تطبيق سيء عبارة عن متاهة ، الشركة لا تقدم خدمات او عروض للمستخدم "شركة بخيلة جدا" كل شي برسوم ، شركة سهم كابيتال افضل بمراحل.

أشعر أن مصرف الراجحي من أسوأ البنوك في العالم، والأسوأ من ذلك هو تعامل بعض موظفيه. اليوم ذهبت إلى فرع مصرف الراجحي في حائل بالقرب من سوق الذهب، وكان هناك حارس أمن منعني من الدخول إلى البنك. كنت أريد فقط تحديث وترتيب بطاقة الصراف الآلي الخاصة بي لأنها كانت بحاجة إلى التحديث، لكن الحارس قال لي: «إذا كان لديك أي معاملة، قم بها من جهاز الصراف الآلي الموجود في الخارج، ولا يُسمح لك بالدخول إلى البنك». بصراحة، شعرت بالإهانة والانزعاج الشديد من هذا التصرف. أنا عميل وجئت إلى البنك لإنجاز معاملة ضرورية،

There is regular bug in running the app and I am not sure it's due to wifi or mobile data. Many times I tried to transfer fund or purchase any share, it proceed and show otp sent to mobile No. but 6 digit not usual 4 digit and surprisingly, whenever it generate 6 digit otp, it never delivered to my registered No. and when generate 4 digit it reached to the no. Now I am facing same issue from morning and even could not reached to given contact after many attempt.

فيه مشكله بعد فتح الحساب وللاسف الدعم لم يستطع حلها وتم إرسال ايميلات وتم التواصل بالهاتف ولم يستطع الدعم حلها واخيرا اصبح الدعم لا يرد علي الرسائل تحديث تم حل المشكله بعد معاناه مع الدعم

1. Daily gain/loss figure is wrong. It reports last day's figures on weekends which is missleading. 2. I cannot turn off news notifications. Everytime I turn them off they always turn back on after a while.

Absolutely disgraceful customer support from AlRajhi Bank! A so-called "big name" that can't even handle basic customer service — I am beyond furious and completely let down. This is an INVESTMENT APP — where every second counts and quick support is a NECESSITY, not a luxury. But what do we get? You open a ticket via email and it vanishes into a black hole! No action, no resolution, nothing! Just the same useless copy-paste response

if I compare it with Pakistani stock apps SCSTrade (SCS NXG Tick),u should try it.they provide all the info clearly on the main interface.it’s extraordinary and marvelous.v can buy and sell our shares in microseconds here no option to attached pic, but in Saudi Market,1 day,I bought a share & after a few days,I decided to sell it.I entered the correct price and placed a sell order in the morning.even the price reached that level during the day,my order was not execute.7 months ago still waiting

poor customer support, extremely disappointed with AlRajhi bank such a big name but their customer support is worst, and that also for investment app where we need quick support but u open a ticket by email with them and then they dont take any action i am 100% sure for 1 small issue they keep replying the ticket is under process and with telephone banking u r not able to reach any agent.

التحديث الجديد شوّه التطبيق ، كل ما اجي اضيف اموال ف التطبيق يرفض يطلعلي لوحة المفاتيح عشان ادخل رمز cvv الي ع البطاقة ، حذفته وحملته من جديد وبرضه نفس المشكلة اول مايخش على صفحة الرقم السري cvv يعلق

أسوأ تطبيق.. مو معقول التعليق.. خلص النهار على إجراء عملية شراء وحدة.. التحديث الأخير مصيبة.

the only issue for me with the App is that it keeps on lagging / freezing and then the App crashes . other than that It's better than other banks Apps in terms of design . [Edit] after using a different trading platform I can tell how Super slow executing orders take on Al Rajhi Capital App and hoping that'll be addressed in the future .
