All of a sudden £2 is almost £20 and for what? No trial, no clear warning, no point. A price jump like this should be clear and come with the option to “agree or account will be frozen” at the very least. It’s time to massively reduce our dependency on these companies… now awaiting the automated response

Please remember if you have purchased a yearly storage plan and in one or two months you require more storage. Don't upgrade the plan as your existing plan will be terminated and all benefits will be lost. I have faced this scam by Google. every time plan upgrade notification popped up in my account without even a warning about the above thing. when I did upgrade I felt cheated. You will never find this thing mentioned anywhere in Google one.

I had a loss in income which lead to a domino effect and Google One holds files and emails I already paid for for ransom. I was completely blocked from my email but I can't pay it using my PayPal or even start a new phone because I can't use my emails. I can't confirm passwords or get codes to fix the problems. No amount of deleting files fixes the problem either. I find that highly suspicious and consider Google One a total SCAM!

The student plan (TRY 219.99) was refunded, but this unexpectedly terminated my access to the active TRY 869.99 plan as well, since 17 October. Out of TRY 989.98 paid across active services, I currently only have YouTube Premium access. Storage and AI Pro features are fully cut off. How do I stop this? They're threatening that I won't be able access my gmail if I don't buy storage!?! I unwittingly used Google b/up when I was trying to b/up my old phone files & then transfer them to my new phone. But I never could find how to transfer everything. It was a mess - somehow it transferred OLD (deleted) info from my contacts & lost many newer contacts & several of my newer photos (an entire album)! I don't want any Google backup now! NO more threats please!!!

My account was on zero and I'm from South Africa. You attempted to debit my account twice per day for 7 days before i blocked the debit,, resulting in charges to the value of 6 months worth of payments for Google 1. That is daylight robbery in bank fees in my opinion. Its international debits including fees. If the first debit doesn't come off, don't attempt to take money twice per day because you are that hard up for payment. I will be canceling my service with immediate effect.

Google Cloud Trollware. Useless Google Cloud is useless because you can't back up your phone using your phones data and has to use wifi so your clouds are always screwed up and glitchy as the nerds in California laugh at us losers as they sabatoge us. I need immediate help. Metropcs subscription to 1GB Google One won't link on Android. It used to work but not anymore. Says: Eligibility not confirmed. Contact Metro. Contacted Metro many times and it is active and tried different ways but nothing has worked. Everything is setup correctly (email, etc). It has worked in past. There is no way to contact Google One.

Instead, I was forced to cancel the payment, which was not what I wanted to do. Please improve your system so customers can easily change their payment dates without having to cancel their payments.

I am a student and getting student pricing 65sek/month. The last time I verified my student status is in July 2026. On 16th October 2026, I got a mail from Google about i need to verify my student status again. I clicked on the link there and filled with my info and it couldn't be send. On 23rd Google sent me a mail one more time tell me I need to contact Google LLC and verify before 16th November or I will get the original price 255sek/month. I wrote mail, opened a case but still get no answer.

I asked for a refund because I bought it under the wrong account and already purchased it under the correct account. They denied it. Thieves.

I am currently having issues paying for my subscription. Google keeps saying that my payment account/card has been closed when I try to use my two Mastercard cards. Both cards have worked successfully for previous subscriptions.
