There's a 2 hour delivery window and still my orders are usually late. A couple of my orders I have had to cancel because of how late they were and one of them was never refunded. I have contacted customer service about this multiple times and excuses are always made. Walmart+ delivery has become very unreliable over the past year or two. I am so fed up with them that I canceled my membership.

The app still has lots of problems, now the app crashes a lot and the map makes the drivers look like they are doing drifts and driving through buildings. This app somehow got more broken when they updated it.

Walmart+ really went downhill to the crapper. delivery sucks and late and delayed all the time. if you paid the drivers decent they wouldn't want customers to pay tips. Walmart are the billionaires so why not pay your employees? we are paying for a service and it sucks a$$. and ai chat bots make things worse.

I had too much trouble entering a credit card.

I've had some issues with the app not telling me the correct delivery date or whether it's even in stock until after I've added the item to my cart. But it has been working fine.

The $6.99 pickup fee is ridiculous. If I'm using my gas to come and pick it up it should be free.

I had trouble adding a particular giraffe teething toy. it took forever to find "Add to Cart" and several attempts to make it work. AND, I want delivery and they put a $1 pooper scooper into pick up. I canceled it.

A + experience using the app with Walmart + membership until this latest system update. The app no longer allows one to adjust the tip one gives the driver for the delivery service. The app has always set the tip which defeats the whole idea of the tip as a kudo given by the customer rather than another demand set by the service for payment. Where once it allowed an edit by the customer, now it shows the edit but ignores ones input. Please fix issue.

The new update completely removed the option to edit store delivery subscriptions on the same day. Forcing a cutoff days in advance is terrible logic that makes subscriptions useless. Canceled my service.

I got charged twice at self-checkout for ONE mouse. I have nothing to return, I only got one mouse. Your app has no button for 'charged twice / duplicate charge.' It only has change my mind, didn't like it, missing/incorrect. So it forces me to lie and say I'm returning an item when I'm not. Then Sparky said ABUSE DETECTED when I tried to explain duplicate. That's not abuse, that's your app missing an option. Please add a 'I was charged twice, I have nothing to return' button.

The best new discovery included with my Sam's plus membership. The app is very user friendly and my directions are always followed. Great option for busy healthcare workers.

This app was useful for time, but the price of being lazy always catches up to you. Made an order over $150 and proceeded to set a pick up time. "Insufficient funds" two different times when I had enough money. Checked my bank account and now I'm out over $300 because of two separate pending charges that could take my bank up to 10 DAYS to return to my account. I am one of those poors you hear about, so this is really inconvenient and unsettling. Out $300 for over a week and no groceries..

FRAUDULENT BILLING!!! I placed a pick-up grocery order through the app under the reserved time. My credit card was charged but the order wasn't placed on the Walmart app. It said the reservation time expired, but it had not. My card was hit 3 times for 1 pick-up order, yet only 1 pick-up order shows up on the Walmart app. Now I have to wait for funds to be untied for 2 purchases that were invalid. I do not use social media to tell you more, Walmart. Be responsible.

app could make it easier switching stores when searching for things. this app is garbage and way too difficult to find previous orders. you type in pots and pans and next thing you get are shirts and car jacks. makes no sense. these people don't use their own apps that's why it has so many issues

you order and pay fees to expedite and they claim to not have half the items in stock. you cannot continue to add items even though the app says you can. it freezes once the shopper starts shopping.

They finally fixed the purchase search some time ago, and that's great! But, overall, the app is far too busy. Too many things on each page and all of it in small print. It looks more like a mobile version of a web page than an actual app. It needs to stop having so much info on every page you open. I'd also like to see a customization feature where I can organize the features I use most frequently, such as search, Walmart Pay, pharmacy, etc.

The app is not user friendly. Wouldn't accept my new address. Why can they send the two items together.

I should be given the option if I want my credit card information saved or not for online orders. I did NOT want it saved. I also tried calling a store, and no one picked up the phone. Multiple calls to store. Horrendous customer service. WMT has gone down hill so much. Poor Sam Walton; He must be sooo mad. Also, WMT violates state law by recording phone calls in a Two Party State. They won't stop recording and basically tell you to hang up. Won't offer service or associate to answer call.

11/01/2026 Since the installation of new payment card scanners that don't require you to insert your card, The purchase is no longer picked up & stored in the app, if the card payment is not inserted. So if you don't print your receipt you have nothing to prove you purchased an item. Also, there is no email for the purchases.

I love ordering my groceries! I'm a member so the delivery fee is zero, I only pay the tip. I order a month at a time so the cost of the tip is well worth my time, I mean someone else does all the walking, shopping, bagging and loading and unloading the car. I only have to carry them from the porch to the kitchen and put them away. It's great!

Walmart has made it where I had to cancel my order 4 separate times drive to other stores and retrieve items needed because they would literally wait until last minute and say no drivers available. I'm really thinking about canceling my Walmart + account. Walmart customer service is definitely going down.

When in "reorder my items", items I've ordered frequently in past no longer show, or are in wrong section of list - like GV chips in "seasonal" section instead of "chips and snacks". 1. minimum charge fees idiotic. you guys make enough money as it is. adding a tip charge after I put no tip is pretty outrageous. so in hindsight, a $27 order turned into a $57 order. how much of this money goes back to the actual delivery driver and not into the pockets of the businessmen of Walmart

I'm having to re-write this review because the app has somehow gotten even worse. They now purposely mess up your order if you don't pay extra for the shortest delivery window. Last time they were an hour late (past the already increased two hour window). This time they keep messaging me that they don't have any of the items but the app fails when I try to select a substitution. I know that if I had paid the extra $10 this wouldn't be happening. How is this acceptable?

Overall a great option to be able to get most needed items timely.

Great to compare prices and check availability of items. It is also useful locating items in the store.

straight up fraud. I ordered a roll of tape so I can return the broken TV Walmart sent me. instead of sending me a roll of tape, they sent me a box of cereal and are refusing to make it right. I should not have to waste my time and money returning an item when you screwed up. sending the customer an incorrect item and refusing to issue a refund is straight fraud and the customer is in no way obligated to fix the problem that you made.

There's no point in signing up for Walmart plus for free delivery if nobody will deliver stuff after 5pm. Ridiculous. The delivery drivers are also rude, slam your stuff around, and mutter about tips when unloading it.
