great service no issues

Great coverage in Shanghai

I use Google Fi but ran out of fast data while traveling in Japan. Fi has coverage everywhere so I've never previously needed an eSIM. After comparing apps, I chose Airlo and have been totally satisfied.

Very reliable and easy to connect.

absurd to have to log in on every app open. it's not an app it's an embedded web page. also zero visibility into the fact that speeds are incredibly slow in China. do not use for china.

Easy to use, and such a cost effective way to ensure you have coverage while traveling abroad!

week 'high-speed' internet during the whole trip in China. Sometimes it wasn't working at all.

simply brilliant and easy to use 👏

easy to install but you need to have internet until Airalo is fully functional. After that it worked perfectly

easy to use.. many countries never failed.

good and affordable prices overall.

airalo is great. it works exactly as advertised. it's easy to set up and use. I recommend it to anyone needing an eSim.

Once it works, it works fine. Instructions could be clearer.

They won't give you a real GB. I used it on my trip, and it showed 1-1.5 GB of daily data usage on average, which was much more than I expected. At the same time, I used another eSIM and my usage was less than 1GB for TWO DAYS. It is obvious that they are cheating.

easy to change great value

Great app

It's the worst. Bought it for the US it worked in the airport as I reached JFK and a few hrs after, but the days after no connection. It kept saying offline. Save your money, don't purchase.

works amazing in Toronto

Great e-sim when travelling abroad and every economical. I'm so glad I chose Airalo

The signup and installation process has been very difficult, lengthy, and filled with technical problems. Customer support tried to help, and I appreciate their efforts, but the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. After spending much time trying to resolve these issues, the problem is still unresolved. I expected a much simpler and smoother process.

a greatest ESim for traveling to Vietnam 👍

It worked fine in Tanzania (Kilimanjaro) but it didn't work in India (Mumbai). I've tried to connect there multiple times (following instruction).

Awesome managade to communicate with my people back home ❤❤❤

it's usually great, but I've had several connection issues this time. showing it's connected but no data. customer service was helpful but it kept loosing connection in France, Armenia and Georgia

Easy to set up and manage - only negative (which is also a positive) was the confusing pricing - ended up being less expensive than expected 😄

I find that once I leave the apartment whilst on wifi I have to turn my phone off before I can connect to my esim, which can be frustrating.

works great does exactly what it says. must have for people traveling often

half a day of decent speed then drops off to speeds you get in the 80s unlimited means browsing nothing else, if your phone updates you watch you tube your speed will drop

works well in kerala

Easy to install and activate.

simple to pay and setup, highly recommend for travel

must have! so easy, cost effective. never using anything else. great service.

Works verry well

Second time using Airalo Never any issues. it's very good and I've recommended it to friends and family

reliable

its been an absolute lifesaver. I have barely struggled here in china

Easy to use, awesome connection, half price when you top up. I really like it so far.

useless, never connects well and drops connections quickly when it does

I have used airalo around the world and it works in most olaces

I used Airalo esim when I visited Mexico and it worked really well. I'm now visiting the Philippines and it's also working good 👍

Not bad. Not too dependable but acceptable.

excellent coverage 👍

Have used before when traveling to Dubai and was easy to install the esim. Process was all done for you. no issues with data reception just ensure you top up wisely for the duration of stay. average 2gb data per day on moderate use.

my connection in Italy was not great this trip

Génial pour compléter son abonnement quand on part à l'étranger, plein de choix de durées et de forfaits, prix très compétitifs, installation hyper facile.

super.. muy facil de usar incluso en Venezuela. en Canaima no funcionoʻ

not a great experience, had a issue with minutes used 1.53min and it took 10 mins . raised a issue but was took around in circles constantly asking for the same information gave up in the end and brought a esim. dont waste your time and money

Airalo has responsive customer service, I am a first time user. I am getting more familiar with the process. They get online to assist immediately.

difficult to navigate in USA

never fails and easy to use.

It's great!

Great experience with Airalo in Thailand! The eSIM was super easy to set up before my trip and connected instantly when I landed in Bangkok. Fast and stable data everywhere I went, very convenient and much cheaper than roaming. Highly recommended for travel!

a little bit complicated to start using the sin card.

easy to use keeps me connected

false data usage burns your package much faster than it really should. BAD EXPERIENCE

Excellent experience with Airalo in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic! The eSIM was easy to use and has been a lifesaver during my vacation, especially when the hotel's Wi-Fi stopped working. I can still stay connected, check the weather, and communicate without relying on the hotel. Very convenient for traveling. Highly recommended!

The service worked well and was very easy

Often need to restart my phone. Speed vary on the country but often slow and unresponsive.

step-by-step instructions very useful after which easy to purchase and use I've now used for Balkans and for Asia (South Korea, China, & Tibet)

Service has dramatically degraded. would strongly recommend against using this as your esim for China, as the service has dramatically decreased in quality in the past year. I've previously used this as my go to esim but some for some reason the connectivity has been virtually unusable.

good value easy to set up and use

my dedicated e-sim service. reliable in every country I have been....except China

used another sim before was soo much hassle took me 3 days to get some of them working, this was straightforward worked instantly.

Good choice for esims. Check around for discount codes, for example on YouTube videos.

This had worked everywhere I've traveled. Easy download and set up.

very solid

10/10 for service and longevity,I went for 10 days to Saudi Arabia purchased 10gb for £16.67 after 15% discount that I got for 1st time customer

Does the job, but the signal drops in a fair few places when we were in Mexico. It was great in Japan though.

fantastic and super value easy to use

great and fast service

muy fácil de usar y económico

Just ok for android Samsung. Even writing this. it is difficult to end and make keyboard close. But socks to be apple.

UPDATE: No problems in 20+ more countries in over a year after Albania UPDATE: Since Albania, the eSIM has been working fine. I purchased a 30-day Europe eSIM and it is not working in Albania, even though it should be. Even though their product is defective, they won't issue a partial refund.

very difficult to navigate. I was looking for 365 day package for NZ, like I bought last year. I couldn't find it.

for China, the connection is not stable and often there are no connection or very slow. worked well when we were travelling to Europe or Japan though

easy to set up and great value. recommended.

Absolute lifesaver for traveling! Super easy to set up, great network connection right after landing. No more hassle with physical SIM cards. Highly recommended

great app, very easy to use

Before you install the Esim and purchasing it make sure sure that your phone is unlock in order to get the ESIM download otherwise otherwise you just waste money on something you're not gonna be using.

I've used it a few times now and it is easy clear and the Data packages I have used are reasonable and I have not have overuse or blackout of my data at allllll it works well and I would recommend it to anyone. easy to install and can be set up in short order. whole process takes 5 minutes or less.

all good 👍

I am very happy with Airolo. It is very easy to use.

your mobile service in morocco is below acceptable, you offer no options for top-up, and your cost is higher than most other eSIM providers. I have not been pleased with the service, it's been frustrating

Easy to use! I've traveled to Germany, Portugal, Italy, and Korea and Airalo has worked great.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the extremely poor internet speed provided after consuming the initial 3GB data allowance. Once the 3GB limit is reached, the internet speed drops dramatically to a level where even basic browsing and using mobile applications becomes frustrating and, in many cases, practically impossible. This is unacceptable and significantly affects the overall value of the service. Paying for a mobile data service should provide a reasonable level of connecti

Widgets don't work. Signal is always disconnecting

zero function in Switzerland. exactly when it would have been most important.

Easy to download, competitive pricing, extensive coverage and good extend options. My go-to for data abroad.

too many hassles, bad coverage. spend hours to fix. Airalo doesn't admit that coverage is bad. they just want you to move to a more expensive package

awesome 👌 👏 👍

I had problem activating and the chat troubleshoot on the spot and it's working seamless

ok ok

Sadly, didn't work for me which I would have loved to know PRIOR to purchasing a plan. Unfortunately because there was no coverage map for me to check, I had to find out myself first hand. Troubleshooting was very extensive, but otherwise useless. Customer service made me repeat it all after having done so already with its ridiculous ai bot. They claim they check the chat to stay current with your issue, but I highly doubt it as the representative I spoke with still made me do everything again.

great easy to use

Worked great in Turk & Caicos while off our cruise ship on the beach all day. strong signal, no gaps in coverage

some countries don't connect automatically but overall i love it.

wonderful to have.

easy to use and works fine most of the time

works good not let say excellent but it offer good connection and fairy prices.

had problems with setting up my esim and installing it. Was a really easy process. still a bit more than other providers however I have used them in several countries and never had any issues.

Initially quite tricky to get esim to work. Good price.

Good most of the time but sometimes hard to connect/lose connection.

Easy to register. Good coverage so far in North West Argentina. Poor in Uyuni, Bolivia, a popular tourist destination.

Top tier eSIM for data. So far I've had no issues after using for a few years.

used my esim for USA ...Connected immediately on landing and faultless throughout.

It's a really easy and cheap way to have a Sim card abroad.

awful

wini

It works excellent once it is connected but how to connect is not always clear. I always use the esim for data and I always need to contact their customer support to help out. It usually is related to APN issues.

great coverage in Africa, Mexico and USA

app is terrible, I have an android phone and it charged me before telling me it was not compatible with my phone. BEWARE!!!

Easy to install, good connectivity

work great!

Downloaded Airlo in Beijing. Has been working great since.

Travel several Easter European cities. With Airalo always a way to communicate and find a way back to apartment.

useful and efficient. worked for every country I used it for so far, in various global regions.

very convenient eSIM

Easy way to get your eSim

No connection multiple times while in Malta.

Best Esim for Europe.

so far so good. YouTube google WhatsApp are working in China 🇨🇳

nice

XLNT works as described

very user friendly

Immensely helpful, good value. one minor suggestion: Could be somewhat more transparent about how much data reels consume.

This e-sim is very complicated to set up and I still can't manage to do it

Access to data is week outside of the Accra

not impressed

Just landed on Shanghai. I had installed the eSIM but didn't activate it till now, and it worked right away. I did have to go into the APN and select manually the webbing wbdata (the only one available). Works flawlessly so far! Thank you!

simple, faultless.

it is a good app And support is impeccable but app cannot be topped up which makes it less worthed to purchase.

first time eSIM user and loving the experience. The instructions on the website and an instructional video on their YouTube channel were concise and helpful, resulting in instant activation upon arrival at destination. That's what I wanted.

easy esim for the technically illiterate

great for easy overseas phones

convenient. I especially like the regional sim.

very poor service in Brazil

so far so good! turned it on as the plane landed and had data right away, which was very helpful

Bien para MX en cuanto a datos, la cobertura falta mejorar

Good app to manage their esim, simple to set up and monitor usage.

Everything is working perfectly.

Great support when unable to connect. Great coverage!

generally good, but did lose service for a day.

Seamless transition from country to country!!

Airalo stuff provide great support in problematic cases. Very nice and very important.

first time user and so far very happy

twice now that I buy a esim and data never works. also no way to ask for a refund. theft

I've used Airalo multiple times now across Europe and Canada. it's easy to setup and renew esims and that package partners are reliable and well known. Recommend !!

I have been using Airalo service everytime when travel. When I had a problem with connection, the customer service was very helpful in walking me thru resolving issues.

App constantly bugs for review/feedback, both in app and through phone notifications, despite having all notifications turned off in the app settings. So here's my review.

its alright its worked fine its just that, it took me awhile to set up I find it a bit difficult. but one's figured out it works great

super easy to install and app is easy to manage. plenty of deals. so far so good. no drop in coverage or speed for the package I got.

Easy to use, quick and helpful customer service, good prices

good for travelling

excellent service even in Belgium anchorage where other esims are not working. hats-off

It kind of works, but only enough to be frustrating. The network connectivity is much worse than using a native SIM/esim. Use only if there are no options of getting a normal pay as you go in that country.

EDIT: Following the instructions from their Chatbot helped solve the issue and reconnected service. Airalo also continued to reach out and took feedback about my experience. *Esim stopped getting any service suddenly. Restarted phone and checked all previous network settings are correct.*

worked incredibly well in China. somehow it also allowed us to use our Google products without using the secondary VPN tool we got.

the connection quality is a bit unreliable. e.g. SG was fast but Australia is quite slow. only getting 0.59 Mbps downloads. I can't work on business trips. I don't want to pay for this.

I was a little challenged setting up my eSim at first, but Airalonhad some good guides, and I was up and running quite easily. I can recommend setting the eSim up one day before you leave. That saves some stress :)

Great coverage and great peace of mind over Eastern Europe travels 😊

fantastic

simple to use, always great value! well worth it for trips away when your usual number doesn't allow for free roaming

worked immediately in Thailand and India with good connectivity even in Assam and Meghalaya. Top up was straightforward and didn't cause any interruption to service. Price is competitive. My only complaint is for the app which requires repeated logins even if I'm only wanting to check my data usage, otherwise the app is good.

great price for data. Works amazing in Tunisia. Not tried SMS or calls, just data.

Service is not consistent. Have tried it in India, UK, Portugal and Spain

Faster and reliable

App is fine. Relatively expensive esim unless you're buying a region. Main gripe is being constantly logged out when I want to check my remaining allowance.

My Galaxy A53 wasn't compatible and I am having trouble getting a refund. 😥

Terrible service, during my trip the esim decided to stop working even though I had data and days remaining in my plan. if you want unreliable service that is hard to access this is the place. My friends took a different provider they didn't have to do anything, just landed and their eSIM started working, I had to do a bunch of steps to get it to work and yet it wasn't enough because as mentioned the service stopped working by itself.

Used for a trip to Hong Kong. Great coverage in the towns, but unfortunately only patchy coverage in the house in the village where I stayed in the New Territories. This meant that I wasn't able to use all the data I'd purchased. It seems that 3HK is the only provider with good coverage there, but Airalo doesn't use them. The app states that the SIM uses HKT, though it connects to a provider called Webbing. App works well and eSIM provision all went smoothly though.

Works well in Manila. Not a good option while island hopping in the Philippines. A friend had Globe with no interruptions in service on land or water.

Excellent esim easy to install easy to use

Easy to install and use, sometimes I have to restart my phone to get a signal though.

makes a big difference travelling once you are used to it.

does not auto connect though when you are in the territory.

Worked okay for a while and then disappeared from my esim list. looking through the troubleshooting, it suggested to call them which is pretty much worthless since I no longer had phone/mobile access when I needed it in a foreign country. Won't be using again.

good

Worked perfectly in Portugal for 3 months.

fantastic, easy to download, install and use. Tried other ways in the past, no issues or concerns with this app. Whole family using it now.

Used in Australia to use whatsap to phone UK. Couldnt phone UK landline or Australia numbers so got Yolla as well.

I keep losing service. its the worst I have ever experienced using Airalo. not sure if its a carrier issue.

Great support right away when I needed it. Wish I had used Airalo right from the start of my trip in Scotland.

Best esim by far, all places covered

Disappointing

works well in China so far.

out of connection many times

very easy to install and use. this was my first time using esim. the set up is easy

bad coverage in Texas

I used this app for my last several trips and it's very efficient. Easy to install and works flawless.

highly recommend when traveling

excellent service and good prices

Exceptional support!

when it works it's great but often I have a 5G connection but no data even though this is a data only SIM.

I used the service in several countries now and I was always happy with the service. Installation is easy and the prices seem affordable.

My pre-installed Airalo e-sim just did not connect to Etisalat in Dubai this week. I wasn't the only one with this problem. Four months ago it worked but not this week. Funny enough Airalo could send me a message sayings my paid for (but unavailable) package was about to expire and would I like a top up!

so far it works in South Korea no issues so far

A perfect service

I bought a package to Bahrain and it's not worked, Theifs.
