They have a very dishonest and misleading marketing. I ordered a Palmer's Body Firming Lotion as what says on the description and I paid 33SAR for it but they delivered a Palmer's skin Daily Therapy one that costs 29SAR only. I sent a complain but I never received a response..

Bad service

I would like to have a good customer service to help me.

very difficult to access the application

Whack ...

It is not working on my mobile.

I received my Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Nettare di Sole 125ml, and I’m absolutely delighted! The perfume is 100% authentic, with a beautiful, luxurious scent. Everything arrived perfectly packaged and in excellent condition. Delivery was fast, and the service was outstanding. A wonderful shopping experience! Highly recommended. Thank you!

howcan you sell haram products which contain PORK in it.Based on the photo you provided, this specific bottle contains standard gelatin, which commonly includes pork derivatives, and it was not imported through Nahdi Pharmacy's official Saudi retail channel. But I have ordered this from Nahdi application I will not keep quite it was fraud and not acceptable I will complain to SFDA.

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Poor Service | Nahdi Pharmacy, Saudi Arabia One of the worst customer service and delivery experiences I have had in Saudi Arabia. Nahdi advertises delivery within 1–2 hours, yet I placed my order on 7 October 2026 at 8:00 PM, and it is now 9 October 2026 at 12:00 PM—almost 40 hours later—and my order still has not arrived. Despite the advertised delivery time, customers are left waiting for days. When I tried to cancel my order through WhatsApp, the process was confusing

product never got delivered and delivery boy is just chit chatting on WhatsApp

For development team... When you try to claim nuhdeek points by scanning the barcode on receipt, there is always an error and it doesn't scan the barcode. In earlier versions, one could type the barcode manually if scanning failed, please bring that feature back.

Please provide more Discount for special s

I ordered online but the delivery comes very late. Disappointed with your service

Unable to select date and time, before was working correctly and now useless

exclusive offers. genuine products

excellent apps

Worst app.. Cannot enter once address to buy online

excellent app

The application still missing to mention each product manufacturing date and its expiration to enable the customers placing their orders online without worrying to increase the items quantities that the product might be expiring soon when delivered.

people should never use this online pharmacy, after paying them you have struggle for your order everyday many people different people will call you seems they don't have data protection.

Nahadi Global is indifferent about making deliveries once payment has been made in advance.

oder cancel if you don't have item why you open this store shame on you

Gives error while making payment. And this issue has been there for a long time.

After scanning points never added in the app can you fix it

Really bad experience. i placed an order on 26 September and delivery date was 28 , 29 September. today is 30 September still not delivered. contact us number on Whatsapp not operational and automated message informed to call helpline. Helpline is continuously busy

a very bad experience.... I order five products but the order had 3 products with the price of 5 products & when I ordered again they said it out of stock like then why did you add it into my order if you didn't had that Andi gave the order timing from 4 to 6pm but they delivered at 2 pm

Best for delivery

i ordered from Al Salamah location. during the delivery time, the delivery man said it is not his coverage area.why not checked the delivery areain the first place. I even sent my location. this is negligence. I will never use your application anymore

discusting app

very good service

I spent more than 2 hours calling amd talking with many of Alnahdi customer service agents, i was about to quit everything but then a special agent called Ammar Ahmed solved my problem in 5 min. Thanx from the heart to him and i wish that all agents to be as professional and supportive as him.

28 Sep ²⁰²⁶

Awesome experience ❤️

I love Al Nahdi, but their app is awful. It keeps crashing and takes forever to load sometimes. It really needs some work. It makes me enter my phone number every time I log in, even though I already have a registered username and password.

The prescription feature does not work for me. It gets cancelled on its own. I think it's a bug because I don't see my attached photo in the order.

issues in payment and slow

no working

Excellent service...

Good pharmacy

good

Good work 💯

not good

This is a fake in the name of discount. They increase the price of the products and give a discount and say that if you purchase above 150 rupees, you will get free delivery. That is also a lie.

In your app should be section for customers complain and suggestions. in some stores very unprofessional team.

fast delivery

Not working, creating account but showing error and not pick up the location.

Good

it's frustrating, after wasting time and effort searching for products ,adding the card details , it gets rejected and empty the cart, I try again , repeat the whole process ,and again 5 times thesame happen !! why offer to sell if the purchase will never happen!!! zero star!

best beautiful service

please do something because in my mobile not working this app when I opened the app after few seconds go back to home screen 😭

App keeps giving network errors. Also, claiming points by scanning receipt either gives an "error" or I don't get a response well past the expected time given

poor customer service. ordered on 11.09.2026 still no update on that.

very bad application after paid they not deliver the item and delay in orders

Very disappointed with Nahdi. I placed an order, but Nahdi cancelled it without giving me any proper explanation. The payment was already taken, but I still haven’t received my refund or any clear update about it. Customer service has also not provided a satisfactory response. Please improve your service and process refunds on time.

don't install this app because every product is out of stock entire saudi arabia they can't deliver your product at your home address in saudi arabia when you order online

good application for medical

Issue has been resolved and I'm able to register. However, I had registration with app earlier and did not use for long time but after re-installing the app it did not recover my previous data and register as new.

Very Good Nahdi Pharmacy

very stupid app, not giving you the chance to sign up

Nahadi app does not opens properly

I appreciate the effort this pharmacy making. The only pharmacy on my phone to be honest. Ever since 5years now I have been an active user.... Reliable apps and delivery... I had an incident a month ago and was resolved with satisfactory response and action... I only have one issue recently the app been crashing while I on it and I have to relaunch.. Hope this gets fixed soon

too sluggish... incorporate more modem UI

App stop working after browsing products, long time the same proplem. Have the developers had a look to this issue? Its the worst ever

great offers

very bad 😞 service, I ordered 4 piece and received only one and when I contact to helpline they are not properly responding and guiding. Poor communication system.

No use for this application it seems no one see the order and I am still waiting any one to contact me

very convenient application..

their rider updates the delivery status as delivered without delivering the order and then deliver very late.

last update many times in my phone not opening App

alot of bugs and lagging

Nahdi service at The Pharmacy is truly excellent. Whenever I have purchased any products from here, I have always received the best service and had a great experience. Their customer service and quality are highly appreciated. Thank you, The Pharmacy, for your excellent service!

good

I have tried to open the app countless times but not working

verry nice and verry usefull thanks Nahdi

Excellent Service ❤️

absolute tosh

unable to change passwords

fantastic 😍😍😍😍

advertise with not available products and then you got to confirm all data again and worse protection with verify email for account deletion - just a fake data collector - no serious company

Honor 200 pro

Difficult to open!

I can't find the medicine

bad application, , after submitting online order. not able to get the direction for the item pick up...

We purchased nahdi products last Friday (07.08.2026) entered my mobile number while purchasing even scanned my receipt in nahdi app as well which informed my purchase details will be updated but almost 1 week passed nothing got updated. even tried contacting what's app customer care but they aren't connecting with human customer care person.

It doesn't work on android.. I tried more than 10 time to install it... Very poor app

login problem, i am trying to login since morning but 😥

Application is so slow, UI UX need enhancements. Prices not always good sometimes it's so expensive compared to other pharmacies, specially the near expiry.

I’m really loving the Nahdi app! It’s so convenient—you don’t even have to walk in anymore. Just a few clicks and you can order what you need from your phone. So easy and hassle-free! 👏📱

The delivery service is not good. They do not deliver at the scheduled time. Instead, they deliver whenever they want.
