I dont know what update is this but the usage bar goes from 22 to 34 in 2 sec and in 5 sec hit 100% (for a fresh new task). Altough it does not stop at 100% it still runs but even basic tasks which used to get completed before now its like very inconsistent because sometimes it runs long sometimes it stops saying all credit used even tough it hardly started and been not more than 1min 30sec similar task simiar file fresh chat 1st can complete 2nd can stop soon after it start very inconsistence

it will tie up your phone first an hour, claim to have created something that you will not be able to view, and then say you have run out of credits. Basically, that is rubbish. Quite possibly what it creates is rubbish too, but who knows? if you were allowed to see what it can do, then you might pay. As it makes claims that you will see zero evidence of, it feels like a scam... the Ai version of the guys that sell fake perfume out of a cardboard box on Oxford Street.

I got into this because I'm using the new AI hardware devices and it dried one and I think only gen spark with second brain device has the software that will run without it and use your phone to record and I use it extensively. I had other devices that didn't have that feature. you had to have their device. otherwise you couldn't record anything. so I got used to gen Sparks recording on of my meeting notes and what have you and or thoughts that I might just say during a stroll.

I have been using it for a while and I'm seriously impressed. The fact that it pulls from multiple sources to give a complete picture is a game changer.

If a user starts a conversation with a specific model, that model should remain fixed for the entire lifetime of that chat and should never switch automatically under any circumstances. I requested a refund within an hour of purchasing, yet days later I'm still chasing support for updates. I was having work with video generation. It has many AI video generators such as Kling, Sora, Veo, and more. The issue here is of generating the video. While it said to wait for 2-4 minutes, it always had some kind of technical issue which was stopping the generation. Please resolve this "technical issue" problem so it works properly. The platform is so slow when navigating the settings menu.I would think the settings menu should be the most seamless.I just see the symbol for processing but nothing comes up. I needed our communication to be private because I was in a public space and the material we were examining was work related. It wasn't what I would catorgorize as top secret/classified information, but it also wasn't widely=circulated common knowledge. Nevertheless, it continued to respond aloud. Doing so probably deducts more credits from my account than the method I requested.

It writes fine, but it uses up way to many credits. I wrote down a sentence and it took 70 of my credits. And when its unable to complete a request, it takes credits anyway.

I really LOVED Genspark & used to buy extra credits (often £30 worth) after exhausting my 10K monthly subscription (£29/mo). Recently, this wasn't possible. I was "forced" to upgrade to 21K credits on 3 May for £49.49/mo. After making payment via Google Play I barely used it for 2 days, & was still unable to use it on my laptop. Few days later, it says I need to upgrade to £65.99/mo (31K credits). Unless its mistake, this is fraudulent. But I have walked away for good - to cheaper alternatives.

I used this software to create a 1 page flyer. it came out ok, I sent that to Claude and it made it awesome. I tried to use it to redo anothern1 page flyer that was already written the same day and was told I was out of credits and need to upgrade to thw 50$ per month. I use used all credits for a small flyer. very uneconomical. Additionally I had to make it rewrite over and over as it kept not doing what it claimed it had done very similar to Chat gpt it used my credits to fix its errors. BS

This used to be a great app. I honestly would have recommended it to a lot more people because it had strong features and felt genuinely useful. But ever since the pricing changes and the switch to monthly credits, the whole experience has gone downhill.

I initially thought the subscription would be worth the money in content generation, but I found that this app is really only good for image generation. The AI makes grossly large errors and can use large amounts of credits even when prompted to adhere to a budget. Even admitting to having made large errors, it will tell you to contact customer support, it's impossible to reach customer support, they do not respond. image generation is good, otherwise avoid this app save your money.

Zero response from customer service. It doesn't exist. Instead of the generator creating new images when mistakes were made and I requested new images, they were editing/fixing images, which in turn caused drastic reductions in credits. I went from thousands of credits to a few hundred in just a day or two. Way more than what it costs to create an image. Cannot get a hold of a human. Customer service emails go unanswered and I'm left with wasted money. Choose a better service. Thank me later.

I encountered a severe technical bug on Genspark ai, where the system got stuck in an infinite loop, completely draining 6250 credits (60% of my paid Plus subscription) on a single prompt with zero output. I have sent multiple emails to their designated support addresses with all the required evidence and session links, but I received absolutely no response or follow-up! It has been a very bad and frustrating experience, and their customer service is non-existent.

Save your money! I purchased subscription and more credits to finish a project. I kept being told it was ready to be deployed. Each time there would be major issues. Id be shown an amazing website but once deployed it wasn't even close to the same. The tools would be missing, I'd be told they were fully functional and working correctly then when deployed it would be placeholder text. The app is completely unusable for deep research, as the device has to be kept unlocked, and the app has to have focus at all times. If, for example, you want to check emails whilst it compiles the results, or just want to set your phone aside and let the app do its thing, this will result in a network error. Restarting the research just sends it into a loop of what it has already found. Until the Devs fix this, the app is of very limited use
