too many ads. they pop up after almost every level causing you to be stuck trying to get off a app or website they keep directing you too. otherwise the game came be fun and challenging. frustrating the amount of adds and pop ups

Love it, but ads only work in "Keep Going" 40 or 50% of the time. Very frustrating.

I still love this game but the commercials have gotten out of control and I no longer play it every day

ive playd this game for many years in the day of just plane facebook game. the game is still fun, but the problems it had then contnio and become bigger as things change, needing to have freinds who still play the game to go to the next step, has always been a bad mechanic, you should have moved away from. and it is sad to see AI in your advertisment, that dont even show your actual game, it shows other cooking games i still like the actual game part of the game, the fast past movment still fun

I actually really liked this game until level 40. before level 40 there was zero forced ads but you could watch ads for bonuses. Now after level 40 the app forces you to watch an ad after every single level you play.

I enjoy playing this game..I play for free so I don't mind having to watch ads to do so HOWEVER can you please do something about the Shein, Temu and Alli express ads..these things automatically take you to the website almost every time even though it gives you an X in order to leave the ad..wait the alloted time..click the X and it still automatically opens the app for these websites..I don't know if it's something you can fix but it would be awesome if you can!

There are days that I take a break cause it cheats and if its not going to be fair I am not interested. Please fix the cheating. I NEVER get a star! I know how to play! I enjoyed this game very much. But the problem that I do have that you don't get enough money to buy the items that you need to cook with. That's the only problem that I have. And I don't think that deserves a lesser star, because I love the game just hope that y'all would change that. And upgrade jar game system thank you.

Too small. Not for me as the graphics are tiny on my phone. Didn't even complete first level as it was obvious. might be better suited to a tablet than a phone.

Don't get this game!!! Unless you like game freezes every other time you go to a level. happened 9 times in less than 24 hours. I have played and loved this game for many years HOWEVER this is my first major complaint. TOO MANY ADS!!!! Also each ad is no less than 5 minutes long. this drops your rating significantly from 5 to 2 stars. please fix it or you will lose many loyal followers.

Too many times I've tried to watch an ad for the bonus cash, but continue to receive a message saying sorry no ads available. so, I kiss out on the additional coins. I even waited a few minutes and still the same message. If you are going to make it necessary to watch an ad to get the bonus, there should always be ads available. or at least if there aren't any, award the bonus anyway.

I know why I stopped playing. this game hasn't changed. levels still hard to pass. it's really to expensive to upgrade appliances. when customer shows up it takes them along time to show orders. you would never be able to to get to 3 star's. you don't have enough time to fix the customer orders they leave so fast. Im about to uninstall again and never play again

Good game, very addictive however way too many ads & have had issues when trying to join a group. Nice to have achievements. Supplies take too long to refil, I think you should only need to use supplies if you fail the level and need to re-try.

Ive been playing this game on and off for 8 years. Good levels and variety of making recipes and remembering. So glad to be back and addicted like on day 1. If you are looking for cooking game that you have to memorize ingredients, this is for you. Some levels are hard and you need to buy the level to kitchenware which cost real money to make the recipes fasters. Some are impossible to 3 stars, but at least do-able to pass the level. Ads only appear when YOU click it, no random ads pop up.

I have been playing KS for a very long time.It has seen many different owners,but these guys have made some additions to the game that were nice and surprising for a long-time player. Yes,there are still bugs,levels can be tough,and it can be a bit of a grind sometimes,but if you're patient,there are ways to save up on kitchen cash,supplies,and the "help" items that can be essential for a level win.Don't give up when it gets tough,and if you find a bug, send in a ticket.The game support is great

After this current update, you can't even complete a level that requires a certain dish to be served. I just failed level 155 for the 3rd time 😡 It's getting frustrating and annoying. They force you to watch ads to keep going but then the customers won't even order the dish you need. How rigged is this game?! Don't play it.

I absolutely love this game. I appreciate the improvement of energy accumulation and gameplay assumptions. I just ask that you don't alter the experience so much that the application becomes like the rest. Meaning that players are struggling to advance unless we make an in-app purchase.
