Very disappointed with this app. I deleted my account, but I was still charged RM154.99 for the yearly subscription without my intention to continue using the service. Deleting an account should not leave users confused about ongoing payments. I did not expect to be charged after deleting my account. Please look into this issue, cancel the auto-renewal and refund the amount deducted. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

Scam. Absolutely ridiculous. I subscribed for the 3-day trial, canceled my renewal immediately, and then I never got refunded back. I lost 1,700 pesos. If you're taking it, that's the last of it.

Hi, the app is helpful for office related work and for personal resume making however the subscription was only for trial purpose however my ₹2,100.00 has been auto deducted without giving me any notifications request you to refund this amount also have sent an email to cm support.

They deducted 2100 for yearly subscription. I explained to them already that I needed the refund because I just accidentally purchased it and cancelled it immediately so I didn't use the subscription that they are reasoning out. They have a really poor customer service.

Hi! I also experience what others experience while using this app. ₱1,650 was automatically deducted from my Gcash account without any permission. I also report the problem to the Google Play Store app and to the WPS website for a refund that in the first place I don't even subscribe to, but still my concern didn't meet for how many years I've been using it. Today was very terrible because it's just the first time it happens please I really need that money I DON'T EVEN OWN THAT MONEY.

sharing a file with an attachment is a pain. first it keeps popping up with "send as a link" why ? there is a button I can choose for that. so I have to delete pop up. then click send as file, then I have to click email, then it pops up with Gmail and any other email apps you have so you have to click on the email app you use. then you can send the file. not sure if I will renew subscription

WPS should be ON until we turn off by ourselves.

Monthly plan has more flaws. You do once or twice. If you cancel the premium it extend to 6 months or a year.

Recommended. I constantly use it for basic word processing, basic spreadsheets, and viewing PDFs and am very satisfied. Ads are discreet. Bugs are very few.

I do like this app. Add 1 time payment to your buying options. Years ago I had a free version. I switched tablets and that ver disappeared. So, I dwnloaded the current ver and low & behold I found that I could not create anything without buying a monthly or yearly subscription. Query, since when has it been honorable to rent out an app, which you are perpetually dipping in the customer's pocket. This practice should not be acceptable. I'll gladly do without if this be the case!

i also did the 90 naira 3 days free trial I didn't know it would auto renew by it self , I got charged with 40, 500 naira that I didn't approve so I asked for a refund that day and it's been a week I haven't seen my money please I hope you would look into this as soon as possible.

I hope you understand how frustrating it is as I am also an undergraduate student and that money was budgeted for my expenses this month.

It's a good app but the premium version is not available for purchase (only as some "subscription" scam). We need more honest businesses

Dear WPS Office Support Team, I'm writing to formally complain about an illegal deduction made from my account after I paid for 3-day trial subscription. I agreed to pay for the trial period only, and I didn't authorize any additional charge beyond the agreed 90 naira payment. I'm very disappointed and concerned that money to the tune of 40,500 naira was deducted from my account without my clear consent. I consider the deduction unauthorized and unacceptable. Therefore, refund my money back.

LTD charged ₦90.00 for 3 days which was later cancelled the following I subscribed, a day later I was debited again same amount I paid for the initial subscription. why did you debit me after cancelling my subscription and yet subscription renewal is not due yet. I was charged 2100 from my gcash account even though I got an error when I tried for the trial prior. Been requesting for a refund but all requests have been declined. The support team cannot be reached at all, I've tried several times to raise my concern but all have been ignored so far. It is really disappointing.
