I hate this very much. The Shirkah that exists is not fair at all. They sell these boxes to new people and those who sell the boxes send them for 500 riyals and the new people who are there do not know. Then they cheat these people and then when they find out, they lose one thousand riyals or two thousand riyals. For God's sake, stop oppressing people and stop selling such boxes that have the actions of these people. I absolutely do not like this Shirkah. I hate it and I want the person who sees

ok

I feel like I'm getting scammed. The limited package is a waste of money, the data drains in an unreasonable way. I had 3GB left and after using 300MB of it I had to update and it drained from 3GB to 300MB left!!!! This is not the first time. I would not recommend.

It's excellent, and the Wi-Fi is also stronger and better. However, if you have any problems with the Wi-Fi, connection, or network, contact customer service support; they will help you even better than before. Thank you, Zain Company.

Very bad experience with Internet and customer services I have raise a complaint multiple times but no response and without proper notice closing requests I am using Internet services and my personal feeling waste of money

nice one

hiig

good

Not good working 😭😭😭😭😭😭😞

Worst experience with Zain. After I topped up, the app automatically subscribed me to a package I had not used for over 8 months. I never activated it or enabled auto-renewal. Customer service refused a refund, saying auto-renewal is activated by default. I even asked to change the package, but they refused. The representative was rude and hung up the call. Extremely disappointing service and customer support. If 0 stars were available, I would give 0. No consent, no refund, no proper support.!!

good

Good app easy to use

zain by name is excellent but by providing signals very slow app is not processed fast networking speed and apps effect very low speeds no roaming is automatically worldwide working very difficult to use the app also promotion are very costly and often used is not properly working
