terribly slow to open. otherwise, a useful app when it works.

brilliant idea but crashes everytime I've trying to use it since about April 2025

Zero stars if possible. You have to contact a dealer who will assign you a username and password just to be able to use this app to look up parts? And of course, there's no way to look at parts on the website... they want you to install this useless app. My patience with Massey Ferguson is just about to run out.

This app is garbage, can't open any catalog at all, needs to actually work and a lot more features. Waste of time

Cannot log in. Yes I know, I should ask for them from a dealer, but this is counterintuitive and hostile towards customers.

Requires a user name & password to use. The internet browser partsbook does not require a user name. What a waste of time. Let people use the app with the hassle of a username. Let alone a user name you have to get from the dealer.

App doesn't work. Have a login from the dealer that works with the desktop site but the app errors instead of logging in. Wondering if it's because the app doesn't allow you to select your region whereas the desktop version does?

Shouldn't have to login just to see parts. This is stupid. Not a very smart way to attract future customers. Will remove app from phone. I bet the person who designed this app for ARGO is actually is mad at them and thats why the app is this way.

I installed the AGCO Parts app and asked Estonian local dealer for username and password. They just do not give. Its really frustrating. and doesnt make sense

Login is unnecessary this day and age! No other manufacture makes you do this step! Dealer parts dept are usually swamped and requiring this rediculous step takes hours or even days and no one has time for that not to mention very frustrating having to go through the whole who is this, what did you buy, when did you buy it, where did you buy it blah blah... Look at how the other manufactures run their diagram books I challenge you just open your eyes get with the times!!

Works well on my iPhone. As you well know, breakdowns happen @ 5 minutes before closing, so I can look up the parts I need without guessing, and have the local dealer set them outside for me to pick up when I get there.

Agco dont realise how much bussiness they lose not to give access to there system.Just look as CaseIH and New Holland.

Unfortunately the app doesn't even open on my Samsung tablet :-( should be zero stars but that isn't an option. Hopefully a new version coming?

Waste of time. I've had 3 different log in credentials from the dealer and it still says invalid email. Also I can only open the app once or twice, after that I just get a white screen that says agco. I have to uninstall then reinstall to get the app to open up just so I can enter my dealer supplied log in info and have it not work. I am not sure how much agco is paying the app developer for their services but it is entirely too much........

Dealer tells me they have no idea how to let me get on the app. Im a customer with no login info. App seems useless to me.

Useless should be able to view books without a login just like online version. This needs to change! Trying to get help from a dealer let alone a login from them is impossible! Fix this

Can't log in with out going through dealer. Out dated . That era long gone .

Convenient way to look up parts on the go. Also shows my dealer's inventory 👍

Went through the hassle of getting a login from a dealer only to find out that the app doesn't ask for a username but an email so my login username and password don't work. What an unnecessary pain in the ass just to find parts.

You can browse their parts book online as a "guest": can't do it with this app. If you are amenable to creating a login, you cannot do it online: you have to contact your local dealer to get a user name and password. If AGCO wants customers, this is the wrong way to go about it.

Redicoulas have to get a dealer id and password. may as well stay with John deere or new holland they dont have to have special permission to view parts books.

You have the app running, so free the access. Put yourself into this century, this burocracy only makes the brand annoing the custumers. Do you now how difficult is to old sellers to work with some technologies? You can easile make the future of parts consulting, but locked the app looking to dealers that already with you and excluding the new marketing you can explore. Let the app be usefull for all people it can, don't hidden behind dealers.

I have an AGCO account and still can't log into the app. Can log in online though.

You suck. Get your act together. Site is useless without login or password and dealer won't help. said it's your problem

Never got to use this since it relies not only on an account from the dealer, it in fact uses a software license. If a customer uses these licenses, it effectively takes a license away from your dealer. Seriously, why did you even release this if dealers are going to refuse to give an account because it will cost them a license for a terminal? So, no parts ref for my baler in the field.
