Download Hospital Alert — Nurse Call V1.2.29 APK From Android App Store Secure Premium

Hospital Alert is a nurse call system that works on the phones and tablets your hospital already has. The patient scans the QR code at the bed and calls a nurse with one tap, right in the browser — no app to install. The alert goes to staff phones and to the nurse station.

Free for hospitals: register your hospital, add departments and rooms, print the room QR codes and invite your staff to the nurse call app in a few steps.

For patients
• A patient call button on the first screen: emergency call or regular call
• Call reasons with pictures and “Write or say what you need”: a text message, or a voice message in the app
• Call status step by step: alert sent, alert received, a nurse accepted the call (with the nurse’s name), the nurse is with you
• Time since the call; after a long wait, a hint to call the staff out loud
• The nurse station phone, if the hospital has added it
• “I feel worse — urgent” sends an urgent alert to staff
• Chat with staff about the call, with automatic translation: everyone writes in their own language

For nurses and doctors
• Alerts on your phone, even when it is locked; emergency and regular calls sound different, and you can choose the melody
• Nurse station screen: all calls of the department, filters by department and call status, a warning if the connection is lost
• “Accept”, “I’m coming”, “I’m with the patient”, “Can’t go — hand over”: colleagues see who has the call
• “Call for help” alerts colleagues: “Need help”, “Doctor urgently”, “Critical — all hands”
• “This is a shared post” mode for a shared device at the station
• Voice messages in chat; on shift / off shift status

Alert chain (escalation)
• By default, an emergency call goes to the department nurses, the on-call doctor and the head nurse at the same time
• If nobody accepts a call, the alert gets louder and goes further: to the head nurse, the on-call doctor and, for an emergency, the whole hospital
• The administrator sets the chain and the timing

For hospital administrators
• Departments and rooms with printable QR sheets; one staff member can work in several departments
• Staff send a join request for the administrator to approve, or join without waiting with an invitation link or QR code
• Roles: nurse, head nurse, doctor, on-call doctor, administrator, other staff and your hospital’s own roles
• Shifts, alert routing, activity log
• Phones, tablets and a web version for computers at the nurse station
• Interface in English and many other languages

Privacy and security
• Patients don’t need a name, e-mail or phone number — only the room code
• Staff sign in with the hospital code, login and password — no e-mail. Administrators can turn on two-factor authentication and get one-time recovery codes

Hospital Alert is a tool for calling and messaging staff. It is not a medical device and not a medical record. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Keep your hospital’s usual emergency procedures in place.

A social-impact project: helping patients reach staff, including in hospitals that cannot afford a wired call bell system.
