Had the game for 10 minutes and uninstalled. literally had a minute of play and then ad and then a few minutes of play and then another ad right in the middle while doing the woodwork. Don't waste your time with this. And I know I'm going to get some response like oh the ads help us to keep it free but you can pay. The ads playing every few minutes interrupting the game is ridiculous.

to continue in the game I have to watch an ad that forces me to the play store and makes the app restart every time I switch back, like what's the point of paying for no ads if I'm just gonna have to watch them anyways, and it was 5$ so I figured it'd actually be worth the money like some games, hell in other games you just pay 1$ and it lets you just claim the prize without having to watch anything.

what's the point of watching an ad to unlock the stencils in the shop if you still have to watch another to unlock it again when your using them? the greed of this game is unmatched. I cant believe the devs really want me to spend 8 dollars to get rid of the ads for a game that doesnt look incredible and runs pretty poorly, with pretty limited gameplay. the ads are so intrusive, you cant even get into a groove to enjoy the gameplay

There is an ad after every single part of this game. You carve, click on next, there is an ad. You sand, click next, there is an ad. You paint, click on next, there is an ad. You stencil (or not) there is an ad. This is a ad service with a little bit of a game in-between ads. It takes five minutes to play 2 minutes of the game. It's not worth it. Don't bother unless you like watching way too many ads.

WAY too many ads. Ads crash, making you have to watch them again. You have to watch ads at every stage of the game. Carve then watch an ad. Sand then watch an ad. Paint then watch an ad. If you are playing this game for 10 minutes, 8 of those minutes are ads. Fun when you get to play, but you hardly do. Game also lags so it's almost impossible to perfect what you're doing. Stay away!

The game itself is actually fun and challenging, but you cant enjoy it because every time you get done with a step you get an add. Every time you click on something.... add. That made me uninstall, not worth having to watch an add every 5 seconds. I would actually like it, if I could finish a round without getting interrupted.

Can't get past the first level. The game might be fun, but it's hard to tell when there's ads between every step, and every time I get an ad, it takes me to the playstore, and every time it takes me off the game to the playstore, it resets the damn level. If they fix this issue, and lower the frequency of ads to like, one between every level or something, then it might actually be fun, but with how it is now, I LITERALLY can not play the game.

The damn ads! not only they come so often that you can't enjoy the game, but not able to really understand the game. Several times now the ads exit in the middle of the project and it disappeared. which already invested several ad watching to get there. what's the point? however, without the ads this might actually be enjoyable

Ads Ads Ads. so I like this as a relaxing way to spend some time. but the ads were driving me crazy so I paid for the ad free version. but it didn't take or something even though Play store shows me having purchased at free the game still feeds me as all the time. additionally some functionalities just doesn't work. like after a certain point time you can't auction any of the things that you make.

The "no ads" isn't quite true... There are still ads. The woodcarving is fun. The spray paint needs more colors and the ability to be more detailed with it. The "sell it" option doesn't work, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I cannot make it past level 29. There are still two stencils I'm missing. PLEASE help! This is as detailed as I can be.

the game itself is good. levels are fun, overall relaxing and fun to play. What kills it is the amount of ads and the length between them. sometimes you get through shaping the wood, then an ad, then smooth the wood, then another 30-60 sec ad. I get its the way you make money but if you use smaller ones here and there instead of all long ones it would be more tolerable.

Would be a super fun game, definitely gonna look up different woodworking games now, but I had to uninstall this one. There's 4 stages of doing each project (each stage of gameplay takes about a minute) and after each stage you get an ad. Each ad has 3-4 screens you need to wait to close out from, you are literally spending more time watching ads than playing the game. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy, its so obnoxious.

Pretty fun game but incredible broken. Every time you try to change the style of your tools, you get soft locked and have to close out the app since they didnt add a back button, the quests don't register when you complete them, the sell buttons for your collection do nothing so you're stuck with your first ones forever and many other things. update: came back a couple months later and all progress has been deleted. thanks.

Absolutely Not. Ive been playing Woodturning for about three months now and my experience was TERRIBLE I was never able to pass level one and not because the game was to hard or anything (it was actually pretty easy) the problem is the ads. After every time I would finish carving I would get an add and when the add was over my work was gone. Dont get this game it is a waist of your time and you can't accomplish anything out of it. Ive Happily deleted it 😃😁🤗

I wish I read the previous reviews. I paid for the ad-free version and it genuinely feels scammy. I'm forced to watch ads when I accept offers. I'm forced to watch ads when I claim money from the tip jar. The game glitches and I'm forced to make carve the same piece again. But wait! I'm forced to watch another ad to keep the piece I just recreated. All-in-all, I paid for no ads and nothing changed. Restarted the app and my phone and still the same.

Ad watcher occasionally broken up by really fun wood carving. When you get to play the game the wood carving is very fun and satisfying, though there should definitely be an option to unlock more precise tools for harder levels. The painting section could definitely use refining. The ads are however absolutely terrible. You will spend maybe 70% of your time watching ads and 30% playing the game, and even that might be generous.

the game is fine for what it is. the ads although short are ridiculous. carve, ad, sponge, ad, paint, ad, sticker, ad, this, ad, that, ad, every step. the mechanics are pretty good for carving. the early shapes don't take any skill. They want $8 to remove the ads. honestly is more around a $2 game. the painting and stickers have little to no control so its painting an object spinning where you can't stop it or paint how you like. played for a bit and uninstalling. Fun for what it is.

the game is something to do, but it freezes quite a bit. Also, there's a chance for the game to glitch when you do anything. if you want to keep the object you made there will be an option to watch an ad you still won't be able to keep it. selling your crafts is also an issue. renegotiating also does not work about 75% of the time. buying or watching ads for stencils or colors glitches and doesn't always give them to you.

This is one of the most satisfying games I have found for mobile so I sprang for the "ad free" version. Don't make the same mistake I did. While I expected to still watch ads for extras or special things, but I am getting ads between levels, when I log in, and sometimes after carving the piece. That is not ad free, it doesn't even feel ad reduced. Also, I have watched ads for colors and stencils only for them not to unlock. It's a shame that such a satisfying premise is being used as an ad mill.

The game was ok at first.. great timer-burner. But at least 3 times I can recall... I finish a project.. hit the green arrow. Then an ad pops up. When the game starts again after ad.... my WHOLE work is GONE!! Meaning I have to start over repeatedly cuz of the ads restarting the game!!! Smh! Uninstall..

wish I could rate this better. the wood carving is actually really satisfying but the game has some major issues: frequently it just doesn't respond and do the things you try to do(I can't sell anything/some of the stencils won't unlock however many ads I watch to unlock them), it freezes up frequently, need more chisel options because you literally can't make some of the shapes you're supposed to, need smaller paint stream, also I'm fine with ads on free games but they really are excessive here

I paid for no ads, yet there are still forced ads. that's just absolutely unacceptable. also, the control over sprays, whether it's the bug spray or paint SUCKS! this MUST be improved! I tried painting something with 4 colors. when I pressed toward the top of the item, the paint sprayed the bottom. MAKE THE CONTROL OVER THE SPRAY BETTER AND STOP FORCING ADS!

I like the game. It was fun. Issue with constant ads. I even paid to remove them, and then they added more in different locations/times. The colors/patterns dont transfer from the home screen to the "in session". UPDATE: fixed my initial complaints, moved up to 3 stars. 2 new issues are the "goal" does not update. it has been stuck on "3 metal items". Also can't sell work for new space. Would like an option for new/different chisel tips.

Fine when it works.... It pretty relaxing and easy to do. So, I purchased an option that gave me the ad free option and some credits. It worked great until the next time I played. Ads started loading again until I had to go to setting and restore purchases. However, as of late, that does not work anymore. Ads play no matter what even after restoring my purchase for no ads! Until they fix it ..don't waste your time.

Update: None of the things I mentioned previously have been fixed and the game is just full of ads now. Can no longer recommend. Not a horrible game. I would have no problem paying for the ads to go away but there is really not object. I make this money but there's nothing to spend it on for upgrades or anything. It's almost pointless. And the paint is terrible. There is nowhere near enough control to paint more than one color. Fix these couple things and I would be happy to give 5 stars.

I really enjoy the game itself, but the ads are way too much. Even after I paid $7 to remove ads (really high for this type of game), they still find ways to force them on you quite frequently. With the amount of ads I still get post payment, I regret paying anything. Would love to give this a higher rating, just really bummed out about how desperate they seem for revenue.

Paid for no ads and there's still ads. I want my money back! There is no way to send them a message. How shady! I usually don't mind a small amount of ads at the end of a level but my God today. There's one after every single step and that's why I paid for them to stop. Then when I get back on the app, an ad plays before I can even start playing! Two stars for being a great concept. But ads make it impossible to enjoy. I hate that, because it could be such a relaxing time waster, but you literally spend more time watching ads than anything. I saw an ad for this game and it looked fun, so I downloaded it. the core gameplay is, indeed, fun. But holy smokes Bullwinkle! as others have said, the amount of ads is absolutely insane! Between EVERY. SINGLE. STEP. another ad break. they aren't even short as breaks. a minimum of 45 seconds per ad break. I get it, it costs money to make a game, and it probably costs money to put it in the play store. But after 10 minutes of playtime, I just can't deal with the sheer volume of ads. sorry guys.

It's a fun game concept but there are ads after every. single. action. Clean the wood block. Ad. Make the shape. Ad. And the sponge part where I assume it's to round the wood up a bit sometimes changes the shape of the entire project. I REALLY want to like this game! the woodturning aspect is a lot of fun whether you're being serious about the mission or just carving funny shapes for the heck of it. However, this game will show you an ad after nearly every step. Accept a new job? Advertisements. Carve the wood? Advertisement. Use a sanding sponge? Advertisement. Paint it? Advertisement. Like I said, I REALLY want to like this game, but constantly having to close out of an ad after 30 seconds of gameplay ruins the experience

The game is enjoyable, but the sheer number of ads is terrible. You get one after every. Single. Phase. And if the ad has a problem, you need to start the whole carve over again! I understand one each game and for each new color and pattern you want to unlock, but this is ridiculous! And the selling of kept carvings is bugged, so you can't make room for new ones, either. This game has the potential to be very fun and relaxing, but right now, it is a buggy, ad riddled mess.

The wood turning itself is awesome, but the ads between every single step of making whatever you're tasked to make are insane! You can't play for more than a few seconds without an ad pop-up, and most of the ads are garbage. I really wanted to like this, especially since they went to the extent of syncing haptic feedback with the carving, but "It's a 'No' from me, dog."

The game itself is pretty fun. Its exactly like what I saw in the ad that took me to the game, which is cool. Speaking of ads: wow theyre excessive. I understand ads are probably the devs primary revenue source for the game, but at every step theres an ad. It felt like nearly half the time I was in the game I was watching an ad, so I timed it. In 20 minutes and 16 seconds of "gameplay", I recorded 9 minutes and 41 seconds spent watching ads. That means about 48% of the game is watching ads.

only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is due to it being semi fun, but the reason not 5 five star is just the tactics with the ads. I paid to have the forced ads removed, but there is still many times where the game tries to force me to agree to watch an ad. even took a screenshot of a hand 'conveniently' blocking the continue button and forcing me to close the game or have to watch a 30-60 second ad in order to continue. I don't understand why VOODOO thinks that is viable.

In concept, it's a very good game. A nice stress reliever x satisfying combo. But, I have a few gripes. #1, ADS. Ads, ads, ads EVERYWHERE. I wouldn't mind if it was a couple sprinkled in at times but every singular step gives you an ad. Finish sculping? AD. Finish spraypainting? AD. Breathe? AD AD AD. But, of course, since this is a Voodoo game, I'm not suprised. #2, the difficulty. For what seems to be a casual game, it sure is hard to get a 100% especially on the more "complex" designs.

I really like this game, but I have a few issues. You can't angle your chisels ("tools"), and it makes it impossible to get 100% on the more complicated shapes with deep grooves. Second, you can't go back to a previous step in the process, but you can start completely over? Frustrating. There were too many ads. "Contains Ads" Yeah, like 90% of the gameplay. Ads at the bottom of the screen, the side of the screen, and between every single step. Would be super fun with less ads. I'd be fine with just the bottom ads or an occasional ad box playing off to the side. Or, even, just an ad playing every couple of steps. But no, you get the triple threat. I understand that you need to make money on the game, but this is ridiculous.

it's alright, but the more I progress the worse the tables angles are or something because it's cutting more than where I'm shaving away and also, the tasks aren't changing or showing my progress. I've cut 5 metal objects and the objective is to do 3. you can't pick the material you use, so idk if it's supposed to be 3 in a row, but that wouldn't be fair if you can choose the material. please fix

This is good gameplay and semi accurate wood turning. I installed it, played the actual game for 10 minutes. I watched 15 minutes of ads. No damn thank you, un-installed the app. Developers, we get it. ads are revenue and needed. However, after every single phase in the level then again at the end of the level! Don't care how good your damn game is. I am not watching that many ads.

the ads are way too much, there are good ways to do ads like watch them for bonuses and upgrades but this just pushes them on you at every step of the way and it's no fun to sit and watch minute + long ads over and over for nothing. aside from that, you can't just play with the lathe effect, you have to do what it says or you're punished with more ads for nothing then you have to do it over again. so if the modified the ad reception and implemented a freestyle mode then it would be a good game

Not that bad but still very annoying. I can tolerate most ads but there are just so many! There is usually one before and after each client but sometimes theres ads during the level which is the worst. Its not just the ads but the game is also so insanely glitchy. Waiting for the clients to load, the bench is glitching so much like disappearing and coming back. Also the bonus levels where you can get money is basically worthless. it doesnt let me get more than like $50. Dont get this game

Game could be fun, but you can't even start playing without watching ads before the game actually begins. At every step of making even the first project, you have to watch an ad to move on to the next step. The lathe action is fairly realistic, and it's tricky to match the outlines, which makes it fun. But the damn ads are just too, too much. I would give negative stars if I could. Do not get this game, the invasive ads will just annoy you.

The first thing that happened was an ad. I chose a customer, cut the thing step 1, then ad. I moved on to the finished product...guess what? AD. I got 3 ads before I could even finish the first thing. I clicked on another job, no ad this time...going to step 2? Ad. Then I closed it. TOO MANY ADS! Every time I do something, an ad pops up. Did the first wood carving piece, had 5 ads, basically overkill. I fully understand the reason for ads, but in this case it ruins what seems like a fun casual game for passing time. Most users are not going to pay $5 - 10 right off the bat to turn ads off. Lower your ad rate, give ppl a chance to at least try the game, not get bombarded with ads. If not for the ads, I'd keep checking it out. Not today.

So far, the concept is nice however the ads are very problematic. They can happen randomly and they can either switch the stage you are on (carving to sponge, etc.) or outright crash the game. Which whenever the game crashes, it doesn't go back to where you were. Instead, it makes you restart with an entirely different item. I feel like I spent more time hoping that the ads didn't crash the game than actually playing. Hopefully you all fix this soon.

This game is really cool, and the game-play is very accurate to the ad I saw. The chiseling effect through the phone is a nice addition, and you can feel the difference with the various chisels and material. The painting is interesting, but there should be an option to change the nozzle size or allow for more accurate application. Overall, I'm glad I downloaded this game. Of course the ads are a huge pain, especially when they appear after each stage of the fabrication. Thumbs up overall

Good time killer but too many ads! I paid for no ads, but they still keep popping up ( which is very annoying). Also, many times the goals (such as create 5 wooden objects or create 3 steel objects) do not work. The spray paint can is a bit clumsy. If the developers could make it so you can control the paint stream, maybe being able to adjust the width of the stream? I do like the game and the concept, but some updates need to be made.

I've paid for no ads, then I paid for another time deal that included no ads. I've never seen a game with so many ads AFTER I paid for none. You can't make a move without having to watch an ad. You can't get money earned without watching an ad. Each quick project, which takes less than 5 minutes, will force you to watch 2-3 ads. Guess it's time to uninstall. Sad, because the game has potential.

I like the game, but the ads are overwhelming. I paid to not have ads, and I still get bombarded. It would be nice to have things to work towards: like unlocking more colors, unlocking new patterns or wood carving designs. It gets pretty redundant pretty quickly, unfortunately. Ads are everywhere and run every time you do anything. They have ads asking the bottom, and then they pop up over the customer, blocking what they want. When you click the "x" to leave the ad, it opens the app store instead and does this at least 3 times. I'm patient, but this is seriously wrong. Don't give these greedy liars your time or money!

I actually really love this game and how simple it is. However, just like others have said, the ads are incredibly ridiculous and can't even be gotten rid of with payment. They come on between each task on each piece of wood you're carving and recently I'll get stuck in the ads, have to leave the game and when I come back, the game acts like I never started the piece I was on. There's no update or fix, and it seems to have been a problem for some time. Maybe if y'all fixed it, people would play?

This game used to be fun. Then there was an update where you have a goal. For example, I have one that says make 3 objects out of wood. I have made dozens out of wood, but the goal is still there. I also had one that said paint 5 different objects using five different colors. It doesn't progress unless I watch an ad. Also, I can't use different sponges. I have three options but they are all the same.

This game is fun and I want to continue playing it, BUT, there are way too many ads. Here's how it goes: After accepting a job, there's an ad. After chiseling, another ad. After sponging, another ad. Don't want to accept the extra money that forces you to watch an ad? (which is fine if you want the extra) there's an ad, so you might as well take the extra money. I don't mind ads but wow, can't we finish one job then have an ad?

This game would be fun if you didnt have to watch 5 ads per level. Literally every time you start a level, complete a task in a level, and complete the level over time, it plays an ad. When it gives you the option to watch an ad for extra cash or an upgrade just watch the ad because even if you chose not to pick the option for the ad..guess what...it plays an ad. I understand you greedy mobile developers need to suck in as much money as you can but making your game unplayable isnt the way to go.

Do not spend money on this game. It's horrible with ads. Gameplay is fine but even after buying the no-ads I am give two options, make the item it asks, or watch an ad to skip it. Joke was on me because I have to watch an ad EITHER WAY. I shouldn't be forced to watch a 30 second ad just because I want to carve the piece of wood it tells me to.

(Edited) Ok. This is my favorite lathe game, HOWEVER, PLEASE CONSIDER SUGGESTIONS 1. The ads guys, I just can't watch them after every step, that's plain ridiculous. Would pay for ad free. 2. Three tools, not adequate for project shapes, need more options for accuracy, don't care about decorative handles. 3. Would love a paintbrush instead of spray paint & more colors would be awesome if possible. 4. A Stencil would be cooler if part of painting step so color, stencil, color could be designed.

The game itself is really relaxing, and that's why I downloaded it, but since it has random ads every 5 seconds, I bought the "no ads" thing for 3 dollars, but I STILL was getting random ads even after minutes after the purchase. So, weird thing: I downloaded this game on 9/23, the most recent update was 9/19, then my wife downloaded it 9/24. Same exact game. Somehow we have 2 different versions of the game? Again, both supposedly fully up to date. The game is "fun" enough, definitely not exciting, but certainly kills time. I enjoy precision and tedium, so it works for me. Biggest let down is at least half the time I'm not given the option to paint or stencil the finished piece 🤷🏽‍♀️ It's probably as fun as you expect

I can't even play the first level before I hit an ad. This is not okay. This shows a total lack of respect for me and my time. The worst part is that this company comes up with some truly great ideas for really fun mobile games. If you gave me a chance to get into the game, I would be happy to spend 4 or 5 dollars to get rid of the mandatory ads. But when you force me to watch an ad BEFORE I even get to play the first level, I promise you that I will uninstall the game ASAP. This is ridiculous.

It's so relaxing just to sit there and carve. The spray painting is a pain though I can never get it to work. But over all, it's not to hard it's not frustrating. When I was experiencing a different game I saw the ad for this carving game and the ad let me carve a little bit. And when I caved for that 10 or so seconds I really wanted to play the game. Really good free, relaxing, none frustrating game.

DO NOT fall for the "AD FREE" version of this game!! It's a SCAM!!! Nice and simple concept, but the ads get obnoxious after awhile. In the middle of turning a random ad pops up, atleast it doesn't ruin it, but still annoying. When I click pretty much anything an ad appears, and their grotesque most of the time! I wish this game had a choice for ads, and I shouldn't have to turn on airplane mode just to enjoy a game! After you get to 2k it gets a bit too hard to progress, and you are required to update your shop, like can I just save up my money?

I don't usually write reviews for free games and talk about the amount of ads they have. The devs have to make money somehow, but this game has so many ads it is practically unplayable. You may only get a couple ads on your first and second orders, but after that you are bombarded with ads at every opportunity. You can't go from carving to painting without watching an ad. Want to use a sponge? Watch an ad. Other than the ad problem, the gameplay is shallow and boring. Don't recommend downloading

I realllyyyyy enjoy this game and I'd give it a 5 star no issue if it wasn't for the amount of ads. I know you guys have a paid version to get rid of the ads but the ads for the free version are excessive. 3-4 ads per item you build. It's exhausting and frustrating but I really enjoy the game so I continue to play. Please lower the frequency of ads. Ads are okay. But if you have to sit through 2 mins of ads everytime you build something that take 1-2 mins, like come one guys. It's a bit much.

I've tried all of the woodcutting apps, there's something about it that brings me great peace, and this is by far my favorite and the only one worth having on my phone. Yes, there's ads, what 'free' game doesn't have them? You can cut the wood and be done with it, or get fancy and sand and paint your carvings, it's up to you. The only thing I'd like more of is content. Maybe some new chisels/sponges, a few new colors, and new stencils to carve for sure.

Relaxing add factory. Every time you push a button to move onto the next step, add time. It takes 3-4 adds to complete a single order. There are better games to watch adds in. Uninstaller before even looking for an add free purchase, wouldn't spend more than $1 to get this game add free. Expect half your playtime to be add watching.

This game has an ad for every step of "creating" the items that your "making." There's an ad at the beginning+end and every step of the level when "making" these items don't worry about staying agenst the black line they will fix it when you go to the next step. To test this I made one if the items that was supposed to be a vase shape into a dowl, went to the next step but not before having an ad when the ad was over wala its a vase. The game isn't even fun enough or offer enough to go ad free.

It's an okay game, i thought that it would be like the ads but the only thing really different is that in the ads the was a outline/shadow of where you're supposed to stop but in the actual game there isn't one which make the game quite a bit harder to play, but overall it's alright, it could deffinently be better. 3/5

I'm obsessed with this game, even with the flaws. The outlines for the objects are sometimes a little crooked, I don't know to stop outside the lines or inside, & I've lost some coins when a tool purchase just didnt show up, but I am having so much fun playing. There are a few ads but they dont bother me all that much. This game is ridiculously relaxing to me.

Its such a great game and I love the things you can do with it, but it's really hard to get 100% accuracy. It isn't as much as a problem for me as it freezing my phone. Once, it froze and I couldn't do anything. I couldn't even shut my phone off. I had to hard start it. (Power button and vol. Up button at the same time) It also gets repetitive after a while.

To many adds. After every move you make there is an add. I enjoyed the actual game, but the 6-30 second adds got old. I spent more time waiting for the adds to be over than playing the game. The graphics were OK. The tools were easy to use. I wish the line to show you the shape was black instead of white. It would buzz really loud when I 'messed up but was clearly on the line. It would then ask you if you wanted to repair. If you repaired the object then your subjected to another 30 second add.

The game is fun at first but becomes a task later on. It takes forever to perfect the wood art and then you're hit with a no-skippable ad. There are WAY too many ads and I feel as if I shouldn't be forced to sit through an ad after i finish carving, sponging, painting, or stenciling. These gaming or any app companies have made a lot of money during Coronavirus while everyone else is out of a job and they still think they can force ads on you just to make more money.

This game has a lot of potential. It is a good time killer and puts your precision to the test and even improves it. Although these are good traits for a game, it can improve on a few settings. It's difficult to get into small areas with fat chisels and you accidentally round a edge that isnt suppose to be smooth. It would also help to be able to have more advanced painting for more precise colors and lines. The ads every step tend to get annoying at times.

I LOVED this game but, not enough levels to beat. I wish that each customer had an order, color, everything to suit what they wanted once you got passed all of the tools that you could get. I also wish there were more paint colors available or something. I just wish there were more options. Even like a zen mode and normal mode or something. I don't know. Just not enough available to do but, until I reached the master mode it was addictive and a great set up.

It's ok. Nice time killer. Some shapes are impossible to complete correctly since you cant rotate the object you're working on. The chisels only do so much for the ends. Once you unlock all chisels and sponges (which arent many) you have nothing to spend your money on. The "customers" only request shapes, not colors/patterns or anything else that would make the game more interesting.

You collect all the chisels and sponges really quickly, and I wish there were other shaped chisels, or at least the ability to turn your chisels (left angled chisel turned over to make it a right angle chisel, etc.) Unfortunately, the day after I downloaded the game it stopped working. It crashed every single time I tried to open and play it. I was forced to uninstall it. What a shame.

Very cool and fun. I rate 5 stars because I support you guys, but I do wish there were a specific paint job to follow and different materials besides metal. That would make it more challenging/interesting for a longer period of time. The spraypaint is hard to control tho, and goes where ever so doing a precise paint job would be hard. Maybe you could add a tape tool to cover spots you don't want painted and different size attatchments for the head of the paint can so you can make thin/big lines.

The game is fun and calming. But I cannot stand an ad for absolutely every stage there is to complete. I spend more time exiting the ads or watching them then in actual gameplay. If you have the patience which I lack, this game can be a good download. But I cannot stand the amount of ads. So I uninstalled.

Fun concept but ads ruin the entire experience. I was getting 3 ads per "woodwork" so say I'm doing a shape... I get an ad after the rough cut, an ad after the sponge, an ad after the spray paint (which you also have to "pay" an ad for 3 of the colors) and I usually skip the sticker peel in fear of once again another ad locking me out of my back button. I would def play if there was an ad every 30 minutes but not every 2. 10 out of 10 ads would never play again. :p

Saw a 4 star app and a lackluster logo, followed by a basic description of the game. Thought why not try, maybe its more enjoyable then it looks. Heres how it went: opened app, ads, started to chip away at a log with 3 types of chisels (app makes your phone vibrate when you chisel or go past the lines), ads, ads while you spray paint with 4 free options (3 locked options), ads, you now have 2 free stencils (more locked) that removes your paint so you can see the wood, ads, selling, ads, repeat

UPDATE: Thanks for fixing the haptic. Though I am not thoroughly knowledgeable on wood turning, I feel some of the tools to be useless. Those in particular are the ones for groves. If it is not possible to add the capability to turn some of the tools from left to right, maybe swap out for left and right tools. Also different sized tools as well. The sponges could use a little tweeking. Would be nice if you could layer paint with the stencils. Also have a library/ shelf to display works of 100% .

Overall I enjoy the game. It's relaxing and fun to figure out. There's no sound, which is a plus for me as I like to listen to music as I play games. The ads are constant though, they play after each step. Even though they tend to be shorter 5-15 second ones, its still annoying. The options for tools, colors, and stencils also should be increased as it gets repetitive. The stencils also make the painting step make no sense as most of the paint gets stripped away anyway.

Has potential but needs lots of work. This app could make lots of money if it had more to offer and didn't seem like it was made just for three year olds. Now all the problems that I have with this The lag is absolutely ridiculous. There needs to be more tools. Slightly more realistic(physics). The game is crude and bare bones, and charges $3.49 to remove ads which are a plague if you don't pay. Albeit I'm sure some people will enjoy the calming nature of simple tasks like this game, I'd recommend a color by number app or something else. There's no real direction to the game besides copying shapes and then decorating the object with the precision of a 2 year old with a spray can, and then removing a stencil after you paint to reveal your gaudy masterpiece. Not my cup of tea.

Too many ads. 30secs to move from 1 stage of the "build" to the next is a bit extreme. I can understand an ad between levels for a free game, but 2 - 4 per "level" is ridiculous. Thought it would be a fun time-waster / stress-free game to play once in a while, but after 4 levels, I'm out. Unistalling and moving on. C'mon Voodoo, we expect a bit better from you.

Passes the time, should have more features like buying different chisels and angling them. Maybe a gallery showing all you've completed so far... You sculpt, paint, and stencil, only to never see it again. The main reason I'm even reviewing this right now is the ads.. ad after you sculpt.. ad after you sponge... Ad after you paint.. the wheel of Fortune ad has an "x" so tiny I can't even get out of it.. so I uninstalled. What's the point of a game you can't play.

It's a good game. Nice and relaxing. It would be cool to be able to see a collection of your work. Use money to buy more colors, tools, stains, types of wood etc. And less ads. I'm updating with another star because the game improved since everyone's negative posts. Thank you. Can't wait to unlock the stencils. And some of the new wood and metals look cool.

This is just my opinion.This game is just straight up confusing and aggravating, when you cut one side down to the right size the other side is either passed the mark or far from it. I am deleting this because it makes you collect money and won't let you pass without an ad of it's near perfect, also, it makes you have a stencil when you add color to anything, I mean, i like the idea but it doesn't give you an option for it. People should at least get the option for it and not be forced into it.

The game itself is fun and simply with many options for things to make. The gameplay is smooth and fun. Cons: you earn money but have nothing to spend it on, you only get 3 chisels so some of the shapes are impossible to make, the painting is sloppy as it's made to resemble spray paint and theres no way to change that, 3 ads for each round, no form of progression or failure. You can basically do whatever and the only difference is the amount of money you get but that doesnt matter. (See above)

You can't rotate the wood block to get precise cuts on the end. I cut too much off every time because I can't see the end pieces. Also, the chisel movement is not 1 to 1. I feel like i have to drag my finger across the whole screen to move the chisel 2 inches. Lastly, what is even the purpose of getting money for each one you carve? It's not like there is a store to buy more shapes or chisels or paints.

It's not often you find a good game on the app store, but apparently a few days ago, it was decided I would find one. When I first opened the app I thought "eh I'll just play for a few minutes and if there's more than 3 ads I'll uninstall it", but, in my opinion, the ads are placed nicely. One banner at the bottom, 3 for new paints, and 1 in-between every stage. Bad for anything but this game. Critiques: no use for the ingame cash, no gallery, sub-par painting tool.

The only thing this game had going for it was that is was satisfying. The patterns were uneven on each side, so when you try to follow one side of the pattern the other side of the wood would be uneven with the pattern. And there should be a smaller sponge size. You can't get everywhere with the smallest sponge size, and then you mess up the wood piece. And the paints, there should be more colors, and not just spray paints. I did a design, but it didn't work bc the paint splattered everywhere.

The gameplay is decent enough though I didn't play long enough to figure out what money you earn on completing a level so I can't speak on upgrade grind if any. However the ads are some of the most invasive I have ever seen to the point I couldn't complete the second level due to a ad blocking part of the log. Don't download and don't buy in.

A relaxing game. However, there are adds every step of the way. A single project takes 3 steps (carving, sanding, and painting) and there is an add on each step. The tools are hard to be percise with, the sanding tool (sponge) doesn't take any material away. So my method of carving outside of the line and sanding to it to get a more percise piece doesn't work. There are many improvements that need to be made to this game.

A semi decent start to a game... The concept is good. But there's nothing to it... You get money for each item based on how accurate you were in carving whatever object. But there's nothing to spend it on?? And then you have 5 basic color options to spray paint it. Maybe if there were orders to fill, and something to spend the earned money on, it could be better. Much better. But for now, uninstalling.
