this aap rubish when ever I try to book it again & again ask for password after i make payment the aap mut ask this all prior before making payment try to sove it, this the 3rd time I am facing same problem & at the last moment ticket is not confirmed, we done refund processe , refund will done within a day or 2. check your bsnk a/c after a day or 2 days.

I wanted to buy a ticket from Howrah to Puri but all the tickets were being sold, during this Durga Puja festival only the waiting list was always over 180. After installing this app got the confirmed ticket through this app.

I cancelled a ticket and got the message from IRCTC that I'll get the refund of Rs. 4285. Even railyatri sent a message on whatsapp that a refund of Rs. 4285 and final amount that I get is Rs. 3263. Never use this app for booking tickets.

The worst booking app out there. I had registered and I got an id and I created a password but after a few months when I tried to book it , it says my credentials are wrong. I tried for an hour to reset my ID and password but then they said my registered email and phone number are wrong too. Very frustrating. Uninstalled the app

looks like the site if fraudulent they added 2332 rupees of triplecharages if the ticket is not allotted and when i cancel the ticket the amount is not refunded. While booking the ticket it was no where mentioned that the additional charges are not refundable if the booking is cancelled. i personnally suggest not to opt such offers while booking in this app.

Try to book a tatkal at the last minute the app not working once refreshed the seat availability vanished never depend on this useless app for your train journey wish to give a zero star rating but it's not possible

had the worst experience, booked a bus ticket, the bus got cancelled, they didn't even inform it , the contact number is also not given along the bookings, the refund process is impossible, they keep asking to put the pnr number which cannot be typed as the bus ticket pnr is different

Best site for railway bookings. Having previously used IRCTC which is cumbersome abr unyieldy, this site was a sight for sore eyes (and fingers😁) Recommend to use this for railway bookings always

I will never recommend this app to anyone they are fraudsters while booking tickets it showed confirmation and that day seats were in the waiting list. later I thought during that particular day it would get confirmed one day prior i got a confirmed ticket status but again that was in RAC. and we were 3 women travelling should 1 member sleep with unknown person and on top of it when that day itself I got confirmed ticket in next train i thought of cancelling the previous one unfortunately chart

Paid extra for "Free Cancellation" on my train booking, but when I cancelled 11+ hours before departure, the app only refunded ₹120 and ignored the cancellation coverage entirely. Total scam layout that pocketed the extra insurance fee without honoring the refund. I have raised a support ticket directly with customer care—expecting my remaining ₹480 base fare refund immediately. Terrible experience...

worst app, I created my account and my user ID, I got the confirmation over the email. when I tried to book the ticket enter the same email id but it showed incorrect user id. if the user ID generated why it is showing this error. even one start they don't deserve.

I usually use Swiggy to order food on train. Well this once I used railyatri. I paid for the food but i didn't recieved my order. I called customer care which is useless. IVR just states to mail the issue and they will get in contact. No one is available to speak directly with the customer so basically it's worthless.Well I mailed the issue and asked for refund. I got a reply that a ticket has been generated. After 30 minutes I got a message that my order has been delivered. U TRUSTWORTHY CHEAT

Recently I got a 3X Voucher for non- confirmation of train seats, but they just gave a fake voucher which I was unable to redeem. When I contacted them they said we are looking into the matter and at last the time of voucher redemption was over, they just said a miracle word "SORRY" the voucher is expired.

Rail yatri is a wonderful train App and great help to citizens on online interface. It is providing multiple facilities like lower berth for senior citizens and food ordering option on designated railway station. It's amazing to see Tatkal booking information & it's anticipated predictions of chances on waiting lists on every long distance train. Trusted app also providing insurance cover during period of traveling on nominal charges . Reservation well in advance would helpful to travellers

Very disappointing experience. My order no. was 4344635. The food quality was below average and not worth the price. The sabzi was poorly packed and mixed with other sabzi, salad, and the pickle packet. The quantity of dal and sabzi was extremely low, barely enough for a few bites. The delivery boy also refused UPI payment and insisted on cash. To make matters worse, their customer support call is not reachable. Very poor food quality and service. Not recommended.

The worst rail travel application I've ever used. I selected the correct destination and verified it four times before proceeding with the payment. However, after the payment was completed, the ticket showed a completely different destination. This is an unacceptable and frustrating issue that needs to be fixed immediately.

gps function is not stable. it immediately returns to internet options. I am facing this, though I am traveling on the train.

There have been discrepancies in the live status of your application for the past few days; the 15231 Barauni-Gondia Express has not yet reached Rajnandgaon, yet the application shows the train as having already departed from there. Please rectify this, otherwise, user trust will be lost.

it's a scam. it first gives you free cancellation option and charges extra money for that. once the cancellation is done the money refunded is not 100%. good to see a country where everyone is a scammer.

Had an exasperating experience with this App. Apps like these give a bad name to the country. The software has numerous bugs and frustrating glitches. A few examples: - It expects a 6-digit email OTP during the authentication session but sends a 5-digit OTP - If you were born before 1976, you cannot select the date of birth. - Same OTP repeats across multiple sessions - Money gets deducted but ticket is not issued. - Now they have raise their hands and ask me to follow up with Irctc

I order food from Railyatri, ₹178 wasted. The Hakka Noodles were cold, stale, and of very poor quality. It looked and tasted like the food had been prepared 2–3 hours before delivery. The quantity was shockingly small for the price charged. This was one of the worst meals I've received while traveling. Completely unacceptable quality, poor value for money, and a terrible customer experience.

RailYatri is a massive risk if you rely on it for actual travel details. The first time, the app showed the wrong platform number and incorrect train coach positioning. I had to run across the station and almost missed my spot again. on my next journey, it displayed incorrect train schedules, which directly caused me to miss my trip. Do not trust this app for live tracking or schedules. Always verify everything on the official NTES app or station boards

I payed 248 rupees and still I needed to stand for 8 hours in train. They said they have refunded 150 rupees, but I don't received it yet. This is really a scam. Never ever book a waitlisted seat... it is a scam.

This is the most hopeless app I ever downloaded. Reasons are many I will list 1) I booked a ticket - which was not confirmed from the source station to the destination, so the app told me to book from the original till end stop id particular train - of course the fair was higher but the confirmed seat was available - so I booked that with boarding station as my hometown. 2) I got SMS from IRCTC stating PNR no is cancelled as train been cancelled/ reroute. 3) NO FULL REFUND WAS DONE BY RAILYATRI

I was able to give user ID and password of irctc but can't see the Captcha, I had to revert back and the booking was cancelled

We all are well aware of how inefficient railways have been that like a spoilt kid we have somewhere give up the hopes, we all need to be present at the time of arrival but train can be late, the hygiene even in 1st AC has been the worst and today we also got to know that even if you have been assigned lower berth, u will find it is actually upper berth to which TC has the audacity to blatantly say its none of his business. Dont download this app,its a waste of time and money.

I booked a ticket through the RailYatri app. However, it remained on the Waitlist (WL) and was subsequently cancelled. Yet, despite the cancellation, I have not received my refund; in fact, in the WhatsApp notification regarding the cancellation, they have listed "NA" in place of the Bank Reference Number, thereby preventing me from tracking the refund status. edited : I will get refund. But this app is not good.

This is the best app I've seen in my life. I can't even tell about this. With the help of this app we can track train, book train tickets, the food facilities is also good & we can book bus tickets also! By the way I like this app and I love trains I like to travel in trains & if you're suddenly awake at the middle of the night you can easily check that in which station you are, where you are etc. But some times this app is telling wrong station & destinations so please fix this problem.

People journey with general ticket get birth on train but premium ticket holders with Rac...feel 😢...and also in ticket amount and paid amount different...refund also deducted more amount ...ticket cancelled before train started or before chart but showing no refund

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don't trust any good reviews about it. Their so called "customer service representatives" won't pickup your calls (even if the auto generated voice reply on the call says that you're 1st in line and stay put you'll wait for hours and your call will cut shortly after that, no one will pickup) or reply to your email which they claim they would do within 24 to 48 hours.

can't change the username and password again, too much complications and says username invalid though it is exact and valid. also can't reregister with same mob no.. if we want to reset and make app work.

I'm a regular passenger traveling between Ernakulam and Trivandrum & rely on the RailYatri app for updates. However, I have repeatedly noticed that the train status shown in the app is often incorrect. Even when passengers like us update the live status while being onboard, there is no corresponding update reflected in the app. This raises serious concerns about the responsiveness and reliability of the platform. This approach of the developers is disappointing & unacceptable.

I booked two tickets through RailYatri and paid an additional ₹126 for the free cancellation feature. However, when I cancelled the tickets, I received a refund for only one ticket instead of both. This is concerning, as I had specifically opted and paid for free cancellation for the entire booking. I request you to kindly review this issue and process the remaining refund at the earliest.

It's inaccurate in delivering the train status. Keeps on showing the past timings while the train is already behind. Poor accuracy

I booked ticket using Railyatri through tatkal, my ticket got cancelled it is okay, but it was almost two months still I didn't get my refund amount. I initiated the refund through railyatri app then also I didn't get my money. Worst app for booking and worst experience. If I didn't get my refund I'll file a complaint.

While booking the Tatkal tickets on their app, it showed 68 seats available, so I proceeded with the booking assuming the seats were confirmed. However after booking, my tickets were put on the waitlist. Today, I received a message from IRCTC stating that my tickets were not confirmed and therefore stand canceled. This was my first time using their services, and it has resulted in a very disappointing experience. Due to their portal issues, my entire travel plan has failed.

Cancelation not working properly. Thanks for your reply. To clarify more, When I cancel a ticket it displays a message " Your cancelation is being processed. Please check after 10 minutes. But it was not processed even after 40 minutes. I tried changing the network and it didn't work . Then I un-installed and re installed the App. Only then the cancelation happened.

Worst food booking service. Inspite of clearly confirming the details, agent has booked delivery station name, which train has already crossed. Due to which the food was not delivered and cancelled automatically as customer request. Which ended up not getting food in any other stations. Options were too very less specially when the trains are delayed by 3-4hours and no help from the Team as they can't serve late.

The most horrible booking app I have ever came across in my lifetime, I would advise anyone who's trying to install this app to prefer any other application, more than thrice it has happened with me that they take the booking amount and then prompt the message that the booking has failed, and then the cherry on top being that the refund takes more than a month to reflect in your account. And don't even try to call the customer care it takes more than 2 hours to connect to the representative.

Never order food from them, the quality is really bad, room temperature food and the packing is such that u can just see the food not eat it because the plastic never comes off, this is my second time experience. Even the curd items are sour and not cold at all. The order number was 3167437 and 3137565 for previous order. The food was cold and please take some action to provide better meal and so that atleast the plastic can be opened easily.

Very bad experience I had faced on payment service. When tried to book my train ticket ,the amount is deducted from my account but the booking is done.anyway I proceed for refund procedure. On that time they have mentioned that in 20 days the amount will be refund to my account.now it's been over a month now there is no progress. Then I look out for an help. You messed up! "Cancel Ticket" option is not working. Everytime there is pop-up "Cannot perform this action". Also everytime I am trying to open "My Bookings", it's saying "Oops, something went wrong". Do you know what went wrong? Booking tickets from your app, paying additional fees and getting charged for cancelling the ticket because your app is not functioning properly. Who is going to bear the loss? You won't, will you?

One of the worst apps and worst customer service. I booked a rail ticket for two passengers, but only received partial ticket confirmation for one passenger, even though the full price for two tickets has been deducted. Despite multiple attempts to reach them through calls and emails, I have not received a proper response or acknowledgement. This has been a frustrating experience with poor customer service. Note: have sent around 10 emails since Dec 9th, but haven't received any reply.

The worst app i have used. I cancelled the tickets , there was a offer of free cancellation and still i have been charged the cancellation fees and its been more than 15 days no response from the team related to refund and i have not got the refund . The track refund is showing the same thing from past 15 days. The helpline number is also useless. I cannot contact to the team. They ask you to email it and there is no response to the emails.

One of the worst app for ticket booking. I have booked train tickets two times and the money has been deducted but no response from Railyatri and there is no help option in the app itself. We dont even know how to raise a complaint or contact custome care. There is only option is that you can email them, but it will take more time to get back your money.

The app services are worst. It is showing irregular timings and dates of train departure and arrival. Recently I traveled from Secundrabad to Thrissur, that it was showing the train was two days delayed, but the train reached on time. And also after departure from some stations still it will show arriving so and so time. This will mislead the passengers. And PNR status also completely not working. Please don't use this app.

I recommend you to use another app for booking tickets, this app can only be used to track live location of your train. It will show you the availability of tickets and as soon as you click on 'Book now' it will take a lot of time and after loading it will show you the waiting list!. I've had worst experience of booking tickets by this app.

I ordered a meal from the app, money was debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. Ever since I've tried customer helpline, emails but to no avail. I was told a ticket has been generated for my complaint but I can't acess it's status as website is unavailable, there is no customer executive to whom I can talk. The app has no feature that shows confirmed food orders and transactions, ridiculous! and extremely unpleasant experience.

Don't install this app if u don't want to lose ur hard earned money. I tried to book train ticket and they canceled that booking. But,the payment was completed. Waited for 72 hrs for refund and send email as not received. More than 3 months over,as expected no refund. While checking reviews,I found that many have same issue. Their customer care don't even connect the call,Waited for more than 25 mins and still didn't got connected. Every time I send emails only bots replied. Worst app ever.

They are bunch of thieves. I booked a food on train and due to network fluctuations it got booked twice. Then i wasn't able to cancel duplicate order. I informed the vendor as well. Now even after 2 weeks i haven't got my refund. Now they are not even accepting my phone call and there is no way to raise a issue within app. Very bad experience don't recommend at all.

App is really good but servers are very slow. Even on a very good network connection it takes so much time to load the train status then imagine how long will it take if I am on a train where network speed is usually slow. Kindly try to improve the response time. Otherwise functionality of this app is really good. Appreciate it. But just look into the loading time. Thanks.

Totally irresponsible handling of payment. I tried booking bus tickets. The amount was deducted, and on returning from payment gateway, there is no info of any transaction. I still have a booking in cart, asking me for payment. Got a refund anyway. Sends too much spam. Every single time you open the app, they send you multiple emails. What's the point? The app is pretty good for tracking train status and related stuff. Just don't trust them with any bookings, and anything that involves money

For Railways related statistics its good but for food services, you guys don't deliver. First while placing order its shows on the app that your order is confirmed and after an hour or two i receive a call saying your order has been cancelled, if you can't provide the services then why you people are keeping those options. A very bad experience and this is second time with this app where I am facing this issue.

Absolutely worst app to order food. You cant be sure that you will get your food or not. They dont track the delivery. On station, you will keep frantically looking for the delivery guy but you have no way of reaching the delivery person neither rail yatri does. All they can do at that point is call the restaurant. This is really really disappointing. After waiting for 1 hour and ordering/paying in 2 hour advance, I'm still travelling without food and water. You cant trust the service.

If you can't give a proper ticket booking experience don't put it as an option for customers. Extremely complicated system, in which I had to make 2 calls to the customer care just get an option to pay the ticket fees. And half an hour after payment I am being told that the ticket could not be processed amd refund has been initiated; which has not reached me yet. Extremely poor customer support; hung up on me when I said how am I supposed to book another ticket unless you return my money.

The payment part of the application is worst of all time.It doesn't take you to the OTP page(in case of debit/credit cards)Even if we choose phonepe,Payment is getting blocked even after entering OTP.Amount is being deducted and ticket is not generating.this is surely great inconvenience to wait for long time for refunds.Seriously,you gotta work on this.

I ordered food from your app. It was the worst kind of food i have ever had. I ordered two veg deluxe thali to be delivered at nagpur station, it was of 304 rs. The food was so bad that i had to throw it all away. To be precise all of the gravies were like water with orange colour, chapati were so hard that if you hit someone with it, they might die. I think the restaurant delivered the food that was two days old. First and foremost purpose of ordering food from your app was to avoid pantry car food, but ultimately i had to eat that only because your food was bad. I would never recommend any one to order food from your app. I would happily starve instead of ordering food from you app.

This negative review is only here for one reason. I was on board train with my family and we decided to order some food using the app. The person from the designated hotel not only arrived very late but they provided some of the most dogsh*t food I have ever eaten, so much so that we had to throw away all of it and pretty much go on an empty stomach, they didn't even provide a receipt and neither did the online booking work and I had to call to order. And what's more there's no place where we could provide feedback or atleast seek for some sort of compensation, because at this point we just got duped, got served absolute cr*p. We would've been way way better off eating what was provided by the Train pantry.
