Having the same issue as a lot of people before me, I am unable to pay for specific seats. Both a app and the site cannot process a payment. Site just refreshes and forgets I wanted to use a card to pay, app returns the obscure, non-informative error message that a lot of users mentioned before me.

never again, what a scam company. purchased extra luggage, but it doesn't show on the receipt, so I'm being forced to buy luggage again despite the cost of the flights being so high I have obviously purchased extra baggage to get them that high. additionally, the chat/AI is completely useless and non-responsive. Waste of hundreds of dollars for such a short flight. Why are the receipts not properly itemised?! what a scam!! Never again. this is now costing me more than a premium airline!

The app only works the first time you use it, then you have to uninstall and reinstall it to use most of its features again.

Dreadful!!. when I need to manage my flight, the screen just shows a ring going round and round and then freezes. Then when I try to log in? I get a reply, " You've tried to log in 5 times now" you need to reset your password etc etc. Sort it out please Ryanair. sort your app out.

Got to be the worst app ive ever had the pleasure of using on a mobile device. Constant bugs, error codes and inability to pay for anything regardless of payment method selected. It all feels like a con and pushing you towards spending more money. Funny thing is that the payment button rarely works so they are only doing themselves a disservice...

Joke of an app and a company. How is it ethical to charge people a fee if they don't check-in before arriving at the airport? This type of policy just preys on people who aren't as tech literate as others, and/or who might not speak or read certain languages. Having an app that incorporated push notifications to try and mediate this might be an option if Ryanair weren't so money hungry.

Lors de notre embarquement nous avons du payer 160 de supplément pour 2 valises qui avait 1/10 ème de roue qui dépassait, nous sommes venu avec les même valise au départ, sachant qu'en arrivant dans l'avion ils y avait des valises vraiment plus grosses que les nôtre, mais eux ont eu de la chance et son passé à la trappe .... il y en avait beaucoup ! De plus la personne qui est sur le siège côté couloirs n'est jamais tranquille il y a que ses allé venu que ce soit du personnel ou des voyageurs!

Do not use MA Navette airport transfers. would have been the 4th time i used them this year, they scammed me! Ryanair said they don't get involved and gave me their contact details. you can book taxis now at fixed rates via kiosk at marrakech airport! I would recommend you do that. It's the normal rates now via kiosk.

Bugs in the payments system and 0 human support. Even in such cases when they charge you twice. Mail - 30days response time. Call - bot blocks your phone number after claiming topic is different. Chat - you have to convince bot to connect you to 'human' - a lie - its 2nd line bot. Wasted 1h+. Finally I can wait 2 weeks to get a decision if such charge can be refunded. Please don't cut costs below what basic customer respect and law requires.

Cancel your flight. Yellow color is your sign for scam airlines (see Spirit)-they will scam you on bag size. Some may pass if the appropriate staff is not present to supervise. 70 Euros per bag and you still have to put it on the plane yourself as carry on. Good luck with bookbags too. I booked my flight on this scam of an app and now it insists it was booked through a 3rd party and I cannot manage it or create a boarding pass. There is a verification process that does not work. The chatbot is just a loop of deflection and the customer service phone number blocks my phone number because it has that detail on record but insists that it came from a 3rd party.

Absolute scum bags. Forcing your customers to download your cheap app just so you can steal more data. This is the last straw, never flying with your awful shameless airline again.

Contacted support because the app doesn't allow me to buy tickets and the bank confirmed it's not a problem with my account. The answer I got from Ryanair? "Clean your browser cookies". So I'm asking about a problem with the app (which I have in the most recent version) and they tell me via email that I should...clean the browser cookies. Useless.

Uninstalled after the trip; I used to print a pdf to my phone, no problems at all, now they force you to use the app, most likely for more data collection and sale opportunities. Sorry, I don't buy that.

Had my booking blocked due to being incorrectly labeled as “made through a third-party travel agent.” But I have used this app. Their customer service was also unhelpful. The “real” support agent sounded like an AI and was just as helpful; they even sent me a broken 404 link. Get it sorted, Ryanair.

Having Ryanair's latest application, I was unable to check in because on the last step some error occurred. The issue persisted for more than 12 hours. Their support just threw me off to AI assistants that were just finished conversations with me giving me some general information on check in. Lucky I happened to have another phone and was able to check in

Had to download this obnoxious app to scan my passport while checking in on my flight to Bosnia. The passport scan didn't work, as expected bc. it would be ridiculous if a company like Ryanair would get access to encrypted passport data, but I got asked many questions to "upgrade" my booking and "shocker" I have to show my passport at the airport! Curious if my flight will be on time, otherwise I will make use of my EU traveller rights!

I have been using the backpack for almost 2years and flew with number of airlines including Ryanair, for this guy that works for Ryanair to say that I have to pay €60 if I wanna take my bag is an absolute rip off, to top of my flight mean to departure at 11.50 from Dublin to Manchester and we departure at 14.10 . RyanAir kindly informed me that in order to get a digital boarding pass I must download their app. If only the morons behind this app heard of a pdf then this problem would be avoided. incompetently made app that is unfit for duty. i got the phone out and the boarding pass did not load since the phone has no internet!! during queue at the gate. a competent app would let you download an image or pdf of the qr code exactly for when internet is missing. should send the boarding pass via mail like a competent company. update: even worse and still no download of boarding pass!! it is a parody. update: the dark pattern paid seat. update viewing BP override brightness blinding!

The moment I was forced to get the app to actually get a boarding pass is the last time I booked a Ryanair flight. I used to fly Ryanair several times a year, they gradually got worse, so for the past 2 years I only took it when there was nothing else. No more Ryanair though, even if there is nothing else.

when you add the charges for a seat and a bag it's comparable with others if they cancel a flight or change a flight, they think it's fine and send you through hoops to get a refund. if you need to change a flight you lose € 40 euro minimum. it would be nice and fair if they had to pay the same fee to us.
