franchement je vous déconseille cette application car le service client est inexistent.

bad quality product recived don't by This App

I placed the order the 03-10-26 , as yet to date today I havent received my order which was paid for same day order was placed , estimated delivery was scheduled for 19-10-26. I am very unhappy about this and to be honest I would not encourage South African buyers to even think of purchasing from DHgate because once the seller receives payment, they don't care and just say that it's already delivered. wow really now . Terrible service that's my honest opinion.

got a football jersey and can't be more happy with it

dhgate- online wholesale stores

i recommend not buying anything from this platform. there sellers are selling some good stuff. but if it came to return the item they don't cooperate with. they call it dispute requests. latterly, it's bad . some product are not the same they are scammer sellers. the refund, maybe you'll receive it , and there will be a high chance you'll not get it. finishing my last merchandise, and I'll never ever use

goott diggity

pleasance is here to be had for all you tweakers

Value for Money, so many option to choose whether you are looking for B2B or B2C, DHgate is reliable platform with low MOQs and Minimal Prices. Recommend

excellent app

i have gotten a lot of stuff off this app very good sorurce

this is a legit and amazingly priced app for purchasing clothes and shoes.

it doesn't deserve the one star. payment was deducted from my card but they don't show it and won't answer me. scam

2 x Swansea City football shirts still not received after a month. It suggested an expected delivery date of 19th October, which would have been in time to wear to last Saturday's match. Very disappointed and disillusioned with DH Gate. Not very informative with the progress of my order. Even now, I'm not getting progress messages! It will be difficult for me to consider using DH Gate again. The most recent message says my item was shipped on the 22nd October, which is 9 days ago. Awful.

Quick easy to use

absolutely love this app, can get some great deals, 9 times out of 10 any queries, questions or concerns are answered promptly, never had any issues.

It is the best app to buy from 10/10

love it

a very good qualities

payment cards not showing my cards

The app is good anf items and i really enjoy ordering here and it's fast tracking is amazing and check reviews before buy🦗

I can't buy DHgate any more. They scam the people.

very poor experience using the app still not received my order after months of waiting and no response when asking where my items are.

SCAMMERS everywhere. No help from customer service.

I havent received 2 of my 3 shipments and the app freezes.

amazing

I was charged for a cancelled order in April, 2026...FRAUD. I'm fighting to refund money now

worst app out there don't use dhgate

the best app to order reps people say it's bad but if you find good reviews and photos that simple

fabulous 👌

I got scammed I paid for trainers and the vendor never sent me the trainers and has taken the money and dh gate have not refunded me sayin there is not enough evidence wat how much evidence do they need they can see nothing was sent and they can see I paid but I have ordered a lot of items and all the other items have been delivered but they should of refunded me

it's good enough for what it's worth. really can't complain about the pricing and shipping as things are coming directly from overseas. it's cool

great page

The selling fake silver

very poor cant contact any one to complain ordered a 4xl leeds utd shirt the yellow 2026 one it wouldnt fit my 11 year old grandson never mind me very poor

It's awesome shopping experience

My daughter informed me about this APP, this is my first couple of purchases. So far so good, hopefully my order delivery is successful. 5stars so far...

The app is working perfectly fine. Nice App to buy bargains on. Thank you! 🙏🏻

dhgate offers poor service. rip off. they suggested in their reply here to reach out to customer service..I already did that and they stonewalled me and couldn't care less. they are horrible with customer service. don't let them fool you.

it's good quality

I love highly recommended

faster than expected delivery. good prices

Never a problem

very good

my first and last order has taken 2 And a half months tracking does not work online chat took 5 days to answer and only said they would get back to me soon(2 weeks later not yet got back to me)

no! do not shop here?!! they will send you polyester garbage that doesn't even look like legit item you ordered. and on top of that.. their dispute page will not allow you to submit evidence!! how convenient!! they are crooks!! save ya money!!

so far so good I had a refund and they sent it right away you have to fill out your email information and things but for the most part it fill right I just ordered so let's see how that go

the delivery doesn't come fast but it good quality

awesome

DHgate is honestly such a hit or miss. Sometimes you get really good products for a decent price, but other times the quality is terrible, the sizing is completely wrong, and getting a refund is a struggle. Customer service and the dispute process could definitely be improved. You might get a great deal, or you might end up disappointed. Shop carefully!

love it

The most amazing shopping experience I love this app so much. It is like the amazon of designer stuff. I mean, really exquisite products for a fraction of the cost. If you haven't gotten on this app then you might wanna give it a try. I promise you you will be so happy.

good

great deals on bulk orders.

Horrible site full of scammers literally

good for clothes and accessories. please check seller ratings cuz APP SUPPORT SUCKS. seller lied about item specifications and ive been trying to get support to help me for a month. they keep disconnecting me and running in circles so i had to dispute it with my bank.

Good app

I love the quality

this is the worst store to buy from sell you stuff that is out of stock charge you for it say that it has arrived by shipping date then won't give you refunds or store credit nothing

🚨 **WARNING! SCAMMERS – DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!** 🚨 They happily take your money, but your items NEVER arrive! Absolute disgrace! They take your money and treat you like a joke! No goods, no accountability, just excuses! ⚠️ **SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY!** Don't fall for it like I did. In my experience, this is a COMPLETE SCAM! 🚩 **BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!** 🚩

good

I've used DHgate for three purchases and have experienced both good and bad aspects of the platform. My biggest concern is the customer service, which I've found to be almost non-existent when something goes wrong. Unlike eBay, where you can speak to someone, or even AliExpress to some extent, DHgate's customer support is much more basic. If you're based outside China and run into a problem, be prepared to navigate the system yourself. Some dodgy sellers too. Be careful . Prices have risen 2

ok

veryyy veryy good app and shipments

🔥🔥🔥

Site offers a $1.99 special store. . . Can't find it. . . Do Not use the A.I. to search. . . that thing is an absolute Idiot!! Site wanted to charge me nearly $30 for shipping 2 tshirts! . . . Although developer responded, He still said nothing about finding the $1.99 store. therefore, I have deleted the app. . .

worse than allied express with all the products so terrible gone down hill bigtime.

amazing. jesse store and jesse tech. iykyk.

no bad words best site

Legendary app, highly recommend

love dh gate. I'm a new regular

Great app great items great prices awesome delivery too

get rid of the cheap blank t-shirt!! then hits you with the real price, and this app needs to find a way to only charge 1 delivery fee

it's a joke

I'm still looking they have good stuff

love it

good variety shipping is very expensive

app works well. items have all come in a timely manner. you get what you pay for but, I love everything I've ordered. always check ratings!

its cheap

Excellent

Great Company/App

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SHAM!!, I HAVE SENT THEM NOW OVER 10 MESSAGES . AND NOTHING IN REPLY. I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 2 MONTHS FOR A REFUND. THIS IS BAD BEHAVIOR TO THERE LOYAL CUSTOMERS MONEY... PLEASE BEWARE BUYERS

The jetseys are fantastic. Had few issues with wrong names on my jerseys.

great app

Excellent experience, high quality products

great

good stuff with the right seller

it's cool why it take so long to get your items

everything is great on this app and the quality is amazing my balenciaga runners, my bottegas chrome bape all heart quality

real

Bought one thing, never got it. Riddled with ads but not the products you actually buy. My entire experience was just trying to get a refund for my purchase and then uninstalling the app. Absolute garbage.

Customers are Scammers too! Never had a problem in 6 years, "The Woman that bought a DANCE 🩰 POLE MAT is delusional 🤣 shes like, DAHH 🥴 WHERE .... IN THIS LIFETIME 🗺️ are you FINDING A DANCE POLE MAT for less than 40$ 🤔 WHERE again Customer ARE SNEAKY AND DON'T know HOW TO READ CORRECTLY BC YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PAY LESS THAN 25$ FOR A DANCE POLE MAT ,WHICH IS 85$ AND UP SHE GOT A TABLE MAT and arguing but this App dance pole mat there's NO 30,40,50,60,70$ DANCE POLE MAT ANYWHERE, SHE LIED.

when you finally wanna pay it declines 2 cards even though they money

pretty good, slow shipping but most sellers communicate decent. gotta check reviews etc etc.

it works

good app

Decent App , easy to navigate and search and with less in app bloat , compared to competitors apps.

affordable price and I terms

I absolutely love DHGates

cool and easy to use

love this app so easy to use

too many scams

I've ordered a few times and it has been a nightmare. 1. They dont speak or understand English 2 . They want you to send order the products without pics . 3 Everytime i ordered It's Bait and swith. Dhgate has no custome service there e mail dont work so good luck getting your money back . They always agree with vender . No ones hold accountable. All these agents care about is sales ,sales ,sale. Even if they know they are bating and swithing you. THEY DONT CARE!

very hard to navigate, ask for free shipping and it gives items with shipping charges, does not easily convert to U S sizes

app is ok but it's very glitchy and the sellers scam I asked for a refund because I got scammed and received a bootleg the seller refused I requested meditation and only got a partial refund when I asked for a full refund do not recommend using this app

it decent wait time is just a bit much but so far ok

Can't click on any of the products without some kind of error code popping up instead. Tells me to click "Here" to get my tracking info etc...same thing

Very disappointing experience with DAgate. The customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers when something goes wrong. Instead of helping they make things even more frustrating. I would not recommend DHgate and I would think twice before ordering from them again. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere more reliable.

DHGate used to be so good. Now all the sellers are horrible. You tell them their products aren't good and they say that sucks for you. They never try to help you find solutions (for their garbage product). Every seller since 01/2026 has only made GARBAGE! DO NOT BUY FROM DHGATE. and if you find a store by the name of "globalplay", they will take your money and send you Bullshxt. Save your money. Temu is way better than this garbage 🗑

I had an amazing experience for like 6 - 7 years and suddenly they decided to block my account without possibility to use it further which is really ridiculous, I was just buying stuff and again everything worked smooth and perfect. To just ban me without proper explanation is nonsense and ridiculous, I don't know what did I do as I centanly didn't want anything but to buy more stuff but apparently they don't care about years of cooperation, Great way to lose customers, aliexpress loves this!

scammers. no refunds. customer service always favors and protect their own Chinese sellers. don't download. a lot of viruses.

Its good for the most part.

can't clean up the recent view after the cleaning

they said its fast delivery but its not

They stay on top of situations where the sellers don't ship and deliver packages like they're supposed to and refund you your money back.

never buy things from China from a white person, BE the middle man. see how much they are making off you ordering stuff for you from right from here. they don't have the capitalist business sense that seems to rob american consumers of the right to happiness. just be smart and you will come out smelling roses.

I love this App and the products so much!! I run my entire business through this App.

its a really good app I use it all the time

really good

I only really use it for football replica shirts.....can't fault it....but I have had 1 bad seller that has refunded me some of my order......I've never received my order I now will never use this app I will shop elsewhere some are scammers so be warned. I got suckered back, just do your homework on seller's I've found a really good one.....so I'm happy.

love

they selling garbage for hugh prices, don't ever buy from them. ❌❎❌❎❌❎❌❎❌❎❌❎❌❎

This company is fraudulent, I ordered an item that did not get through customs. I have tried for months to resolve this, no refund issued, and no item replaced. These people are unprofessional and unserious. Do not waste your money!!

That's the saddest ad I've ever seen. It was so pathetic I just had to download it just to comment.

Some Prices

the website works horrible: slow and unresponsive. trying to return the item and can't find either previous msg or orders

many scammers inside the app and him working with dhgate

No complaints!

Fake: no delivery of products purchased through the app.

great products

The idea of affordable clothing is great, but unfortunately, the overall experience has been disappointing. The app is very jittery and frustrating to navigate. My first item took ages to arrive and was poor quality, and the returns process is unnecessarily complicated. I'm still waiting for two other items, which are taking far too long to arrive. Overall, not a great shopping experience.

very interesting app good for money and have anything everything you could want it's pretty fancy stuff too, has some ads but not long and was easy and move around well.

not worth 1 star shocking service

Double charged me

good deals

won't let me sign in keeps telling me incorrect password despite changing it numerous times

at this point this is my tkmaxx

overall really satisfied with my purchases and the quality, definitely recommend this app to anyone

one week using this apps and ordering. product are garbage and trying to refund with no luck...stick with Amazon at least you can refund ot return

excellent*****

it's a great app

Terrible customer service! My order was supposed to arrive within one week, but after more than three weeks, it still hasn't arrived. DHgate keeps telling me to wait instead of offering a refund or a real solution. They seem to care more about sellers than customers. I'm extremely disappointed and will never buy from DHgate again. Think twice before ordering from this platform! They take no responsibility and show no respect for their customers' time or money.

I received a phone that is not unlocked to all carriers and the seller continues to give me the run around about a return. I will NEVER buy anything for this platform again 😒

easy to search,

some sellers are con artists you won't receive your item then get half of what you payed in a refund it's a joke

very bad

some of the products are good but it can get damaged from blue ink!

this website is amazing

lost my account details...my proof of purchases...tracking numbers for a large order...it was like i had just started a new account with them...if i could give these thiefs no stars i would...beware buyer beware

Do not need this ad. It keeps popping up.

terrible app. i havent been able to check out yet. it comed up with errors.

am enjoying this app 😊

love it could have more detail of what u are getting

really great app

my experience was great

about to do my Christmas order from my mum. very good quality stuff on here wouldn't be possible to get the stuff I wanted without this app 😁

they take forever to send you your order but take your money right away

great products !

great app and great quality

جيد جدا و الاسعار مناسبه

I love this app it's amazing

if you are larger than a 14w you have to pay 30-50 dollars extra which really destroys a person's self esteem!! I will never purchase from a duscrimatory company such as this!!

shipping is horrible. been weeks and still haven't got my first order yet

Excellent timings

awesome absolutely stunning

good

Gone downhill very fast

can't see any photos left in reviews unless it's late at night.

good

absolutely terrible. I used to order from here like 15 years ago and now its just a scammer after scammer. and dh gate literally doesn't protect their customers. please dont waste your money.

terrible got ripped off $104 for a chainsaw that never arrived never shop again

If your order is wrong or defective, you’re out of luck. I waited a month for a defective item. In dispute resolution, I was told returns are at my own risk and I’m responsible for lost/damaged items, but promised a full refund + return fees once received. The seller then gave a fake/broken return address. If I shipped it, I'd lose the item, my refund, and shipping fees. DHgate takes zero responsibility and offers no real support.

very hard to understand....way to confusing

great app good prices 👌👌👌

excellent

I have not received refunds for cancelled and disputed orders, I have been waiting since 17 July Tangtang from customer care not useful. yesterday I cancelled an order and they refuse to give me details of the card which I noticed is incorrect on the refund. The customer support are incompetent and favour the seller, the dispute process is contrived and arbitrary, once I clear all my orders I will be deleting the app cause wow.

Overall the app is great but I just wish you were able to images of purchased throughout the order confirmed, shipped and delivered section of the app instead of just the PO number or tracking number. Also the need to a better way to browse the same items from each seller for the customer. Finding customer service is a challenge on this app. Getting a live person is also a challenge for problem solving or general customer service questions. Although scrolling is smooth most times, app do freeze

its great

very bad experience, all smart phones are copies.

currently having a problem where i bought 3 items and I got charged for it and in the app its saying I still need to pay even though they already took money out my account. Its refusing to track the items because of this problem

excellent and easy to order

good app

went up on price, needs ta lower price back to normal...other than that love it.

not any cheaper than apps that all already out there like Temu and Alibaba. Uninstalled inless than one minute. Selection isn't as good either. took me longer to write this review than it was to browse and find out the prices aren't any better.

nyc page

it's so good shop on it

nice
