I've been using purplle for last 2 years and I never been felt so good in other apps. purplle provide incredible price drops, offers, and on time delivery. The only concern nowadays i facing is products out of stock. i request to purple team to restock items quickly, remind us what product we enabled to notify. other than that, the shopping experience in purplle incredible!! waiting for many launches💜

Very disappointing experience with the Purple app. I ordered 9 items, but the Mamaearth body lotion was missing from my order. Despite not receiving the product, I have still not received a refund. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to pay for products they never received. I am highly disappointed with their service and expect them to resolve this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

I am disappointed with this app mene dusri baar yaha se order Kiya tha with same address and now the second time facing so much problem yrr .at 25 october I ordered and now 31 Oct it's still didn't deliver at my address . even after talking on WhatsApp with them they are saying aa jayega itne tarikh ko koi perfect date nahi bata rhe hai literally so irritating . ye nhi ki agr late hua hai atleast they should inform . and I can't cancel the order now because I paid them already yrr.

Awful service and rude support. The packing was terrible, and they missed an item from my multi-product order. Because their customer support is incredibly rude and failed to resolve the issue, I was forced to pay for a product I never even received. To make matters worse, the app provides no proper channel to log this specific complaint, limiting options only to "box tampered" or "package impact" issues. Horrible experience all around.

The app promised next-day delivery, but for the past 3 days, the delivery agent has repeatedly marked my order as "Delivery Reattempt". I still haven't received my order. Worst appp ever. I will never recommend this app to any one. I had placed order for 5 items and I had issues with the size of product amd shade so I wanted to return it but this app doesn't allow return unless the product is damaged, expired or missing which is absolutely wrong because many people order wrong shades somtimes but due to this I have to keep the product . Moreover their support center is also not good they don't have call support for their app. I am highly disappointed by the app!

I trusted the purple app but this was worst experience I have faced.disappointed with Purplle's delivery and customer support. My order failed delivery, with notification claiming I was reachable but I never received a single call or SMS from the delivery agent. My number was active and correct the entire time, To make things worse, the refund is not credited even after 6 days, app just shows refund initiated but no money credited in my bank. I trusted this app before but now it feels like fraud
