Customer care from App BLOCKED ME after I suggested to add one district from Jubail to the system, as there is no sense to come physical store to place it (pre-orders). Honestly, this was the worst after-sales service I've ever experienced. I received an electric scooter that arrived broken, and when I contacted customer support the very next day to request a return, they simply redirected me to the manufacturer instead of helping me. The manufacturer kept passing me around without providing a real solution, so in the end I had to repair the scooter myself. After that experience, I uninstalled the app and have no intention of buying anything from Extra again.

I want my parcel to be delivered early in my current location as i didn't stay in one location , I give the time to them but they are not minding it all. yesterday the delivery arrived unexpectedly at a wrong time . I live in the city and for the last 48 hours the tracking has been stuck on ‘Shipped’ with no movement. There is no visibility on the delivery process at all. طلبت اونلاين والاستلام من الفرع لايوجد لا من خلال الطلب ولا التطبيق ان التسليم يحتاج كود لما رحت للفرع رفض التسليم الا بوجود كود وقالوا كلم خدمة العملاء يرسلونه لك اتصلت على خدمة العملاء والانتظار ما يقارب 20 دقيقة عشان احد يرد علي وبعدها قالوا ماعندنا صلاحية ارسال الكود بنرفع لك طلب وخلال الساعات القادمة يجيك الكود طعا انتظرت يوم كامل ولا جاني شيء تواصلت معهم واتس اب قالوا رفعنا طلب وخلال 48 ساعة يجيك وبعدها ارسلوا رسالة انه تم حل مشكلتك طبعا بدون ما يجيني الكود افشل خدمة عملاء بالعالم

kindly there is some sluggish issues on Android device no matter what phone it is like flag ship phone like Samsung s24 ultra or cheaper phones like a52s Samsung when u go for some pages inside the app it goes so slow in scrolling for unknown reason kindly check this issue on Android device since customers needs to use app smoothly this app shouldn't be slow since most device I tried can play high end games smoothly which means issue is related to app not device it dosnt happen in AMAZON
