I saw this advertised on ABC's GMA3, shopping items. One of my grandsons LOVES dinosaurs. 🦕 It blows up big enough he can ride on it while playing. So of course I just had to buy it for him.

Great buys! I typically can find my size, xs.

enjoy products & merchandise from Macy's.. Will refer to my friends..

READ THEIR PRIVACY POLICY!!! THEY OPENLY SELL YOUR FACE, LOCATION, AND EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!!! It is absolutely nuts what they hide in there!!!

love it oh you have know idea I get chum just opening it.

Thank goodness for Macy's!!

I love their special deals and prices.

not enough rewards

tried logging into the app. And they wouldn't let me in yapping, about information matches da. Da da

Love buying Macy's sales! Great shipping and quality experiences.

To me, it's been PERFECT!!

Found exactly what I needed on line and saved more this way. Went to the store didn't have my size but did here. thank you Macy's 😊

it's always easy to use no complaints

Love shopping Macy's online and getting great items on flash sales!

you internet page is hard to nevagate! I have put my several times before it will go through.

You CAN NOT trust their shipping. They now sometimes use local crowdsourced delivery dervices like Veho (in PA) and DOOR DASH!!! Literally have "lost" 5 seperate packages of mine using these vendors in the past year. Macy's will refund, but don't know how a retailer with merchandise averaging in the hundreds would trust their deliveries to unverified drivers. Very disappointing

Great 👌🏿

Love deals

Ally in jewelry was magnificent in my decision-making for the perfect gift.

Macy's continues to deliver. Whether shopping in the Backstage area for super sales or regular merchandise, they have a great variety for men, women, and kids. I recently bought my son a Pima cotton shirt and wool pants for a great deal. Quality and good price.

I can always depend on Macy's to have exactly what I'm looking for! Found the jeans I had been looking for and at a GREAT sale price!

prices are great

very simple

I was new to your procedures so it took longer than I expected. My fault! Thanks for your patience.

I was not able to use my $5 birthday gift card.

Macy's offers good value with nicer options than most. I also find that their website is easy to use for online shopping.

thank you for your sale prices

The coupons/discounts, Star Money, free shipping, PERFECT petite tops, and GREAT beauty selection make Macy's my absolute FAVORITE department store!

easy to order and great prices. bonus is the Star rewards 😄

There's an ease of purchasing when you know that the return postage is usually free. Be certain to check cost of returning. there are exceptions like if something on clearance. I've been a customer since 2004 and I still love it!

always guaranteed to find occasional good deals

Stayed on the phone for 42 minutes trying to order on line, but had to just send this package to myself instead of sending it to a friend like I wanted to. Very Frustrating!!!!!

Great Deals

beautiful clothes and great prices

love Macy's since 1999

Macy's is too stupid to survive. Despite email spamming me daily, this idiot company can't find my account under the same email address, and doesn't respect its own opt out request. So I can neither log into my account, nor stop getting email spam. Morons.

simple and easy no wait or crowds.

All your home needs at Macy's LOVE my Macy's ❣️

Always have what I'm looking for

I love Macy's! The sales make good products affordable and online shopping is so easy.

Love Macy's

Easier than talking 21 of your guys on the phone of course

I wish your sales were more clearly listed on line. I bought a dress last night at a Macy's store and was told it wouldn't be on sale until 10/26...As we were on the way home (1.75 hr drive) I happened to check in line and it actually was on sale today! Now I have to drive back 1.75 hours just to get the specific dress at sale price, when it actually was on sale. Disappointed.

👍

I always get great deals and great merchandise with Macy's !

website is overcrowded with information and hard to navigate around

MACY'S is awesomeness

love these comforter sale they are very nice too

sheets 250 percale queen size

Nice one 😄

love Macy's

hard time placing order

easy website for shopping.

quick & easy ordering..

Not online user friendly needs works

they have horrible online tech. and when you try to apply discounts, they send you in circles. then they tried to delete the original discount. pure fraud and disrespect of customers. I used to but 1000s a year at Macy's. now the quality is so bad, and their online so bad, I spend maybe $1-200/ yr. really bad management and greed is ruining what was an amazing company with great clothes

The Hotel collection towels are amazing

very 👍 good.

I like Macy's.

I tried to get my 15% with my Ralph Lauren last night on my purchases but the app was not working. Today the coupon ended and I had to pay $150 more because my app was not working. horrible customer experience.

had a difficult time checking out 😔

Love so many brands at Macy's!! I I.N.C., Adidas, ID and Nike to name a few.

ohhh yeah !!

Nice store

macysthe best

We love it!

it seems to load very slowly lately. in the past it has been pretty good.

it doesn't automatically put your credit card info from your phone. kinda dated.

I appreciate the nice quality of theor advent calendars!

Love The Prices And Great Quality

great prices and quality

went beyond the call of duty jessica Beltran waterford lakes orlando fl

really good deal

easy to use and quality products

Great store

I really like the ease of shopping from home all of the brands that I trust.

Quick and easy

paying the bill is not user friendly. also, the cvv is annoying since the American Express hoders use a different number.
