After 3 years of using the app, things are getting worse. Poor location, delay location, location in some place alse, today 12 hours on telphone while she was at the school. Very disappointed!

Your Findmykids receipt [#1966-0532]" So if you want to use this app don't pay anything to them. They are using the money scam with subscription. I just blocked my card to cancel from the bank.

DO NOT EXPECT ANY REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY!! It claims "cancel the subscription anytime." but BEWARE - they charge you the day before your bill due and since there are no customer service reps, THERE IS NO HELP! Even the emails listed for customer support are responded to by a bot that says "we don't respond to emails" This is REDICULOUS for the price of $100 a MONTH

Misleading communication about the charges, no way of getting hold of them . Cancelled the moment I realized the misleading communication, but they know they are doing this as there is no way to speak to someone to rectify this or get a refund. Thieves. I dont want a bot, I want an actual person to respond to your so called support email.

Everything is behind a pay wall and after reading the reviews here looks like it not worth it to pay either. The replies to the reviews seems automated too. So an app that charges for everything and replies like robots

every adult needs this app. I almost lost my kid once and it was so easy to track him. u can also check if ur kids are on the screen too much or their battery. they can send SOS's to u if they need help to. I recommend this to every adult

works ok most the time, but gps positioning is often inaccurate and lagging a lot.

Needs more improvement. I've been noticing some places that I try to ping the number of the address are off and not correct. Especially for our home, the number it shows for our home is our neighbors and my number is 2 houses down. I updated the app and my location is always on.

*Update: Oct. 24,2026, after the app updated, it still shows No service. I give up, switched to Life360. This company is disappointing. Will never download it again. This app no longer works on Android v.16 after updated. Contact support few days ago without any progress. It still pops up "Service Unavailable and We'll fix it soon" it's been like this over week. re: I already provided everything to the support but the problem remains unsolved.

Myself setup this originally on android then her mother gave her a iPhone. Setup my account as dad then hers as child = paid £36.99 only now can't restore account from android to iPhone. Telling me to pay alot more I cant afford. Help support no good can't restore my account no subscription it says but clearly am paid upto June 2027. It's really bad the price keeps going up & up. It's fee table is extortionate. One fee for all easy as it should be....

You can see others location and they can see yours well the people you want to give your location too.

Very wonderful app! Let's me find my kids easily and have a mode that recaps everywhere they stepped each day! sos mode on pingo only works with wifi, though so kinda weird... BUT! it's such a good app, and I recommend that every parent use this with their kids. lets you block apps. and stuff and I recommend five stars

Your in app BOT, Penny, is useless. I just renewed my monthly subscription so that I can use the HONK. But lo and behold, it's not working. And it's not like I am using the HONK everyday!!! App is misbehaving, chatbot doesn't even list the problem I have, and live support cannot be reached through the bloody chatbot, which means it cannot be reached at all. Very disappointing.

Good app ,but help chat absolutely for nothing also can't found function that was included about to have possibility to here my child's live surrounding sound what's going at the moment. great except for the Widget performance - the main app will say child is in a known place e.g. home but widget will say they're in an unknown place, so have to open the app every time to see where they are. Apart from that it's pretty good for keeping track without being too intrusive or battery heavy.

Since the latest automatic update, the app has become very slow and freezes frequently, making it frustrating to use. The original version worked smoothly and was well worth the money. Now, the performance is terrible. Please fix these issues and stop updates that make the app worse. I’m considering switching to another app if this continues.

used to work conveniently. Recent updates broke GPS reliability. Push Notifications coming in all day and night, without any target phone changing location. Very annoying and stressful

inaccurate location. listen in option doesn't work 90% of the time. Too expensive. you do not get what you pay for.

The app used to work perfectly. Now it seems like I'm always having issues. One of my daughter's phones is constantly locking the apps without me doing it. Then I have to go in on my end and block the apps, then unblock them for it to work correctly on her phone. I pay monthly for this service, and I shouldn't have these issues. I'm about to cancel my subscription and switch to another app that is able to provide better service.

This app is pretty good. I would love it more if they didn't charge for minutes since I already paid for the subscription. That part wasn't exactly advertised, however, the app itself is good and gives my kid and me peace of mind.

After the renewal of my annual subscription frw weeks ago the app became unstable. Takes to long to locate the kids (buffering). Shows the kids phone as offline when the phone is connected. I reinstall the app few times but the same issues appear. I am using Samsung phone.

App is no good. Shows my son at home when he's at his friends house, tracked him to his friends house that worked fine. But when he got there he appeared at home. additionally the minimum radius for locations is still too big! In response to the comment: I did contact chat help and the time and basically was told that there was nothing that could be done and the radius was what it was!

I've received an offer for “lifetime protection” a 100-year license but it doesn’t actually grant any extra benefits. All the features listed there require an additional “Plus” subscription to activate. There’s no available option to cancel the subscription, and when I contacted their support, my request was denied because "I had accepted an agreement". Always read all the terms and conditions before accepting an offer that seems too good to be true.

Good so far. Edit: What have you changed to the app? It was fine untill latest update. Now I have HUGE battery drain. Have you hired devs from India? Also my wife purchased yearly subscription thinking that app will work as before update. We will ask for a refund. Almost 5 months response time. Bravo!

App is OK. There are a few safety concerns and too many freedoms for the child. The child can control the app and the features parents have access to, which defeats the purpose for safety. They should not be able to turn off their visibility or microphone.

Ridiculous! They respond to my review. You have an option to edit your review and that's all. if you chose this option, it's not going to bring you to your review. It's going to bring you to all of them. And you're gonna have to scroll through hundreds to find it. And what do they do after me complaining about them, responding in the middle of the night? They tell me to respond through the app. yeah, like I wanna be woken up at 2 am or 3 am again.

This app looks good, but that's about it. I have followed all the steps and installed it on both my phone and my kid's phone and even though I paid 50 euro for the premium features the app is not what I paid for. First every single day there is some issue with the app where I need to reinstall it and set it up. I tried to contact support but ofc there is no such thing, only some stupid AI bot who you can ask basic questionaand if your ussues don't correspond to the provided options then dead end

Following the malfunction of the purchased app for a few long weeks. several months after the purchase, and no success with a meaningful response by the developers, the app went back to its normal functioning. I don't know if it was a matter of needing an update or what the problem was. All in all, this is a good app with useful functions and I'm happy with it.

Update: A lot of great updates. Tracking has never been easier. It seems that newer phones or Androids have more features. I'm still waiting to be able to track the kids when app the apps are blocked - similar to how they can continue to make phone calls and messages when turned off (block apps).

We've had this app for a while, but it recently stopped sharing our child's location. In trying to get support, it was very difficult to get a rep, & when we did, nothing changed. We were having issues with location, so checked my partner's phone (as second adult tracker) and found out that WE WERE BEING TRACKED ALSO! This was not a transparent feature and I couldn't locate the adult tracking in my app! BTW, it was tracking US just fine, but my child's location was spotty and delayed constantly!

I guess it is the best app to track my children. I can check their daily activities on different apps as well. sometimes the accuracy of the location has some problems but overall my experience is been good so far.
