rubbish service. paid for home delivery and heavy product rerouted to "not so local" petrol station. Will never use again. bye bye JL

Marketing emails are mandatory Spam email from JL in my inbox. Where these emails normally have a link to unsubscribe, this one says the only way to stop it is to cancel my membership. OK then, membership cancelled. Is allowing customers to unsubscribe so difficult to set up that you would rather lose customers?

John Lewis and associated businesses have an old fashioned ethos of excellent service. I worked for the John Lewis Partnership, Oxford Street for 6 weeks whilst waiting to take a consultant post in Harrods. Having work in Schofields, Leeds I came from premium department store...during my London tenure I worked in Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Peter Jones. John Lewis was by far the best.

I live a few hours from a John Lewis store and this app is so simple to use. It means I can find top quality items I wouldn't be able to buy locally!

Easy to navigate, good stock normally. my only issue is that now they are showing items that have to be purchased on their own with a delivery charge so we're paying more delivery charges and items coming from different places so a bit of a pain!

John Lewis is obviously not investing in their app! everything I select to hide out of stock items they still display. I'm constantly being only shown the 'express checkout'button even though I might have multiple items to buy. it's got to a point when I'm less likely to buy from John Lewis at all. especially if you're they're going to try and charge me for postage on separate items bought in the same day because they won't let me use the standard checkout!

Poor. gift card £200.00 bought cia JL acc online, no sign of that in the account info.

Reward information never loads. this is an incredibly frustrating app. John Lewis sends me email saying I have several rewards about to expire, but when I go on the app the reward page never loads. this means I have no idea which rewards these are so rather than the rewards being an incentive, they've now actually become a source of frustration and annoyance with the John Lewis brand

Don't know what you've done to the scroll but it jumps around all over the place when trying to view items. infuriating.

One of my favourite shops......until recently. Visited High Wycombe store this weekend and was so disappointed. Absolutely no staff around to help on the shop floor. When we did manage to find someone to ask about a product, they didn't have a clue. Went for coffee, it took 20 mins to get served, lots of people left in frustration. What has happened to this store.....what is normally a nice morning out was just frustrating and disappointing. Not looking to back anytime soon

Hasn't worked for over a month, now. Rewards don't load, purchasing get frozen, I don't know what's happening. Meanwhile, their emails continue to try and send you to the app (including exclusive offers), but the app doesn't work.

Does all the necessary, but I like the option of seeing if things fit as expected, like on the H&M app, for example. Also reviews with photos would be nice.

The app ia easy to navigate and user friendly. I was directed to the app by a staff member at Brent Cross mall to make my purchases. The store was woefully understaffed on the floor majing it duddicult to get questions answered and product delivery. I waited 15 minutes before a frustrated cashier came to assist me after trying to locate a sales floor attendant. Thank goodness for Anita. She assisted me until the online transaction was complete. I visited 3 departments without floor staff.
