Truly the worst way to try and browse what's on sale. Every 3 items there's an ad, ads on the front page and every other page too. Now with an obnoxious AI button taking up your screen for no reason too! Everytime I open the app I'm reminded just how much I hate it 😂

The search function of the Sam's Club app is like trying to find an email you know exists in Microsoft or Gmail; it shows you everything except what you're looking for. Sponsored Results and the other items you are not searching for show up first, and then the level of taps to find out if something is in Club, feels designed to keep you on the app instead of spending money on what you need. There is so much noise and clutter I abandoned my search, and closed the app.

My last few online purchases result in them taking out the money 2 times. they claim it's a temporary hold but they're tying up double the amount of my purchase until they release the second charge.

I love being able to schedule pick so I don't have to get all my kids out the car.

Combine Walmart + and shop and go and WOW! AWESOME benefits!

Sam's Club has been in my family for a long time now. My children are all members. And I love the quality of the items that we get there. And the workers are very polite and very helpful when they are needed to assist. And the atmosphere is awesome 👍🏻

thought I got free delivery for + membership, but didn't.

they messed up the scan and go screen, placing ads in the top of the screen for I you to scroll down every time you scan something. Also, some times takes you out of the scan and go screen.

We live out in the country, and I really enjoy having access to the Sam's app on my phone so I can order groceries and have them sent here. It's really terrific, very handy.

the only thing I don't like about this option is if something you want is out of stock and it can be shipped they charge you shipping fees even though you spent over the amount required for free shipping in the stuff that you are going to pick up. I think it should be all taken into consideration. if you spent in total the required amount for free shipping, then the shipping should be free on the Articles they are out of.

Good app, easy to navigate, the Walmart app is better as far as ease of use and organization but the Sam's club app isn't far behind.

The app used to be better, but they made changes to it and now it won't save my log-in info, nor allow biometric sign-in.

I use to be able to click on the link, type my birthday is and it would show me which medicines had been refilled and the price, now I get nothing but message about updating and I update and update and it doesn't work now. I hate it!

third time it will not scan for fuel!! fourth time won't scan code for fuel! Fifth time can't scan the code for fuel! Use a barcode like BJs. It works every time. Again today it just gives me a black screen. When I open it to scan fuel pump. The worst app for fuel. Still even aft Walmart has joined with Sam's. The same issue again today. A black screen!

The scan and go no longer works, it always gives me a payment decline, and to try other payment form. When it used to work for me it was a great way to avoid long lines specially on the weekend.

• NEW: add or modify calendar events and send email to guests without owners' knowledge (NO!) Quite often unable to use the app when getting gas and, even more often, the app fails with "we're having technical issues..." Have you considered having more instance availability? You know, purchase the infrastructure to properly support your paying customers?

Sucks that there is not option to not accept auto renewal

1) You want to go in the store now? Good luck with that. You've got to update the app first. You're in a hurry! Oh! That's so funny. Install the app or no store for you. 2) you need the barcode, good luck finding it. it's buried three menus deep. 3) you want to take a screenshot? so you can save your membership pic for yourself or your wife? You'll need another phone for that. We're not going to let you.

when I first got the app it everything worked now everything's f****** up every time I add something to be delivered it switches back to be picked up fix your damn app but I'm canceling my contract

this is a great service for little old ladies that can't handle heavy cases of water or 40lb bags of bird seed any more. I have to ask a neighbor to help me wrestle it out of the car and into the house, but at least I don't have to lift heavy items into and out of my cart and then into the car. thanks so much!!!

App will not allow be to use scan n go and Sam's cash together. Every time I choose Sam's Cash, scan n go forces me to go to register, defeating the whole purpose of scan n go. I have no time for this. I'm moving my business account to Costco that just opened here.

update doesnt allow you to toggle between shipping and pickup options. i had to make 2 separate orders

they kept cancelling my install tire time claiming my credit 💳 info was wrong. looking forward to installation about as much as dental appointment to pull my teeth. note they had record of card use at gas pump & store yesterday & day before. mngt needs wake up call and it wouldn't hurt if they would clean the wheels on their carts, too.

Kept asking for a code to verify payment. I would enter the most recent code sent and it would decline as wrong code.

Doesn't take payment methods anymore. No matter what card you use. Customer service is unhelpful and bank says it is a common error regarding Dams as they have a glitch in system because they have had a lot of complaints.

I am frustrated with the recent update- forcing anything that can be picked up to be picked up, making it impossible to make the $50 shipping minimum to avoid the $8 shipping fee. We can no longer change the delivery method by item.

I'm new to Sam's club and trying to get groceries delivered (which is triple what Walmart charges and they are the same co.) it would not accept my payment. there was some kind of glitch so I had to try 3 cards, which all had funds but the last one finally worked. I'm not sure how well I'm going to look like this new store.

overall the app is ok. the interface is a bit disorganized making it difficult to use. catagories are hit or miss. looking for clothing shows you items not matching the filter criteria. Now, the introduction of "sparky" covers navigational elements and item pricing. has no feedback feature and cannot be removed, moved or minimized. It 100% makes an already difficult ui more difficult to navigate. Best usage scanning items in the club. other than that a new ui team should remake the interface

This app is terribly optimized. its a genuine annoyance to use every single time. if it weren't for its usefulness I'd delete it instantly. Super slow, laggy, so many steps to switch orders from delivery to pick up and vice versa. it constantly never loads and says "no internet connection" meanwhile I can be on any other app and the connection is perfect. If I could avoid it, I 100% would. Sam's club is WAY too big of a company to have a app that runs like a toddler made it using playdoh & sand

My wife placed a small order, but couldn't have it delivered. Pick up it is then. Oh wait, that's not a viable option because SHE placed the order and it doesn't show in the app. What is the point of having the option to place an order for delivery if 11 items is too large to deliver? As a follow up, why is the pick up procedure so complicated?

My advice is don't get rid of cash registers yet; like you are doing in some warehouses. Fix your app first! Original: This app was gem but now it became useless and waste time.
