Don't bother with the app, and don't buy ticket in advance. Schedule in app does not match web site. We bought ticket based on web Schedule, but app did not show a bus. So we abandoned and walked from hotel and took Underground instead. (That was fine). If you use the bus, pay driver instead when you are absolutely sure. The app did show us the other train and bus options, so that was useful information.

Do not trust this service The app works fine but the bus service is unreliable

The only thing good I can say about this app is that when I used it to try to get to my hotel at Heathrow, it gave me the times of the TfL bus services, which are far, far cheaper than the Hoppa busses! The Hoppa should cost £10 one way (2 adults + 2 kids) , while the TfL bus was only £1.75 per adult.

Worst bus option ever! Waited nearly an hour, every bus driver says it's not the right bus. I needed H5B to get to my hotel, the driver was adamant about it being the wrong bus. I spoke to the bus behind him who looked at the sign and then said I needed the H5B which I explained he said it's not the right bus. That driver then got out and argued with the first bus til he finally said oh yea I do stop there. Another driver had the wrong display on his sign which was the bus everyone was waiting 4

horrible app, horrible service

The times quoted on the app didn't match really. Both trying to get to the airport and getting back to the hotel busses didn't turn up and on both occasions we ended up getting a taxi. If there are no busses, please say so I don't have to wait around in the cold and risk missing flights.

Keeps crashing

information is not up to date, app directed us to stand 17 which has not been used for about a year. not helpful. Better to look for a guide and ask them as it keeps changing.

Poor design, not practical: starts with poor birthdate input (stupid calendar), then the unexplained activation process(ticket valid for 60 minutes!! Are you joking??) - so unusable. And don't try using a credit card without the contactless feature..... No card or chip reader on the bus... Bring cash!

App just crashes. and website is near impossible to use. Spend the extra 50p and buy a ticket on the bus instead!

having a date of birth entry that requires you to click through every month for every year from 1999 back to 1965 is a joke...and then fail to register me uninstalled straight away
