Very disappointing experience with Lidl Plus EV charging. Yesterday, £40 was pre-authorised from my account, but the charging point failed to charge my vehicle. When I contacted customer service today, the representative couldn't confirm when my money would be refunded. Even worse, she rudely said "bye" and hung up while I was still speaking. Extremely unprofessional customer service and unreliable charging facilities. I strongly recommend avoiding their EV charging points.

App works well but loyalty programme is rubbish now. I only seem to get coupons either for things I've just bought or for things I have never/would never buy. Also money off coupons with a minimum spend far higher than I ever spend in one shop. Pointless!

Awful App, its the only loyalty app that doesnt work on my Flips coverscreen, its very cluttery and has low performance. Also some of the coupons didnt work so you end up spending more money than you planned on. Never again. Edit: Lidl responds and it says the app "lags" on my cover screen but it LITERALLY doesnt work. I cannot use it. 1000 Euro Flagship phone and Lidl asks me what model it is lmao

majorly dissapointed in the new points system. The "bonuses" are much more tedious to navigate and it is now extremely expensive to reach any similar value coupons like you could before. Before you could get 3 free items in increasing value per level, then a value coupon to spend on whatever you want. if you spend the same now, you can only get the value coupon, not any of the other items

Description says personal, financial & 4 other data types may be shared. Next line says no data collected! Has Lidl found a way to share data it doesn't have? Google needs to get it's act together and make sure the app descriptions are accurate. I've seen contradictions like this many times. No comment Lidl? Google?

New point system has ruined it: savings are much much less and what's most insulting is that Lidl tried to market this as a better system ie assuming that their customers are stupid and won't notice

For me everything works well except for the sharing tickets feature. When I tried to share my tickets or to download them the result was always an empty black image. Please fix that issue.

The offers in the app are far too involved for the customer. Admin. I often find myself blocking a till while I dig out the offers. Why the tech can't just allocate automatically based on customer loyalty/frequency of visit is confusing to me

Very unreliable app – extremely frustrating! There is almost a 50/50 chance that the app will actually open when I am shopping in Lidl. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I want to take advantage of special offers that are only available through the app. On many occasions, I have also missed out on collecting loyalty points for my purchases simply because the app refuses to open at the checkout. My phone's internet connection is perfectly fine, and all my other apps works normaly.

Am trecut la alte magazine de când am văzut că tot mai multe prețuri sunt valabile doar cu lidl plus. Cum nu am card și nici nu vreau să-mi fac mă simțeam păcălit, plătind mai mult. Iar card pentru cumpărături nu o să fac niciodată. Acum merg la Auchan și la Carrefour. Au și ăia card dar parcă mai au produse cu preț ok si fără card. Așa că am zis la revedere...

U poslednje vreme mi se dešava da za neki skenirani kupon uopšte ne dobijem grebalicu. Ako mi se ne pojavi za aktuelne kupone ili sledeći put, deinstaliram ovo đubre.

why have the option of digital receipts when you do not store my in-store shopping receipts even when the lidl plus barcode is scanned? and why do I need to setup a separate account for each country in the EU? this makes no sense.

Dobra je aplikacija ali ima dosta bagova. Često nema digitalnog računa iako se skenira kod na kasi, zato je i nepouzdano prijaviti se za digitalni račun jer u takvim situacijama ne dobijete ni štampani ni digitalni račun. Takođe sam primetio više puta da kupon bude aktiviran, a ne realizuje se na računu sa kase, ali se realizuje kroz aplikaciju kao da je primenjen popust. Spisak za kupovinu je bio bolji u staroj aplikaciji, ovu funkciju u ovoj aplikaciji i ne koristim i radije spisak eksterno

This app does not work. I won a giveaway, never got contacted, no sign of the giveaway anymore. Several coupons asking me to buy various things sounded promising, but ended up not working when I scanned. Lots of other deals are simply not a reality in the Lidl store I visit. I actually wasted more time and money using this app, I did not save money.

I have failed to access the app on my phone and have tried to get in touch with the support team but have referred me to the centre. The telephone system connects with a robot not a human and it is very limited so a waste of time. I use Lidl regularly and would like to get access to the offers but can't

superb after scanning an entire basket something went wrong and all you can do is take everything out again and scan them again directly at the counter... restarting app and anything else didnt work. also the app to go to selfscan is selfscanning_home_widget doesnt look very nice.... per all to buggy.

Es offnet sich soo langsam. Obwohl mit Lidlpluswlan es dauert soo lange es zu öffnen. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Jetzy habe ich mein Pfand mit Lidlplus app zu scannen und es dauert so lange dass die Maschine hat einfach die Beleg gedruckt!!

Worst shopping app I have ever used. Just to log in, I had to try six times throughout the week. The discounts system is really bad. Not worth using. Simple options are hidden deeply within the app in a very illogical way.

Aplicatia asta e atat de instabila incat iti poate ingheta ecranul cand performezi cea mai simpla actiune de a te uita la reduceri sau sa vizualizezi catalogul online. Si sa nu mai zic cat de complicat este sa o setezi si sa o explici pentru persoanele in varsta, desi nu ar fi aplicatia de vina aici. Useful app, up to a point! Middle Isle items: Unfortunately there isn't a search feature and once something actually arrives in store, it seems to disappear from the listing's, so you can't see what's in stock. As for the stock check feature, half the time it's just plain wrong, or it says "stock level currently unknown"! Then there are multiple listings of the same item, sometimes right next to each other!

Επίσης κακή τακτική που δίνουν κουπόνια-κίνητρα για να ψωνίζει ο κόσμος Σάββατο ή ακόμη χειρότερο Κυριακή, αντί να ξεκουράσουν τους υπαλλήλους τους.

Very clean and easy to navigate app. I ran into zero issues while registering for my clubcard account and even managed to register while in store doing my shopping. I am usually against supermarket clubcards as they tend to be more effort than they're worth. However, the rewards and points for Lidl Plus seem genuinely rewarding. Who doesn't like free stuff! Will be shopping at Lidl a lot more purely because of Lidl Plus.

the app used to be really good 5 star but after Lidl did a sneaky move and removed search option from receipts (so you dont have an easy task to search for those old receipts for items with 3 years warranty that failed) the app is useless now. bring the feature back and the ratings goes back to 5

I am very disappointed with the new digital system. I used to get an email with your weekly promotions. Lately, when I get an Aldi email and click it tells me I can download an app and how wonderful it is. But it does not tell me anything about the items promoted this week or their prices. It also insists on helping me to choose a store. Basically, it wastes my time, gives me no answers to the promoted products. Result: I stopped shopping Aldi and choose Safeway clear communications

Update 20.10.2026. the app is working well and recent improvements have resulted in a cleaner, faster, easier to use interface. The general layout is clean and separated logically. I really like the updated offers-sheets which are now a continuous page.

Coupons after each shop are always for things I've never bought - if I've never bought a single dairy product from lidl, why would I want 30% off cow milk? 🙃 pointless.

I use to manage to use the 10% off coupon every month, made a good saving on the big shop of £20.00 a month, now, lucky if you save £2.00 month. Use Tesco Clubcard now, more savings.

This app is a worse version of the previous one - What's the "Plus" about? - The prices got worse compared to ALDI - Also, why does searching for FLOUNDER bring up "Solevita Lemonade???" - Search for Gluten Free & you get Furtrition CAT FOOD - I wish that I can give this app a ZERO.

After you click the log in you get a blank screen. without it you can't get the discounts.

frustrating app, you're at the checkout and want to use the app but the app wants to give you a million popups, and you're stood like a Muppet trying to get the card. Lidl replied with a completely different subject as a response haha which shows they don't even read reviews.

logs out at the wrong moment, usually when i am about to pay! now app wont upgrade or it has upgraded but is in a loop!! goes to play stire says it is upto date but tryjng to add the pet care coupons says upgrade required!!

It takes far too long to generate the QR code when at the till, with various splash screens getting in the way, particularly if not wearing glasses to see how to cancel. Frequently have to abandon as it just takes too long. Time to QR code from app launch should be very quick and nothing else should get in the way of this.

Good when it works. I often experience difficulties in actually getting the app to load. Today it just froze on a white screen with the Lidl logo on the middle and no amount of force closing the app and clearing cache would fix it. I had to completely uninstall & reinstall the app to get it to work

Naprosto otřesná aplikace, spouštím pouze u pokladny při placení, prakticky pokaždé obtěžuje vyskakovacími okny s nějakými nabídkami, podmínky používání se mění snad každých 14 dní, zavřít ani přeskočit se to nedá, takže si bez proklikání těmi sračkami neotevřete kód k naskenování, zpravidla jsem akorát nasranej a strčím mobil zase do kapsy. Zkrátka moc to obtěžuje v nejméně vhodnou dobu.

Not the best. As a regular shopper at lidls, this app sometimes defies any form of common sense. The offers aren't always that great like they were when the app was first introduced. The most frustrating is the scratch card, not once can I say they properly considered my purchases, but instead send me a prize/discount of something I would never consider buying or need. Please resolve that, its very simple.

updated app no longer compatible with my device, and now cannot get past the update page to display Lidl's card. Note that completing stores apps are still running and updating successfully.

After updating its been weeks of trying to access the app so absolutely USELESS !!!! Cannot locate my store unless its in UK England. so cannot access my app so cannot use it so I no longer shop in LIDL . I USE TESCO NOW. . in 2026 not 1 store marked in NI on the map or list an I've screenshots to prove this. Big advertising yet cant use the app . Well the lidl in my area has very little in it anyway so big loss. but what a waste of time !!!! Shame on lidl . And do not give the generic reply!

Bug infested app, I cannot even register an account because y'all don't wanna send me a code to link my phone number, "please wait a few minutes", dude I've been waiting for over 20 minutes and after receiving a code - the damn app doesn't even accept it. I've requested another code - I'm not getting it after waiting another half an hour. Uh-oh I've been blocked for requesting a new code! Sure, onto the next store! Which didn't give me problems when trying to register for a loyalty card!

Please speed up the "Prospekt" by preloading greedily. I always scroll much faster than the images are loading. It's not 2006 anymore and nobody has phones with 500mb ram, so please preload the images and content aggressively once somebody opens the "Prospekt". Not just a few pages. Otherwise ok App, much better than Kaufland.

Roll out is a mess. Every time now I am waiting for someone on the old app. Today a lady even had the audacity to block the only open lane with her cart and sign up for the app while making six people wait behind her, only moving to the side after I asked her multiple times. I never saw any kind of notification in the old app that it was obsolete, not that it would help such incompetent people. The $5 off $25 discounts don't appear separately, but are split across everything rather confusingly.

2 Probleme in 2 Wochen. Einmal wurden aktivierte Coupons nicht genutzt und dann ein Bon nicht angerechnet.
