super fast delivery 👌

great service

pathetic Service. I changed my mobile, log in with my own id. And gave my old mobile to other person with a refferal code to download and make a new Ninja account for him. But refferal code was not working at all. Because they want a new device for new account. Its just like a SCAM. Not even heard that new account need a new device.

good

big scammers don't take from them

Ninja is winning the market with a unique business model. The service is fast and excellent. But, that winning model started to change, and the variety of goods is getting less with time. The quantity you can buy got limited. App improved, search is much better. One of the app disturbing behavior is that the basket gets empty, sometimes within a short period (e.g. 30 min). The basket should persist and be updated by the app when the stock changes but should never be emptied spontaneously.

THE ONLY AND ONLY (THE BEST)

I like it ninja

good service

very good promotion

good

fast delivery

good

I love you 😍

it's really good

currect time delivery

Very fast delivery, good prices, and very helpful like me that no day off

wow im Impresse

You can't add notes to the restaurant !!!

Best and prompt service.

great 👍👍👍

Thank you to the entire Ninja team. I am happy with the service you provided, including the goods.

some drivers don't follow the location exactly. it's like they are looking for a shortcut to my place and when they arrived at a specific area where the road ends, they just stopped there and call that there's something wrong with the location. unbelievable. i have to explain over and over. sending photo and location via whatsapp. good lord, only after that will they be able to locate me. most drivers thankfully who are following the map precisely were able to deliver my order without problem.

Awesome👍

I ordered from different restaurants through ninja but out 7 out of 10 orders are incomplete or missing items .. worst experience ever.. and more likely they don't want to refund the exact amount.. so I am deleting it but my review will be here forever

good

good service

Verry good ❤️

good

Very disappointing experience. Don’t trust the offers shown on the Ninja app. They advertise discounts and offers at first, but when you reach the cart, the offers are suddenly unavailable or don’t apply at all. The delivery was also extremely slow it took more than an hour. No genuine offers, very slow delivery, and an overall frustrating experience. I would not recommend trusting the offers shown on this app. Rating: ⭐ 1/5 Very poor experience. I would not recommend Ninja.🙏🙏

very good delivery

Very badly service and I ordered 2 broasted coming 1 broasted and 1:30 hour late very very bad service

super convenient to rely on when your in a hurry on something you need. super fast delivery. Deserve a 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

good 👍

honestly really good offer fast delivery and drivers actually listen to what there customers talking about overall ninja might be the best app atp

Please update the app and make the following improvements: Please add an option to upload at least three pictures for each delivery: One picture of the building from outside One picture of the customer’s door One clear picture of the order as proof of delivery Please fix the camera feature. Currently, the camera does not allow drivers to zoom in or zoom out. Please add proper zoom-in and zoom-out functionality.

DON'T INSTALL THIS APPS NOT RECOMMENDED. TERRIBLE DELIVERY IT TOOK 1 1/2 HOUR FOR KY FOOD DELIVERY MIN THE APPS SAYS NEARBY BUT IT TAKES 30 MINUTES. AND THERE IS NO COMPENSATION I LIKE KEETA. IF THER IS 0 STAR I WILL PUT ZERO STAR. VERY TERRIBLE AND NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. 😡😡😡😡

I ordered three and I received only 2, I called the restaurant they said they gave three and the ninja guy have took one, I complained ninja customer care they say it won't occur again.

One of tge best, i am so sorry that i am late on the driver that came on the exact time All the best for ninja

fast time delivery

amazing

good service

it's worst app I have used, I ordered some food. but for some private reasons I couldn't answer when the delivery arrived. so he didn't not knocked the door. and didn't not leave the order at door. Just left after a few minutes. and when I contacted him didn't answer. despite that when I contacted customer support. they just claimed that in your case we can't help neither can't make refund I just deleted the account and the app

faradi app

good

Always got wrong item. Always some thing is missing in order. Costumer support is useless.. Never resolve any issue by contacting customer care..

I'm happy 😊

1st time tried and wow, it's so fast delivery, it's the best apps to order your grocery. You won't be disappointed.

very good service

super 👌

nice service

good app for household items and groceries

they are super fast!!
