There are too many usable calendar apps to make this worth paying for. If you are using it to coordinate with another person understand that you can only see their schedule for the next 7 days unless you pay to see beyond that. a very poor pay wall mechanism.

the features are really good. the only gripe i have is the design. the ui is papery and rigid not clean, modern and sleek, which is what would really make this app a 5/5 stars. if you guys could re-do the ui and ui layout to be more sleek and modern but also easy to use and navigate it could be the best app ever in its category. and please make the dark mode more dark grey and not pitch black. outlooks calender design and kategory features is a good example or morgens ui design (not features).

Fantastic app! I'm a mom of 3 kids, and this app is a game changer in helping manage everyone's schedules. When the brain fog hits, Cupla has my back!

Really like this app. It helps me and BF keep track of eachothers plans, when we have work, classes etc. Reason for 4 stars is that the widgets don't really tend to update themselves and will get stuck days behind - hopefully they fix and optimise the widget functions in the future

It's a cute concept but for some reason I can never see what my partner adds in until the week of, can't see anything for next month. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app

Core features are behind paywall. The free version is too limited to be used seriously. Edit: on v2.9.2 and still cannot see my spouse's calendar. In its free version, the app is at most 2 stars, as it isn't usable to coordinate appointments or events.

Edit after dev response: This is a lie. I followed their in-app process to delete my account and could still log in, and even tested to see that Cupla was still actively reading my calendars. If not a scam, definitely broken at a fundamental level. AVOID. THE APP REFUSES TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. The app is a scam! Accessed calendars I told it not to access and all of their customer service portals are broken.

If you don't wanna pay for a dumb subscription, don't bother with this app. You need a subscription to do basic things, like seeing appointments in advance (past 6 days ahead of the present day), make shared events or dates, and even the little to-do list needs a subscription for it to be for both of you as well as getting reminders for said shared tasks. Not to mention the app nags you constantly to subscribe whenever you make a new plan or edit one for a certain day, it gets really annoying.

Holy Paywall, Looking for Alternatives. This app used to be functional with them just bombarding you ads for their premium version but then they took away the ability to see the month-view without paying them for premium. Now I can't view what my month looks like without going "pro". Just give me an ad at the bottom of my screen to cover operating costs. Don't take away functionality that was previously free. Greedy as all get out.

Been using Cupla for years. The formatting is perfect for daily tasks and combined activities. You can also customize the routine to-do's at your custom interval which reduces redundancy and helps me remember the essentials! The interface works the best for our style! (we have used several ones and this takes the cake) . The customer service is also fantastic. Jack has impeccable follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Once I sync a personal calendar I can't unsync it causing nasty clutter nor does it allow me to delete or edit sync'd calendar events.

it's okay. I'm probably going to cancel the subscription, just because the app is kind of clunky. it duplicates key dates on occasion when editing, it added things from my phone's calendar when I didn't want it to and won't let me edit or remove them despite me disconnecting my calendar in my phone's permission settings, and just in general has quite a few bugs. I could deal with most of them but not being able to remove things added by my phone's calendar is frustrating

The concept of this app is great, and my husband and I have been using it for a few weeks with the paid subscription. Unfortunately, I’ve had several issues on Android. When I first open the app, nothing loads unless I fully close and reopen it. The grocery list feature is also buggy—edits don’t save properly, deleted lists still appear, and new lists won’t show up. It’s becoming frustrating enough that I’m considering canceling.

Calendar syncing is broken, deselected my person calendar and the events are still visible after a full sync on Cupla. Even went as far as revoking access from Google Accounts. Still on a new sync the events from my personal calendar are not removed.

Since yesterday we have lost all but 3 of our key dates/birthdays from the list, the ability to change dates on the to do list and all our wishlists disappeared. We began to re-enter all the birthdays and key dates and got back to about 8 before they all disappeared back down to just 3 again. Have requested help so waiting to hear back but if it can't be resolved we will need to go back to our old app which is a shame because for the most part this app has been fantastic.

this app helps me to be intentional about my schedule, making sure to add the details of what I am doing so we can make effort to spend time together.

I would give it more stars if when I pulled it up on my android phone it didn't have to be exited out and closed and then go back into the app for it to work. Hi! the bug fix fixed it briefly but now it is back to its old ways!

Overall, good and useful features for coordinating our calendars. Dates and wish lists are a great feature. Definitely worth the money

An extremely well-planned app, with somewhat spotty execution. All in all, worth it, but it could run more smoothly and effectively.

Having Autism and ADHD meant I couldn't find an' app that appealed to me especially ease of use and keeping my attention.. the frustration was real. Cupla app is perfect. simple. does what I need subscription or not but within 10 minutes of use I subscribed just because of how much I love it! The price Monthly isn't a rip off either. Thank you creators, please don't ever close this app 🤣👍

have to pay to even see my partners events. its a mess

A lot of glitches and space to improve. Main issues atm are: "all day" events overlayered on day view so can't see them unless I click on them. To do lists are not visible in month view. The last week in month view is squashed and can't read events. Editing to 2 stars: none of these issues have been solved, on top of that now it has glitchy sync to my Google Calendar where the event either doesn't show or shows as 100 events. Deleted notifications keep coming up again. Please fix these issues!!!

Love the fact that I am not being force - fed to buy a subscription, nor to watch ads. Just please, for the love of god, make it so I can hide your logo or change its colour. I don't know what kind of maleficent force is sealed within, but every time I see that STUPID Cupla Logo, it sends me into a deep and primal fury. I see it in the app, I see it on the widgets, I am able to hide the app icon for now, but every time I use my phone, it haunts me. Other than that, would rate app 100/10.

Having some of the schedule appear in a popup on top of cupla instead of it integrating with the calendar listed on cupla is a bit frustrating when trying to organize things between people that live in different time zones. It only seems to be the case when a scheduled event goes over into the next day before the update that changed it...it was a lot better before. But overall a Great and helpful app

Having the most difficult time syncing our calendars to this app. My Google Calendar events either show up as "us" events or my partner's events. I have tried every way I can think possible to fix this issue and every time my events show up as hers or as ours, making it difficult to realistically see each other's events so we can schedule "us" events"

Initially very impressed with the app, super easy to build out a grocery list and keep track of date nights. Unfortunately for some reason the app now refuses to load - I'd be happy to give it a better rating if it becomes usable again. Please update as a priority.

Has been having problems for months, nothing loads, calendar doesn't update or show anything added to either mine or my partners and if there is anyway within the app to report a problem or give feedback it's buried so deeply that I can't find it. Needs a lot of work to make it worthwhile.

I only just started using this app for a few days , it's a low price and it helps me feel so much more productive and give my bf to dos when im at work , I love it so much it's amazing for keeping up to date on eachothers schedules and making sure we never forget to plan a date any date !! plus it's so cute and aesthetic im loving it will update in a year to see if im still as happy!!!!

I've been using Cupla with my now wife since we started dating and it helps me keep track of all our dates, events and gatherings.

I really like this app easy to use and helps me set up dates.

Doesn't work very reliably with my Samsung S22

This app worked for a short while and now it will not load any of our plans. It works on my wife's IPhone but not on my Samsung S25, which renders the app pointless.

I love cupla for me and my partner's calendar organisation! It automatically syncs and updates which is so helpful. I would like if you could edit events synced from other calendars, or sync the cupla events back to my google calendar. More colour options for me and my partners calendar events would also be so fun!

I find it hit and miss, my partner loves the app and it works well for iPhone. It has been great at keeping us on the same page. I don't like that my account has been deleted or deactivated and I need to set it up again and that the notifications seemed to be bugged on my phone. It's a great app when it works, however my experience might be an outlier.

Android has half the features of IOS!

Really needs a lot of work for Android. Essentially useless compared to the IOS version. When trying to edit an event it defaults to the last added one. So if I add something like Fertilize the pumpkins, then later want to add or edit 'feed the cat' it defaults back to editing 'Fertilize the pumpkins'. Basically my partner has to manage the to-do lists as the editing features and lists functions are not the same.

Love the app idea but the Andriod version of this app has very limited features and no option to unlock the features my partner (who uses an iPhone) has. Can't add checklists or grocery lists only to-do lists. To-do list items cannot be scheduled they are showing up today even though I scheduled for next month. I check off to do list items and they pop back up immediately. Notification alerts will not go away. I wish tasks could have subtasks.

unfortunately this app only works half the time. it will show that I have something scheduled on a date, but when I click on the date it's blank and doesn't show. I have also had to put things in the calendar multiple times because it puts it on the wrong day or not at all.

Amazing app, i have the memory of a fish. This app allows me and the wife to manage weekend work and kids birthday parties. One of the only ones that are available on apple and android. theres a couple things they can work on, such as when creating an event it automatically applies a notification which is annoying to keep changing when you create as many events as us.

Honestly would give 0 stars. Tried using this for me and my fiance. It wouldn't let me even add him to my account or the other way around.

The app is very good, love the interface. It's definitely lacking widgets which I hope becomes available soon. Edit: I've dropped it down to three stars the notifications on the app just don't work and it's frustrating.

This is a good app but definitely lacks some functionality on Android. When creating shopping lists, I cannot select the category of food. My partner on IOS has a much more seamless experience with the app.

I Ike this app but the update to premium sign is very annoying to see everywhere. Users may not want to upgrade right away or at all and i don't think the sign should be in or faces at every turn.

I like this app, but it needs improvements and customization options. The monthly calendar doesn't show to-do tasks with deadlines. No profile color personalization on android. When adding groceries, the drop-down window covers the keyboard and you can't type. No option to start your week on Monday instead of Sunday, so tasks on Sunday are easier to miss because they appear under "due sometime". Would be much better if the due date section was rolling instead of fixed on a weekly calendar.

Does most of what I want. The auto suggest for lists get in my way when I'm typing in list items to add. I wish there was a way to customize mine and my partners' colors for our calendar. Really just wish there was more customizable options. Also.

This app doesn't update unless I'm interacting directly with it. I already have a calendar app so having to use this in addition is less efficient. If I've already given the cupla app permissions, it seems like it should update/sync automatically.

This app has some great ideas and features however they do not work properly for me. I have tried to contact for help twice but no response. I spent long time putting tasks in for regular repeat eg chores however they would only appear once, and disappear once ticked as completed. I've now lost all the to do's that I have put in which means I will need to do the whole process again. I'm going to try a different app. Also, the tasks do not show in the calendar on the month view.

Good UI interface and feels good to use. However, it is lacking a calendar widget for better accessibility. Would be great if they can add into the next iteration. Also, it does not allow edits of events with existing events from original calendar, which i hope can be done. Some additional feedback includes long-pressing on a calendar to have a pop-up that allows you to add events instantly. Theres a small UI bug that causes the same event to appear twice and then disppear in 1 second repeatedly

Would be great if it worked all the time but it doesn't. Constantly doesn't load and has to be force closed. Not always getting reminders. Generally unreliable which is not what you want in a calendar app.

You can only see your partners calendar if u subscribe, which is the whole point of having the app, if you want people to pay for what is essencialy the base point of having a shaired calander, just set the price of the app instead of making it free

UI seems easy to use. However, sync with Outlook calendar does not work properly. It only synced parts of my calendar which makes this app useless. You would think it runs smoothly for its cost.

We wrote to support numerous times that we have glitches, they always told us that it's because I have Andriod and my husband Apple. He has to pay for the app, and I don't. So we paid for something that did not work properly. We tried addressing this with the developers with no real help. When my husband gave them a one star, they asked him to change it!

This app could be a good organisational tool for a couple to keep track of everyday life. It's too focused on their couple advice blog. Needs to work offline as some shops I go to have no reception. Can't check the shopping list there, resulting in arguments over missed items. It's clunky to use, and needs a shared notes section for things that don't fit in a calendar or list form. They also constantly ask if you like the app, and you can't answer no! Potentail. Make it work, more stars.

App works, but recently Everytime I add to a list I am forced to answer if I am enjoying cupla. If you hit no nothing happens. So essentially you need to answer yes ever time or else you can't proceed... Totally annoying garbage

Been using Cupla for a while. It's really good to use as a couple, but some glitches are annoying. I've synced it with my Google calendar and the events don't always show up - meaning I'm having to check 2 calendars. When trying to add categories to the groceries list it ignores the category I input and just puts the items into "Other" - not helpful when walking round the supermarket.

Was happy using the app until recently where after every new event entry, they'll ask whether I was enjoying the app. i could only progress if i pressed yes and no just kept me at that window. like what are u guys trying to do?

After every calendar event I add, every to do I add, every grocery item I add, the app asks me "are you enjoying Cupla? No / Yes". Clicking "no" does nothing. Tapping "yes" makes it go away. But it still pops up after every single added item.

It suddenly starts crashing all the time, won't even start up. Will give the error 'something went wrong' hope they'll fix it ASAP because I've a lot of appointments planned and otherwise I'll be forced to switch to another app.

very pleased that this calendar looks neat and tidy with my schedule align on left, common schedule in middle & partners on the right. I searched lots of apps & others like google all look messy to me. This is pointless unless you pay for it. it is a badly designed and clunky calendar at best, and false advertising at worst. It advertised itself as a shared calendar for couples... which is only true if you are paying for it. The free version is just a substandard time management system that your phone likely already has.

This app was great originally but I haven't been able to use it for the past month or so. Any time I try to view my calendar, the app crashes. Huge disappointment

Misses the whole point of creating recurring tasks. I can't create recurring tasks for every two days with a due date for each day. I need to pick a due date in order to be able to put task recurrence, when I need the due date for a task to be the exact day in which it will be recurring. Please, fix this. I really would like to use this app, but I can't really use it to organize my day and tasks with my partner because of this.

App does not work well. Constant syncing issue. Restarting and logging out/in doesn't solve the issue. I don't recommend this app.

I love the idea of the app. However, there are many issues/bugs with it: 1. When repeating an entry, I selected "every year." When I looked at the entry, it stated "every week" but only showed up on the calendar every year. 2. When changing the categorization of an entry, it wouldn't appear unless I restarted the app. 3. There is no way to adjust the user calendar settings. Will prob cancel our subscription - the app is too buggy right now.

This app needs to be used by everyone. It's genius and everything we have been looking for! Please keep pushing forward with this and updating and improving, any bugs along the way will be worth it.

Great idea, needs improvement A great concept to organise and improve daily life but it is let down by technical issues like notifications not working and calendar or todo list syncing failures. Would really appreciate if those were addressed and would use it even more on the daily.

Edited to remove a star for consistent issue where lists don't appear that requires me to clear the cache/reset the app. Android development seems to take a major backseat to iOS when it comes to updates and support. Otherwise good app for my girlfriend and I, when it works.

Cool app, we use it to plan events and hold each other accountable for tasks but I'm missing a lot of features on the Android version that my bf sees on his iPhone.

Nice to see our individual calendars in one but what makes it confusing to look at is that items I have deleted in my google calendar appear in the cupla calendar. Why would you pick up deleted items? Can this be fixed?

Great app for making sure my partner doesn't forget plans I've told him about. Works very well, the only issue i have is for some reason i can only see the current month and the next month plans, it won't let me see plans made further out whereas it used to so im not sure why its stopped working properly.

Won't let me partner connect even when deleting and redownloading the app, it still gets stuck in an error screen. And support doesn't get back to you. I see there is mostly negative reviews for this app, which says a lot. Definitely listen to the reviews and avoid. And actually I responded to that email and I haven't heard anything in over a week so maybe it's YOUR attitude that's at fault because I did reply and the issue STILL hasn't been fixed. How dare you.

Kept freezing and crashing. For a paid service, this was incredibly disappointing. We found a different shared calendar app that we are happy with.

Installed and set it up, spent a bunch of time adding my calendars, then the next day "Something went wrong", no help screen, no debugging. I left it a day, still same thing. Restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, nothing. It's just bricked. Waste of time, don't bother.

I like the app so far, but would like to make a few suggestions. Is it possible to add an option to change the date format to Month/Date/Year? Also, is it possible to add an option to change the time to standard time (12 hour format). Lastly, I read on a blog post that this app is only free for the first 14 days, but I cannot seem to find any information on the app about this or any information about the cost. Was not clear it would start billing. I had found reviews it was a good free app, so after signing up and getting used to it... 2 weeks later we can't access the other person's calendar properly. kind of annoying so I'll be finding something else instead.

Janky and awkward interface, daily view (which is default) is so zoomed that a 2 hour event takes up the whole screen. No customisation settings to help alleviate this. Displays each month as the previous one (March labelled February and so on). If an event was an "all day event" in the calender thats been imported (as quite a few were in mine) it displays the event as being over two days. Overall a pain to use, other apps are far better options

When going into the month view, it is a month behind. So for the month of May, all days and events are in the right place, but it says April 2023 at the top... kind of impossible to use and opens a lot of room for error with this. Otherwise, i would have really liked it.

Idea is really great but app has been impossible for both me and my partner to use. Culpa always crashes, I struggle with editing events or even changing the time of events. I haven't been able to set a profile picture due to the app crashing. Has been really off putting to use and I dread using it. I also cant accept due to crashing, and also events overlap each other (literally) and i cant see some because of it being behind others Would like to see more customisation especially with colours.

It is complete trash as an android user. Unusable beyond setting reminders in app. Pointless. Its free sure. But its free because it doesnt even work so 🤷

Amazing app!! BF and I can't live without it now. The reminder notifications are very helpful for important stuff like due dates/deadlines for bills and etc. Their CS is also very helpful! I emailed about a bug that's going on with my phone (I use an Android) where every time I exit the app it logs me out so at first I wasnt getting the notifications. A few days after I emailed, they fixed it!! Also love that there are relationship blog posts to read in-app. 5/5

Great in theory. I love the idea of the app but we cannot get the links to work in order to connect my partners info with mine. Kinda defeats the purpose if I can't connect with my wife. It has potential but needs a lot of updates for sure.

Can't seem to remove things from synced calendar even after unsyncing them. Also no keyboard shows up when trying to put work hours, so it is just stuck with 9-5 (man, wouldn't that be nice) no type of markers for upcoming events in the larger calendar.

It is super temperamental. I click and it changes the time its not saving the events in. I have to save them more than once. Definitely a hard No for me. I need something so I can share my work schedule with my husband and he can refer to it when scheduling his clients this does not fit the bill

I really like the idea of this ap. It helps me and my Lautner keep track of plans that we have together or separate However a lot of time I put in an event and it doesn't show up. So I have to add it again. Sometimes second time Is the charm and sometimes I have to do it over and over again. I don't know what bug this is, but its so frustrating. Otherwise honestly it's a great ap. The alerts are helpful for upcoming plans.

Every time I try to set a time and save the created item it will default the time so its impossible to get anything in our calendars. We can't be bothered using it now.

Doesn't work, can't set a time, it keeps crashing. Linking with the wife was near impossible. I think the servers are overloaded and that's why it's not working. We're too far away.

Brilliant way to see all of my calendars and my wife's calendars in one spot. Makes finding time for dates a breeze. The reminders for birthdays and anniversaries is so handy.

Useless App. Don't waste your bandwidth downloading this! It's essentially just a calendar that's shared, exactly like Google calendars and about a million other apps already do. There is zero unique or special about this app and it does something that a million apps or didn't do, and order do much better with additional options. This app was a waste of the developers time and the bandwidth it took to create, upload and download....

Very impressed! Easy to use with a clean interface. I especially appreciate the ability to fine tune the App notifications to my preference.

Finally! There's so many apps out there for singles and none for couples. I had been using Timetree to date and this is a way better alternative!
