The game was ok, i liked the graphics and ghost hunting. only 3 main levels then it started me over....

I just want to thank the developers for making an awesome game and allowing us to watch ads for the folks that can't afford to buy certain items the events are so fun and very very rewarding I can play for hours in the morning thank you so much for this awesome game

I really liked this game. I'm willing to pay for no forced ads and that significantly improves game play in ny opinion. It's a fun way to pass the time. However, when I got to unlocking the psych unit in the hospital, I saw the "treatment" included electrocuting the mental health patient. I thought this was ignorant and disrespectful. I would consider changing my rating if they changed that. Maybe instead do talk therapy and giving medications. Otherwise I'm not going to play anymore.

I was disappointed by the way nurses were portrayed in this game. Nurses were shown mainly as cleaners who spend their time cleaning rooms, while doctors were responsible for most of the patient care and treatment. This does not accurately reflect real healthcare settings. Nurses play a vital role in patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, education, and overall patient care.

I don't mind the ads, but not while I'm playing. If I want to get extra stuff the ads are fine. (the money bag, tip collector, vip patients, ghost gun)

The game looked fun at first. the amount of ads is abysmal practically after a every minute or 2 you get a forceful ad. after the veterinarian hospital everything gets reset so the game is not even finished. countless bugs like money or gems disappearing progress disappearing. the first and second Hospital are well planned they completely gave up with the veterinarian Hospital. I do not recommend this game. And forcing purchases for a unfinished game is just disgusting.

The game started out great, but when I got to the pet hospital, NOTHING works correctly. The ATM, ghost gun, coat collect diamonds etc. it is unplayable like this. if you get this fixed I would love to continue playing.. thanks.

The game is ok ..could suggest adding rewards like speeding players performance up..adding other ways to make money so you can open other areas up faster..gets boring if the start of the game is too slow..also maybe adding a button that can get players to do more than one job at a time. a lot of room for creating more ways to make this game fun, entertaining and not so slow.

Downright abusive with Ads! With no option to buy out fo them either. This game is a lot of fun and I really wanted to play it but 1 star because of ads every 10 seconds (I tracked). Games like this do not respect a players time at all.

nice game. I wouldn't have minded it if it didn't have so many ads. the was literally and ad every 2 secs. I tried to give it a second chance and ignore the ad except the ads take you to Chrome and then to the good play store and exit you out of the game over and over.

On the Animal Hospital level, I was so disappointed that for the people hospitals, we got all these various types of procedures, but all the animal hospital has is owners self-diagnosing their own pets... I could help come up with more levels than this. None of the nurses will clean the single room on the other side of the restrooms, if there's one in the middle of their rooms. There's other bugs in this one, too. It needs more variety and the bugs need cleaned out.

I purchased the ad free version and on level 3 when you start the pet hospital it gets a glitch and every time you leave the game all your items you have saved up disappear. It was fun up until that point.

Lost everything. I went to move to next level and everything reset to level one on each hospital id completed. also lost all money and gems collected from each hospital. so annoyed so deleted game.

I gave this game 5 stars before but then I start to realise this game keeps on freezing and now it's not letting me log on. what is shame had the potential to be a good game.

I finished the first 3 hospitals, and when I went to go to the next level, it sent my back to the first hotel amd all my work was gone....I had to start completely over! never sent me to the 4th location. now I am on the 3rd level again but it isn't logging my green vials or books to upgrade when I earn them! I swear if I have to start over again I am deleting this app!

the forced ads are ruining the game. can't close them without the game itself closing. I watch ads for the extra items but really stop so many forced ads. can play about 30 seconds and one comes on. don't want to delete this game but it is becoming annoying.

One huge problem: for a reward I can either spend gems or watch an ad. It always takes away the gems too even though I watched the ad. I've lost over 150 gems already because of this. Which is a rare currency in the game. There is also no costumer support option in the game to contact anyone about issues. Otherwise the game itself is a nice way to spend time, you can progress at a good rate, cute animations, always something to do.

I think the game is fun. But after a while, it feels a bit overwhelming. It's mostly when one of the rooms needs batteries or the beauty supply to have the equipment work. There's only one storage room to get these items. It's disorienting having to find where you are and walk all the way on the other side. Should have multiple supply rooms in between when you have alot of rooms. It's frustrating. It makes me play the game less.

All progress once reaching level 4 was erased. Before this happened on level 3 the event for ghost stopped working and the vials and ghost guns wouldnt collect and sent all guns/vials back to level 2 hospital. The atm also refused to convert on level 3. Way too much progress to start over. Dont waste time!

I realized that all of these dream _____ games all have the same problem.. And it's always just 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐝𝐬 all of these games have an 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 concept I get it every game has ads but cmon you don't need one every 30 secs I get it ads are a way for creators to get money but if you do ads that much aint nobody gonna play your game cuz eventually they gonna delete it from all these ads and if you look at other review's for the same concept your gonna find the 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 problem 🙁

rip off! I purchased the cash bundles with my diamonds plus paid for the premium pack with the premium skins and progressed to the next hospital and it's all disappeared! 2.9M I had from the previous hospital and went to convert it and it's gone! plus my premium skin! second time now the game has done this completely reset itself after the pet hospital! not spending any more time or money on this game total rip off and scam!

I completed levels all the way to the pet hospital, even paid for to get rid of apps which really didn't go away and for some reason, instead of it unlocking a new "world" after the pet hospital, it started me completely over at the first hospital with no money no rewards and no special skins... so unfulfilling...is this a glitch?

the first and second hospitals are lots of fun, but the THIRD HOSPITAL (ANIMAL HOSPITAL) HAS GLITCHES. I can't use the ATM. I can't buy laser guns for the ghost. The game keep you occupied and you can earn more just by just data or wifi to get items or money, so far it's been a awesome game if you don't want ads you can play offline ads only pop up now and then but not constantly so it is a offline game the choose is yours when playing.

too many ads! it sucks you cannot save your progress :( I would give this five stars if it weren't for the ads and no progress saving. I used to LOVE playing this game, but what is with ALL THE POPUP ads?! I took a small break from playing for less than two months and I come back to an update with ghosts, and ads popping up interrupting the game play every 30 to 45 seconds!! WHY?! That is so irritating I don't want to play anymore!

enjoyable but strange. I was enjoying the game alot until I unlocked the psychiatric ward. My jaw dropped to see the 'treatment' being electric shock therapy, involving the patient being strapped to a bed and electrocuted. This has to be change asap. Maybe a therapy appointment or something, not this. It gives an awful look into something already wrongfully stigmatised. I get that it is 'just a game' but it is morally wrong for this to be in a hospital game.

Was enjoying the game until I got to the pet hospital level and several features in the game aren't working. The ATM isn't working. You can't obtain the laser guns for the ghosts by hovering over the guns and even when I used the diamonds I have the game took my diamonds but didn't give me the guns.

I loved this game until I got to the Beauty Hospital. some of the rooms started disappearing. the doors there, but the room is just snow. there is an upgrade for the room, but when you upgrade, the game freezes on the upgrade. First, it started with the hair transplant rooms. Now it's happening with the first to butt lift rooms. I also don't like how you can't go back to the other hospitals. once you start another one. there is a contact but no response. please fix the problem!

Enjoyed the game. However just as accessing the Anti Aging section at the Beauty Hospital, the game reset to the start of the Beauty Hospital, but no way of going further as there isn't anything to upgrade to get to further levels.

I don't like the fact that I am on the second hospital and some of the rooms are not functional. the graphics disappeared and now none of the patients can enter, can't upgrade the room either because it just freezes the game. At some point I guess I won't be able to progress but will have to see

You barely get into the game and you get spammed with adds. After they do that a few times, they give you a few minutes to buy a subscription so you can actually pay the game. By far the worst experience I had with a game. Find a better way to make people give you money because this was the most aggressive I've ever seen and the fastest uninstall of my life, even if I did enjoy since parts of the game (since I was mostly busy skipping your adds half of the time).

Not sure how this game has 4.5 stars. It's a decent idea spoiled by a) Way too many forced ads b) The inability to progress unless you choose an ad and most infuriating of all c) the fact the game constantly crashes, and reloads with no money. I like it so far. My issue at the moment is in the beauty hospital. There's a daily quest to respond to 5 special requests. Well, that's not happening. I mean, there haven't been any special requests. My other issue is the endless ENDLESS ads. I'm spending more time watching ads than playing the game.

I like the game. My only problem is that after I finish the vet clinic. The game resets, which also resets the four day challenge. So the highest i can get to is level 20. The game is fun but can you discontinue the challenge until we can progress that'd be awesome.
