absolutely love the app i use it for practically everything but it would be nice if y'all made a spot in the app to invite friends and family and get a discount on services cuz that would be very beneficial for current users to be able to invite friends and family and receive like 10% off or something when they do invite friends and family to use the app

It's the perfect Ai ChatBot to Brainstorm Ideas, It can generate images accurately.

The ai itself is fine, as on desktop its an pretty good experience, but on android, now it's pretty bad, as it used to be quite decent to use compared to ios, but now it forces you to update which is super annoying, any app that does that is at best an 2 star, and the new updates always ruin the UI so yeah get rid of force updates and I'll raise it to an 3 or maybe 4

I used to use several redundant apps that claimed to be good for research; eventually, the topics they included were quite hard to understand. Therefore, I ended up with this app because of its integral features instead of dawdling on other platforms.

New to Perplexity, pretty good. Pro sub. It does make mistakes often enough to not trust what it does initially. I've gotten better at prompting and have added skills to make it better. But I've recently found the subscription trap everyone is talking about. I pay my subscription, cool. But if I'm working on a big project, I can only use $100 of tokens a month, not even allowed to buy more than that. High pressure sales, holding my projects hostage until I upgrade to Max sub. Criminal, immoral.

I had been using Google Gemini to try to help me with my computers and Raspberry Pi and replacing batteries and adding hard drive, and Gemini kept giving me incorrect answers, or forget we where we were in the process and it would loop back to previous settings we had already changed, so I switched to perplexity. when I started using perplexity it made everything so simple and fantastic to use and it guided me through everything step by step and was wonderful. I do have the pro version

PSA DO NOT pay for this! It's rate limiting like crazy. If you hit the cap, you lose all the advanced models and will be limited to models free users have. This is a SCAM. All I do is 20-30 prompts a day asking questions and already hit the limit on Wednesday! Absolute Scam!

Perplexity was my go to AI assistant because of its real-time conversational abilities, but recently it has stalled voice to voice trying to answer the simplest requests. It does okay with written text. I hope this is a temporary glitch and not a way to push people towards a paid tier which I was seriously considering until this frustrating debacle.

I’ve been using this for work, but the £20/mo plan doesn’t get you anywhere, so I upgraded to the max tier. Even at £170/mo, it barely lasts the month for just one user. It also burns through credits by repeating itself, going off-topic, or asking me the same questions I just asked, which is pretty annoying. Perplexity is useful when it works, but it often gets confused about its mode or whether I'm on my phone or laptop, and it costs me credits either way. lots of other issues dont have space
