nice app

after 24th October 2026, i can't upload new photos/videos through the app because it tries to sync and upload all the photos/videos again. To be more precise, i am stuck at "Uploading photos and videos"... Something got messed up after you had an issue. Around that date in October.

Photos and videos autoupload to the unlimited storage doesn't work since the datacenter "incident". But there's no information in the app regarding the cause and plans of recovering this function. Did you turn it off on the backend? For everyone or for the selected waves of users? I've tried multiple times to relogin/clean cache/reinstall the app - no help, it still shows the uploading notification but no upload is happening.

After supposedly being hacked (shameful!) Yandex hasn't restored basic upload capability. The data lost hasn't been fully restored as it was at a certain back-date, meaning Yandex didn't make full backups of data stored at all (super shameful!) meaning they can't be trusted in the future and clearly not in the present either :)

Upload\sync completely stuck.

great

MY PHOTOS ARE NOT UPLOADING? WHY?

Greatest apps for cloud storage supported

Useless in 2026. Doesn't open video files, is incredibly slow, quality degraded below the acceptance level. Not only disk, all services. Yandex is done for me.

do not open link on folder. Button "open in app" leads to installation of app, even after it actually has been installed.

Good. I have 3 Accounts. I also use 3 accounts of its mail. My bro and sis also use. Free, easy, fast

since past 3 days I can't download files I've stored on yandex disk. I think I might have Lost my important data forever. very bad experience. and stop replying in Russian I don't understand it.

5+ years ago I sorted my photos by dates and events in the Images folder on my Disk. Then some product manager in Yandex decided that my images should migrate to Photos and wiped my Images folder (and it was wiped by Windows Y.Disk client on my home laptop - only available on the web site since then). And now many of them are lost because of the destroyed data centers.

I use this to backup all my images across devices, I really like this app and I paid for the very reasonably priced 1Tb storage and it's worth every cent The only issue I have are the slow thumbnail previews from older pictures That and downloading an old video also takes a while. If they fix the thumbnail load times it'd be an instead 5 star

Some problems with downloading files... says an error occurred for any file... Read the news... yes, understand now

Who is here for tiktok u

not getting phone otp to login

Extremely capable replacement for old Google Photos unlimited photos upload. I've been using for a few years. Reliable. The only problem now that I've switched from iOS to Android is the lack of shuffle play when playing all the files in a folder. the iOS version has a shuffle option. therefore, I've taken off one star for this inconvenience.

You pay for a subscription and don't get it. Support isn't very helpful. Looks like they don't care about clients as soon as they get your cash.

Yandex Disk makes it easy to store and access my photos and files from anywhere. The interface is simple and file sharing is convenient.

good

Please allow us to add "Notes" as a separate app

THANK GOD I have Disk! so last night I copied my 2477 vids to an external.drive to back up, and I'd expected issues, but wow! everytime I do anything within the drive, copy/move files, etc, most of the files end up copying to google photos app, so must then delete them from there, and in process have lost many I did want, however Disk has kept everything perfectly and all is good there, so no worries! 😊 after getting files copied, google will be useless to me, thank God! ❤️ Yandex, again! 👍💯

worser than worse! I don't f. want sign up with my phone number!

all

Best Excellent Superb ≈ 🤍💥😇🫶🏻

Pretty good Appn

Yandex is a company that I've been recommending to my friends for years. I have several email accounts with them, a Yandex browser, and this cloud app. Solid performance

“Yandex Disk is a useful and easy-to-use cloud storage app. It makes uploading, saving, and accessing files simple, and the interface feels clean and convenient. Overall, a handy app for keeping files organized and accessible.”

Please optimize your app for foldables. The app should support an adaptive/dynamic layout instead of just stretching out the app. Foldables are in their 8th generation. Apps should be properly optimized by now especially on devices running Android 17.

not checked properly but i don't like this yet

Best nothing more nothing less 😁😁

Excellent cloud storage app! It's easy to use, uploads files quickly, and keeps everything organized. The interface is clean, smooth, and user-friendly. Sharing files is simple, and the app works reliably without any issues. Highly recommended for anyone looking for secure cloud storage!

fix the bug where you don't receive sms messages

I like this Application And Useful, Safe. Best Application forever

The only Yandex service/ app that really works the way it should and maybe more.

awful. paid account does not work with 1Gb more files. fake support

Excellent app! It is easy to use, fast, and very reliable. The interface is clean, and all the features work smoothly. I’ve had a great experience so far. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality app. Great job to the developers!

Can't even get logged in

have been a user of Yandex services from a while now, just upgraded to the 1tb storage, absolutely worth it, going to use it as my main back up!

great

👍👍👍🥰

Google but with a Russian flavor.

How do you fly this thing

I love Yandex Disk. I have tested all the big names and smaller clouds storage apps and by far Yandex Disk is the BEST with its mass storage within affordable prices manage any of your devices on the internet. Reliable uploads and downloads at great speeds .Auto uploads work great for files, documents ,music , photos ,videos and more and you can set a designated file of your choice. File sharing works well for home and small business. Great App!! Thanks Yandex !! 💣💥💯😎

Since you forced individual users to pay in order to sencronise a few files, i am swicthing back to my old friend; Google Drive

Best performance & cost effective space technology ❤️

Good

What is happening with Yandex services? I’ve been using Yandex Mail, Browser, Disk, and Translate for almost a decade without major issues. Recently, after my device was factory reset, I tried logging back into my mail account. The app asks for an OTP, but the OTP never arrives even though my phone number is linked correctly. My backup email and secret question also don’t seem to help with recovery. This is very frustrating because I urgently need access to important emails. Please assist. 💩

great 👍👍👍

Yandex Disk -Cloud Storage works great. It's fast, reliable uploads and downloads. Plenty of storage. And the good thing is, if you utilize your space, all data is stored on the cloud not on the storage that you purchase. I originally had a few issues with transfering files yet the Yandex Customer Service Team were a great help and responded to my email rather quickly ! which was awesome! Thanks Yandex. * Note to all Yandex Brower has the best image Search which is very reliable 😀

can't share link with another app

can't create an id because it won't send an sms to my number

very good

Good Application

super apo t.me/mashtrimi

Used to be great! I loved the free 10gb cloud storage and used it for years. Starting in June, there will no longer be free storage so I am uninstalling Yandex and moving my files elsewhere.

Best in the market.

Does not work under VPN

Yandex Plus.

Excellent 1TB cloud service in low budget. Please add again photo editor facility in Yandex cloud.Thanks.

not work. alway wrote what i'm using vpn

perfect

good job

less storage with high price.pikpak is better in monthly and year subscription with 10tb. not recommended

This is an untrustworthy program that deletes files automatically without permission.

Perfect app!

excellent app

I missed the stand alone yandex notes also can you please give us a contacts app

Make Yandex Disk for Linux.

Best!

Please...please... add auto replay or loop videos function in both Yandex disk website and android app. I have been asking for this feature for like 3 years already.. Please 🥺

Just subscribed 1TB yearly plan. It worths every penny! It support auto-upload photos and videos to unlimited space once u subscribed any plan! One suggestion though. Plz add a function to auto repeat videos while playing in the yandisk app. Edit: 4 years already...they didn't add the auto repeat or loop videos playback option yet....so sad..

Does not work AT ALL. app was unable to parse 2/3rds of my photo collection, and took days to "upload" that portion only for me to find out it was storing files locally on my phone thus completely defeating the purpose of cloud storage. so mad I wasted $15 on this trash, I got what I paid for picking this over Google or Apple.

it's good

Wonderful App. Perfect! So easy to organise and store everything.

russian spyware

Definitely one of the improved, user-friendly full of options and plenty of storage with value added pricing. satisfaction guarantee.

Genuinely excellent, reliable. Works and is far cheaper than the western alternatives like google one, google drive or other mainstream cloud services. Photo backup is unlimited and I'm very impressed with it. Some people have qualms with it being a Russian company but I'm fine with that.

I cant even login, login code never received in sms or WhatsApp. and without that even if we go for remind me later, they will ask to update in 0.5sec this is hopeless

useful for us

A w e S o m e ! ...

trash app, keep asking for updating account and phone number just to log in

What a trash app I've ever met. Trying to log in into my account and it didn't even send me a SMS verification, because the app always says "Too many SMS sent..." everyday. This was never happen before, but today just kinda sick. Fix your service, buddy.

good experience

good quality and value for money.

Excellent plan pricing and storage options! Reliable auto-uploads help me save space on my devices. Best security in the industry. Seamless integration across other platforms.

never sent me a code

fantastic !

lovely 😍🌹

The best of all cloud solutions available.

Reliable storage. Easy to use.

i cannot get otp

Причём текст "You can download the file here:" на английском (у меня английская локаль), а ссылка на приложение "Скачать приложение Яндекс Диск:" на русском.

Ridiculously hard to log in. Won't send confirmations, doesn't take no for an answer, makes you sign in in circles if I didn't fill in something. Invasive. Worst app ever from the worst ever company. Would give it 0

good

Unable to update login. After many tries, and even using my biometrics, so, I give up.

GREAT APP PRICES ARE GROWING UP ON THE SUBSCRIPTIONS, BUT IF YOU DOWNGRADE TO A DIFFERENT TIER OF PAYMENT, WOULD THAT BE YOU WOULD HAVE TO COUNT THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT, SAY, I'M OKAY?A YEARLY, I'M GONNA GO TO A MONTHLY, SO YOU WOULD CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THAT.THEN OPEN A NEW tier OF PAYMENT FOR THE NEW PLAN YOU WANT

It uploads photos even without your consent. Disabling permissions in the app doesn't help.

worst application login problem no otp no setup

Yandex offers another excellent app, but I cannot understand what happened to the beta version of this cloud storage app? Yandex is the best alternative to Google on the planet. Yandex seems to deal more effectively with the direct malicious interference by nearby unscrupulous individuals who have nothing better-to-do than be obstacles and impediments to other people's experiences and true progress. Keep Yandex's new products coming, waiting on a future YandexPlay appstore!-Anthony Watts, 2026.

good

Smooth and stealth

Too fast, user friendly, smooth, love it.

Great App

At some point the upload stuck and don't recover while other apps of this kind can do their job. Did you test your own app before you published it? NO!

user friendly app .

very good

my favourite app

your text sms code authenticator doesn't send texts at all I can't use your app 👍👍

Awful experience with their otp. I'm still waiting for a sms to confirm my id. I already have some file there and still have no access.

Yandex Disk app is super handy! Easy to use, seamless syncing, and plenty of storage. A must-have for Android users 👍

Nice Apps 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I know how to buses gdrive, this app is counter intuitive, I wasn't able to set it up, adandoned

Puri sunggu gai, dapai mambuka mangalau file dimana-mana saja yg panting ada internetnya 👍🏻💪🏻

why do i have to update my informations? i dont want to give my informations to you?!

Thank you for saving me from impulse buying. Now, before I buy something expensive, I think: "Will I be able to sell this for a profit if I get tired of it?" Knowing that you exist, I buy more consciously.

Error message: username is already taken

Thank you for your flexible schedule. I was able to stop by late at night after work. For people on a day-night schedule, such an opportunity is a real find. Thank you for thinking about your customers.

Low speed from abroad. Inconvenient

Yandex ID is really convenient and easy to use! I love how it connects all Yandex services in one account - from mail to maps and browser. The security is great, and logging in is super fast. It's definitely one of the best systems for managing multiple Yandex apps smoothly.

👌 perfect

works very with auto uploads and keeps photos safe from accidental deletion on phone.

Wow! it is possible to find text în photo by keywords! Thanks, guys!

works well

Rev/2019: Exceptional service regarding offering free space for smartphone photos! Fantastic! Love it! Upd/2025: the service is still wonderful, 5+ starts. The dark theme is there! However, I found it weird to have such buggy software for watching your videos from the cloud. Also, it is really annoying to have a "delete" button under the 3 taps/clicks (photo-menu-delete), instead of 1 or 2.

good one

GOOGLE better.

It's very reliable to keep .a lott

it's superb and secure 🔐
