love the stories, but don't understand why you make it so hard to keep reading them by expecting everyone to pay to read, not everyone can afford to keep spending to read. but thankfully there is other great apps that allow us to read great stories by just having to watch a commercial or two in-between chapters. It's really to bad I really liked some of your stories.

great first story, but not totally free to read, I was hooked into reading the ad story, so I downloaded to finish reading, only to get so far before having to spend money to finish it. Not in my budget, really sad to not finish story. There was a bit of editing issues, but it didn't detract from the story.

The stories I started were great, but the cost to continue reading is ridiculous! I purchased a subscription to finish my books, only to find out it didn't apply to the actual books- only the Mini section! No refunds are offered, and it would cost at least another $50 to finish one book! Sad I won't get to finish reading, but definitely deleting this app now before I get suckered into spending any more.

There are some great stories on this app, but the payment system is @ss. The chapters to unlock are incredibly short, and half the time the ads for free points won't load, and even the ones you pay for expire in 7 days. so it is difficult to save up for larger better deal unlocks. I am getting free points to leave a 5 star review.

Greedy company. I wanted to read Moonrise Kingdom series again but unfortunately it's Digital format is locked to dreame. dreame makes authors sign lifetime contracts apparently & that means they can't have their book in digital format on other platforms. I just recently read book 4 on Kindle & was extremely disappointed to find that the first 3 are unavailable. Dreame is not worth the price. You can buy a physical copy of some books for less money than paying high amounts of coins per chapter!

DELETE, DELETE, DELETE!! I was really enjoying the book I was reading, so I bought 700 coins + 150 bonus as a top-up this afternoon. I now have a balance of 7 coins after only having read 6 chapters. Either the price continually doubles up as you progress, which is unethical, or I did not receive all my coins. Which tells me that something is off. I now wonder if it's common for this app to take money like that. I don't recommend anyone pump money into this as there's better priced apps.

Im giving 5 stars for stories. But only 1 star for the chapter charging! I really love reading these stories. But I can't afford to keep spending money on it. Which is a bummer, because the story I'm reading is so,so good. I'd continue being a loyal reader, if you could change to watching videos for FREE chapters not for 2 points. when its costing 42 coins to read a chapter.

I just loaded this app because of an ad in another app I was using. I should have read the reviews before loading this app. The storyline was/is great. I would love to finish reading it but I am not going to pay the high prices to read it. And by these reviews, it can and does get expensive. So before the story gets more interesting, I'll be uninstalling this app. There are to many free apps for books or at the least much more affordable. These AI generated story apps go on forever.

the stories are good. However, the app resets sometimes, and when it does, it either 1) Erases whatever percentage of the story I was currently reading had been completed and does not reimburse the coins I put into unlocking chapters, or 2) It takes my coin balance that I've paid for. Don't know why this happens. I'm logged into my account. It's not reloading and acting like I'm not logged in. this has happened a total of 3 times. It's ridiculous.

Stories are on par for a story app. You are allowed to read two chapters per day after watching ads (reset at approx. 8pm EST). Purchases are available. After making a purchase (stupid, I know) I no longer have the option to watch ads for my 2 chapters a day and will be uninstalling the app shortly as it won't be getting another cent from me and has therefore become useless. I enjoyed the story I was reading but not that much.

Expensive! I read a few chapters and then was locked out of the book. Turns out you have to pay per chapter. The books are AI slop, so I'm not paying to read them. If I wanted to edit while I read, I would have stayed a teacher. English as a second language learners have a better grasp of grammar. There were entire paragraphs that were just jibberish. In short, don't download this app. It is a waste of time.

I really enjoy some of the books and have found some great authors that you can actually find on Amazon for Kindle. The book i am reading now started great but has started to repeat things to make the chapter longer or meet word count. The price per chapter has doubled and you cannot earn enough coins in one day to pay for a new chapter. It really started out as a great book, and I would love to finish it, but I am already over $40 out for this one book. (told you it was good)

Way too expensive. It would have cost over $50 for one full book. I haven't uninstalled an app on my phone so fast in my life. They try to trick you with a couple free chapters, and then over 40 coins per chapter and its 300 coins for $3.99. I would have needed over 7k coins for one of the full books. Not going to lie, the book was intriguing, but not $50 worth. very disappointed.

Just another app that lets you get 12 chapters in, offers a point system to continue reading, then never acknowledges the points that you have earned, and forces a purchase to continue. It's a shame because I was enjoying the book, but the author will be forgotten as soon as I uninstall the app. Hopefully, I'll find this story on a reputable site.

Platform is frustrating and expensive. The further that you get in a story, the more coins that they require to unlock the next chapter, and the chapters are so short so that you don't even get enough to move the story along before it ends. If you buy coins to unlock all the chapters, you'll spend way more than you would on a traditional book. You can't earn enough free coins in a week to even unlock 1 chapter. if you post any feedback on their FB, they delete the comment.

What I have read in ads is mixed. Some good, but most with many errors such as punctuation, spelling, and word usage. I've seen wrong words such as bare instead of bear. One story even had every single word capitalized. I downloaded it once, and one story had so many errors that it hurt to read. There was so much angst that it looked as if a twelve year old who never passed an English class wrote it. I'm not sure the good ones are worth sifting through the bad ones to download it again.

l'd enjoyed quite a few of the books offered, they were well written and interesting. I tried several apps to see where I could read most. Unfortunately for here, I ruled out any type of limitation like coins or passes just for some books ('mini') needing a sep. weekly pass that will cost $19.99 is ridiculous, I don't pay that much in either of my 2 subscriptions, which were chosen when I saw one book here cost upwards of $80. and my sub. cost me 43. acceptable as I spent that much on paperback

I love the app and the story I am reading. However, unless you want to pay or watch ads that are way too long, you can only read a couple of chapters and that's with watching 15 or more ads. You can't have coins and no bonus coins, you have to have both. I don't understand that concept...just have one set of coins. You don't get enough of either coins to be able to read much. I want to read, not watch ads all day then lose bonus coins because I couldn't read today because I watched ads all day.

Don't recommend. It will easily cost you between $80 and $100 minimum to read one book. You can watch ads but you will probably spend an hour or two and only earn enough to read one chapter a day. don't buy coins. I was reading 2 chapters per book a day by watching ads. once I bought some coins the ads option stopped and now the only way to read is by buying more coins. and let's face it. these books are way more expensive then they should be.

Yes, the stories are engaging! Thats my reason for at least one star; But the price of the chapter unlocks versus the amount of ads you need to watch to unlock those chapter. I have clocked it to 4 HOURS of ad watching for 5 MINUTES of reading what you came to the app for. I had previously used this app, and I must say that the amount of bonus for the ads were reduced by half, not to mention the amount of ad bonuses available also reduced by around 2/3. It was 2chapter/day, now it's opposite.

To Expensive Cost MORE THAN A BOOKSTORE. I spent 25$ on trading 1 novel and still didn't get to finish it. They want me to spend more money to finish reading 1 novel, crazy. I was crazy spending the 25$ , I'd hoped that would be enough to finish . if I went to a book store to purchase this novel in it's entirety I would of paid less. I am deleting this app. Don't use unless you want to spend more money than a bookstore.

Way too expensive! There's no reason why a story should cost more than a physical book! Earning coins is a hassle. You don't earn enough coins per ad so you have to watch tons of ads. It's a shame because I was enjoying the story but got so frustrated with being forced to buy coins that I decided it wasn't worth it and ultimately deleted the app.

I liked the story I was reading, but the coins were pretty expensive. I tried to read the book without buying any but I literally had to let ads play on my phone all day long in order to earn enough coins to read another chapter. if I had bought enough coins to read it the whole book would have cost me like $50. or more. the last five chapters had no free way to read them so I deleted the app. it's not worth it

That app is a great platform for both readers and writers. The stories are well written and are captivating to read. The main issue is the points/bonuses expire too quickly and the cost of each chapter is too expensive. Plus, the cost to purchase bonuses is inadequate to the amount you get and how many chapters are able to be unlocked. Getting to earn bonuses each day is a good incentive however the incentive is lessened when you watched 50ish ads and are only able to unlock 4 chapters.

It's a very frustrating app and not good. the coin system is bogus and the chapters are so short and cost so much, you'll never get anywhere. if you bought a whole book on this app it'd be $100+ dollars. insane. they have catchy reads but it's not worth it. find a different app. they offer free videos to watch for coins but it might add up to 120 coins so maybe three chapters of a book.

I am enjoying the book that I am reading on the app. However, I do not like that I can only read 2 chapters a day by watching adds, there is no earning points by reading books on this app, and the so called membership is to expensive for my limited income. I am almost to the point of not finishing the book that I started reading because of the limitations and the amount of adds that you have to go through just to earn points to unlock chapters.

Story I'm reading is decent. It is very cumbersome to read chapters for free. You have to watch like 20 adds in order to get enough points/bonus to read a short chapter. Story isn't interesting enough to be so inconvenienced. I will be uninstalling the app. Oh yeah, whatever points/bonus you get, it's only good for seven days so it's not like you can stock pile to get a good read in.

I started reading a really good book on Dreame that wasn't available on my other apps. That's the only reason I am still using it. I ABSOLUTELY HATE having to watch ads for coins. Each day, you start off getting 7 coins per ad and get less and less until it's only 1 coin per ad. When it takes 44 coins or mor to read 1 chapter, it takes a hell of a long time to accrue enough. And THEY EXPIRE AFTER 7 DAYS! Two ads per chapter is acceptable. After I finish my book, I won't be using Dreame anymore.

The story I started reading got me hooked. I paid to reload my coins so I could continue reading and then it asked me to subscribe so I could finish the book. But that's not what happened...I paid for the subscription and still have to pay on top of that for the coins to keep unlocking chapters. its a total rip off! there are other book apps that once you subscribe you dont pay for anything until your subscription ends. Definitely Overpriced!

honestly its such a rip off. it costs SO MANY coins to read a book. Just to read the rest of the book im interested it it would cost me 39.99 in order to get enough coins to unlock all the chapters. no book I have ever bought in real life was that expensive. incredibly unhappy with this app. the story quality isn't even that good. it gets you hooked but you have to be able to overlook grammatical errors, repetitive wording, and plot lines that you could often find in other novels.

Could be a great app but... weekly subscription + also paying for chapters? This app will rip you off!! The stories are good but if you are like me and end up personally editing while reading, you will quickly realize that you are also paying for low quality spelling, incorrect character names, lack of punctuation, etc. I find it very distracting. Why would I want to pay over $100 to read an electronic book that I can't even keep, nor would I want to keep some of them. Not worth it at all!!!

System deleted all of the books I'd purchased. I'd sent an email a month ago with my account email and to date no response from this company. Dreame was really good on the past but over the years it seems to have gone downhill. There are other options available and many of the authors on this platform are on multiple platforms. I suggest you try them.

the stories are really good and I would give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but paying for the chapters are really expensive . they cost more than an actual book. I would love to see how the novel "unscented" ends but I'll go to my kindle unlimited to continue reading novels that are not so expensive. I'm deleting this app and I hate it cause I want to finish that story but I can't pay 1.99, then 15.99, then 20.99(example prices but it's about that much for real) and still not able to finish 80 plus chapters.

East reading. Not fond of paying every three-four chapters to finish story. If there was a fee, be upfront. To read its $ xx.xx... make it one fee for each book or some variation. Paying by chapter is unappealing. I am uninstalling. I will not pay more to read a book when I can purchase a book on Amazon, on Kindle $1-2.99, paperback $9.98, no matter how interested I am in the story.

The Writers contests were fun and free to read; but some were clearly better than others, then suddenly it became pay to play. Not even past chapters were available to read any more, everything was behind a paywall. When you Did stumble across a few free stories, there was mysteriously no way to save your reading progress to come back, so it was just Gone. You're nickel and dimed to death for Everything, and exponentially more than if it had just actually just been printed and sold.

The price to read the books is way to expensive. The coins too little per day to make any real contribution towards reading a chapter. You gain 2 points per day for checking in. Even if you make a purchase the coins usually have between 3 to 7 days and then expire . Which is really unreasonable, especially as the cost to 🪙 ratio per chapter increases.

I just downloaded this app today but instantly regretted it. It's not worth it. Price per chapter is too much and it's more disappointing that per chapter has different price and it gets higher each time. The stories are good but difinitely not worth the asking price per chapter. It'll cost a $100 or more to complete a whole book in this app. Total waste of money. It's just stupid to pay that much for 1 book with a lot of grammatical errors compared to published books which are way cheaper.

108 points to open 1 chapter. 1 measly little chapter. I've spent 2 days trying to get up to 108 points. Each ad is only worth 1 point each after the first few. Then I get a message that my points will expire in 2 days. Once I'm done reading through this HORIFICALLY edited book, I'm uninstalling the app. (The story isn't bad, but the editor quit less than 1/3 of the way thru...)

Your points shouldn't increase the further along in the book you go. It makes it harder to read more chapters. You should also have cheaper options available for buying points. I don't like the new point system. I hate it. I barely make enough points to read a one chapter if not at all! Also there needs to be lower cost for top-up and lower the amount of points needed to read chapters.

By far, the most expensive self-published writers app. I enjoy some stories but haven't finished all of them because of cost. Explain to me how a self-published riddled with grammar errors, repeat of chapters, and incorrect spelling novel cost more than one I can get at a big chain bookstore? Make it make sense. 1. make the coin amount for chapters a set amount ( example 55 coins a chapter) do not make it different per chapter that's robbery. I have more suggestions. But it won't fit.

It seems like the price just keeps going up. Even with "cupons," stories are too expensive. With every chapter increasing in price to where a single chapter will cost nearly 70 coins for unlock. And if auto-unlock is on, you'll run through $10 of coins in minutes. I find this ridiculous. Decide on a price and keep it that way!

Can't finish the book I downloaded the app specifically to read. I have about 4 chapters left to complete the book and you can only unlock the chapters by using coins you can only buy with money, not get through daily rewards or anything. The coins cost entirely too much to be worth it so I deleted the app and made up my own ending in my mind. It's unfortunate because the book was really good up to that point.

takes a bit of effort, but it offers a wide array of options to get enough points to read for free. It's much easier than other apps. PS And there are a good selection of authors who actually write their own stories instead of using cookie cutter plotlines and characters. Characters you can care for, both main characters and their villains. These apps need to get together to create an award for them spanning the platforms. Draw more readers with authors they want to read.

I'm addicted, Love so many of the stories can't put it down. I wish some of the author's would finish their stories. I hate not being able to be refunded when an author just up and disappears. Also it sucks that you changed the coupons and the value of them. I wish books were a little cheaper. Some books would cost someone with no coupons $100. Come on Dreame what romance novel would any normal but for a $100 None I hope unless it consist of a full 10+ book series. change is in order on this App

The number of ads you have to watch is ridiculous, and it's very frustrating to see an icon saying you can read a limited number of chapters by watching ads, but instead a daily option, it seems random - today I can read three chapters with ads and get a message that I can read three more tomorrow with ads, but then the app doesn't let you watch ads for chapters for a few days. so I end up watching hours of ads just to read one short chapter. Not pleased at all.

I was reading a book and was really enjoying it. There were a few minor errors, but over all really well written. I even bought coins to continue. The problem, in order to read the whole book without paying a ridiculous subscription price was $150! I can buy a book by New York Times best selling authors for $25. The chapters are short and the cost is way to high. I am uninstalling this app as soon as I am done writing this.

It's ridiculously expensive for unedited wattpad stories. $7 for 20 "chapters" but each author chapter is broken into 2-3 chapters for no reason but to charge more for them. The 180 chapter story I started suddenly had 430 chapters when I looked to bulk unlock. $150 for one novel that hasn't been proofread. Absolutely insane. Sucks that I can't read to the end but oh well. Hope the author pulls to publish properly at some point. I'll happily buy it for $30. I'm just going back to buying ebooks.

The site is a rip-off. They entice you by making several chapters available for free so you really get into the story. Then they offer you a 9.99 weekly fee. They don't tell you that the 9.99 is not actually for a week of reading. It's only for a certain amount of "coins". Every chapter has a certain amount "coins" to read it. I got to chapter 34 when I really ran out of "coins". I'm not going to keep paying through to nose to read one book. Very disappointing.

The potential on this app is so the good, the writing is actually really good. But the app is doing a disservice to its writers. The the value is not there. The cost to read the books is entirely too much. the chapters are too short.The cost per chapter is too high. if there were an option, like the mini books where you could purchase a weekly or a monthly membership? It would be worth it but but when you price it out, it is crazy. How much you're paying to read one of these stories?

it's okay but at 42 per unlock (29 for newbies) and having to watch 8 ads for 2 points.. while the one for 4 points is only 3 ads it's not very free friendly and encourages people to pay. I really don't like that. I like the story I am reading but I dunno if I can deal with having to buy points to read. I'd much rather spend 6 dollars on Amazon for a whole book.

The books are good, but way to expensive. You get completely into a story and then the fees emerge. I paid 20 for 2000 coins and it only got me through 10 percent of the book. So if that rate continues im going to pay 200 dollars for one book. That's insane. I wish they had options to just pay for entire books. 😭 They do offer the option of watching ads for coins, but I read to relax after working all day not to watch 10 ads just to open one chapter.

There are several good reading apps that actually give you enough coins to be able to read at least a few chapters daily, this is not one of them. I reached out to their support team and their response was to say that the only way to get enough coins is to purchase bulk episodes or to top up, they tried giving me some mumbo jumbo about coins and bonus coins being different. Doesn't matter, the point is that you can't even read one chapter unless you're willing to spend a lot of money. Greedy.

The stories appear to be more grammatically correct, written by a human and not A.I. like other apps. I just don't like the fluctuating cost for chapters & the way you are basically forced to start several different books just to get free chapters. I've got 9 books I'm reading now and can only unlock 1 chapter a day (if the chapter isn't more than 30 coins to unlock) of one book. When I read a book, I don't read just a single chapter a day. It's very frustrating.

Honestly, love the app, but the pricing is INSANE. I would be more than willing to pay $10 or even $20 for the full story unlock. The fact is these are not known authors and 99% of the stories have grammar and spelling issues. It is highway robbery to be charging people over $100 in some cases to fully access a book. I have some stories I would love to finish, but hell no I'm not paying 5 times more than I would to go buy a legit published book from a book store. It's sad honestly.

I use to love this app. It was the first reading app I used. Now, I hate it. Those stupid purple points that you can't use for anything useful. Why can't it just stay with coins instead of trying to jump through hoops just to read. I love the authors thats why I stick around or come back but honestly if I could find my author somewhere else I would never come back.

It seems as if the quality of the story has gone away. The number of coins per chapter has gone up a huge amount since I started using this app. And I feel nothing should expire. Especially when we are purchasing coins. The stories seem to repeat. Still needs a little work. Needs more free and completed books. also should be able to use any coins bonus or not to unlock chapters. Early unlock or not.

Too expensive. You get a few chapters for free and then you have to buy. You don't get free chapters with time or ads. For $10 you get about 20 chapters 'episodes' but you have no idea how many chapters are in the book. I now see there is a subscription at $20/week but that is only for mini books (I don't see any minibooks) It is unfortunate, I was pretty invested in the book, but I'll save my money and go to one of the other novel apps that unlock everything for between $8-$12 a month.

I would give this app negative stars if it was possible. It shouldn't cost me a car payment to finish a story on an app. I would rather pay for the book outright at a normal cost then try to waste my time watching ads or paying ridiculous money to unlock a handful of chapters and be right back where I started. The coins per chapter and the cost to open up the entire book needs to be reevaluated. As the app is now I don't recommend downloading.

Enjoying the stories... not so much the cost. This platform runs entirely on "coins" and the amount of coins per "chapter" continue to go up. The story im currently reading is about 23% done and I've put about $40 of coins into this app... more than what a physical book would cost. At least you can earn coins by watching ads, but not much- a few ads can get you 2-4 coins but majority is 1. I would be happier paying a reasonable monthly membership that unlocks unlimited reading.

I truly enjoyed reading but I can pay once for a book and read it forever and it just asks for way too much money for chapters. I read till chapter 11 in an ad then had to pay to start at chapter 2 and offered a lucky draw game for pay? Don't get me wrong there are really good writers in this app to read but I'd rather go to a library and rent it or buy it outright. The chapters that I may not get to read if I don't play the mini game & draw lucky. Micro purchases kill the experience. So Sad 😢

I read part of one story. I liked the plot and the heroine and man, but it was laden with text errors and other problems and felt like a first draft. It cost me $5.99. I pay that on Amazon for GREAT well known authors. It should have been on their free shelf. If the author is looking for beta readers or a critique group, they should be paying me. There was no explanation at the beginning about the cost or the complicated payment setup.

Enjoying the book. Coins are too expensive. I wouldn't expect to pay more than $5 for a full digital copy of a book, but when you pay per chapter it will work out to far far more than it's worth. Good for the author and whoever runs this app. Not so good for readers. Compare to Kindle Unlimited and this will lose every time.

I got this app for ONE book, and by the time I finished it, I'd had to spend enough to buy several actual books from a store! And it was full of really dumb errors, vocabulary misuse, typos, and holes in the plot line. Does anyone even proofread this stuff, much less edit it pre-publishing? I immediately deleted the app. I found an app with actual FREE books, yes they still have errors, but they cost nothing and aren't full of ads every 30 seconds. Why anyone would pay that much for these idk.

Do NOT bother with this App it is a RIP OFF!!! I wish I could read to the end of the story, it's a decent story, but the app is ridiculous! I figured out that I would have to spend over $80 to maybe finish the book! Although it's hard to estimate, because different chapters cost different amounts! I tried watching the adds....it took over 25 adds to get 1 chapter of the book!!! THAT IS INSANE! No one wants to spend an hour watching adds for 5 minutes of reading no matter how good the story!

I enjoy reading these stories, but I keep getting reset and having to start over again is incredibly frustrating. Earning coins to read chapters is fine, but dang the amount it keeps going up every chapter, I'd never finish the book. I'm always happy to pay for books, but the amount wanted per story is more than I pay for even a hardback book.

It used to be not so bad, after many updates, they have gone down in being decent, to just bleh. They strongly encourage people to buy coins instead of earning them freely from daily stuff. Recently, they cut how much you are able to earn from the free daily opportunities and you have to use it within three days or so, or it "expires". If it weren't for the fact that many of my favorite authors and stories were on here, and they can't go anywhere else due to contracts.. I would have deleted it.

When I began on this app, reading books by amazing or budding authors was quite affordable. Within the past year, Dreame has made a lot of changes that make it very expensive. If you are only reading 1 book, you can watch lots of ads to gain bonus coins to read. However, if you are an avid reader, like I am, it becomes very costly. Coins cost $1 (changes have made it too difficult to earn points for coupons) & many chapters cost 50+ coins. DON'T BOTHER!!!

Changing my review from 4 star to 1. I had this app for years. In the beginning it had a couple bugs but I enjoyed the stories so I kept it. Now they've changed it so it takes way longer to get the free coins to unlock chapters. It's kinda expensive to spend real money to buy coins to pay for chapters. It's honestly really annoying that it takes nearly half a day to collect coins to barely buy one chapter and you can't save them for more than a day before it expires what you saved. Not worth it.

Honestly, I've spent more on reading one story in this app than I've spent on entire series on Amazon... and the chapters aren't a consistent price... each subsequent chapter is more money than the chapter before it... this is ridiculous. Another thing to note is that a lot of "authors" on this platform don't do any proofreading or editing, so some books are unreadable as far as I'm concerned. A lot of recommended books are in such dire need of proofreading and editing that I don't bother.

Enjoyable reading. A lot of reading apps are badly written, unfinished, and a waste of money. However, I use this app a lot as I find the stories well written with great story plots, characters, and a lot of spice. Overall, I've only found only one book that I didn't enjoy of the dozens and dozens I've read. Dreame is much less expensive than others with better content.

Similar to others, I had to spend real money to buy coins so I was able to finish the book I got sucked into. The writing is decent, but not worth the $25 I spent to finish it. I'd rather go buy an actual book for that price. If there was some type of subscription, I would keep the app and gladly read more books here, but since there's not, I'm uninstalling. If/when they implement a subscription, I'll be back.

Not worth it. It's just like all the others you can get 1 to maybe 2 or 3 more chapters free. Then it's 4000 coins to finish the book. That's 39.99 in coins just for 1 book. Why would I pay 39.99 for one book when I go on Amazon or Google and read many books for less then that. Save your time don't download. Just another scam to get you hooked and pay way more then you need.

I have used this app for years! But the books now are getting ridiculous. Many books have problems with them. Some say "complete" but are not; others just stop in the middle and go nowhere; others have repeated chapters to make it look longer and cost more. When in actuality a chapter that is repeated again way down the line. Making us pay double sometime triple the price of the chapter. This is uncalled for! Do better with what you allow published under your app name! Thank you!!

This app is absolutely terrible. I was drawn to a book posted in an ad on another app. So I downloaded the app and read as far as I could before being prompted to buy coins. I thought, no big deal, I'll spend $5 for a great read. Here I am $25 later, into a story that I haven't been able to finish and have already run out of coins again. For a read that could easily be finished in 3 days and would retail on shelves for about $10. I won't spend another dime and will promptly delete the app after

Way too expensive. They could have made it easier to read a book with more options than to purchase coins. There are so many other apps that give someone a chance to read through videos or to purchase at a much cheaper price. Even Amazon Kindle books aren't this expensive. I would like to have seen more of an category in genre but it seems limited in what can be read. Even as an author I would not sell my works this expensive. Frustrating to read having to wait for free coins. Not worth it.

Giving a 4 because I absolutely love the books so far, but the ONE PROBLEM IS.... DREAME, Would you please consider making some more fun ways to earn coins to continue reading? There are lots of things you could do, such as puzzles to keep the brain stimulated, or even small quizzes about the story/chapter so far. I've been trying my best to read this one specific book that I'm absolutely obsessed with! Would love to be able to read more than 2 chapter a day. Thank you.

"Free" means each chapter requires tokens to read. You either have to purchase them (not free) or watch videos to save them. It's taken me almost two and a half months to read a book bc I refuse to spend $. Each chapter varies in amount of tokens needed, so to have purchased this book would have cost me over $50. That's absurd for the quality of writing (not great - typos, strained speech patterns, etc). I'm finally giving up and deleting the app, as the final two chapters would cost me 120coins

Love the stories but the only way to unlock chapters is to spend coins. You are only allowed to watch so many ads which will only allow you to read one chapter if your lucky. The price to unlock chapters consistently increases. You are almost forced to spend real money, which I don't have. I was reading using a guest account and had several chapters of a book unlock but then lost all of them when I logged. I really want to finish reading my 2 books but I'm seriously thinking about uninstalling.

Some of the stories could be interesting, but a lack of proofing/editing is a serious issue. Also, the stories are NOT free-you have to complete "challenges" & watch ads to earn coins (or purchase them) to keep reading. The only reason I did not give a zero/one star is that some of the authors could be good (with better proofreading).

I love a good book, or read, but $40 for a book that's not a hard back is ridiculous! I like one of your story and would love to continue to read it and yes, I'd pray some money to do that but to finish reading it would be well over 40 with what you're charging for coins. Audible let's you buy 3 credits, 1 credit per book!, for less the 40. You're getting greedy to charge that much for 1 book.

This app is ridiculous. The payment system is arbitrary -- one chapter is 17 coins, the next is 31. Once you get all the rewards, you're forced to pay and no thanks. The stories aren't compelling or well-written enough for that. Many times I found myself trying to reread sentences because of typos. Avoid this app and go to something like Webtoon where you can buy coins, but you're not forced to do so. Delete.

I really enjoy reading on this app but the amount it cost to read a lot of the ebooks are ridiculously expensive like $90 to be able to read an unedited, fiction. There are way too many incomplete books and waiting can be a pain especially since we don't know when or if the authors will update. Even the books that unlock chapters after a period of time, some will take 30+ days and we never know if the chapters will be long or short. It sucks because it's hard to support the dedicated authors.

Highly disappointed in this new update! I've been reading on Dreame for a few years now. You have completely changed the way we earn coins for stories yet again. Making it almost impossible to save coins for unlocking episodes since you changed the time frames in which coins expire. It's almost impossible now to unlock episodes in bulk as how I've done it for almost a year now. Saves on coins that way. I refuse to spend real money on this app or any app for that matter. I'm NOT a happy reader.

Too expensive. I can buy a book for a 1/4 of the cost or less without all the grammatical errors. Prices aren't upfront, if you want to read you just have to buy coins and keep buying, not knowing until you finish it how much it's going to cost you. And before you mention free rewards, the rewards are minimal and slow to gain. At 20-40 coins a chapter you have to collect rewards for 2 or 3 days to be able to read 1, maybe 2 chapters. I could keep going but can't bc I've run out of room to type.

It's a tad bit expensive for content that isn't exactly the best, some of them very poor. I understand a writer has to start somewhere, but If the chapters were cheaper or if the app didn't make a couple of your dailies to purchess coins just to earn more coins, then maybe I wouldn't have uninstalled it. Not to mention, it kept adding stories to my favorites when I never even read them. I have more to say, but Inam running out of room to type it, so I'll leave it here.

The stories are good, the app is garbage. If you don't spend your coins within some amount of time (not sure what the limit is because I didn't know it existed) they expire. I lost 100 coins because apparently they expire! Also, they have a handful of stories for free every month or so, and I thought if I downloaded the story for free I could read through it whenever. Not so! If you don't read it within the month it goes back to being pay per chapter. *Never answered my feedback email!!!*

While the books were enjoyable... I was highly upset when I noticed two things. One, the coins you get free expire after 7 days. Two, the books I had unlocked started becoming locked again. Also, their customer service don't even acknowledge the issue with the books relocking after I have complained about it twice already. I would not recommend this app to others.

This app is basically a platform regular people who write. You buy coins and pay per chapter to keep reading..A neat idea, until you realize you are paying the same for an unedited book with many grammatical errors ( sometimes written in a way that doesn't sound like the writer knows English as their first language) as, say, you would pay for a new Steven King book. I bought 600 coins for 5.99. It doesn't go very far when several chapters cost 34 coins each.

$20 for a book? I think it's great people get to write and get paid for their work. But not a single story is edited, so everything is filled with typos, bad grammar, wrong punctuation, and incorrect word usage (a "through blanket" instead of a "throw blanket", and the constant attacks by the dreaded "rouge wolves" in almost every were story in their library). Seriously, Dreame's pricing model is higher than a reputable publishing house with paid editors.

The coins are over priced for the books. I can buy 2-3 books elsewhere for the price of one here. That's way to much to be correcting spring and grammatical errors. Decent app. I'll probably be back in a few months to read the book I started last week. I'm in chapter 7 of 80 so I have a while before the chapters all unlock.

Too expensive! I don't mind paying to read I really don't but when you have to pay $40 and still don't finish the book it's ridiculous. The writing is not that great, character development could use some work. overall I will be deleting this app and I'll just pay for Kindle books at least then I can read the full story! And the wait times to "unlock" a chapter for free are ridiculous! Dreame is more of a Nightmare.

STAY AWAY..... If you are a reader like me, you can devour a book in no time. The whole "coins" for "episodes"(just their word for chapter is a bit much. Will stick with my Kindle unlimited subscription over having to wait days or buy coins to continue readings. Would rather pay $9.99 a month to read all I want versus $34.99 for 4000 coins which won't get you far in this app.

It is extremely annoying having to wait days at a time to continue reading... Or having to buy coins inorder to move forward. It would be a hell of a lot easier to just buy the damn book. By the end of one you could have bought a stack of books! It's frustrating because I do really enjoy the books I've started, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars rather than just 1.

I don't like that I have to wait an x number of hours or days to read or purchase coins to continue reading. I like amazon kindle better. The book I read on here was a good read though. Has lag time and jumps back up the page while trying to read. Had to close out of the app twice. You pay more on this app to read a book that hasn't even been proofread. It's ridiculous

Complete waste of time. I should have read the reviews first. This app is ridiculous. It's all about money. This is not a reader friendly app. Severely disappointed as the stories themselves are good, but not worth $20 or more. You can't even finish a story. I can understand wanting to support authors, but even Amazon has free e books. I I installed immediately.

So far not a terrible app. I do wish however, that the price of unlocking chapters wasn't quite so steep, which is the reason I can'tgive this a higher rating. The ability to gain coins without paying so far is nice, but as this is only my second day on the app I am unsure if that is more of just a bonus to get you hooked. The only other issue I could see would be if someone underage gets ahold of some of the stories. The writers can be on the more graphic side and there's very little saying 18+

Ridiculous! If I'm going to pay for a book, I want to pay once, not per chapter!!! And not as much as I eventually had to pay for the ONE I read on here. No way to tell how many "episodes" you are going to end up paying for or how much the full book will cost! The writer was great, which is whyi kept reading. She needs to put her books in Amazon, a legitimate site, as opposed to this rip off! Now that I've had the chance to give this app its deserved review I can uninstall and not look back.

Having to unlock every chapter/episode is taxing on my patience. Maybe every three or perhaps every other chapter, but every one? It just seems the creators are forcing readers to quit using the app when the bonus coins run out, or purchase them. I, myself will not spend money to read a book on this app. Just be aware you will have to do one or the other, unless you have a lot of patience. The stories are okay. If not for the ridiculous amount used per episode, I would rate it higher.

The coin system gives too little coins making it easy to run out of to unlock chapters. And also most of the stories are cliche, Typical , bland, to begin with, etc, most seem to be supernatural like werewolf, or billionaire, bad boy,and beyond, everything I've already ready hundreds of times, and seems hard to find different types of stories, nothing special making me want to buy coins and the fact that some can't buy coins even though this app is for Teenagers.
