Despite deliberately only purchasing a cabin baggage allowance, I am constantly nagged to purchase hold luggage as my flight approaches. Stop the idiocy. Get the message - I'M NOT INTERESTED! There's no option to turn this off.

absolutely useless app to book holidays or even look at them. it continually crashes as soon as you try and put a destination in. This has been going on for over a year. deleted the app, reinstalled it, cleared caches etc etc still absolute sh*te

cant add bistro vouchers onto some bookings any more. 2 holidays booked one allows the food and drink vouchers to be added the 2nd does not allow it the option just isnt there

ab airline app that gives no gate information at the airport. Main piece of information missing.

unable to check in! caused us great worry and the check-in desk staff were not surprised at the error. If my details are for one country, why on earth would I expect to have the local currency shown when booking a return flight.

There is no facility to enter two passports for dual nationals. Under the new EU and UK entry system, whichever passport you use, it's incorrect on one leg of a return flight. Please add the ability to save your easyjet plus number

Way too many bugs on app that prevent you from checking-in or even booking tickets (within Android app). Even on the web, my check in failed and i was within the time. useless and waste of time. Constant need to enter passport details, at least i know my passport number by heart now). Recently, EasyJet has been modifying the price shown in the basket when you are about to purchase the ticket. Most of the time, the price increases. This is deceiving practices and I will start looking elsewhere.

too complicated. never had to book a flight so complicated ! even the check in is too complicated. i just want to check in! they try to sell other options, at the end you completely lost. really not a good app for client, too much traps.

Very poor interface, doesn't keep passport details, or credit card, or allow autofill, or pasting, so repeatedly keying in the same details every time you fly seems the only solution. Slow, tedious, and more likely to make mistakes, which i assume they hope to charge you for correcting.

Just doesn't work for checking in. Firstly kept losing my personal details so had to use the website. Then with all passengers personal details registered, still not able to check in. just a disabled confirmation button. again I had to revert to the website.

thought this app would help us at the airport and keep us updated on our flights. IT DIDN'T. A waste of time no real information about anything. At Bristol when checking gate info after id got on the plane I checked and it told me to check the board for gate information!!!. A total waste of time. uninstalled.

Would not let me log in

I left the lowest rating because I don't have another way to show that AI support is terrible. Customers pay money to get real help when something goes wrong. We all hate it, and we certainly shouldn't have to train your AI when we need help

Checking in via the app, especially for a group booking, rarely works/registers via the app. Better to check-in online.

for a bug of website that i didn't check i booked a wrong flight, and when I tried to have help after some hours after booking the flight, no one helps and I lose money because (on your website it's write that if you cancel in 24 after you book you give full refund )i had to cancel and book another flight loosing 60 € on cancellation fee. i hate that first you pay you have a recap page where it's not written the date of flight's

If I had to choose an economy provider, it would be EasyJet. Didn't like others much. Seating is appropriate for price, I am always setting next to my spouse even when I don't pay extra for it, and boarding is just faster.

Good for flight updates except once you are in the airport the app cannot be relied upon gate updates. Other airlines manage this. Useless.

I can't get my boarding pass

Generally reliable for all aspects of booking some issues remain unresolved for me on the app. Adding the correct baggage is made more difficult by assuming you are adding the same for all passengers including children, go to the web to find an easier method to split the bags appropriately. Recently the search holidays link in the app has been giving results for anywhere but the destination you have selected, surely this must have been noticed by moderators ?

Hangs on the food and drink voucher screen during check in. Can't do basic things because they're so desperate to upsell.

Update, still terrible , layout, timing out trying to authorise payment, having to then re-enter details, subsequent price increase as surge pricing kicks in even though the tickets failed to book.

Bloody Shoddy on latest Android phone I couldn't even access the page to check in and download boarding pass it kept rejecting the passenger details and going back to the homepage

The recent update has made this app considerably worse. Three steps to say I don't want pay through the nose for a flight. Live updates seem to be broken as well, I simply don't understand how an app can get this bad after being quite good.

the notifications came once we had boarded the plane, so the app was pointless. easyJet lost our bag. we notified easyJet via the app, and nothing happened. pointless. luckily the destination company handling the baggage found our bag in the UK, flew it out to us and delivered it. no thanks to easyJet.

Easyjet overbooked the flight.. then I not knowing this tried for 3-4 hours to checkin on the app.. the app did not let me know why it did not let me checkin.. horrible night not knowing what was happening!

Can't add any flights and here's a warning: this app won't let you cancel flights even if you're within the 24 refund window.

The Eazyjet app is simple to use and I am completely happy with it !

You can't check in using the app, you have to check in on the kiosk which can make you late to your flight depending on TSA wait lines...

Poorly designed and unreliable. There are different sections within the app for flights, bookings and holidays but they don't really "talk" to each other. Even bookings made on your easyJet login must be "imported". Notifications only work after the app is opened and information isn't easy to find. It's poorly designed and implemented.

Trying to check-in. Keeps forgettimg password and telling me I have it wrong. when I ask a reset it instead takes me to home screen. 8x already. no locked out of account. When i have taken this flight I shall delete this app and never use it again. hate being forced to load a terrible app to do basic tasks. hours wasted!!!

Very easy to use, whether your booking holidays or just flights. I always use my app to book my flights, the instructions are very easy to follow.

Why oh why do perfectly working apps need mandatory updating? anyway, unlike many more carefully coded apps, after updating this one, I am forced to log in again. no real reason for that as many apps get updated and remain logged in.

Not as good as other holiday apps! A big miss is not having the ability to share the holiday you have booked with other people, ie the other people who may be going on the holiday with you! It's easy to do on the Jet2 app.😉

Needs to remove or limit the number of times the annoying "check in closes" message pops up, every flights it pops up maybe 10 times, often covering useful things like the boarding gate notification.

What a bummer! Not even a Boardingpass I can Share with a Passanger after I booked a flight and checked in. I don't know what easyjet thought?? Do I have to pass my phone at the Securitycheck and at the passportcheck to all passanger I booked a flight? Why easy when it works also complicated....

Been trying to check in with my passport and after I submit my passport just goes back to the previous page, and then constantly keep getting messages to head straight to security with no boarding pass!! The app has several other bugs.

Worst app on my phone. Frustrates me on a regular basis! There's a really odd way to navigate to the "easyJet Holidays" section, and it always automatically brings you back to "easyJet Flights". Have to click and scroll way more than necessary. Had issues with booking seats, then went round in circles trying to check-in. Couldn't use my sign-in which I've used every other time and had to enter my flight details instead. I don't know why everything is made so difficult!

You have to click 500 times on "show flights" to get the app to show you available flights. On top of that, the platform has rejected Revolut and Payoneer payments, which has never ever happened to me before anywhere. To make the matter worse, every attempt to book through the website or app resulted in the message "please use an approved channel to make your booking". So I followed the advice and booked through Ryanair instead. 🙄

Almost impossible to check in online as many app buttons are under our phones bottom virtual buttons. Can you easyJet relay out the app to avoid this please 🙏

Often while trying to check in for a flight, the app gets stuck on one of its many upsell pages. On a recent flight I had to check in at the airport due to a problem with the app.

Awful, vile toilet smell in the cabin, coming back from Agadir, and as usual passengers with no regard to passengers in the seats in front of them,endlessly pushing the seats. As usual apathetic uninterested crew. Why don't you make passengers be aware of others in the safety briefing.

Check-in experience horrible: fields are not visible while writing, passport number hidden and impossible to verify it's correctness, back action not handled properly often with error messages. As usual checking became another attempt to sell unwanted upgrades. The application is super slow, boarding passes don't match with purchased options.

Easily the worst app of its kind. Unnecessarily cumbersome, the user experience bad, the app almost does its best to present me with the most contorted flow that gives me what I need in as many steps and niggles as possible. Signs me out when I am on the move, needs Internet for importing passes to wallet (which defeats the purpose of having the pass while offline, d'oh). Cabin luggage can't be purchased in the additional luggage section but is a further step on the seat choice?! etc etc etc

I always go with easyJet I have one of my daughter's and family in England I find all with the staff

How can an app be so bad? I think I tried to make the same reservation 5 times now. It's just amazing, it won't move forward, it will give me an error and refuse to start over, I can't go back and edit my choices. It's just mind-blowing. 4.2 stars!? I wonder how many of these reviews are legitimate, all I can see is one star from real customers.

The app presents too much or misleading data. When searching for flights on a specific day, the App also presents options for other dates. This has led, in several instances, to myself and others booking flights for the wrong date. This is frustrating and costly, taxis to airports wasted, cancellation or amendment charges, hotels etc. I'm sure Easyjet are raking it in from cancellation charges but on a small/phone screen, the App should present what has been asked for, save options for PC

Android version no longer allows check in so have to do that elsewhere, it gets stuck in a loop between ETA warning and purchase on board food screen. Really annoying that you cant use Airware machines like with Ryanair and Jet2...come on easyjet time to catch up!

my son and grandson traveled with easy jet 2weeks ago couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant staff my grandson delighted first time flying and was let in cockpit even told me he got first class so thank you easy jet memories for a life time

I am beyond frustrated with easyJet’s booking system. I booked a return flight and only required extra hold luggage for one leg of the journey. However, their "Manage Booking" system is intentionally designed to make this impossible. It forces you to add the luggage to both flights, doubling the cost unnecessarily. When you try to resolve this, you’re met with a brick wall. There is no option to deselect a single leg online, and it feels like a calculated move to force passengers to pay the exo

doesn't have gate information, even though other airlines do at the same airport. doesn't allow pre booking of fast track security at both airports. too many clicks to get to boarding pass. because I've opened the phone a few times the app has now given me 9 notifications for the same thing and won't let me clear any of them. sends unimportant updates out in early hours of the morning, thanks for the wake up /s. app needs work .. then the flights...shambles is the only word.

Forced app update is annoying whilst travelling. The boarding pass can't be downloaded as pdfs. (Update thanks but i don't want to use google pay to save my boarding pass, i just want a pdf. November 2022 update: Rating downgraded ; I have reverted to paper boarding pass. Update 31/01/23 why you do not allow taking screen shots of a search result?? Update 30/10/23 cannot add holiday booking whilst already departed. 15/02/26 if reinstalling app you lose all your bookings even ones booked online!

I am due to travel today, and I have just been informed of yet another issue with this airline. It is extremely disappointing to experience the same kind of disruption again. Unfortunately, there always seems to be some sort of problem, and it has become very frustrating. Passengers rely on airlines to operate efficiently and respect their travel plans. Repeated disruptions create unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This ongoing pattern is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

It's a generally useful app so far. I do like the notifications for gates, boarding etc. although at the moment the one thing that lets it down is that I cannot clear some of them. I can only snooze them. So I get to my destination and I still have a "head to gate" notice. The only way seems to be to force stop the app. It would also be helpful to be able to pre order in flight items at some future point. It would save having to lean over other passengers with a credit card.

Full of fake 5 star reviews on here despite the rest of the Universe saying what a useless terrible app it is because it is! Who designed this new app? The clear or confirm buttons are so far at the bottom of the screen that they overlap the normal android 3 buttons making the easyJet app completely unusable. well done 🙄 Uninstalling. I don't recommend you use this piece of junk. Find another airline instead.

half way to the airport on the metro and the app decides that it will not open unless I do a full update. it was fine when I left. now just need to see if it will let me back in without spending 10 minutes trying to find my login.

so unresponsive, links and buttons not working. often the continue button is under the android controls so trying to select causes the app to close/ switches windowd, etc.... many selections have tiny active spots requiring you to guess where they want you to actually click. This interface so rapidily tests your patience that it is not worth installing. So I gave up trying to book a holiday with them and will be going elsewhere. just cant be bothered with this level of random functionality.

Literally gave me a wrong departure time and made me miss my flight. On the day told me tge flight was delayed by 30mins up until the flight actually departed as scheduled.
