Do not download. It is only free until you go to make your 5th invoice and they then tell you, you can only make 5 invoices a year, unless you pay to subscribe. Really glad I didn't put any of my banking details into the app for payments. Seems like they're just phishing for small businesses sensitive information so they can rob them. Steer clear.

This is the best invoice generator app that I have used. I have tried several and have always been disappointed. I have even paid a monthly fee for one of them but again it was frustrating to use. None compare to this one. It is so easy to use, has multiple design layouts available and the mobile version is exactly what I needed. It was exactly what I was looking for. I want to create an invoice and get it over to the client quickly and still have it look professional. This did exactly that.

this app is free simple to use and maneuver through forms. id give it 5 stars if I could figure out how to save certain discounts and additional fees. other than that Im happy with it. Also great formatting options very professional.

I make an invoice and it emails someone else's instead of the one I made or it changes the persons name. Brought this up a couple times and no response. Makes great invoice, easy to use, but makes you look like an idiot who cant send a invoice!

I've only used the app twice so far but being a sole trader, it has made my life so much easier due to accessibility and the streamlined formatting and easy share options. It's a thumbs up from me!

ran into some basic problems right away that don't make it that functional. just in adding the logo for my business it wouldn't allow me to proceed from that point there's also not fields for descriptors for certain services and SKU numbers or short-term indicators so that you can look things up more effectively uninstalled

Maybe I'm missing something but this app is NOT free. It is to download but not to use exclusively for free. After creating only 5 invoices I was prompted to upgrade my plan and not allowed to create any more. The most basic subscription is $49.99 per year but only allows 3 invoices per month!? Even for a small business, that's no where near enough.

Great invoice maker, completely free, would love the option to send to multiple emails/assign multiple emails to clients Edit, they introduced a disgustingly greedy subscription plan and you can't even edit old invoices without paying, avoid like the plauge, there are many better option out there, or just make your own invoices

Once you get to grips a great invoice maker especially seeing as it's free waiting on my first payment and hope my clients like it too, only gripe is that its connected to my Google account and I can't seem to turn it off otherwise very easy to use and worthwhile app

Was great, now not so much. It's a great, simple, easy to use app that used to be free (as the name would suggest) then out of the blue without warning they cut usage to only a few invoices per year unless you pay for subscription. Their prices are way too high, I switched to Zoho

Everything went well. Easy to use. However, when trying to send an invoice, it kept trying to send using my Gmail address. I do NOT want to send from this email and I did NOT input that email address anywhere. The email address I did put in as my own it won't let me send from. I have just wasted 30 minutes trying to send from the email address of MY choice but it doesn't matter what I try, it will only let me send an invoice from Gmail. That is no good for me at all. I am fuming right now.

was an absolutely amazing app I used for all of my invoices. I make 10 to 20 odd invoices a month for free. new update released and suddenly it's $100 a year to only have 10 a month when it was free for unlimited. jumping straight to $200 anually for unlimited is a huge jump from free and not justifiable when not gaining any significant functionality compared to what was free to me for the past 2 years.

last update ruined the app not to mention lost over half of my invoice. they decide to start a subscription and completely get rid of the free basic app and the only subscription that anyone can actually use is the most expensive due to only beying able to send out a extremely limited amount of invoices a month like who is only doing 5 jobs a month its unfortunate but I will no longer promote this app or share with friends and clients it literally said to keep thing "free" to share but thanks

worked great for the first year then it did an update last week and wiped all of my invoice history, clients, line items and details. then as soon as I set it all up again, after trying to do my sixth invoice it asked me to subscribe, the free version only allows you to do 5 invoices. completely rubbish.

was great in the beginning, but Google play and my phone flagged it as a dangerous app and shut it down and I couldn't access my invoices for a time, I sorted that and carried on using it, but then when the app updated it deleted all my invoices and tells me my account doesn't exist when I tried to sign back in

Terrible Experience – Do Not Use! I used this invoice app, and it worked perfectly until one day it just stopped working out of nowhere. It completely messed up my week. I had to waste time downloading a new app. I couldn’t work properly because of this issue, and to make things worse, I emailed the support team, and they never even responded. If you rely on an invoice app for your business, stay away from this one. It’s unreliable, and the support is non-existent!

I love it! It actually contains everything i need for my invoices... I might not need much but it's got all the options to do what i need it to do and it makes really lovely and professional looking invoices! Takes so much pressure off of my ADHD brain! 😝

This invoice making app is best app and free in voice making app. Before downloading this app, I logged into many invoice making websites from google and downloaded invoice generator app and bill making app from play store, all of them are saying free but the one who is going to do in voice making is asking for money. That is to buy one to generate invoices. All those apps are fraud. But the only problem here is that if you save after creating the invoice, it is not directly downloaded

Takes a bit of getting used to, had difficulty adding payments so had to do that by adding a line item and payment amount with 200% discount to be able to show a payment on invoice total was made. Other than that, the app works pretty well

I hv new phone & I LOST EVERYTHING = ALL DETAILS & I had lots of invoices on my Old PHONE PREVIOUSLY?! HOW Do I sign in?! 16/6 I had 2 insert everything again manually, every single client again... & lost all invoices in process... As reply from App there's Msg Delete Yr Rating & contact Us?!... Not very polite way 2deal with customers is it?... I Might as well use new app as this 1 is "Not Showing" Invoices which "r in Progress" or Which I already "Send" ?!... Very confusing... This app is great, probably the best for this kind of work. However, giving 3 stars specifically because this company is *obsessed* with getting you to sign up for their lame subscription model. Put a one time lifetime payment of $20 to unlock all features and I might just go for it. Paying a subscription for an app though is ridiculous.

My experience has been phenomenal. Only so I've ever used that is exactly as it claims to be. I can actually create invoices and save, send, both and they are kept catalogued and numerically correct. They automatically do your math for you as you fill it in. Great app

Absolutely amazing! It's free, there are no ads, and it has all the pre sets that make its easy and quick to send an invoice. only thing missing is an email proformer let up, but that might be in the paid version, I'm yet to look for it properly 100% recomend this

Only using basic features, seems pretty user friendly. No data backup options, need to install syncing software on old device before new device otherwise you are unable to continue to sync the data. Pretty poor data backup and management for a business app.

Boy. Really had me going here for a second. I thought wow, so convenient. Easy to use. After sending out 25 invoices and working all morning adding customers to this app, I began getting response emails stating only black pages show up on attachment. Or won't allow at all. When I make my secondary email a customer and send myself a bill, it says "corrupted file" and it's unable to open. I take my business pretty seriously and this is absolutely horrible. Embarrassing and makes me look very bad.

If this app remains free and or allows a one time payment to keep for good, I'd say it's the best one I've found yet. Very professional layout... My only issue is that you cannot transfer your old invoices and clients to another device. And they want you to upgrade to the Billdu app which is very expensive.

Fantastic free app for simple invoices and keeping track of outstanding bills. Customisable up to a certain point but looks very professional. Also not bombarded with ads! Will look into the premium version soon, but so far so good! 5 stars.

This was so good but just got a new phone and have now lost everything as there doesn't seem to be a way to sync data over. It just tries to get me to download Billdu instead which is a subscription service. Bit if a rip off directing me to a paid app to try keep my data. Not impressed anymore

I just downloaded the app and have sent 2 invoices out. very easy and nice looking I was able to add my logo and it pulls from my contacts with now problem. and it's free so far. Even if it turns into a pay to continue using, I will. O.K. it's been months and I love it!

Invoices don't carry over if you get a new phone so you will have to document everything AGAIN, and you will be completely out of luck if you get rid of the old phone. Better apps with actual accounts that save basic info

This app is PERFECT JUST THE WAY IT IS!!!! I use it monthly to bill clients as a very small operator. Ive been using it for over a year and it suits me so well. Your basically given the slate w ample adjustments and things to fill in. Very user friendly and easy to use. Its perfect, perfect, perfect!

It's good but I wish it had integration with other platforms and crm capabilities or some reminder system. It's geared towards retail and not service as much. This would be great as a part of a bigger app that was a crm for service or make separate app that is service oriented.

Very good app. When I starting working as a 1099 employee I tried various free invoicing apps, and this one was by far my favorite. You can send pdf invoices through the app, create clients, plus service/product items that you can re-use over and over again making it simple, if you need to reorganize the order of items in the invoice it is simple. Highly recommend for a free invoicing app, please don't change.

Have used a few different invoice making apps in the past and so far this one is quite simple which is exactly what I was looking for. It gives you an option to change the template and color of the estimates and quotes themselves which is another plus in my opinion. **It would be perfect if you were able to choose a different font and more color choices /ability to use a saved pic or logo on your quotes and to attach pics for client then it would be Spectacular!! Still deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a great app for creating and sending invoices. It has been completely free thus far... and still is. Although for some reason one of my customers can't open her latest invoice. This has never happened in the almost 1 year I've been using the app... will look into it.

Once I got the hang of how to use the app it's been very easy to generate my invoices for my cleaning services. The only thing I had issues with is when I first started working with it I couldn't restart my invoices, I have to remember to change them going forward or they're labeled incorrectly.

It has being a great app to me since last year quick easy invoices I use for all my painting estimates and it works great. The only bad thing is you have to save everything before the end of the year because all will delete automatically. I give this app my best judgement.

I've been using Invoice Maker for a year now and in my humble opinion it's a fantastic App for a small business that is trying to establish. I subcontract as a cleaner and this App certainly fits the bill. Now I find that the Invoice Maker App won't open using Biometrics, it has no capability for use of Password to open. HENCE ONE STAR Previously I had raised issue about automatic mailing of Invoices to client, & Respondent made out I'm unintelligent & know nothing.

I like many things about the app. I don't like when you send, you end up in preview w/o a Sent Confirmation, tap back arrow you're back on the invoice in the app, etc & I'd like a save option to put where I want it ! Just 1st time going through it, so with time (and successful feedback cuz I still don't know if it did what it was supposed to) will come predictability and confidence--I Hope-- Whole page template format to fill in would be my preference, just an opinion.

I really liked this app but when I tried the free trial, it upgraded to billdu for a month and THAT was OVERKILL! I had issues w/ duplicate invoices and disappearing invoices. Lots of headaches! The support team were nice and they tried to resolve the issues but at the end of the month they said I could go back to the free version but offered no help in restoring my docs so all of my info and docs from the last year & a half were not recoverable. I may try another app, I have to start over!

Free service is excellent for those getting started. Upgrades look useful, but I've found no use for them yet for myself, though it's nice knowing the options are there as things progress. Would definitely recommend this app to those starting out.

I've been using this for 2 weeks now, and I love it. Makes invoicing easy. The only thing I wish I could change is organizing invoices by most recent instead of highest totals at the top. If most recent were at the top each time, I could get to open invoices quicker instead of having to search for it. Over a year later, and I still love using this app. Now you can sort it by current year, all time, etc.

Great free invoice maker only problem is I lost my phone and it didn't save all my contacts or my jobs which is a massive job to do them all again. That's my only criticism, other than that it's great. If it could have it where everything is saved it would be a life saver

So far my experience has been very positive. No issues encountered. Basic invoicing , client information and sending out a bill, it's all free out of the box. As well as being Very simple to use. Especially like that it integrates my contact information at that price, nice..... :) If you require a few more feature,(attachment, banking features) there's a pro version also available. May try if the need arises... Without being cliche You got to give it a try.

Love this app to create invoices for my small business. My clients love them, too! It's a great way to keep up with every time I do a cleaning or use a service in their home. Plus it keeps track of my expenses and how much they've been paying me per service I provide to them. It's one of the best invoice apps out there. Would DEFTLY recommend to a friend or to any small business. You gotta try it! Only thing I wish is if you could change the font.

Works OK sometimes but lately it won't send the invoices and it keeps making me miss pays by weeks. It's frustrating and is costing me money because bills are getting over due *update* I send it to my wife aswell and now it works, but if I don't it won't send. It it's free, a bit complicated. Not as straight forward and easy like the other premium app but being free it is good value. Give a professor look and you can add your customized logo. I always struggle to change the invoice into a receipt after client made payment. Not always so easy and straight forward. Adding clients is not that difficult but for a free app it does exactly what it is suppose to do. It will take some time to learn the app. Percy Martin

I really like this app, It is free for someone like me, I'm small & work for myself nothing large so being free is awesome. It will ask you to refer a friend to keep it free. But I totally understand stand that. There's things you can't use under the free section. But if your looking for to just send a invoice you found the right app. Because I've used other site that said they were free but not, just for a few days and ect. Brilliant App! I've been using this for about 5 months to create invoices as a singer. It's easy to create contacts so I don't have to keep typing in the same details all the time. Greatly useful app. Unless I've missed it, I'd like to send the invoices via text instead of email. I don't have emails for all my clients. Otherwise, Invoice Maker is as good or better than the paid invoice apps out there.

Highly recommended Simple but effective, easy to use. Formally I used Invoice 2Go (I2Go) but was annoyed, having to renegotiate yearly to renew my established reasonable price as I used it so little. After 4 years of renewal, I2Go refused to negotiate. I2Go won the battle but are too lame to realize that they lost the war. This is a Great FREE App!! Easy to make invoices, easy to edit and print or send electronically. Only thing I'd like to see is the ability to move items up on the page to make more room for items and stay within a single page versus two pages. And maybe font size and choices. Still a great FREE app

Great app but it does need a slight adjustment. It would be much better if you could isolate and compare annual data. The way it is set up now you can compare two years, this year and last year. Or compare it to a lifetime. You cannot go back three or four five or six years and make a chart or a comparison

This is a nice, clean invoice template. it has enough custom items to make it very useful. I like that you can print it off without having to fill in all of the fields and that it allows you to add notes to the invoice. It is really good. What would I change? The address field for State uses a drop down scroll entry. I'd like to be able to just type in the state abbreviation, instead of having to scroll down to Maryland. I guess the people in Wyoming hate it more and Alaska loves it.

I have given the app 3 stars due to the number of ads from the premium app. I did load up the premium app, but with the fees they want to do stuff, it is ludicrous. This app is amazing for invoicing anything you want. The invoice is very easy to edit if you make a mistake. You can bill anyone for any service provided. (Developers I will give 5 stars when billdu stops all the ads and pop ups) if you want an easy invoice maker this is the app to get!!

Very easy and fun to use! I love that it is free because i am just starting up my buisness and i needed something exactly like this, and before i was just hand writing them but now they look better and more professional, i dont have to worry about keeping track of all of those papers also. I love the fact that you can "add item" on the invoice because i can write whatever i needed for the title.

I started using this app as of last night. I was looking for the best and easiest way to send a professional invoice to a client. I went back to the site to give it 4 stars, because it was easy to use one a phone. I fumbling through the buttons more today and find I was wrong. It's free (so far) and by far the best one I've seen except that there is no place for sales tax which makes it a little substandard. I add tax as a line item and calculate it myself. Still looking for the right invoice app. I don't mind buying an app but I refuse to rent one.

Best invoice maker. And its free with no limits. But recently changed from 5 stars to 3, due to latest update that's quite invasive in the way of pushing a premium option, that's only a trial then expected to pay for subscription..and having all these premium options overlaying the entire app. Makes it look cluttered and messy.

Fast, easy to use... great program. I would extra love it if there were a 'notes' section for clients, and if additional contact names/emails/phone numbers could be added for each client.

It seemed simple and worked well until I got to billing. The program only allows you to put in if you're selling items, not services. Also it will not allow you to edit problems that were filled in in the wrong lines and so forth. I'll probably have to use another app this is the 2nd one I've tried.

I needed an invoicing system for my business, and stumbled upon this one, it is soo easy to use and i love the professional finished look, and love the fact that i can customise to make it my own by adding my logo. so simple to use and keep track of everything in one place. so far i havent seen any adds i hope this is not something they add in the future

This app is pretty damned slick, simple, and easy to use. It's really nice that it's not all bogged down with ads, every time I click something. One suggestion, just for feedback's sake, it would be really nice if there was a way to send multiple invoices in one email. Then, I believe this would be THE perfect invoicing app.

Had issues to begin with, but the team were quick to respond and help me. It is great that I can see the invoice by expanding it. Quick and easy to use. Maybe a work invoice were hours could be used, instead of quantities.

It is a great app, the only downside is that it doesn't save invoices.... ie when I changed phone's and downloaded the app on my new phone I lost all my invoices that were stored as there isn't any set log in which could save your invoices so if logging in on a different device you don't lose all your accounts. It is a real pain!

I like the layout but it is useless if what is on the preview dosn't send to email. Please help. I would give this 5 stars if the preview invoice was sent with all the information on it. I don't understand why this is happening. Will delete app if no one helps. I wanted this app to make things easier. It is useless if the information doesn't send.

I really love this app. because it is easy to use. My only gripe is that on my tablet os it will not let me email a copy of the invoice to a customer. However, while using this app. on my ipad it has been flawless. But there is something I could have missed and I have not contacted customer support yet, but will. The invoices are very professional looking and my customers love the amount of info included on them.

No doubt it's the best invoice app, the only issue I'm facing that when I share the invoice it only shows rows and columns but doesn't show any amount ot figures there. In short it's totally empty when I share on WhatsApp or email. Please fix the issue so definitely will give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a pretty good app and once you've spent some time setting up your account it will definitely make your quoting life easier. I would love it if you could have an option for part payment/deposit and the ability to bill the remaining at a later date.

What a confusing app. Trying to produce an invoice for job I've done last week. App allows me to enter amount of days and price each day individually. It allows me to select VAT I'm subject to deduction. But when I add a VAT to my invoice the app just adds that VAT to a total days instead of deducting it. Em... Who is this app for I wonder? How do I select that right option for VAT?

Very easy to use and it helps me on my online business. It's not too late for me to just have started using this app recently. And I'll be using it every moving forward. Ive tried several app tools similar to this, but it's the best and still using it. I highly recommend this to online sellers to be used as their invoice, collection and sales monitor.

Simple, easy to use and fast making an invoice, good thing email pdf file to contractors, there is only one thing; When sending an invoice by e-mail, the registered e-mail address is automatically sent to the phone, so it is not sent with another e-mail address.

This is a TERRIFIC invoice app, especially for FREE! I recommend highly. The only thing I didn't like was that the information didn't sync between devices, but to be fair, it was an android and an iPhone. Still, it was all using the same browser and email. Otherwise PERFECT!!

This app works a treat, we proof tested all the free apps and this won hands down, it keeps clients in the program and imports them from your contacts, it has item and product saved within, 5 or 6 template, company logo goes in easy, email pdf file's to clients, running total for the year, all business bank details ABN clearly presented on invoices, nothing not to like this app. Easy to set up, if think it missing something keep looking it's there. Thanks to the developers it's fantastic col.

I used this app to generate high value invoices for my side work. It requires recurring donations, but it's clear that the app will always be free. Easy and convenient to use. Beautiful invoices, professional. Recommend it to friends.
