The user interface is so busy I feel bombarded. honestly Jet2 strip out all nonsense for a clear ux as a customer I am so frustrated that many times I just end up leaving.

Always enjoy using the app to book flights and do on-line check-ins.

Takes an age to load pages ( if at all). Almost unusable. On further investigation I found the app would not work when my VPN was engaged. With VPN off the app worked fine. As I rely on a VPN as part of my security, I am reluctant to run apps that will not work with it. At least an explanation of this in app would be useful.

Great app easy to use!

Recent update takes ages to load. When (if) it finally does load it's clunky and difficult to use effectively. The MyJet2 tab doesn't open so cannot see the holiday I booked ages ago. Pages just don't seem to load. This has now happened for over 2 months. We go on holiday soon and I'm worried the app will fail to load when we need to check-in. Please get this sorted Jet2 it's just not good enough!

Very happy with my jet2 holiday. All aspects of holiday were well planned to reduce any possible areas of stress especially when travelling with young children. Hotel was excellent, very comfortable with loads of facilities.

app doesn't work a lot of the time..jet2 sent me notifications through the app for me to leave reviews for them..the trustpilot link won't load although other sites load. and frequently you get kicked out of the app or it just won't load

Useful to have all the info available in one place regarding your holiday, only point I would deduct a star for is because the live transfer update was so inaccurate, when we were waiting for collection the app said the transfer was on its way, and had 4 picks up to do before arriving, I stepped outside the hotel for a moment just to check and our coach had just pulled up! As I'm writing this, I'm on the coach and 20 mins from our hotel but the live update says it's still on the way! 😂

flew with jet2 on Wednesday morning 07/10/2026 absolutely fantastic service LEE was the best jet2 employee I've ever met and I always fly jet2 got me straight through sorted my cases out after checking in said he would see me at the boarding gate and he did got me on the plane all with my airport assistance and even when we had to swap planes due to windscreen repair he came to the plane to help get everyone on board the new plane fantastic service fantastic person deserves medal of the year

Fails at the basics. Boarding passes on phone immediately before airport. At airport passes have gone, and just show a grey screen. Redownloading boarding passes for several minutes and they still didn't appear. Eventually got 3 out of 4 but half of the fourth one was missing. Has referral link to share boarding passes but it just opens the Jet2 app for the other person with no view of the boarding passes. Broken. This is on a Samsung S25 Ultra.

The app has improved

This used to be a great app but the latest update has resulted in the app failing to load screens past the home screen of the app on my S26 Ultra. I cannot access boading passes or book flights. Very frustrating. UPDATE- Despite the app being up to date, I unistalled and reinstalled the app which resolved the issue.

I used the app to respond to Jet2 after they cancelled our flights. I spent several hours in a 'chat' with an agent who only wanted me to take a refund. They refused to reroute me. The ACC website states that they"must find you an alternative flight." Painfully slow and not resolved.

Very disappointing experience with Jet2 and Jet2holidays. My suitcase was checked in undamaged, but after arriving at my hotel in Kos I found a significant vertical crack. I contacted Jet2 repeatedly by email, contact forms and Resolver, sending all details and photos on 11 August 2026. 57 days later, I have received no meaningful response, only automated replies. Very poor customer service and disappointing handling of a straightforward baggage damage claim.

Stop forgetting my password. Every time you update the app, the password is forgotten...

I always have to wait ages on this app to achieve what I go on for. I just wanted to check in for our upcoming flight but it kept buffering. Tried on two separate occasions and still not managed it! 😕

went on a flight from napoli tp london had over a 2 hour delay, missed my coach as a result of this and was stranded at the airport all night. emailed about getting my money back. they took 3 months to reply and refused to give my money back from the flight,£60 coach i missed and the food i had to get at the airport.

App loads red page, aeroplane flies past and page says Jet 2. then page slides across to blank page with writing which says " Please wait the content of this page is loading", then it continually slides across and says its loading over and over again. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it's the same. I have a Samsung S8 on Android 9. Even using the link on your emails to go through Google does not work.

Love Jet2 but the app is terrible. Cuts out and crashes regularly when doing searches. Twice got to the payment stage and when we entered the discount code, the app took us back to the homepage. All info lost on each occasion. Had to redo the booking on my laptop. When checking in later, the boarding passes would not download, so back on the laptop again. The app is okay but frustrating for searching info, but won't use it again to purchase the actual booking.

Great experience and easy to use and I am not a whizz on apps. all my holiday detail in one place.

This app does not always fully load. You can search for holidays fine on it, but accessing a booking proves very difficult.

Im stuck in a loop trying to go back from prizepool. App goes to hotels then game then hotels then game... if i stay on game in this loop once game has counted down I can't play it. if I am on a page open then go to another app then back to jet2 app the app is back home. this may be seconds but app returns home.

i am annoyed where I cannot change my out going payments to the 2nd of every month nor can I do small payments in between and keep having to log in all the time when I am on the app on my phone.

The app stopped working. After selecting everything and hit search for the holiday, the app showing an error message and cannot display anything. It's ongoing for a while. phone google pixel 7. Before the page also wouldn't work on windows from chrome browser only from edge.

I wouldn't recommend jet2 to anyone. Our flight was cancelled in Mallorca and they then transfered us to a hotel that didn't exist on the island and they're response was "I understand your concerns regarding the overnight arrangements and that your party was transported to accommodation that couldn't be used" They have proven they don't care about you once they get your money!
