I don't know if anyone is experiencing this but I'm stuck on the screen where it says verify by taking a selfie in one of those positions but it won't let me take a selfie theres not even a camera icon I did the troubleshoot they said to do and still nothing

Starting out suspends accounts for no real good reason other than "your photo is too up close"... thats your software cropping it not me.

the app seems great at first till you're on it and swiping with no matches. if you have likes you can't see till you pay. the app doesnt put people that have swiped yes on you on your feed so you never swipe and get match. the only way you're matched is if someone is paying to see their matches, its just doom scrolling.

no action here. it feels like all fake dead profiles. the worst return rate of any app I've been on

So far all the matches are out of state or 2 hours away. I paid for a month so if it doesn't improve by Dec. then I'm done with paid dating apps. 🤷😡

too many profiles are "verified" but have the exact same bio and info as the 5 or more other people before. I can understand people being from same region or city or whatever, but when 5 people in a row (or more) allegedly from Lima, Peru living in Vancouver, BC have the exact same bio (one person being a blast tly white girl profile — not to be racist but to explain the issue), with zero differences at all, and they are all allegedly verified, I have severe doubts about the quality of the app.

For a Christian app, it's the most greedy one out there. Compared to their competitors, their free features are EXTREMELY limited rendering the app useless without forking out 25 bucks a month. Truly disappointing 😞

Used the free version this past couple weeks. For the first time. I would like to have more features when direct messaging a match. it's a little boring. but otherwise wonderful app with great people. always room for improvement, but this is in my top two apps for friendship/serious relationship. This Christian app is the best one! Ive been on a few and I deleted them straight away but the reasons r another story but Arc asks all the best questions and I dont feel pressure along the way about anything. If your a Christian this is the app for you! 😊

alot of profiles but no idea how active they are would be nice to know if its been a month or a day sense they were active even using the speed dating put within 62 miles going to church often and seeking marriage or relationship and nothing after 6 tries this app is hopeless

I don't have much to say that isn't obvious. You can't see who "likes" you and in my experience, it's not worth your money to see who. The most basic function in "dating". Another single swipe paywall that shows you users that are not even close to you, unless you pay maybe. A big maybe that I don't feel like exploring. I have so many ideas that'd make a dating app better and user-centric but unless money is involved, you'll stay single forever on these so called "dating" apps.

I like this app. speed dating is fun. but unfortunately a lot of bugs. keeps logging me out or stuck on loading. hope that gets fixed soon. there are alot of nice people on here but watch out for the demons....they are on this app as well. don't engage and just report them. let God handle these judgmental and miserable people. focus on the good and I hope Ark support team takes our reports seriously.

This app is scam.. I got likes but I can't see them then suddenly I got a match I sent a message then it went straight to archive.. Seems like they just want your money.. Keep you on the app single as long as possible

Apparently, last year, I had issues signing in and kind of wrote a bad review. I forgot about the incident and still have this app. I have not landed a date yet, but I have had a lot of conversations through this app and I use a lot of dating apps and this is one of my most successful dating apps when it comes to at least landing conversations. I also love that is a faith best app. I would love to see this app grow and be more popular than all the secular dating apps.

better than some other apps but "Filter" searches don't fit most of the criteria and, again, most of the profiles seem suspicious, at least 50% fake accounts. The app does not provide enough matches at all compared to other apps. Most people who "liked" me to "match" never responded after I liked back. These apps are all $$$ scams. Best to just surrender your life to the Lord.

Don't expect a match if your trying to follow the bible, I had hopes speed dating would help but it said it found no matches most of time, a couple times it pulled a woman up only for them to pass before chat. Consumerism and vanity disguised as a way for Christians to meet a God fearing spouse. Definitely not worth paying for.

good interface but the denomination filter seems to be buggy because some people are labeld as a denomination than later when i go to check them again it shows no denomination. also definitely not a fan of having to pay to sort by denomination. kinda defeats the purpose of a Christian dating app to some degree.

This app locked me out a week after my one month subscription. I receive several error messages when I try to login.I sent their support service screen shots of these messages but till date, I have not been able to access my account that I paid a premium for. I don't know if this is a deliberate act because I saw a similar complaint by a customer here but thought it was just a one off thing . soon my premium that was not used will expire and they will expect another payment . This is terrible

One of the best matchmaking apps I've used, especially for Christians. It took a long time, but I finally matched with a respectable young woman whom I am now dating. I pray it works out. If not, I guess I'll be back. I give this app a 4/5 because it suffers from many of the same issues that other matchmaking apps suffer from. I don't have room here to explain it all. Ladies, please fill out all the information possible and don't rely on pictures!

I signed up and was able to get on the first day. the next day however , it kept saying there was a problem with my internet connection which there is not had them send and resend the verification code three times which was the correct one and it still did not work so I deleted it. FIX the problem and maybe I'll come back!

I mean its an ok app but whenever someone swipes on you it won't let you see it or speak to them. Ark if your a truly Christian app and want people to find love then stop putting a price on it and actually be godly people and let more Christians hitch up together without a price tag.

My experience was very negative. 6 months and no matches. I have developed severe depression due to being ignored by such a huge number of men on this app. I canceled my membership and I decided to remain single for the rest of my life.

This is supposed to be a christian dating app and it is the worst because majority of them are all scammers. To many to report. They want to text for money and all the messages sent by these men are all scripted or chat bots. I paid for this?? This is ridiculous. I've never seen anything like on this app. Unreal. Every 2 seconds notifications go off about messages saying they are blown away from my profile. 🙄 Can't add more than 1 picture in profile either.

This app doesn't seem different from secular apps. It seemed very glitchy and you can't do much with it unless you pay. I did pay for a few months. When I scrolled sometimes it brought up the same exact profiles I just scrolled by and wasn't interested in. I was disappointed and I had only one in person date and the guy believed in sex before marriage. I messaged another guy for a few weeks who I then found out was in the divorce process still. Not great quality of guys from my experience :(

nonsense. this is an app that uses God to grab the attention of godly people. there are millions of people all over the country and I only see Florida, cali, NC and SC, Georgia, and periodically one woman from my state every hundred people or so. its not a coincidence because when you pay, all of a sudden all the people from your state are there. its an algorithm to make you pay so you can see who is even close to you. apps like this are nothing but a scam. dont waste your money

It keeps showing the same people even tho i swiped no to them. it then says to change the radius and it has gone up to 1000km and still not found anyone! then it suddenly glitches and shows me 1 new person and 5 old profiles ive seen 1000 times. Very frustrating

(Is Good, Was Great) Every other Sunday they offer speed dating, which can hook you up with others for those who don't want to wait for reply or messages back. The app was amazing a while back where everyday you got a free reveal to see someone who liked you, I honestly think that was the feature that made this app superior to all other dating apps including Christian ones were those two features. Bring back the daily reveals and this will be the most successful Christian dating app out there.

What can I say, I met my wife on the app! If it helps anyone, she had premium but I used the free version and found it worked great on my end. I used it for about a week before she joined. I had several decent conversations throughout the week, then we matched, and the rest is history. For anyone annoyed with the daily limit with the free version, give it some time. It won't take long to build up a good list of potential matches. You'll get to see a message for free each day too. Be patient!

I really like that you can communicate with people (eventually) on this dating app even without a paywall. The downside I've found, in my personal case, is if someone leaves you a mean note (which is odd on a Christian app but so be it!) you can't do anything to report the profile and you can't delete the message until you eventually get to that person for free (one free profile reveal daily). It makes it really frustrating, especially when you are being vulnerable by putting yourself out there.

glitchy app. the approved me and then denied me just for holding up my favorite Catholic Bible my nrsv Bible by the Catholic Bible Press. leather-bound Edition with Illustrated pictures.

Lots of people, layout and navigation is okay, but more complicated than it needs to be. My biggest issue is how buggy the app is. Things don't refresh very well & sometimes notifications take me no where .. they're like ghost notifications.

highly don't recommend. app has a very hard time matching locally. then despite the terms of use stating otherwise and having been verified by photo recognition. they decided to verify my account by id. refused as I have no way to verify what happens to the id information on their end. also wouldn't state why they were requesting the id. never violated their terms of use or did anything against their policy.

I had difficulty creating a profile on the app. I sent customer service a message explaining my issue. I get the standard reply that they would reply SOON. That was 3 days ago still no reply. I am finished waiting I am no longer excited about this app. I will uninstall.

Good UI, but lacking features, although said features might not stop abuse from elsewhere. I, a male, keep getting ghosted and feeling like a backlog to other's chats. I talk to one at a time with interest, and don't understand why there is an ability for a Christian to have an open chat with a second person. Community seems like a bunch of virtue signaling women who are using the religion to prey on good men while men are treated like toys they can toss aside when they see a shinier toy.

Ark has some things going for it but it doesn't prevent people from outside the US from seeing and liking your profile even if your filters are set. There was a caveat that said if they had ever visited the US they could still see you, but the volume of likes from outside the US was too much. It drove me off the app. There's also a bug on android where you can't zoom in on some profile images

I think this is a great app but if I'm paying for premium features blind dating events shouldnt be on Sundays I never have time to do it if I did it would be me choose this app over my church I just can't do that please take into consideration changing future dates please no Sundays

I don't know if this is happening to anyone else but the app is matching me with people I never swiped up on. I am a visual learner and am someone who remembers faces easily, so it's not that I am forgetting that I swiped up on these people. but also because they are people I do not find attractive. It shows we matched, and opens up the chat when I am not interested in talking to them. Sometimes, I WILL match with someone but the convo gets archived before it even starts? Please fix this bug

not very Christian. you can only select between binary sexes male and female. there are zero selections for intersex, or gender. you can't choose who you see or filter in or out based on gender. I get that you only have x amount of likes or swipes per day but you can't filter them at all. not sure why it's wasting time and swipes showing me red hats want children in Texas. when I can't relocate, can't have children, and would rather put glass under my eyelids than interact with a red hat.

Sleek app, but poor results. I love the user-friendly design and golden notes feature, but making actual connections is frustrating. Restricting free users to viewing one like a day leaves messages buried in line. Over 50 sent notes and weeks later: zero replies. On top of that, launching the app activates "Game Mode" on my phone, which blocks real-time notifications and messages. Great visual potential, but the free experience fails at its core purpose

just another pay to play app. they lie and say free. they limit how many profiles you can look at then find out even if set to 25 miles the girls are nearly 300 miles away and all are models which tells me its another bot program app

great app I just have 1 suggestion and this is Def only an issue for people close to boarders but your filter options allow for checking either A) A certain distance away or B) within same country and that's fine if you live nost places but I live like 30 min from the Canadian boarder in NY so when I search by "within 50 miles" I get TONS of Canadian results, not looking to date outside my country so if there anyway you can add something so you can search "within X miles in same country" please

this app isn't very good. I set up my profile and they hold my account for review beyond the 48 hour threshold and when I reached out to the team they told me to fix my profile images with better images so I did. after this they Suspend my account. if you are running a dating app you need to give people time to actually set things up. this app has to high of expectations to be a real Christian app. I have uninstalled this app and I have zero intention to return. this app is not ran well.

Customer support never tells you why you have been given a suspension. I had a conversation going with a woman in my inbox, and with nobody else. I received a ban for "violating" the rules... even though I was not reported by the woman I was speaking with... Due to incompetence they are unable to tell you anything about your bans other than, "We ran an algorithm." A true 🤡👟👟 response. I found out that people will report you just so that they don't waste their daily swipe limit. Devs at Ark 🤡

I just joined a couple of hours ago, but it seems like it is very smooth running, and the pictures are very vibrant and vivid.

This app is garbage. It lags and messages won't go through..oh and that's if you get past the error code 500 message.

The fact that the company hasn't answered someone asking for a refund but answers mostly only positive reviews or the ones they want is very telling, that IS NOT CHRISTIAN AT ALL. Its bad business practice and exposes a business its a bit money grabbing notnto refund when the service has not been what it should be for someone. It shows a lack of care for most unhappy users of the app. Just because something has the label "christian" on it doesnt mean its run in a "christian" (bibical way).

Very slow, every time I open the app "Our servers are temporarily unavailable", try to send a like and it delays a reaction to clicking on it like 5 seconds it drives me mad. Had high hopes for this app, as I now only wish to date men of faith. I wish these things could be fixed, because it's a great idea.

Potential matches were always in other states, 100s of miles away, even though my preference was set to within 25 miles of me. Not user friendly- took far too long for profile to be reviewed and approved. Would not recommend unless you choose to pay for it so you can see those who like you, or at least be able to send them a message.

after using other dating apps that were nothing but money grabbing businesses I finally found an honest one that doesn't "take you for a ride". I paid 27 dollars for a month and had a number of REAL contacts and eventually met a precious Godly lady. If you're a Christian then this is the app that is for you. Sure, give me location controls for who I see so I can try to find locals, but then don't let me limit who can see me so my likes fill up with people on the other side of the world. Decent app, but seriously, stop showing me to people I have no interest in dating due to distance. It's a scummy practice that match group loves to use so it floods your likes so you'll pony up for that subscription. Stop. Be better.

Still quite early for the app but experience so far is not great. The potential is there and it's well designed overall but probably 90% of the user base is american. In terms of users, the reset of the world is as dry as it gets. Hopefully they can have a wider reach in the future

App steals connections. Just had a match, we each exchanged one message bonding over Ephesians 2,and then conversation was terminated in under 5 minutes. Tell me your app is a scam without telling me your app is a scam.

I had subscribed to the app and paid for 1st 3 months on Sunday 15th March 2026 and the app stopped working 2 days later. It wouldn't let me log in, gave me an error message/code - I contacted support team by email and they got back to me yesterday saying its the Internet on my mobile that is the issue, which is not correct as I am able to use other apps. I had requested kindly to get refund of my paid subscription and cancel my account and they have not acknowledged it. I am not happy with ser.

I like the app. I've had a small handful of conversations. U can't see ur likes w/o paying but its possible to match w/ someone and talk, its just a lot more difficult w/o paying. For being a "Christian" app its disappointing how manipulative the app is. I paid for 1 month cus my likes were piling up. I passed on all the profiles. The day my subscription expired all those old profiles who liked me but didn't match suddenly liked me again. Don't pay for this. Serve at your church instead.

So the app says you do NOT need to pay to use their app, you do. You need to pay if you want to see your likes, messages, and matches. You can like and message people but you won't see if there is a response. You are allowed to like and message, but its limited and they dont tell you your limit. I suppose that information is there if you DIG, but going off the about us page and all the reviews it seems you could have a chance meeting someone without paying, no that is misleading

I like the app and the interface. I love the various options and customizations. I've stopped receiving notifications of if someone likes me, but receive other notifications. I've made sure it's updated, uninstalled, reinstalled. I also have only had likes from out of my area, and even other countries. Though I do see others nearby me. Hopefully more will join and I'll be patient to see where this goes. I definitely prefer it as an app for matching with another Christians over other platforms.

Somewhat tricky to navigate but then again I can't figure out snap chat😅 you don't have to pay to use it, just create a profile but most of the features are pay to use. I like the prompts available in the profile set up, they're relevant and leave room for creativity and the app will tell you where you have overlap with other profiles.

Besides the app limiting the people you can see in your area (I don't get any people around me at all, but then I get people from my city when my radius is 500 miles!) and the messages section being utterly glitched every single time, this is a decent app. it allows people to find other Christians. That's valuable. Sadly the 2 issues I mentioned are extremely annoying, it's not worth paying premium.

Not Worth It. Unless you pay, you cannot see the person's other pics and you can't message anyone. Additionally, I paid for a one week subscription and selected for it to ask me before renewing. I had deleted the app, and received an email late that gave a receipt for another week. And of course they made it difficult to unsubscribe.

The bio dropdown questions are really good. Stuff that Christians really need to know. App very easy to use. I like that the respond button doesn't say "Reply" but rather "Your Turn." I feel this discourages ghosting. Not enough people... I really get the sense there are a ton of women, and far less fewer men. That's why $24.99 per month is to much & I don't ever "pay for 3 months at a discount" because what happens if I meet someone after month 1 and I don't use the app for the next 2 months?

bad customer service. faulty tech. poor policy. I set my birthday and saved it. when I look at the profile it has rolled the birthday back 30 years!!! I reach out to them twice to resolve the issue. I hear nothing back from them and then the account is banned with an invitation to reach out. not worth it.

It was good at first but that's because I had the 7 day free trial. after that I couldn't see who liked me with out paying something outrageous. After that if you clicked on their blurred picture it would try to get you to upgrade. it won't let you See their info or anything. In my opinion it's a reverse spur patch kid. I'm deleting the app. $14.99 a week or $24. something for a month.

I like the app mostly, The interface is good, and I got a 30-day trial period for me to decide if I want to pay for it. unfortunately I've gotten one message from someone who never messaged again, and no other connections, despite using the app fairly frequently. people also appear to be older than the app states, although that could be just users lying. I just can't tell if there are real people or if it's a facade to make it seem like there are more users then they're actually are.

I've only used the app for about a week, and I've already swiped through everyone. Most are long-distance from me and only a few directly in my area of Florida. I paid for a week of premium to try before going further. Glad I did that now if there's no one else to choose from. This app is a lot like others with swiping, but I love that it's Christian based. Gives me confidence in trying when I don't have to vet for major red flags. I'll keep checking, but not much hope it'll go anywhere.

I believe you potentially have a phenomenal approach to Christian dating. Even so, there are clearly not enough users within 300 or less miles. In order for your app to be successful, you need to do significant advertising to increase your users and their success in finding their equal. When opening the app it automatically wants me to increase the distance in miles to see Christian singles, which becomes a very big negative and creates discouraging feedback to the users when opening the app.

Not only is this app fairly empty but the matches are bad. I mean, in your preferences you can mark certain things as "deal breakers" and they have warnings that doing so will eliminate ppl from matching but I still see ppl with deal breakers I have set. It is all free right now because it is so empty, but I am getting fed up and barely ever check it. I will probably uninstall soon.

Horrible app. First off depending where you are located, there is very few people close. Second they suspended my account for no reason cause it apparently doesn't meet something so I went in and fixed it and it gave me a notification that it will be resolved within 48 hours. That was 3 WEEKS ago. Ridiculous
