This app should be improved more. This app does not allow you to set a profile picture from the gallery. And there are no UPAY agents available, or the agents do not have any funds. I am unable to perform cash-in or cash-out transactions through UPAY agents.

I found Upay app polished quit q while but notuced a problem, When I save beneficiary while fund yransfer I noticed my Beneficiary account haven't saved yet. I thought it was my mistake but I noticed that App simply don't save my Beneficiary account. Everytime I have to Type my Account number and other details to transfer fund. Fix it !

পিন ভুলে গেছি।রিসেট করতে প্রতি মিনিটে ২..৭৬ টাকা কাটে এবং বিরক্তিকর ভাবে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন সেবার উল্লেখ করে গ্রাহকের টাকার শ্রাদ্ধ করে।১.২৬মিনিট কথা শুনে বিরক্ত হয়ে সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন করি।ওতেই আমার ৪.৫০এর বেশি খরচ হয়।গ্রাহক সেবা কেন্দ্র থাকলে এরকম হতো না।

upay should add NPSB transfer on upay App. Other banks has already introduced NPSB on their apps. But upay didn't have yet. Though Bangla QR and inward NPSB is working, but NPSB transfer to other financial institutions has not been introduced yet. Please do so.

উপায় মনে হয়না আর সামনে ইউজ করা হবে কারণ এত বাজে সার্ভিস! এড মানি করতে গেলে করা যায় না পরবর্তীতে ট্রাই করলে লিমিট ইউজেস দেখায়। এর থেকে ফালতু আর কি হতে পারে। খুবই হতাশা জনক। দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা ম্যানেজমেন্ট যদি না নেয় তাহলে বয়কট করা ছাড়া কিছুই করার নাই। টাইম ওয়েস্ট। আজকে না হইলেও ছয় বার ট্রাই করলাম ৫০০ টাকা করে, কোন বারেই অ্যাড মানি করতে পারি নাই বাট আমার লিমিট ইউজড দেখাচ্ছে। কয়েকবারই কল সেন্টারে কমপ্লেন করেছি বাট নো সল্যুশন।
