safe for now we guess. good luck to everyone

Very Great App. Investing in Crypto is a High Risk Investment. This App has an opportunity for anyone thats wants to learn or get started in Crypto. 😌

Good, safe platform

ok

great app, all experience have been good. taught me things about cryptocurrency and stocks. I highly recommend

I've been using the app since 2019, it's fun, not entirely sure fun is for everyone when it comes to their own money. I'm changing my rating to One star based on the following: people shouldn't be forced to sell their crypto to purchase stocks when there's an available USD balance showing up in the app. the app splits stocks and crypto entirely even though you can select deposit from the stocks side select instant deposit and the deposit doesn't show up for use inside the stocks side of the app

good

better

easy

This app was great until they suddenly block your withdrawal facility due to claimed fraudulent addresses. I think when they see you have a certain good sum they do that becareful of this platform. Also transfer fees are extremely high its pathetic. Unfortunately they have the chance to be the best because they're app is very exciting & user friendly

Easy to us crypto exchange.

Something's wrong with this app. I can never long log in with my credentials !! Let's get him very annoying !!

easiest and straightforward an customer service couldn't fault them anything quick response an solved issue alot quicker than expected

S23. Starts to be unusable. laggy. buggy. Turns off. What the..

Can't login, app keep crashing, cleared cashe, cleared data, reinstaled ap. It doesn't let me login with email or phone. Then loging with google, getting message success, but app redirects me to sign in page. After a few tries app crashes.

I want to feel more secure here

my account was frauded and everything was stolen. I reached out to support and was never given a response.

no longer works at all. online help is a chatbot that is unable to help or connect to a specialist. even the response to my review telling them that the live chat can't help suggests I use live chat...

excepcional

pro version gold version basic version what the heck 😂😂😂😂. waste of time and money.

easy to use

Still trying to log in! this is by far the worst crypto app, stay away. I have set up all the different ways to log in, passkey, and thumb print but for some odd reason you're unable to send me a code to verify my phone number which hasn't changed since I downloaded it, the service is beyond horrible and a total waste of time, there are far better options out there than this.. You don't even deserve the one star at this point..

Most of the time the app doesn't open

worked ok when I first started using, but lately it won't even let me login most days. it shows verified, then stops, then sends me back to the login screen.

too much shitcoin degeneracy

Broken since last update. I can NOT log in at all since the last update. I click login with Google and select my account and it loops back to the same login screen forever. I try my email or phone number and I get a message that the app isn't responding. Galaxy S26 Ultra Useless...

love the up, wish cro token would go up🙄

I've been having issues with buying crypto investments lately; I'm being prevented from buying cryptocurrency to bolster my portfolio. And their AI help support isn't very much helpful.

Setting up may be a bit of a hassle, but the app works great. Awesome credit cards, good-looking wallet and it is very easy to exchange coins. very high fees

glitchy as all hell. deposited money just to use the new perps. shows pending balance despite balance being deposited amount. close app reset clear cash. balance correct, perps available balance 0. constant updates that usually seem to just be more options to gamble rather than trade, app requires closing and opening multiple times every time. been this way and getting worse for years

First platform I traded USD. I've never lost funds. Logging in loops after logout only because of user error.

very easy to use

once you understand how to use the app there's a lot to it what I like the most set it and forget it investments. I must have stop losses in place on every trade or I loose money. I hope they allow more stop losses than 20 because I want to make More investments

experience went well for roughly 1 year. now I have no access to my money. can not see my staked coins. can not see any assets or the market. customer service is helpless they continue to say one minute they will get back to me then the conversations end an I have had to start 3 different chats with no outcome or change. im starting to beleive this app is a scam beware.

better than nothing

the app wont let me log in. it keeps force closing and saying there is an error and to keep trying again. I cant log in so I cant live chat anyone for assistance.

Someone completely emptied my crypto wallet and crypto support is a total joke. There’s zero phone support — just some useless in-app chat where no one ever responds. I’ve been sitting here for hours waiting and still nothing. This is ridiculous

Every time I try to log in the app force closes.

Speak to specialist however authentication keeps failing. Unable to login

The login is broken with the latest version.

how am I to use the in app chat when the app doesn't launch?

always been weird

used to work but now i can't even log in. no way to communicate with customer service. im completely locked out. doesnt recognized my email or cell #. I just want to sell my crypto and get the heck out this app

update

app does not work, customer service is nonexistent. spent several hours trying to set up and gave up

over the past few years the app has increasingly implemented gambling based mechanics. New privacy policy states that if your account is inactive foe a year they seize your assets and turn them over to your local government as well.

The app is terrible. It keeps crashing and never let's me log in.

It’s the best app; I’m very satisfied with it—I really like it.Crypto.come.best

I love it! I've used other platforms and this is the best! Easy to use and very easy to transfer funds to and from the account.

since the update I can't login! why?!!!

app has been very glitchy lately

Requires KYC

send code and call me instead not working. previously I do have account as well, unable to retrieve

this app is crypt all coin going to restrict from app all money will lose

Awesome app. Learning derivatives and crypto currencies. Demos are great. ok I'm back update just changed the format for crypto futures. Confusing now I'm done. it was fun while it lasted. Thanks for the memories.

looking at all the 1 star reviews, an resonating with the common sentiment. High fees, app glitches, extremely poor customer service that can never give you time frames for resolution of issues and no clear processes in general, please save your time, DO NOT recommend this app at all! it is extremely disappointing. edit reply: yes I've provided feedback numerous times via the chat as there is no other medium to offer customer service feedback

I'm using the app and I can't continue upon the point where it wants me to enter my number. Using this through an application, called cash cow. Which is really starting to annoy my little joy cash on the side. Sorry for the bad review uninstalled and reinstalled same problem.

Such a scummy platform with hidden fees/spread even with stable coins. Very good credit card offered here in terms of cashback but so much friction interacting with the platform and constant nickle and diming at every turn

Best crypto app ever!

massive massive massive scam, read all the reviews, and they won't even let you take your money out. rejects 7 banks I tried. pos people

great app and benefits

I can't even get a code to verify my phone number!

I WAS SCAMMED BY THE PERSON WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BEEN HELPING ME

I am trying to reach a proper customer support to speak to someone to explain my issues. However the AI Chat is just asking to proceed with account disable. no other options..its very frustrating.

easy and safe to use

poop juice

its a good app

WAS one of the best platforms for handeling crypto with on and offramps. But... I hate all the ads and popups everywhere tricking you on clicking on them because they are over buttons. This app looks more like a casino than wallet so use mindfully. 👉👉Important sidenote, Beware, not your keys not your crypto. This is the case with all CEX's. Learn on how you manage your private keys before investing in crypto.

love the app easy way to invest

A cool crypto trading app.

enjoy app when you have questions there's no phone number to call and being at my age I always like to talk to people about things but you just have to text and then wait for an answer otherwise very happy with the app

easy to handle

Crypto no long works.

awesome

best app for crypto ever

issue logging in. I do the number,or,email login and it just resets to the starting screen!

Ease of use

the only app that needs updated every single time you log in.

their support staff is amazing, super helpful and very easy to work with.

fees on top of fees. the spread price is insane, just use almost any other exchange

good app

difficult for beginners to navigate

It won't start up half of the time

i can't even sell the crypto that been in my wallet for years. ta so trash

Can't login since the new update. Too many updates but no theft so far unlike kraken... the passcode won't let us login it doesn't allow any numbers to br input check again

They will steal your money and you won't be able to log in never use this company they are a massive scam.

good app

I've got emails from ........???. wanting to approve phone number and withdrawal approvals I've never done a transaction with these guys DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

professional and secure

one of the best exchange out here.

the best awesome app

You don't know how fixed sports games are till you start betting on this app. specially when you start betting against your crypto. where a team was playing great you'll see them start to play dumb and retarded cause they got the call from the bankers in the booths to either lose or let the other team tie so crypto dot cum may keep all you bank transfers, but do they coin CRO go up in price after they steal billion$$$ -no. watch the goalies, they blunder so bad you can tell they got "the call"

AMAFRO links 👗🎷

I hate that i cant figure out how to send bitcoin to pay for stuff through this app...coinbase is way easier.Thing is most of my currency is in this app already

I sent around 30 EUR in for some transaction I ended up not making. When I went to withdraw the money bacm, I found out that surprise, there's an 80 EUR minimal limit for withdrawal for some reason. Since that's money I don't currently have (as I'm looking for a job), I essentially have 30 EUR I just can't get back. App works fine otherwise, but I really don't get that there's a minimal limit to getting your money back, let alone that it's fairly high.

I like it

brilliant

best out there to buy and trade crypto. Fastest, cheapest, reliable too.

smooth, easy to setup & well organized

so far I haven't really had an issue with it I like it I'm learning I enjoy the app

This app is not user friendly, if you do transfer money in and would like to withdraw it later on you WILL be jumping through hoops.

1. keeps asking me to sign in. then when I finally sign in, it cuts out and goes back to sign in request. It was more simple before with passcode number sign in. 2. It's become more complicated and messy to use.

I came across this recovery service through a close friend who used them after losing Bitcoin. If you’ve experienced a crypto loss, you can reach them at ...Email....(CryptocyberNet) and do your own research before proceeding.

can't even logg in. this app went down hill for sure.

Has been a really good wallet to have all my crypto stored. I love that you get a debit card you can spend your coins with also! Just been very solid app for me for a long time!

questions on settled wagers. not sure

i now can't log into my account at all, keeps saying error, wont accept email or phone number 😤

Awful

easy to use an quick withdrawal

awesome app, ....Updated on October 14 2026 not able to login. not happy, uninstalling.

Updated review, update below: still Horrible experience, been trying to withdraw my crypto to another wallet for a month now but the 2FA won't reset since I changed my phone. Their support got me to do I'd verification 3 times and it didn't work. I'm taking it to court. Update: After their comment to contact support again, I contacted support and they were useless. I spent 45 minutes explaining my issue to them and they kept asking me what was my issue. I'm going to court here in Ireland.

easy to juse

Stuck in a loop trying to log back in. Tried both email and mobile 🤷

it is THE BEST!!!

you send me a suspicious activity now months later cant get back into my account and it's all just dead end links and brain dead agents that give you the run around having you upload id's and info for nothing!!! verification of my mobile number is a joke I never get the 6 digit number. clowns 🤡!!!

poor customer service they keep cancelling my withdrawal so annoying and they never replied to my messages

iv been with them for over 6 years and haven't had a problem till now dont use them iv had my money sitting and waiting and I cant use because the support sucks your talking to bots im over this

can't open the app

very good application

do not get this app they are scammers. i was gambling on the predict app what i didnt realize is that every crypto they have is a cent more than it actually is so if you predict it to be a certain price by a certain time say it's a $1.31 it's really $1.30 so you lose regardless if you were right in the prediction on their app or not

im unable to access a account I haven't used in a long time

Everything i need.

gives great free rewards with a great staking opportunity

honestly worst app to start trading, customer service is horrible, I will be leaving this and going somewhere else

Been testing the predictions market and you guys have cancelled two combos because of cancelled events when the rest of my predictions were correct. One of which you waited half a day to cancel after all events concluded. Rest of predictions were correct. Wonder what happens if one was wrong. Cancelled events need to be handled better. When that is fixed, I adjust my ratings. Fees arent the greatest either. Everything else is fine.

I knew to this whole crypto thing so it took a little bit to learn but I may not know everything The app really helped me along

emailed you guys on the 8th of October about not being able to log in and about a potential fraudulent email I received and haven't heard from at all it's now the 12th not happy

This app has been horrible. I'm being forced to use the authy app but I'm also having issues with that because it's been years since I've used it. Trying to get help through chat is a nightmare. Using this app was one of the worst financial decisions I've ever made. Putting money in the app easy. Trying to get my money out has been a nightmare even with my bank account linked to it. This should not be this hard. And there are always scammers from overseas always trying to steal info.

always auto close... irritating

crypto is a giant scam.

full of glitches and scammers! if you like your information stolen and used fro fraudulent actions, then this app is for you.. horrible and devastating

agreed with other reviewers... when the first started there were glitches, inability to get your money out without a LOT of hassle. but now?? you've built a whole stadium ffs. the app crashes sooooo often. I wanted to check out the "baskets" but it's not worth the frustration and high fees that don't make sense if looked at thru the lens of competition. maybe this is an app for countries outside the US...? not sure but really want to stop using this app.

trying to figure out how to order another card

stupidest app in the play store

cant login ever since I updated the app I cant login the app just keeps going back to the login page

if you move money on to the card you can't move it back. on kraken you can go back and forth

the app is SO slow. It doesn't work smoothly like other apps and customer service is difficult to reach because they always try to make you use a chat bot and the agents never respond. I currently am trying to withdraw USDC and can't because, although I've already added the wallet address, it doesnt appear in my address list and when I try to add it again, the app tells me its already been added. For a company that wants to promote themselves as a major player, their app is terrible.

good app

worst customer experience ever. and they stole my money, almost 2.5k CRO. support is useless and they even mock you. I never had such a bad experience ever, but that is what Americans bring

alignment

After 4 years of loyal customer and depositing $17,000 and losing $11,000. the fees and commissions are lies. also a very bad customer service. they don't even talk to you and the text platforms is stupid and slow. they take your cash without any problems but to get your money sent to you you have to jump many hoops.. avoid this platform... 0 ☆

Sharing my own experience, hopefully it helps someone to make sure you count your loses. Instead of having profits, crypto. com cashes out my profits and it spreads the same amount of money worth of my profit as loses all over the other assets. . Also if you have installed more investment apps in your phone or or any other device Linked to the same email that you are using for crypto investments and have not have any profits lately, guess who is cashing out your profits.

it keeps blacking out when you try to go back to a previous screen and l cannot even get back to the home page

still

robbing company

as of 10/8/2026 the app does not allow users to sign in without notifications "allowed." can not access the desktop version without being signed into the mobile app.

they keep putting up your average purchase price

Not support for Lightning.

can't even sign in anymore and support from an actual person is non existent

still learning how thus works

this app is by far the most difficult to get through to customer service being that there is no way to speak to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go through anyone but this app.

do not use this app. cannot use my money on the app to buy or withdraw my money. support is useless. this is a scam. agents take forever to do anything

I find this app is hard to deal with sometimes you cannot really connect

Latest update seems to have removed the free daily diamond. I've looked all over the app and it is nowhere to be seen. I've had this app for years and it's never been fully functional. An update will fix one problem only to break something else. Better off with another app like Kraken.

Don't trust it

the mission for collection daily diamond is gone. please help to fix it

I think this crypto app is rigged it shows I made money when actually I am losing money every time I look at my account it has I'm up but infact I'm losing

my Visa is going to expired yet did not receive an update I wonder 🤔 what is going wrong

Nadex got sold to this company, and they've created binary option contracts that don't work, every time I try to open a contract it gets rejected, regardless of contract size, expiration, liquidity, it feels like a scam site with non working UI.

the amount of notifications I get from this app that are just stupid unnecessary notifications are going to cause me to pull my money out and delete it

👍 👌

an excellent app

Scam company. Huge spread on buy/sell.

good

worst app I use for crypto really shity app withdrawal more than 7 hours not received and every time support telling me different excuses my advice go away from this app shity app my advice don't even think about using this shity platform

what ist amount?

Easy to use and learn

Good App ✨️

camnot log in after uninstall and install til now! Also the daily sign in reward is gone! bring it back

The daily login rewards were literally THE only good feature in the app and they've now been removed.

Earning Rewards is great!

Great experience this is way better than Robinhood This is the best app on the market.

good

the withdrawal options are so limited they accept PayPal payments but won't allow you to withdraw it to PayPal but this is my hold up they need to specify that withdrawal is not available to bank accounts you haven't made a transfer from so basically I'll have to add more money just to recover my first deposit this is robbery let's start a lawsuit against this tactic who's had the same problem?

good job I finally found a reason to use the app and it's not as laggy or buggy as it previously was and now I get to gamble with my meme coins... great. Just letting you know that if you minimize while you're on the prediction screen you can bring the program back up and it won't ask you to input your password or fingerprint like it normally does and you're able to access the other tabs so you have a security glitch

Awesome!! platform

easy-to-use

Was good, now crashes repeatably and can't log in, been trying for days. Delete, re-install, doesn't work. Customer support/web chat puts you in a loop, without any resolution

the app is awful on a phone. I can now no longer deposit money because when selecting payment. it shows you your bank details, then instead of seeing deposit at the bottom. it gives you a bottom to "share" your bank details and im guessing under share would be the button to click to deposit. but i can't scroll down to it. and you cant wait view all coins because half the screen has the "information " about be prepared to lose all your money which you can get rid of. I hate this app

worst customer service on the planet, I enquired about an internal transaction they immediately froze all my accounts and card without even informing me then refused to return them once I found the information myself, only way to release my assets was to create a new account. AVOID! over 36 hours of my account being frozen no update on when a resolution is available only the same request over and over again, some jobs can't wait for AI.

this app has stolen lots of money for me and all the customer support are bots that haven't helped me recover my money.

account locked no help. I bought lots of crypto on this app, and now they won't help me sign back in. every time I try, it locks my account for 30 mins. the help chat provides zero assistance. now im just put all the money I've spent because I can't sign in to my account on this app.

unable to transfer bitcoin

huge spreads and the app doesnt even work smoothly and easely

a dreadful, awful service. they can't manage a $100 account.

it recently updated and now the daily diamond collection has disappeared from the rewards section, however, not sure if that's partly due to needing a new phone

can't login on new phone

Not that good. Recent update got rid of daily updates for us Scottish users. Wish there was a desktop website of theirs to trade on like coinbase

Scammers. Extortion. feels like gangster run not bankers run.

I cant access web chat, is there an email i can reach out through? the support email tells me to go through web chat. I cant acces my money at all.

so I can't send any crypto to any other exchange ? and i can't deposit or withdraw without having a certain amount that I dont have and can't have because I can't deposit anymore ..... so tell me then , what is the point of your site ? you just want people to deposit then just leave their crypto .... absolute joke and ill never give you another penny , thieves

after the recent update app has stopped showing daily quest diamond. obviously if many people are reporting the same issue, there's a problem. but hasnt been fixed. so I log out and try to log back in to fix the problem, and now they tell me I can't log in by email and crash upon trying to login by google or phone number. seriously dont know how the app got messed up so bad

Great app

TO ANSWER YOUR ANSWER TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW... I DID GO THROUGH ALL THE PROPER PROCEDURES AND STEPS...5 TIMES WITH YOUR SO CALLED "LIVE CHAT" I was ignored, I had to restart the process 5 times, and still didn't get any answers... 18 hours and 46 minutes later, only then did my money appear in my account. LIKE I SAID, THIS IS TWO THINGS: PURPOSEFUL OR YOU GUYS ARE INCAPABLE TO DO A SIMPLE TRANSACTION...You guys are completely and utterly and extremely USELESS!

still mad they purposely nuked cro by nuking their own card benefits

exellent...

can't collect diamonds any more and don't know why, when I click on the diamond in the right top corner there is no diamonds to collect at all

love it so far

For the past couple of months I've been able to buy or sell anything. My wallet is still there but I can't do anything with it. Have been talking to customer services who have been unable to help me sort this out and now after telling me to uninstall and install the app again I can't login as it keeps crashing. I just want my money now as this is a joke!

excellent platform for crypto , i used it for more than 5 years
