Hi, I have a Chato account registered with a different email address. I would like to withdraw my earnings to my Binance USDT wallet, which I previously used with another app. Is it allowed to use the same wallet address for withdrawals, or could this affect my Chato account? Please confirm before I proceed.

not

very bad

its a scammer app.i widraw twice and it just rejected, dont bother to install it!

I will not recommend this app for anyone wanting to earn cos after downloading the app and working for a few weeks you won't get calls again. you will be matching for hours and you won't see matches. I complained to customer service and they told me to be patient but I still don't get matches. Don't waste your time on this app cos they app will disappoint you. What hurts the most is that i made $12 and I'm finding it difficult to get to $20 to withdraw my money.

'App not Active" problem is showing while logging through Facebook. Fix it as soon as possible .

rubish. i have enough coin, but did not going to calling. always says, this user is busy now, try another time. i ask this question near human agen, they are did not solution this. why i use this app, tell me

Very useless app If it is possible to rate in negative then I will do -1000 because I pay then they give me coins but after some time I deleted app and when I reinstall first it deny my access to my account which I have linked through my Facebook account and then I report the case they just say be patient from few days ago every time same sentence

am trying to call several s but always gives me busy

the app tends to be very expensive and inconsiderate, lower your tokens purchase for convenience purposes

very poor service l tried to verify it keeps saying nod your head until lm tied

I paid money but coins not received, totally disappointed from this app,

Add a search option to this app so that anyone can find anyone easily.

You gys are not replying to question that why you not have iOS version for this app this faurustate me you are not replying to email not here just an automated reply it's not fair.

it's a cheating app..my 6000 BDT stolen but no tokens given my account. this cheating company don't enquiry my transmission didn't answer my me further. so I will request everyone don't use this cheating company app

Please fix this one people they can enjoy funy video call with every one Please make to play with the vouchare like ott 1voucher did u understand what is my question how can we meet with people this App is not working our wify or data so when i register for the first time its give me 5 second i can't satisfied at 2 second and 5 second So please make it to work with data or ott voucher Atherwise we can't use

where are the open minded people from North Korea on the app? the advertisement says from all over the world! False advertisement? I wonder

it was very bad for I have spend all most 1300usd and I was on level 6 and there was no bonus nothing anything a especial for VIP I just didn't login for some time then I login again so I'm degreeded from level 6 to zero so where my money gone which is I spent to reach 6 level is it worst👎 don't download please I advice you guys.

it started to take money from my account out of nowhere, I want my money back, only i did 9 tranferences, i sent an email nothing until now

is there an option minus stars? this app customer service deserves minus 5 star... Inappreciative towards customers who buys large amount of coins... Luckily I bought middle range... I bought coins.. was deducted from bank... but not credited... asked and got answers a kid would give... I will not let this go easily even the amount is not big.. but it's about trust... other apps solves in 10 mins... cause they can top up coins using system... but you all keep wasting my time

I am giving this app a 5-star rating because the call rates are very reasonable, and there are a lot of girls to talk to.

Not showing profile picture and even if someone send a pic in inbox it's become hide.

they are scammers once you fund your account using card payment, they will be debiting your bank account automatically from time to time even wen you did not initiate any funding in your chato account.. please guys be careful these guys are very big scammers..

apps are very good real people are here but too much of the cost of the recharge pack will. in this pack token 2x if we get to thanks

why I have to pay coins again for chats if I have already called and texted the person in the same call, it is understandable if I have contacted the person first time through chat

I will give it a one star because when I started it was good many calls and messages 2 weeks only it has been over 4 month every time I log in it is just telling me that it is connecting but it does not connect at all I haven't been receiving messages of calls 4 month now sometimes I feel like this app is just filling up my phone because it is not because it is not connecting to anyone I can spend the whole day connecting and I will not connect or I might connect to one person only

My coins are lost , even i had send the screenshot , fraud app .. don't download.. Auto Generated replies now they are not even responding. I need number of numbez private limited

nice app ,user friendly interface , met many people and enjoying my time alot , kudos to the developers of chato✌️

I am very disappointed with this app I purchased cion but not received cion and payment cut I request so many time customer service but my cion problem still pending worst app I waste 1480 rupees amount has been cut and Cion not received

It could've better. Haven't used it for long time and haven't met anyone interesting to start a friendship or something fun.

I just lost my money today.. ive paid but not received the tokens and sometimes tokens immediately sent sometime it took 7-8, hours to be sent... customer care service sucks nit resolving a single problem and depending on some other people ,also the customer care response are same if asking multiple times.. I'm gonna sue the app or report here

I am waiting for video call since last one week but it is showing loading since last one week and it is not fixed yet, please fix it.

Don't Use this app ,They are FRAUD I had recharged token 2days back but till now not got token, after payment UTR was not accepting so i raised Help in Customer service Uploaded Bank Screenshot & Bank Statement but till now no action has been taken.

ull be there for hrs yet no even random matching calls unlike before and customer care are not helping the issue at all am thinking of just to uninstall it,the changes you have made on the app people will run away.

i really using this app since a year and although it doesn't make any type of glitches which the money is freezed in this app but one thing that I should say to the developer that please reduce the cost of the coins, set the price so that any middle classs one's can afford it easily

As much I love this platform im thinking of leaving if. It's been over a month complaining about the same thing. Recent messages are at the bottom. If im not on the app I miss private calls even though all notification are turned on

Poor visibility without attending calls Tokens deducted unattended calls also changed. Free calls not disconnected after 20 seconds.

everything is Awesome,I got token in first recharge within second, but when I recharged for 2nd time after making payment and completing all the process still token not received, when contacted to customer support no one is available there ,I want to ask chato why I got scammed in your app for 308 rupees

Chato is a decent app with a clean interface and easy navigation. Chat features work well most of the time, and it’s good for casual conversations. However, there are occasional bugs and delays in messages, and some features feel limited unless you upgrade. With better performance and improvements in the free version, this app could be much better.

Subject The problem of not matching in the morning I work as a female in chato app. After being online for a long time in the morning, no matching or calls, just timeouts. But after 12:00 PM the matching starts, then it is not possible to work. The solution is said to be "talking more and matching", but if there is no matching, the call does not come, so there is no opportunity to talk. So plz give any other solution so morning matching and call will come. thank you

It's not fair, at all. I lost my money because of this stupid application. I wanted to buy the coins so I made a transaction and uploaded the receipt but due to a glitch or maybe an intentional glitch, it's not processing the receipt and that's how I lost my money. Such a fraud app. 😭😡

Your ads are too long! I downloaded to give one star! Tell your marketing team to chill out a bit! Bad app.

recharge Tokens didn't receive... i texted the same person after payment he didn't reply me and not sent my tokens and now he told me I'm too late for recharge, important thing is that customer service is also not working... sir I try a lot of time for customer service but I'm not able to sent any messages coz coustomer service is not working I tried many times even today I try but nothing happened

The customer service problem hasn't been resolved yet. I can't select any customer service options. I've even emailed you, but I haven't heard back. I don't need to raise my profile for posting. Please find a solution for me.And i have sent the msg three times on this post.

purchased token did not arrive. No I'm not able to contact customer service through app.I've contacted the mail. you'll just keep saying mail us, but I've been sending mails everyday for the past week but you'll just don't reply. EDIT: in-app customer service is not working. please solve my issue via mail. I've mailed you everyday for past week. please reply to my mail. finish it as soon as possible

❌❌totally fraud thief application and not any customer support 👎🏼👎🏼❌❌I recharged but didn't receive tokens. I've been trying to contact customer care but I'm not getting any response. Totally fraud.

really it's a gud app but now I topup my account 2 times can't receive tokens till customer service also not responding I try to recover my tokens but don't have any contacts or customer service numbers or mail id. amount debited in my account but till not tokens credited lost money🙂‍↕️

scam App. paid 159 rs through UPI but didnt get a single token. its been more than 24 hours. customer service option not working. absolutely fraud app. stay 500m away from this app and report it asap....

the reason am giving one is the app is good for the first day that i join the platform. but for the second day is a disaster the app stopped giving match it will just be rolling for hours without nothing, they're just waisting our data and times. to worst it all there customers service is a no

when we go through customer support, and click on options , it's not clickable I can't connect with customer support I also tried your customer support mail address but no one responded

I am disappointed to recharge. I used recharge through marchent but some times marchent not responding after payment & when talk to coustomer support they take long time. here showing payment successful but marchent not received. I give a screenshot but it still not solved problem. I prefer don't recharge big amount, no refund process available here. After long time token credited. so be careful specially at night.

Dear team, app is not working.. withdrawal is not working. kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. thank you. I'm writing this on 15th July, 2025. I dear team, ID is not working... payment is not transferred in my account since two days... 30/10/25. please solve my issue. I'll be thank you to you.

yes this is to whom it may concern I just installed this app and I can't make a video call or text without my phone cutting off completely you're app is fake making my phone cut off completely which is stupid how do you expect someone to use your app whenever you open it and try to do something and it cuts your phone off

This app rips you off and steals your money watch out if you spend 50 check because they took 60. If they really wanted this to work they would do monthly and yearly unlimited subscriptions and still make bank money I bet even more than they are now.

It's a very bad app, it keeps popping up in ads and I find it very bad and it doesn't even work. It's a very bad app, and it keeps popping up in ads as if it's working very well.

app is most useful. but token recharges is very expensive. so I suggest increase token at same price. thank you. once again app is very good.

it's a good app also you meet to real people, but the problem with this app is they cost very high price for coins and the call costs are very high.

I spent around 1800 rupees. I became their verified customer. But the token ran out very quickly. When I tried to upload my own picture in my profile picture, it told me that the picture was pornographic. What is this? Now I can't log in to my ID. The ID with 773 tokens is gone.

good app but fake accounts makes you waste your coins on call that doesn't meet your liking so the team need to put more work on the models especially when joining it should only allowes same time camera selfie not upload pictures well at least on a profile picture cz now we end up wasting coins on fake image ..and most of the models demands gifts vouchers before the calls and if u trie to report them they immediately block you and continue they hustle to someone else.. showing they dn't care

now when you put a direct bank transfer option its a game changer,i mostly dont review apps but this one i also recorded screen as a proof of transfer amount from bank to bank but it goes smooth, agents quite responsive, everything goes well, someone i talked to tried lure me outside app but i recommend to be on the app and sont go elsewhere so my money will be valued, Thanks Team, Now i can say its a Legit app by my own experience

90% of girls and women take a blank camera to much wasted coin not talking. Only see wall. Too much people I'm reporting, but the admin has not removed this from this app. That's the reason I'm uninstalling this application. So bad experience to me

they are scammers and looting your money don't use this app uninstall this app and report it as much as you can I lost my amount I choose UPI payment option and till date I didn't get my tokens yet and their useless Customer support team is worst they will not reply you and they don't care about the customer

This app and people out here are complete scammers amount gets deducted and they requested for for a payment receipt which I provided even after a long waiting period of over 20 hours no coins were delivered into my account at last they requested me to share the bank account statement video to which I refused this app is a complete scam

I'm telling this with all the proof, I've made the payment but never received the coins and I've written to their customer support hundred times but always there's just an automated message no one is helping, please if play store can remove this app from here so that no one else get into this fraud

Bad quality call, models are asking gifts before they show, most of the models hide the cam or make it blank, jus6to get tokens and you will lose your tokens, if you complain her also no action from the management, in addition no options like Age, tokens charge, online now, country or content like Asian, Arab, ebony. Much work you need to do Team!

i made payment but didn't get the tokens and while paying from Google pay it's taking extra money and I use many kind of app like this but didn't get this kind of issue i think this app e scam i should tell everyone to not download this app.

now when you put a direct bank transfer option its a game changer,i mostly dont review apps but this one i also recorded screen as a proof of transfer amount from bank to bank but it goes smooth, agents quite responsive, everything goes well, someone i talked to tried lure me outside app but i recommend to be on the app and sont go elsewhere so my money will be valued,Thanks Team,Now i can say its a Legit app by my own experience 👍

Hi admin I downloaded app last night and make purchased 300 tokens. However, it was observed that app is deducting tokens without any call or chat. I think there is hidden charges or deducting tokens at app end is a matter of concern. Morover, nothing is free here

Worst customer service they did not understand the customer message they knows only 10 words in English. Check it when payments while is correct or not

Money deducted, service not delivered. Fraudulent app! I made a payment, but the token was never received. When I contacted customer support with proper proof (screenshots and details), they told me to "wait." I waited for over 2 hours, but no resolution or response was provided. This issue has never been resolved nor refunded, proving this app is a complete scam. They take your money and provide no service or accountability.

I am very sad i reacharge but coins not credited app cheated me Customer service asked screenshot i already send ghe screenshot he say order screenshot but I can't send screenshot i can't add picture . now I think this app not true app

The app’s timing and coin deductions are inconsistent, with many profiles using fake pictures. VIP membership offers no real value, rewards are minimal, and messages often go missing. A feature to match users by selected country would improve relevance. Since male users spend significantly while female users are compensated, it’s only fair to provide paying members with better rewards, exclusive features, and more value for their investment.

The application is fake! I advise not to download the application. They make you buy credits and make girls finish the credit with doing anything. This app is a jerk

Hiii All....I use Chato app...this is very bad app..because recently..today I made the payment and i do not receive any coins . This is fraud app...please don't use this app

You show us the ads. And per ads give us 3 min at least. After, I'm sure no one gives zero rating. Mostly, country people don't have bank account. So, how the person can pay.

I have enjoyed using the app. You are required to buy tokens before you can match and chat however all the profiles are real and no pre-recorded videos.

If I had a chance of giving zero rate i would have.. such a worst app ever seen compared to chamet.. no love show to first look at people then follow and then to call/gift no such bloody option.fromthe first entry in the application trying to loot A.H

Pay per minute of .50$/minute to chat with the average person, as high as nearly 1$/minute for others. Worst kind of thirst trap. Do not give it your time or money. Hard pass.

I recharged for 800 rs but they won't credit Coins they don't have proper payment system also they dont have proper customer service department worst app.

A very thirdclass and discusting app time waste no body can send even msg without coins and coins are too much expensive like bitcoin a very time waste app

I have recharged money has been deducted, and credit didn't come. This is fraud 😐 there is no help desk. Use other apps. My experience wasn't good with this

This app charges you twice for one set of tokens and it's always saying poor network when you try to interact with others. This is need improvement and I need my money back

This app is useless, I bought R297 tokens and all that this app can do when you try to interact with people it just keeps on saying poor network, however other similar apps can log in without a struggle, PLEASE REMOVE THIS APP IT IS USELESS
