6 years now thanks for good service

Very bad internet speed. Not satisfied at all

very good

easy to use

Excellent

very good

plz longer taim net

Good

nice 🙂 sim yaqoot

Very good

very bad experience.

The app is very easy to access and the steps guide are so straight forward ,thanks yaqoot for such a very easy access of your services

ok

the customer support is 0 dont take this sim I paid 2 times for the esim chang both times they took my money and now im not able to use the services, Customer service people are not cooperating and saying its non refundable.

good

app is not working then i need to open not show anything someone work some time not work

im using this sim from last 5 years . cheap but very bad internet. many time there is no internent in city and in out side city there is no internent at all. dont buy this sim if you need good Internet.

Had a very bad experience with this Yaqoot sim. All I would like to say is that you can get better service by paying 15 to 20 riyals more. 🙁

it's not support fold 8 👎

very poor Network

No help from customer service! Poor connection data.

good

this is too good sim card Wark amazing speed slow and any where not work net and network problem but normal thanks

Good experience

not working , daily update 😕

good

natwork issue common

Just downloaded the app and when I select Arabic it goes into infinite loading.

amazing

Best 👍

There should be an option to decrease the package like if someone wants to change his package criteria he should be authorised but there while I'm going for another package which amount is minimum from my current package just for that it is giving an error. which is very annoying.

when you try to open this application it will take 5 minutes because of your poor network

good

i give 3 Star only for this app because very long time for opening this app pls fix it and i give you good feedback and everytime i open sometimes logout my account fix it concern

This has been my worst experience ever with this company’s SIM. So, I would suggest everyone to go with STC. Spend a little extra money and enjoy a better experience without the frustration. take care 🙂

Every single time I open the app, it needs an update. this is too much.

nice

Very easy

Good

network is poor

Please Add Amazon prime In Free Application

very slow

The worst communication app, the worst customer service and technical support, and even the network coverage and internet service are the worst in Saudi Arabia! I do not recommend it at all, as there are better alternatives in terms of price, services and features.

very nice

it's really good .. it's real unli but why always update the app? every month?

very good service

I really regret it.

good 👍

delay in sim delivery, very disappointed, and paid in advance

very nice

I am extremely disappointed with the service. It has been around 10 days since I placed my order and completed the payment, but I still have not received my SIM card. The delivery service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The drivers are highly unprofessional, and there has been no proper update or communication regarding my order. This level of delay is completely unacceptable, especially after taking full payment in advance. I would not recommend this service to anyone

great

good program.

very bad customer service no response at all.
