I love charlie health I did 3 weeks and I plan to do all 13 weeks it's great

y pc wont let me download this app...using my cell..great app

this review is for the APP (what you are supposed to review) not the company. Trust Pilot if you want company reviews. The app is garbage. as of 10/26 you cannot find any contact info or use any online chat to speak with anyone there. you have to log on to their website or find other ways to contact them if you are looking for their email or phone number. there are no real features on the app other than you can do your zoom call on there. it is not a place to find any knowledge about the program

I would have left 0 stars. Everything is in groups, one of which we watched a video of people "GETTING THERAPY" While we were supposed to be getting therapy. was made to go without my medication because they didn't order enough and didn't pay attention to my refil request a week ahead of time. I have a recurring fear that I am dying, was told "to wait and see". In individual session, was told to use an app instead of therapist teaching me coping skills. Go AYNWHERE else for ACTUAL help!!!!

I love this program. Everyone is so understanding and ready to listen without judgement. The only thing I could think of that would make the experience better is if somehow you could export your schedule to google and/or your phone calendar 📅 so you can create reminders and set alarms easier. Charlie Health is a wonderful tool when youre going through a hard time and need a big boost. I referred my best friend and shes currently doing the IOP program. It is a lot of work, but its worth it because of how you come out on the other side: a whole other person. Plus they offer a place to make friends and maybe thats what you might need if youre considering joining Charlie health. Basically, if youre considering Charlie health you should probably give it a try. take my word for it! <3

Do not trust these people. Beyond the predatory, blatant financial lies, the actual clinical value itself is an insult to mental health and social services as a whole.

I like this it was easy to used much better then using the web.

the therapists, group leaders, and other group members were always kind and welcoming during my time with charlie health. the app is programmed very well, i rarely encountered any bugs and it was easy to reschedule appointmemts when i needed to.

bad tharpy the therapist there shared my story and told them to other people there so she lied also the therapist there dont help you with your problem they dont give you resources to help you.

I Absolutely love Charle Health! They Saved My Life, it helps only if you're willing to take the first step and stop using and emitting you have a problem and need help, you will receive it here, my social network has grown. What's more important is; you apply all these skills they teach you in group. If you're fighting for your life like I am you'll appreciate this app and program. they even have meetings!!

I learned a lot from my charlie health mental health counseling. I love the alumni groups you can do after you graduate. I even had my fiance get charlie health so he can do his drug and alcohol classes thru them! highly recommend

these sessions were way too long for me and I could not take them anymore

it truly helped me not only in the way I knew I needed but it has in ways that I didn't know I needed and my self growth has changed in ways that are life changing

very disappointed in this program it's a scam

complicated start up process and easy to be done with..

I signed my son up for this program because he needed some help, I was told everything was covered under his insurance then when it came time for certain treatment suddenly it wasn't covered and they wanted a payment so I withdrew him from the program. Then about a week later they sent a survey for my son to fill out on his treatment and care and promised him a $10 gift card when he was done with the survey and well he never got that $10.

I can't say enough good things about Charlie Health. I learned more in 9 weeks of group here than I had in YEARS of individual therapy. The therapists and facilitators are very down to earth, real people. I was in a group geared especially towards neurodivergent people, and I learned so much about myself and discovered that I wasn't alone in my perspectives for the first time in my life! I'm 52! Charlie Health doesn't bombard you with busy work/homework. Virtual IOP fit my sched and was A+++!

this is a recruitment gimmick. I was misled about what the timelines and signing up meant until I was already "admitted" and on the hook financially for services. for your own mental welfare, stay the heck away from this place.
