System gave a wrong pickup location and changed it. Was charged a waiting fee of $3 for 4 minutes when I was already at the pickup location for 5 mins and informed my driver of the wrong pickup point given in the app and driver came just over 4 mins. Disputed with customer service and they were kind enough to refund me which I think is excellent service out of goodwill. Rates are also cheaper than other apps which is great!

I haven't received my GoPay top-up since yesterday, even though the money has already been deducted from my bank account. The status has been stuck on 'in process' since yesterday. please fix this problem ASAP

This particular application is quite poor; it frequently books a driver who is located approximately 10 minutes away, which results in those drivers consistently calling and requesting payment exceeding the amount displayed in the app, ultimately leading them to cancel the requested order.

under saturated market for delivery drivers so much so there is a high chance you won't get your food at all. additionally customer service Is very unhelpful as they do not talk to you but rather choose their response from a spreadsheet of answers so of course makes no effort to resolve the issues.

Account suspended for suspicious activity. After several failed attempts to get reinstated, a survey associate called and I explained to her what was going on. She contacted her Team and they called and spoke to me. I stated my case & upon further review, my account is active again. THANK YOU support team & cannot wait to start using again!

have linked my yuu account and bought gojek vouchers intending to use them but the app did not allow me to make any bookings at all and did not bother to try to resolve the issues even tho feedback was given thru form filing. am left with vouchers that can't be used. worst app and customer svc among all ride apps. never will recommend to anyone.

Since many years I use Gojek and Tokopedia almost on daily bases. Suddenly my Promotions were suspended without any information or clarification. I raised a complain and the feedback I received was, that they cannot follow up on the problem due to the misuse of Gojek service promotion on the account, which violetes our terms. If they cannot follow up, than it should be discussed. How can the Promotions be missused, when you just use the app to it's fullest? Therefore the app must be bugged.

account got flagged by misuse of promotion. last transaction was me purchasing some food then another for my mom. Even tipped the driver. The help center also needs help. They don't give any details on what terms did I violate. just use grab or other similar service provider. this app is bad.

Dunno since when but it's happening more often that the app doesn't pick up your location properly when you open gofood. this results in the recommendation being absolutely horrid and pushing places that are actually far. This happens even with location turned on (and showing correct location on other app such as google maps). Force closing and reopening the app does not fix this, you just have to wait for some unknown number of time and open the app again later to see.

difficult to find driver even though I have ticked for priority booking. if I got, the driver often doesn't seem move so I should cancel by myself. drivers don't want to cancel it anyway. Most of driver are lack of attitude as well. it makes me very disappointed. I even cannot report the driver once I cancel the book because of driver.

Poor customer service. Driver was at the wrong pickup point and refused to acknowledge it, I incurred a late pick up fee, gojek refused to refund saying it's the "customer's responsibility" to find the car if they have "reached the pick up point". Cherry on top was that driver was shouting on the phone insisting he was at the right place. Utterly disappointing.

The experience with Gojek manages to be consistently disappointing, it's quite remarkable. From cancelled rides, to bad drivers, you have it all. They have this system where they supposedly give you a voucher if the driver takes more than 15 mins to arrive, and every time, they cancel the ride just one minute before the 15 mins period, yeay!

either gocar/gojek/gofood, all slow, barely got any driver murah option is basically useless, just turn it off rather than giving the illusion of choices, no one will pick it up

Driver cancelled the trip when he is waiting at another place and I was charged with $4 fee. Messaged them and was told I would not be charged but they lied. In the end, had no choice as needed to book with them again. Both the driver and customer service is the worst. They have the best price for transport but the worst service!

Not a reliable app, whenever ride is booked the cancel rate is 50% last min by the driver. Resulting plan cancel.. And late..

this app costumer service is really bad. Take a long time to answer and only give a few option. waste many of my money on this app. there is 60% chance your order is not delivered like canceling order.

GoFood become unreliable. Order was canceled after waited for 1,5 hour. The last time I use GoFood it took 1 hour+ to arrived. It used to be on time or arrived early, but lately my order always delayed.

Gojek really needs to fix their system, this isnt the first time ive got such a horrendous delay on my go food orders, while there seems no problems on the weather nor traffic. Ive wasted an hour for only waiting a driver to pick up my order and this happened not once but several times. Youve disappointed many users that've been putting trust to your system and services.

I mostly use it for ordering food and groceries. So far I have no issue regarding the delivery and communication with the drivers, BUT I have a problem with go mart. I wish that we can set an alternative item to replace in case they're out of stock. It's really frustrating

Driver refuses to cancel orders, forcing customers to do so themselves. The ridiculous thing is that customers have a rating system which has impacted my experience of the app greatly due to cancelling orders. If customers don't have somewhere to be, then maybe we'll wait until the driver cancels the order, instead of just not moving and leaving people in need of transportation hanging. I've waited so long for my food only to find the system canceled it because it couldn't find a driver, at first I didn't think much of it, but when I ordered from that same restaurant, my orders' always getting canceled by the system, it's been more than 5 times and it still get canceled, yet when I order from another restaurant that's not too far from said restaurant, it got a driver quickly. I'm willing to wait so DON'T cancel my order automatically.

When I selected English for Language... I meant I wanted the entire App in English... not 40% of the App... just enough for me to think I might understand what I'm doing inside the App. Get rid of the Balinese or Indonesian words and convert the currency to the selected language currency values to make the App more transparent. Couldn't find anywhere on the app or website to send non-ride-specfic feedback/suggestions, so I'll do it here: The Wheelchair Space option only accounts for boot space, not the limited mobility of the wheelchair user. Hence I'd like to strongly suggest that Gojek allows for car type selection for lower seats, in consideration of our super-aged society and the heightened difficulty for the elderlies to board high-seat cars (like SUVs).

This app is engineered for users to spend more money. If you have browsed for a certain time when ordering food, the promos will be gone. Including the delivery promos, which prompts you to look for other restaurants or buy the goPlus subscription. This is predatory and should be fixed.

Cannot create account - I guess it expects an Indonesian phone number, since it always says my phone number is incorrect, with or without 0 in front of it; and, of course, with correct country selection. After a few attempts, it said too many attempts. Installed Grab - it worked from the first try. Uninstalled Gojek.

worst app ever. ordered food and waited for almost one hour they couldn't even find a driver with that time. not one order but two separate orders. after that I tried to get help from their assistance service which is much worse. then I ordered using grab. Transportation charges are a bit lower comparing to the grab for gojek but what's the point if an online food delivery app can't deliver the same on time.

I really like this app, it's really useful for someone who can't speak bahasa and needs to pay with no interaction. The only problem is that foreigners can't upgrade because it needs ktp. Other than that everything is great!

the service is really bad. lots of drivers are canceling orders, and it's a repeating occurrence. it's more than twice now, my order got canceled because no drivers would take my order. i couldn't even cancel the order myself to order another. gofood drivers needs to be sorted.

Horrible experience, i ordered around 11.40 a.m. but after one hour no status have been changed. when i tried to complain to CS, they give chat with bot which very strange because the bot give information that the process will be done in 12.40. its already 12.45 please review your bot. And the most "happiest" part is the order cancelled by gojek without confirmation or compensation to the customer after an hour. its a very very "excellent" experience that makes people won't use this app anymore.

Dunno what this update is about, GPS is all over the place and cannot pick up the correct destination, got lectured by driver to pinpoint location when it's already done so.

It makes me feel unsafe that the rating system is very one sided. Drivers can see their rating (and complain to customer if they get 4 stars below), while driver can give customer bad rating without customer know why. Not appreciate this system.

UI is consistently buggy and laggy no matter what device I use this app on, but the main issue in this app are definitely the drivers. They really will just not respond to you because they don't feel like it and will wait for us(the customers) to cancel because they will not recieve any punishments for it whatsoever. This app has drivers with little to no empathy towards their customers. Disappointing.

Beware, after joining the new loyalty programme, on gofood, all discounts from various payment methods (banks/ merchants/ etc) become unavailable. The precious discounts gone and loyalty rewards just not worthy.

I enjoyed using this app. It is a good alternative in place of grab. The fees for rides are more affordable and there is a good supply of drivers. The app takes a while to load but it is easy to navigate and use.

The UI for booking system is so stupid, it accidentally book 2 go-rode order and cut balance without confirmation. no step for review the trip.

U should have option for customer,in case driver refusing to take the order & refusing to cancel from their side. Because it affect our next order where he price goes up significantly! Mine was refused 2x tonight and none of them want to cancel. One said it's too far to pick up point and one is not moving even it's only 200mtr away. Ur system should notice if driver isn't moving and if no response to you that the driver will take the order within 5-10min,have it auto canceled.

What happened Gojek? Used to be good but lately you can really feel the difference may it be in price and speed of getting drivers. Been using the app for a while to commute, but needed to login again after a system reset. After putting in the password, it just suddenly goes to verify my face? whats up with that, there's no explanation why you need to make face biometrics required after login, and im just forced to take a face id cuz they make it seem required when logging in. I hate this predatory data acquisition, am not going to use the app if this continues.

my gojek account is suddenly frozen without apparent reason. My account lost access to promos and my gojek plus subscription is basically worthless. I can't even appeal for unblock because the customer service keeps sending me off by telling the same thing, that i have breach their rule. I never even do any fake order nor canceling order. Literally scamming people. My years of plus subscription means nothing for greedy corpo scum.

15/07/2026: still no form to be found in the app and the drivers are either around but just do not want to pick up my request. Like as if my account is cursed or on a permanent no pick up list. Update : Please improve the parking fee system. Customers and drivers should not be put in a position where they have to negotiate or explain additional costs to each other. If parking fees are necessary, the app should handle them more transparently so both parties can enjoy a smoother and more comfortable experience.

Really dissapointed with the app as the unresponsive app cost me valuable time. Tiap mau order dibilang "jangan tap berkali-kali". Padahal baru reset app dll. Cost me more than 30 minutes just for the sake of this stupidness. Forced me move to Grab instead, way more better! Hey, I just review you 5 stars 9 years ago. I was surprised that they were using AI ads. It SUCKS and I genuinely was considering to delete the app because of it. I prefer the creativity in the old ads, with unique music and cool edits of real models. it's almost embarrassing how a good app with perfect ads turned into some slop🤦🏽‍♀️

the kind of app that allows the drivers to abuse the waiting system, waiting at a spot nearby and not preferring to pick up a certain passenger because their system is on auto accept but he is driving a premium luxury car, then makes the customers wait way beyond the ever-changing estimated arrival time, hoping the customers will cancel so drivers dont need to pay the penalty. when its finally cancelled, you cant claim the voucher because the eta time didnt show more than 10 minutes. As a GoPlus member, I was banned from using promos for "promo abuse" with no warning or explanation. The app constantly pushes discounts but never tells you there's a limit. You only find out about the ban by opening a support ticket, and customer service just sends automated responses with no way to speak to a real person. They don't tell you any details or how long you will be banned for. Terrible transparency and support for paying customers.

your app is faulty. when I did was looking for the right fare for the ride, there was $11.80 in other platform. so I bookef that and certainly I get it. then half way on my journey, your driver called me and I was shockingly surprised so I asked him to cancel instead he told me to do it. I don't want to pay $4 cancelation fee

Notes to highlight: 1. Overall (gocar,goride,gofood), Ur price is getting more expensive but the service are not improving. Waiting time of gofood is too long for only short distance resto. 2. It mentioned in App, when driver came late beyond the stating time appeared, I will receive certain amount of money as compensation, but I never know where the money is and how to use it. It happened often to me. 3. Standardize Ur drivers rules. Many drivers bring "unproper helmet" without front cover.

Best app for online food, grocery and rides. with gopay it's even more useful for QRIS, Bills payments and money transfers, have not had any big issues so far so can not say anything about the customer service, just sometimes the pinpoint map location is not correct and had to re adjust.

Not just that, cancelling a ride which the driver was clearly not moving and unresponsive when I tried reaching out and got charged a $4 cancellation fee. What is this scam? I found double book edge case when ordering goride. what happen was I did just normal flow of goride, when I click pesan (or whatever the word was), It just said you are offline, so as a user I click pesan again. It turns out when It said you are offline in the first time, the trip already processed but it isnt open by default because of 'sudden' offline. I must open activity tab to see two in progress

I'm really having bad experience with how the gps works. Two times i ordered food with gofood, and i CHECKED the address. Turned out, the map in go jek pinpoint the wrong random location on the map. One more thing, you can't just disable the promo notifications from the app. You can only disable it from the android settings.

Probably the safest way to arrange travel and consistently cheaper than Grab. However, drivers get a fraction of what you are charged in the app, and there are loads of hidden fees added after you have accepted the trip that an significantly increase the fare. Drivers often don't show, but then won't cancel, forcing you to do so which voids any Safe Trip insurance you have paid to guarantee the trip. Customer Service are awful and will not help you. A rip off. Use Bluebird instead.

I've been experiencing delay in receiving chat from the driver or resto. Like today I made a gofood order, turns out the item that I wanted to buy is out of stock. The resto made changes with my order without my agreement which was annoying. When the driver ended the order through his app, I can see I have 2 chat histories. One from the driver and the other from the resto. The tried to inform me, but I never received their message until the driver delivered my order. This isn't the first time.

Actually i used it often. But sometimes the drivers are really pissed me off. Because they just stay still and didn't move at all. Not even say anything. If they don't want to take the order, then just don't. And when i want to cancel we only can choose 1 option. Maybe can improve the customer can choose some option before cancel. Thx

It keeps getting worse. Express is sometimes late and you can't redeem the vouchers it claims to give after being late. I haven't even added any cards and the app just says "our system has detected that your account has tried adding too many cards in a short period". What card? I've got zero cards. I realize once I reached Indonesia that unlike overseas apps, gojek is unable to support direct card transactions for several things including giving tips and grocery delivery. It's unfortunate.

this app is solid but the downside being the drivers just being unreachable, there should at least be an activity check implemented once in a while i.e 10 mins; and forcefully turn off the driver's service if they are idle and did not pass the check to ensure the active drivers get my money instead. I've gotten many drivers that are idle in one spot, even contacting them or calling them led to no avail.

Today I tried booking a car. The price was $22.10 and I clicked to look for driver. During the booking process, the app went offline. When it restarted I tried booking again and the app pops an error message saying I cannot book multiple times, with no indication that the initial booking went through. I then booked car through Grab, which was cheaper by 5. When I went down 2 cars arrived. I honoured the Gojek ride and paid other driver $4 cancellation. This app is unstable and unreliable.

I appriciate the app, it's good. But I have a complain, it's the fact that we (customers) cannot see the reason as to why our orders are cancelled. I'm fine if the driver or resto might want to cancel, but at least give concrete and fair reason. If not, then there is no accountability and I cannot be sure at all if my order will be ever delivered or not. Like I've waited for 20 minutes but then it says that the order is cancelled. It's pretty unfair for the customer.

The app would be great if I could actually use my credit card. The system keep telling me that my 3D Secure needs to be activated, but it is already active. I have even spoken with my bank multiple times and there is no problem with my cards. It is also wanting an Indonesian phone number to be able to access certain features, this would be so much better I'd you could just add extra country codes.

I love using GoCar as their drivers are respectful and usually on-time. However, there are several things I want to note on my experience: 1. With the Even-Odd exception in several area in Jakarta, I wish that when drivers decide to take my order their license plate can match to minimize the time required for the route. There have been too many drivers accepting my request although their license plate do not match. 2. I can't put more than one stop to drop my friends on my trips.
