Download DE Lottery Players Club V2.3.2 APK From Android App Store 100% Free

I was playing fortune teller i won 7.50 with part bonus game well I still had 2 rounds left it had the up arrow for the next row and the game completely kicked me out 3 times just now back to back I made a bet and it took the money and completely kicked me out of the game. They will not replace your money from the game kicking you out. A bunch of scammers they owe me about 20 dollars in winnings from crashing in the middle of a game. I am about to delete the entire DE lottery app off my phone!!

says you can buy tickets. but i haven't been able to yet

This app is trash, don't deposit money you'll never see it again. Support is useless.

DO NOT BOTHER!!! BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS IF U HAVE SENSE

whenever I try to open this app all it says is "no connection try again" but I am definitely connected to wifi. deleted the app, redownloaded it. same thing. so I had to just delete it permanently this time.

Terrible, Delaware lottery, very deceptive. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY to get BONUS $ they will not let you cash out your winnings, they will deduct the bonus money they gave you when you withdraw your winnings. Then when you withdraw they tell you that you must make a $10 deposit first, then you're able to withdraw, minus the $10 and any bonus money they gave you. Even if you lose the bonus money then deposit more, they'll still take the bonus money they gave you when you try to withdraw.

cannot connect

it was for the lottery to make money. to get us to use our credit cards at home very hard to maneuver around. I can't find anybody that likes it.

Don't download this app! HORRIBLE. Deceptive deposit bonus, bad customer service, horrible slot like games that have to reload between every spin. They robbed me of my deposit bonus (which I never got) and the money I deposited.

app is horrible. wont even load. I wont be wasting anymore money on this pos app.

I’m being told this app isn’t secure and can’t log on to it

locking the ticket scanner behind a login, instant uninstall. PA and MD don't do this

useless. won't update. can't download from website for the latest update. making the app useless

App requires constant updates, but updates cannot be completed. Ticket scanner appears to have been removed. Achievements/rewards do nothing. This app is useless.

can't update.

terrible for updating app

the app isn't working properly since update has been issued. it literally kicks me out of the app in the middle of games and at random. I've uninstalled only to reinstall MULTIPLE TIMES and I'm still having the same issues.

app doesn't work... the update dont work

ap will not update

Great

Always some kind of trouble logging into the app. So frustrated. SO TIRED OF HAVING TROUBLE UPDATING

easy to use and I enjoy the games

terrible games, terrible payouts. 50 free is worthless. the odds are lose 50 dollars in a row. plus your deposit. no wonder they give it to you. no one should play that. terrible. but hey I did win 3.00 out of 70. That you are not allowed to withdraw. trash!!! Beware

The app is not showing evening play 3 or 4 evening numbers as well as not showing the updated player club winner's list.

It's very difficult. Registration is complicated. Currently, the app doesn't show whether a ticket has won or not when scanning.

Horrible. It scans the tickets, but does NOT indicate if a winner or not. Also, my 1,000+ loyalty points just disappeared. Please FIX!

app just keeps circling doesn't work

I don't know why you changed it but it sucks now. Forget Live Chat...was waiting for 45mins while being 'next'. I got disgusted & closed the chat. All I want to do is scan some tickets, but can't now cuz my account is locked!

Fraud

players club is to complicated to download

I'm having trouble with the app

Its really disturbing to see blatant fraud happening rite in front of our faces. Its actually a religious hobby for me to enter 2nd chance drawing many many tickets every month but yet we see the same names over and over. Now they are updating the app apparently you're gonna be able to gamble on the new site..Lol its bad enough this is a democrat ran state and now the deleware lottery is gonna have a rigged gambling SYSTEM! HAVE SOME INTEGRITY DELEWARE LOTTERY!! PATHETIC

there is no option to create a digital play slip

don't work it stop working to check winning numbers on the game

always has a bad connection

App is terrible. It constantly runs my battery down. It runs in the background even when I put it in deep sleep. All the money Delaware lottery makes, you wouldn't expect their app to be garbage

it stops working all the time

0 STARS! SINCE FEBRUARY, STILL CANT SCAN AND UPLOAD TICKETS! Yet,I see THE SAME NAMES MONTH AFTER MONTH ON THE WINNERS LIST! LOL! HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE ABLE TO SCAN AND UPLOAD TIX,YET SOME ARE NOT?!?! REALLY DE LOTTERY?!?! Despite multiple poor reviews/complaints, PRIOR TO the 04/30 app update, WHY WAS THE TICKET CHECKER feature not listed as checked nor fixed?! HOW are the same people winning (multiple prizes) every month?! DE LOTTO NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE- THIS IS FRAUD, NOT COINCIDENCE!

I'd love to use this app but I've been waiting for a confirmation email for 3 days now 🤷🏾‍♀️ from what I am not blocked from seeing, everything seems to be under maintenance anyway. I'll just stick to checking my numbers via Google

works well only when in WiFi. it doesn't work well when in cell mobile. while in cell mobile, the app runs slowly and encounters network errors even in 5G and 4 out of 4 bars showing.

What happened to the ability to scan tickets it is gone or nowhere to be found? Please fix it!!

it doesn't allow me to update my info after asking me to update it.

awarded base points but never get a coupon. entered into so many drawings, no payout there either. difficult to see entries, past points, tickets, drawings. no description of bundle drawings. frequent error pages. would just like a table layout of tickets, points, rewarded points, instant games, etc. good for scanning tickets to find out if they're a winner but tedious to then enter into players club one by one. just wish rewards/ payouts were better.

Been using this app for a long time and have loved it! We only have 2 issues as of lately, 1- (and I've read other reviews that are stating this)- seeing only the same names reoccurring monthly on the monthly winners list. 2- the "scan tickets" button has not been working for about a month now, that was a feature THAT WAS MY FAVORITE as we load the maximum amount of points allowable WEEKLY....yes WEEKLY....AND STILL HAVENT WON A MONTHLY PRIZE YET.? Always says call this number for assistance??

Poorly gamer.

Why isn't the new Play 5 games on the app

Connection Reset By Peer!!?? What does this mean? I can't log in to check anything now. It doesn't need updating and I've invested points. If I uninstall and then reinstall, I am afraid I'll lose all my entries 😭 what is wrong with this app!???

Love that I can scan at home.

Always says that I have no entries? I enter with points and when I check it, it always states no entries. Also am having to change password a lot?

Enjoyable Play to win money

Can't add my points game won't let me only show me points I add 😡

Not good. The app doesn't make a lot sense. It doesn't do anything you want it to do and does things that you could care less if it does it. The updates only make this app worse.

I don't use these features

Amen Amen the

Won't load.

Junk app never works. The state of Delaware does nothing well, they need to let Draft Kings step in

You want wwwaaaayyyy too much personal information!!!

I installed this app on my phone. It appears to only work when I am connected to wifi. WTH? Update: I changed my rating. It turns out the app does not work while using a VPN. Once I snoozed the VPN, the app worked great!

It will not accept my email or password !

Works pretty good

Terrible experience with this app so far! Endlessly buffering!
