It's my go to for booking accommodation, flights & tourist attractions

usually able to book a great hotel room.

As always got the hotel I wanted at a brilliant price and pay on arrival 😁

Been using this since 2021 amd I must say its been the one as I really do enjoy using this for all sort of getaways. Highly recommend as they provide the best and hidden gems throughout the world

very easy to use for affordable accommodation

easy to use!

good

Long time user, unfortunately the app regularly presents lower costs than the hotel actually charges, and the customer service is very poor, dismissive and using AI to generate generic responses that do not substantively address the complaint. They simply don't care about customers and prioritise getting transactions done. You are better off using this app as a search function only then booking directly with the hotel

They promised me a free Airport transfer for my booking but it expired 48h after the online check in. I don't remember any warning about this 48h period...

system nj@ gslb bo n

Don't use it. They take your money Don't book it and then their AI bot trash can't send you to an agent without a confirmation number which is non existent. If you have to have AI do the job why are you even in existence?

so famous and so bad customer service 😤. I loose my confirmation email and I spent already 3 days to try contact someone but this never happened, always I speak with some AI.. I have confirmation number but I don't have a pin, how to explain this situation to AI.. I call the hotel and they have my reservation... Nice reply: You have robot Ai which is zero help for me...your reply is also from AI.. where is no customer service from human...never use this app again

ready 😁 to get a new vacation

good app

The app won't let me do any changes to my booking. It asks me to verify my account and then won't do it. It keeps going in circles to the start of the verification process. I had to contact the hotel directly. Terrible app!!!

booking is the best app install

easy to use and always competitive

Comfortable and fun

Very helpful and fast.Saves you time on searching.

Meridian Apartment was extremely dirty and not what we expected. The physical unit differs to what pictures are on the internet. there is no aircon and the place was so dirty. I was literally there today for Bout 15 minutes and lost R3090 as I had to cancel the booking because I could stay there.

Its good

Easy reservation online. I read some reviews . I'll make a review later to see how clean my room and if everything is in working order.

good

👎Horrible app. horrible service. too many reasons to write here. Don't recommend it.

amazing 🤩

wouldn't use any other site 💖

What a scam!! It shows the price of 270 in big bold text and below it shows underneath in small print +425 in taxes and charges and it does not provide the actual total of 695 until the credit card screen. I will be deleting the app as I do not like being deceived.

easy to find what you need.

top class app

I love singing

Difficult to get the booking reference number

utterly awful!! impossible! to get through customer service!

user friendly no fuss experience

after more than 30 days I am not able to obtain the invoice asked in the app to justify the travel costs to my company. cust support tells me they can't help because it is through partner Agora. more than that they canceled the reservation in the app after 30 days it was paid and honored. I do not recommend this app if you need invoices after 3 days no answer from your cust support, and the reservation from the hotel where I paid and stayed last month is still cancelled. ni invoice issued

Good

good

un helpful customer service, I don't recommend this app very bad 😞

Easy to make my booking.

Easy to book

why do I get every time a warning that I have to update the app? I tap the box, it brings me back to play store from which I open the app. But next time a get the warning again 😞😞😞

bad network

Extremely poor customer support. I asked them to do a simple task of rebooking a flight but they could not cater to the request. The customer support lied about trying to contact me. I will be closing my account soon and switching over to Skyscanner.

Great 👍

Easy to use get all the information at your fingertips. Great discounts for mobile bookings, the more times you book the bigger the discounts get.

efficient and effective

**Very Bad Experience – Beware Before Booking!** I booked hotel online, where the displayed booking charges were much lower. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff suddenly increased the price to almost double the original amount. This was completely unexpected and extremely disappointing. The booking platform provided no proper response or support when I tried to resolve the issue. The hotel's behaviour also seemed highly suspicious, and I felt misled by the entire process

Spacious, beautifully finished rooms and spotless linens made the stay comfortable. The staff were attentive, and breakfast was fresh and tasty.

it's ok but, if something goes wrong with your booking then they put their hands off. pretending like they did something.

no customer support everything is by AI

good

1 year later and nothing has been fixed, several other places in the app there are black on black. Sort text på sort baggrund når man skal vælge dato, umuligt at finde den korrekte måned og dato.

App not working!!! App changed nr of guests when I put "near me" & I had to pay for 2 instead of 1!! No reply from booking. com, no refund. CS been going downhill, as has info. I care about safety of my car, my belongings & myself & accurate info. That is totally neglected & when trying to inform booking. com, nothing. No assistance at all: They wait 1 day till after checkout to reply without help. "Parking" shouldn't mean "somewhere close by", room size should be correct.

It was the worst experience, and the customer service is the worst of the worst; it has been more than 5 months and they keep pointing fingers instead of solving the issue.

great

😀

great app, working perfectly

I can't complain.... I've been using it for years, and it's been good to me.... I love the deals and savings in the app.

very accommodating. clean rooms awesome staff. im here for work and I have booked with them for a month and a half. comfortable home away fron home!

installed yourself on my phone. wish I could give you zero stars

bad

so far so good. I'll try to update my review after my trip. easy to use like that I can book in advance without a deposit

it keeps telling me to update the app but it is updated already. annoying step every time i use it otherwise i like using it.

Very bad app

good app your download to favourite app to download please

always happy with the service

There's a glitch in the app, it asks for email verifications but doesn't complete the process.

i.was happy to unlock the rekord.indtead of 90 I paid 65€. but car rental was a scum with you. I paid 40 e, plus insirance 50e - which covera nothing. I hádam to pay extra 140e by car rental to cover insurance.

always good prices easy to find places to stay

a+

Ethiopia 7, Lideta, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

super super

i am upset when I go to make a reservation it won't let me and I have been using the same credit card for 6 months

This app doesn't work as advertised, I can not extend my stay 1 day using your app after making my original reservations. Push manage reservations and get no means to add a day. Request an early check-in. The prompt was to call the hotel to change the reservation, I called them, and they could not change a reservation from a 3rd party.

tip top

very professional service

this was a great app but recent changes have made it completely unusable. I used this app for more than a decade but now the app wants my phone number but does not allow me to change the country code and there is no way to get help with our logging in.

very convenient

good

excellent

Perfect.

Still the most reliable way to find accommodation.

😍 fantastic👀

I am unable to update app...... very annoying

fast an easy booking

very accomodating and got what I am looking for!

the fact you can filter what you want in a room is particularly convenient. I keep using it for every room I book.

good

worked well super easy!

not working on Samsung S24

They are big frauds. They don't have a refund policy Big frauds. People don't book them.

app bahot acha hai

easy to book and has a variety room rate in each condition.

fast book

I booked 2 rooms over 2 months ago. I got the confirmation emails. every so often I would log into the app and check my reservations and it always said they were confirmed. on the day we were supposed to check in I got on the app and paid for the rooms I confirmed arrival time and was told the hotel was expecting us. we got to the hotel and our reservations had been cancelled a month prior because the hotel didn't like the price we were given by bookings and bookings didn't bother to inform us.

user friendly service, thank you.

it's easy

super

always being easy to book and never had an issue with hosts

Napaka walang kwentang app. napaka hirap mag contact sa CSR. AT POSSIBLE PA NA MAY MGA FAKE STAY INS DITO. MAY BINAYARAN AKO DITO THROUGH APP THEN PAGDATING KO DON SA LUGAR. WALANG PAYMENT NA NARECEIVED YUNG OWNER AT STAFF. DALAWANG BESES PAKO NAG BAYAD HAYUP NA YAN. GET IN TOUCH WALA NGANG NAG RE RESPONSE!!!

seems ok

good

I recommend this app very strongly to all and everyone to use it. I did use this app many years without any problems. Unfortunately, the prices of most of the GCC Hotels and apartments in this app become high compared to other Aps.please review the prices again, thanks.

Good and very reliable service

So far, booking and use of app is very easy. Seems to be very user friendly.

One of the worst customer experience.

Great rates for hotels.

easy to use app

Easy to understand, best traveling app i used so far.

Booking stole $1000 from me. checked in and the apartment I had rented for 2 weeks was full, I mean, full of roaches of all sizes and generations. the infestation was such, and the pictures I sent to Booking were so clear, that I left the apartment the second day, first thing in the morning. Booking did nothing for me and sided with the irresponsible amateur host who refused to provide a refund. I suppose Booking wanted to keep its own commission. Never again!

nightmare checking in...

excellent service

good 👍👍👍

Warning: Fake Hotels with Mismatched PIN Codes Be very careful booking on this app. Many scammers are using fake Al-generated images to list non-existent hotels, and their PIN codes do not even match the actual city of booking-they belong to completely different states to scam people for advance payments. Always check if the PIN code matches the city, verify the hotel on Google Maps, and avoid listings with zero reviews before paying. If you have even 0.1% doubt, do not pay in advance.

so easy to use

Good pricing and website is user friendly

thanks for the great places I have visited. Because of your beautiful places people think I am Rich😂🙏😇

Fairly easy to navigate and book.

great app

So easy to book your accommodation

Good

easy to use

agaroo

loved it

it was a disaster renting a car from this app

Good

OK 👍

they are supporting scammers since this year 2026, don't wanna refund even when clearly scammers on the other side, avoid booking if possible book, directly at the property if not use another site. never again

it's easy and safe

never again

Very Friendly Use

wastage app ever.

Lots of the local accommodation options are available on the site and there's a good enough selection to not have to look elsewhere.

Very easy to use the site and with rewards for regular use , all is good.

amazing & easy app to use

Secure booking and good prices with large range of hotels. I particularly like the option of free cancellation
