s phone. This way, even if my child takes my phone, she won’t be able to open the app, unlock it, or change any of the settings on my phone. This would help prevent her from disabling or modifying the parental controls without the parent’s permission.

i just updated the app and it reset all my data, no entertainment limit appears. I paid for the app.

I used this app to control screen time and I forgot my password normal! I press, forgot password, I CANT GET INTO GMAIL NOW?! I HAD TO RESET MY PHONE TO USE IT.(update) Still trying! if I fix my phone, I am uninstalling your app and giving a 1 star review. your app actually sucks. FIX IT.

I am so glad I found this service. It's difficult to manage screen time and have boundaries without a fight. this app takes away that battle. I've been able to encourage better habits for my child with this app.

Update 3. I am now well into using a new phone for my child. phone 3. still unsuccessful in getting the map to work properly. around the help spiral we go to tell me what I have done many times. I have asked for a refund as this has only worked now and again for a little while. I personally think this app should be removed from the store. looking at how to push Google for that. it doesn't do as advertised. Recommendation is stay away.

I like the basic functions. But there is no clear way to adjust settings that were chosen when installing the app. For example I do not want to track my child's browser and YouTube history, how do I opt out of that? Also the map shows where my child is "here now" but it does not give the time and says "since 11 hours ago", even though she just arrived there within the last 30 minutes. And there is not a clear way to bypass the ChatBot to get support from a live agent.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the application because it has not worked properly for our needs. My child keeps deleting the application from his phone, even though I have set a password and blocked access to prevent this. As a result, I have not been able to use the service as intended. I therefore kindly wrote several mails to refund the money but no answer yet.

Customer service. I could not get the schedules to sync and it never worked correctly. all email requests for help remain unanswered, even after a three week period. I deleted after three months despite paying a 12 month prescription. Very poor experience and waste of money.

Was advertised as a parent being able to see what app are kids using in real time, which is not true. Very inconsistent functionality when using android to monitor kids on iPhone vs both being on iPhone. the only additional feature to native screen time is multiple schedules, which is not worth 60$/year. I will not renew my subscription.

Kids360 location service hasn't worked for several updates now. I can open another app and track my child's location with no issues. Kids360 just says "your child has been offline for a while". Unless Kids360 fixes their location service I would choose another app.

One parent can connect and control kid's phone but not 2.l! UGH. Makes the app pretty useless, honestly. Equally terrible, unhelpful "help" puts you in a dumb loop and unable to address specific scenario where only 1 parent can connect. Save your time and money. doest block safari which gives the child access to everything after the ipad being blocked , also it doesnt work well between android (parent) and ipad (kids) . it doesnt show the detailed time of what app the kid is using . there is no support to talk to only AI bot. i paid a full year sub that i regret .

doesn't work despite everything being enabled and no option to contact a human. the ai support isnt helpful. waste of money and pursuing a refund. Microsoft one at least works. I've tried emailing to resolve, but they dont read emails and the automatic reply advises to use the useless ai so I've started chargeback process through the bank edit: got my full refund. I recommend everyone else do this, otherwise they'll keep ignoring the issue and refuse to address concerns

love this app.. even the free version is amazing and is highly recommended. but the only thing I don't like this app is the everytime I need to use the phone settings on my kid's phone I have to uninstall and reinstall the app again and that is a big problem. the creators should do something regarding this. this part of the app is annoying.

It was so good while ago and I updated app and now I can't see where is my kid on the application. I did everything that I could,repair, download again,absolutely everything and still can't locate my kid on the app and can't send the signal anymore . It's showing that he is at home but with a big ! and his picture...pls do something about or I need to chose another app. For now 1 star,change the things and I will come back and put deserve stars

terrible customer support. You cannot free type a question only choose from a few questions. There is no phone number and I have no idea how to cancel the subscription. It is too restrictive and babyish for my teens. I only wanted it for location tracking and to turn the phones off at night and on in the morning. I am mostly mad about the lack of customer support.

You might as well not have this app. Chronically doesn't work. My son has no issues getting onto apps that are supposed to be "always blocked" Will continue playing Roblox for an hour past the time it is supposed to block it. absolute trash.

this app was okay.. it was working more or less at first but then kept having issues when I wanted to unblock apps during certain times it wasn't actually unblocking the app. There is no way to request a refund and I had the app for for less than a week.

an app that is "designed" to track your child...that fails to do so. DO NOT PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTION. I Wish I read the reviews before purchasing the year subscription. Works inconsistently in all areas. It just asks you to preform these basic troubleshooting steps that do absolutely nothing. Looks like I won't get a refund. I don't understand how to give my kid extra time by doing tasks as it never seems to work (result; very frustrated boy who feels that's unfair) and there's no option to just decide to give a certain amount of extra time. You can only decide on between which hours the downtime is on, not between which hours it's off. The way it works doesn't suit the rules in our household. When I unlock the phone, it cancels the routine??? That said, I'm glad we can add multiple routines, and coparent.

App is inaccurate. Idea is nice, but it doesn't properly track time on apps. I know my kid was on certain apps longer than it shows, and it shows apps running when they aren't. Battery life inaccurate too. I'll be canceling my subscription.

had to get a new phone, and now there is literally no way for me to set it back up. my kid can't get a log in code because it already has an account. I can't restore me account unless he gets a log in code. a rip off, a waste of money. and stupid AI customer support on top of that. embarrassing that I spent money on this .

rubbish now I can't access my child's phone to do anything

downloaded the app to track my daughter and make sure she gets to school safely...The map function doesn't work when I try to see her location....it keeps saying she's offline when she's not...it doesn't update/notify when she's arrived even though that setting is turned on. I've checked her settings and it always says they're fine. Even my settings say everything is fine! what is the point of the app if it doesn't do the basic thing you downloaded it for!
