not the best app. needs definite upgrade for customers. no buses appeared on the tracker, so didn't know what was going on! tried ringing high peak at least 3 times - no response. sent message. come on high peak, get your technology sorted.

This app what a load of rubbish a blank screen no maps or buses when you use the tracker, i try email about the problem no answer. But I have found that the bee bus app works lovely on high peak buses you got a good bus service.Come on high peak get you act together it's just your app needs repairing and the buses to run a bit later from buxton on the weekend running for a bus at 22:40 while the bars and restaurants are still open

1 star because over a week ago all the stops disappeared off the map and now it's a blank screen unless I want to buy a ticket. I can't see 1 bus.

Why doesn't it track Transpeak buses, when they are part of the High Peak Company roster ?

they have been better recently but if your a pensioner like myself it's not very nice when your out I cold and the bus doesn't come and you have to wait another half hour especially for the Fairfield to harpur service so please make sure you have enough drivers so this doesn't happen 😊

Useful to see where and how late your bus is. Otherwise a buggy mess that needs more work by someone who knows what they're doing.

The bus tracker is inferior to rygo which I used before. When you touch the bus you want to track an info window opens but the map automatically zooms out so then you have to zoom in every time:(

Update ur maps as it's not loading. Seeing square cubes (obvious) signal ok. My friends for same issue. U can se buses but can't see map. December 2023 Reinstalled app and same issue.

was working fine till last week, and now it's not showing the live buses and is saying there is an issue with java. Could you please fix it please

Tracker never works. The map never loads and while you can sometimes see buses (maybe 1 time in 30) there is no telling where they are in relation to your stop. When the service you rely on operates only hourly at best and sometimes every 2 hours, it would be nice in sub_zero temperatures to tell if a bus is coming, or if the bus you are waiting for has been taken, and you are now waiting 2 hours in the snow for the next service.

Slow to open and if you are in an area with no internet coverage it will not show your ticket even when your ticket has been activated.

The app is takes a long time to load and needs internet which clearly isn't available everywhere the bus is. Doesn't cover the whole High Peak area. Almost invariably doesn't scan even when all the other criteria are met. But can save you some money if a regular traveller.

Shows phantom buses Doesn’t track buses correctly. The app refers you to their website for ip to date timetables. Pointless app.

The only reason these buses are still running in due to no competition if I could not use the skyline service I would dng are fine.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON THIS APP THEY DISSAPEAR I bought the month ticket for £95 and I only had it for 10 days then I go to open it says there's an error ith my ticket so I exit the app open it again then it says I don't have any pickets and then logs me out. I try to log back in and it rejects it so I do password reset 3 times and never sends it to me. Don't bother with this app its useless

Flawed The Internet coverage in the High Peak is notoriously dodgy and this app requires internet coverage to display the ticket you've purchased. Very poorly thought out and requiring a rethink and upgrade for every day use - especially for a bus service that is more expensive than most.

Good but no option to purchase tango (adult duo) tickets.
