Hilariously bad, the biggest example is this - I kept putting "dark Atmospheric Trap" in the style prompt and it kept making songs that weren't only nowhere even close to that genre I wanted, the vocals kept sounding like a Christian Country Song or something. Its like it made a song without even reading the prompts at all and make something random. Not only that but the algorithm for deciding the cadence and singing style based on the prompt is beyond terrible. I kept laughing at each 1...

i love this app so much, when i got the subscription last month i got my 4500 gold, but now the second month has rolled around it took my money and never gave me the gold it also took it a day early but ive been waiting all day to get my 4500 gold just for it not to be there at all

They give you 1 song free but don't give you it as they want tokens so it's not really free is it. They only give you 1 song for 1 day trial typical american site then you need to pay a £10 after that. I thought Suno was bad this 1 is 10 times worse.

can't see enough same melodies different beats. biggest problems with this system is The melodies are repetitive. it does ask you to describe what you want and it gives you totally opposite example male singers gives you female singers .well over 400 songs created more than half of them have female voices that I didn't ask for. the new 9.5 update is a junk monkey so is the 9.0 you have to go to an older software like 8.0 or lower to get different Melodies you don't get credit for their mistakes

I subscribe for a year to the basic plan to try a year ago. Not very impressive to me or I might not have given enough try to it. A year later(3 days ago), it auto renewed my sub to the highest tier at USD300??? I try to cancel the plan, according to the FAQ, yes I can. So it guides me to do it... but the unsubscribe can never be found in the app. Cancel the plan? Yes, with effect by Sep 2027...... so scam.... try to locate an email to contact, no where to be found..... Dangerous!

Honestly, I wish the credits didn't deplete when you delete recently created songs that don't match what you're going after when making songs, especially when the engine skips over lyrics which I absolutely do not like about this app. Spent lots of credits repeatedly regenerating one song that took about 11 tries because the engine doesn't register the lyrics properly. Overall, I've had neutral success. Could do some more recognition in the metalcore and heavy metal genres, and subgenres.

An absolute disaster. The free trial only allowed a 30-second audio upload, completely ignored the requested pop-folk style, and generated just 21 seconds instead of a full song. How can anyone evaluate the service or decide to pay from that? Suno gave me around 50 free generations, and only with less than 5 convinced me to subscribe. Mureka gave me an unfinished, useless result. I regret wasting seven minutes of my life on this misleading and poorly designed app.

Not at all happy with the platform anymore. It's ridiculous that in order for me to use my gold that I hadn't used whilst prior to being a subscriber for a whole year. I have to be subscribed again in order to use over 15,000 gold that I had accumulated from my past subscription. For Album art generation.

this was a good app when they let you use the 9.5 versions of the songs but now they are useing the 7.5 and everything sucks don't use this app use suno you might not be able to say certain words in your songs but it still generates better than this the only good thing about this app is that it's uncut so you can say anything and it won't stop you but like I said in the beginning with the version of running down all the songs are garbage DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I used to love this app. The ability to make music on here is incredible! But then I developed a glitch and I've repeatedly asked for MONTHS for help. It takes months for a response and I've only gotten one response! I ador Mureka's quality, but after being unable to purchase another subscription, I have to say, there's better music makers out there. I'm disappointed. I was looking forward to using it again.

Mureka is good for if you're planning to mix the track or drop it into a editor or remove vocal, but if you want a READY AI track, I'd suggest Suno. This music generator could use improvements. For one thing, the remix feature is garbage; the AI also doesn't always listen to your instructions or read the brackets in your lyrics (ever since 9.5 came out). Skips over lyrics or adds gibberishy backing vocals. Music sometimes sounds realistic most other times it just sounds too robotic and generic.

Use Suno. Much better. Mureka is worse for grabbing your money 💰

tired of the gibberish words, there needs to be an update that handles that sooner than later. The beginning of the year wasn't as bad as it is now, I have to regenerate a hip hop song like 100 times because there are one or two gibberish words... and then I label my music but some hooks will turn into chorus'. it's annoying. Please fix this with V10 whenever that version drops.

asked it to make a song using only a pipe organ, gave it lots of prompts on the theme, ambiance etc... it created 3 songs (I asked for one) and none used a pipe organ.. then it wouldn't stop playing the darn song no matter how many times I told my phone to stop all apps. had to reboot my phone to stop the noise.

It auto renews without notification. Under EU law you can cancel within 14 days. I canceled the day of. Google play hides behind "policy". Mureka just ignores you. BUYERS BE WARE!

Beware of this app as it will ask you to subscribe to 7 days trial and after that, they will automatically subscribe and charge you to their app without being asked if you wish to proceed. They will also make it hard for you to make any refund and won't cooperate at all.

Don't waste your time with this app. Download Suno instead because this doesn't do what you ask in terms of style. Ive done the same song and specifically said for a powerful rock song, and what do I get? And indie song, or a Latin pop, or romantic ballad. Nothing that I've asked for. From my PERSONAL experience as user of the PRO version, this app could NOT follow simple prompts to create AUTHENTIC country music. Also, it does NOT know what SOLO singing means. 😟 It is utterly FRUSTRATING, which is why I'm writing this HONEST review. The app also MISPRONOUNCED COMMON English words. Its song COVER is OFTEN horrendous and FRUSTRATING. A music creation app that CANNOT create long songs of up to 8 minutes in a go is SERIOUSLY flawed. And this app falls within that category.

kind of achieved what we were trying with this app... it does get stuck on a certain type of style. very annoyingly, every time you open the app it plays a random AI song that someone else has made, without having a play pause button... annoying for this noise sensitive family that like to have more control over what sounds will be played on apps

To be honest I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for studio quality music. Even with premium feature the quality is poor. The bass is leaking & the key of melodies are not consistent. Even when you prompt instrumentals they sneak in loud ai vocals that you didn't want and the stems are low quality & i find bizarre that i pay a lot to get stems that are low quality which you pay gold to download & the funny part is that i can get stems of songs for free using a free VDJ

so far good, not strict as suno ai. but in country music style if i generate a song somethings missing. but its good anyways, wish they improve their country music style song and keep their less strick when uploading a song.

Getting worse with time. months ago (with V8) it gave some nice songs and stayed relevant to the prompts. After the V9 rollout every song sounds way too similar. I wish there was a way to use the old V8 model. Everything just sounds the same now, can't hardly get any variety even when using different prompts. It'll even use the same chord progression and add unnecessary flair to the instrumentals, the songs aren't as cohesive as they used to be. Hopefully the v10 model is better.

This app is amazing until it gets to the minute mark of 2:00 - 2:30 for rock and metal songs. After that mark the guitars starts fading away and suddenly there are not guitars at the end of the song. I realized that Mureka, for some weird reason fades out the guitars and replace it with reverb on the voice. I don't know what happens but it gets very annoying

I wrote a song and they said it was too short so I optimized it like they offered and it got rewritten in a WHOLE nother language. It sounded like a mix between Russian and Spanish I don't know all I know is that the song generator is messed up.

BIG SCAM Mureka makes it impossible to cancel. Their website's 'Upgrade' page (where the cancellation button is supposed to be) is broken and won't load. When you email support, they stall for 5+ days and then send you another form to fill out instead of just canceling your account. This is a classic 'subscription trap.' They make signing up a one-click process, but leaving requires weeks of emails and forms. I’ve had to contact my bank to stop the payments manually. Save yourself the headache.

The first two songs that MUREKA made the music for were like somehow perfect, better than I could have imagined. The next couple werent to great musically but then at about song 8 back to the greatness. All in all its been pretty good, I have not used the lyric help so I cant say about that part but everything else is pretty damn good.

I've attempted to resolve with team a few times now. since purchase it has lost its ability and it isn't relating to my description. the music created is completely inaccurate to any description of genre and it pretty much chose the same sound no matter how many times i word it in different ways. i want hip hop rap, it gives me another version of black music. i choose different wording, same music. maybe the app is ignorant! I'm asking for a refund. I'm sure the developers are aware.

Love this app. The best app for someone wanting to get started creating their own music without breaking the bank. The only thing that would make it 5 stars would be the option to upload tracks to share on the platform. The music that is generated is a great basic version, I want to be able to enhance it in my own audio mixer and be able to upload the official version back into the app to publish.

The app is excellent, with impressive customization features. The free tier is also noteworthy, and the song I've generated is both catchy and impressive, just one is enough to impress me. Although there are some minor bugs, they do not detract from the overall experience. Outstanding work, Mureka. I highly recommend this app as one of the best song generators (but I don't sincerely know if it is the best) available, given its ease of use in generating or uploading songs.

Okay, I actually LOVE this app, but I want to get their attention. You get around 50 (idk) daily and it is 20 (idk) per song. You get 2 songs or 3 and 1 extra sample. But, I didn't use it for one day, expecting it to build up with the (idk) charge thingy and it reset it 😥 please change this so the songs charge can build up not reset daily. It also does this thing where it adds extra lyrics you hadn't added.

It has potential, but I wish I hadn't paid nine dollars just to find out several things. 1. Can't do jazz or swing without messing up the lyrics or adding extra voices. I haven't tried other genres of music, so I won't say it messes up everything. 2. Can't do villain songs at all. 3. Reference tracks are not looked at by the AI very much. I give it a reference track and it generates something completely different. 4. It can't pronounce some words correctly (i.e. putting a b in place of a g).

This is an awesome app. For someone who has just written songs for a hobby not meaning to create music with them seeing them brought to life is a big achievment. The reason for the low star rating is. I wanted to download the song onto my phone plus to share it with my husband & it didn’t let me. you where tied into listening to it through the app. Maybe it was something I hadn't learnt to do but its not user friendly in that way. Ripped off before I even got to use. I was playing around hit download, just figuring out button. After I didn't a song tried to download a song and no free download. It said I had already used my free download. I glad I didn't buy it. And 259/year for a subscription. There are a lot more cheaper. Bad way to run a business or app. screw people before they can use it.

Not bad. I listen to extreme technical metal with screaming vocals. The AI likes to revert to more pop type stuff. But you have to learn to prompt for more precision. I used Grok to write some prompts and I got very much what I wanted after a few tries. Also, adding in reference tracks helps. I don't think it's a rip off. It's learning to communicate more precisely. I bought 1 month of premium and I might do 1 more. I would like to be able to do both reference and voice on a phone not just a PC.

Honestly, just not good. I did two tracks, one completely AI, and one with a reference track. For each, it created two different options. The AI songs were cheesy, and poorly put together. The reference songs were better, but chaotic and random. This app has some cool features, but it's got a long way to go

Junk. While it never was the best, at least it was initially okay and was workable for the first few months of using it. But lately, for almost a week now it won't generate music at all. I have tried everything, cleared, cash, updated the app, we started it, and etc. but it's still well. not generate music and all and simply show an error prompt. also, I have noticed they make it nearly impossible to cancel a subscription.

Haven't used this much. But my first experience wasn't bad. If the team could listen to public opinion, a lot of important improvements could change the way the app functions. For originality, songs should have the voice of the singer/songwriter. In case where the writer is not the singer or her/his voice is not heard in the song, it's robs off on the authenticity of copyright ownership. The team should add the option for writers vocal inputs to help AI work with the original melody and chords.

its good! however, as you go on to create more songs, it completely rejects whatever genre or style you tell it and create its on. They have it like that so that you can generate more songs and run out of coins a lot faster. Its pretty messed up but other than , when it does finally listen to you, it can create some good ones. but after creating several songs when im just trying to get a certain genre, seeing it deliberately reject what i put in, i may have to find something else. and im paying

this is very cool at first but after trying out different apps that do the same thing I realized very quickly that this is horrible. the sound quality is just awful, the music composition all sounds like distorted noise and only works when it's playing together if you try to extract the stems you'll see very quickly that there's no way you can make it sound good. it doesn't sound like real music

I intended to buy a monthly subscription, but I was unexpectedly charged for a yearly subscription instead. I did not knowingly choose or confirm a yearly plan. The amount charged was USD 169, which is a very large amount for me, and this has caused me significant financial difficulty. I kindly request you to: Cancel the yearly subscription immediately, and Process a full refund of USD169

Pretty good app for making AI music. It is pretty customizable in that you can upload music and artists from your library or YouTube links. I have to admit I was skeptical, but after using up my free credits I ended up buying a month of the "pro" version to make more and more! Great for finding music and melodies for your own original written content as well.

Bought yearly pro subscription with 1600 credits monthly. At the end of the 1st month all unused credits were expired, and I received no credits for the following month. That's a fraud. The Mureka company clearly advertises 1600 monthly credits. But they will ask you to purchase another set of credits to carry on creating songs! I had to open dispute with Google Play and won. I received 100% refund. Please be aware. And you will get a loads of errors in song's lyrics trying to create a good one.

Generally really good. I enjoy this app a lot. However, it does have some issues. First song: I ask for a male vocal, and it gives me female vocal with only the intro being in a male vocal. Second song: I ask for it to be joyful and passionate, and it makes the song, according to the description, "romantic, calm and mysterious". I thought it should be clear that I don't want my song to be none of those things, but here we are. If not those issues I'd rate it 5/5, but I can't.

Huge letdown. The AI songs sound robotic and repetitive, with zero creativity or polish. Most options are locked unless you pay, and even the paid features are not worth it. App crashes often, exports fail, and support is nonexistent. Total waste of time and money. Would not recommend to anyone serious about music.

I wasn't able to use the features that I subscribed to. kept trying to get me to purchase other things. The app said i couldn't subscribe again until I paid with a different card. then it took the money anyway. so I paid $5.99 and another $1.99. I'm not even sure what, for then it took another $5.99. I am excited about the idea of the ai music. Unfortunately, this app was expensive for getting nothing. very disappointed.

The app was great at first. I did the paid plan and purchased it for the whole year. for the first few months, I could download the separate files. All of a sudden they changed it so you have to pay even more to download the separate files. That is very deceptive and unfair of them to do that after I paid for that option. It also says I can download the wav file with my plan but there is no option to do that. The reference pack I purchased doesn't work anymore either.

I accidentally paid for a year of the pro membership, $288, when I only wanted a month. My mistake, I wasn't paying attention when I checked out on PayPal. the next day I contacted Mureka to ask for a refund except for a one month subscription, they didnt respond. Several days later, I emailed them again. they finally responded and told me I already used my credits and refused to refund me 11 months worth. Additionally, the paid features did nothing to help me further with songs. BE careful.

though you do have to play with the arrangements, the genre and mood, delete, add, delete, it does actually put out some amazing sounds, with the lyrics you get a number one hit. but I'd like to ask you guys too stop trying to take money out of my account, I did not subscribe again but you continue to try to take money out. please stop.

I was loving the App, writing songs, and finally having a way to add music, as I am a writer. I find, though, that sometimes the singers mispronounce simple words, which is very frustrating when the app produces a great musical sound to my words as it doesn't repeat itself and the beta edit doesn't fix that. I'd like a command to put musical interludes into songs like a guitar solo, etc. The App used to let you access the lyrics through its beta edit but now its $400. thumbsdown

A little complicated I think it could be a great app. You have to pay a lot for each custom feature. I did pay for upgrading the vocals so $90. But then you have to pay extra to select the Gene ? Then if you don't use the custom vocals and pick the Genre it would keep doing the wrong Genre ? Too much money for the app and buggy.

I really enjoy using this app, but there are some major issues I have with it. It will sometimes change YOUR OWN lyrics, adding words or deleting them. Sometimes they get horribly mispronounced. Also, there used to be a song regeneration option but it appears to be gone now and replaced with "regional editing." I have tried using this feature multiple times, and with great dismay I've given up even trying. It does NOT edit in the proper place. Ruins the song! I give up. 😪

They provide 2 free credits upon sign-up, but to create a proper song, you'd need at least 10. So, even trying the service is limited. The biggest issue? Their terrible refund policy. I barely used 10 out of 400 credits and quickly realized I didn’t need it. When I requested a partial refund, they refused, forcing me to pay for something I won’t use. The songs lack creativity, and free alternatives work just as well. Mureka AI is a cash grab—avoid at all costs.

Pretty good. I do have a few issues. 1. Why does the download mp3 not just download it to the phone? I have had to email myself the song to properly download it since it opens share options. 2. I wish there was a male or female singer selectable option because I don't know what decides the masculine/feminine singers and I'd like to be able to choose. 3. I'd like more selectable options, because when a song is done, generating, there are generally more attributes applied than what was selected.

I like it a lot but, I'll get a creative burst and like what I'm building lyrically, write down the same description, to have the app just push it to something else, it's very annoying, I waste "tokens" on songs I just delete.. in that sense I do think it's a scam. Otherwise I'm quite happy with how it works before it tries to frustrate you to the point of upgrading, however I am hesitant to recommend this app to anyone because of the frustrating experience.

Ok, it's a descent app when it comes to the instrumentals. But the part that really annoys me is the fact that. When I write songs, it does one of 2 things. 1.) It would either cut through the song and skip lyrics making the song too short that throws off my vibe. 2.) Or it would add extra unnecessary lyrics throwing off my vibe. It has done the former too many times already. Sing my songs the way that they are written damnit.

None of the music I generated with free credits was good. I would have given one more star, but it needs some usability improvements. A lot of the labels are unclear or intentionally confusing (subscriptions). And it's unclear how many songs you can create for free (not many, I think it was four).

So bad, lol. It really wants you to subscribe without trying it out, but it did let me make the sample song after getting past all the nonsense, and it was so bad. It didn't have ANY of the elements I wrote in the description, but a lot of other little things so that I'm pretty sure it ripped off an actual song by another artist, and as a poet I can't plagiarize.

Rubbish. Requested refund. Paid for membership then you have to pay for additional credits if you want to chose a female or male voice. THEN on top of that, if you select ballad for example, it totally ignores your request and spits out some other genre. Poor quality voices that sound so fake. Really bad. Donna was the best app but I can no longer find it.

It's decent ish.. you get 1 free time and it makes 2 songs for you. Suggestion to the devs is to outright put up that it's a demo trial. Other reviews lead to believe you can Earn credits but thats false. The prices seem pretty fair minded. But tip, add a LOT of specific detail for the music or its not going to sound anything like you imagine. /haunting, chilling music/ apparently went to indie and Italian pop... so... yeah not the vibe there guys. Good luck to anyone who tries to get specifics

Its an OKAY app. After all, I got to make FOUR songs. And they were about this game called Regretevator. Allthough, I wish I could do more songs. They should make it to where you can create 10 songs, and I think the website is better because you can listen to other peoples songs (I believe so). I really wish you could do that on the app. Or liking, following, and commenting on posts/Users. I think that would help this app a lot. Im not sure if this app has a studio mode. (That sould help a lot!)

Tried the demo credits. I created a metal track with 2 different generations. I had a great song concept with great lyrical ideas and it came out really good! I was surprised as I am a producer of over 30 years and a DJ and I would play this song out! The only issue I had was it doesn't tell you if the subscription is monthly or annually. I assume monthly, but again it doesn't specify the term. Great App I will be subscribing to get the stems and vocals and rights to sell for sure! Great Job!
