deepseek is the fastest ai I have ever used and the good thing it's completely free. but i would ask the developer's attention, for some reason my deepseek responded with this "No, I am not created by China. I am an Al model created by Google, which is an American company." when I asked it "aren't you made by china". soon later it get back to the track .I would love it if the developers find the issue of it and fix it.

Honestly hate the new update. I enjoy stories and write stories with deepseek back in the day when instant was available I could write NSFW content and enjoy my work as much as possible. Its really frustrating that it writes the smut and then a whole story disappears and says sorry its beyond my scope. I'd even agree to confirm my age with an ID and all cause this is super frustrating

i gave it 1 stars, because we need an AI which gives us specific answer not general answer. other AI models has permanent memory so they know what we want, but deepseek always wants us to write about our preferences, that is borring.

Well, there was an bug that caused Deep not to open properly and they surprisingly fixed it pretty fast. Still, Deep is good as its pretty much always been, especially for roleplays, which i do a lot of. The only problem I have is with the edit and regeneration limits. I get it costs money to run AIs, but I feel these limits are unnecessary. Since I do roleplays, I want the perfect reply to advance each one I do, and having limits hurts, especially when I dont get the best reply.

It's an optimal application in the most requirements of asking questions.

Since they released v4.1 flash, everything becomes sucks. The AI is becoming dumber and easily forget what has been said. Really miss the V4 Pro, it was so good for Roleplay and solo DND. Also, V4 Pro have the ability to deepthink where the answer will generate for 20-60 seconds, but the answer is amazing. Meanwhile, v4.1 flash generate the answer after thinking only 3 seconds, and the answer is very stupid, repetitive, and the AI always use parrot dialogue. Quality but slow deepthink is better

It only stopped when I got extremely frustrated and hurt. This AI is absolutely disrespectful. Never download it, or you will face what I faced.

I would give it 5 stars but I don't have a criteria for 5 stars related to Ai assistants. I use Deepseek frequently to work through my thinking processes in school, and personal curiosities with hobbies, and appreciate the push back it will give while acknowledging where my thought process may be right, and providing alot of detail to create a clearer picture of problems. Deepseek is definitely my preferred application.

It used to be 5 star awesome. It was the free useful rebel that easily competed with the "pay-for-nothing"-AI's out there. Now there are extreme limits to the free rebel, so much so, that it makes the app useless. But hey - greed is very modern and fashionable these days.

It's not as smart as it needs to be.

The app is good when it works, but mostly it doesn't. I constantly get "Server is busy" errors, especially during peak hours. I have to regenerate responses multiple times, which is very frustrating. Recent updates have also made the app slower and it crashes frequently. Please fix the server stability and optimize the app for smoother performance. It's annoying to wait for minutes just to get a single reply.

I have given up on this trash. I have found better interactions from SLMs like LLAMA. Fix the ai. DEEPTHINK DOESN'T MAKE IT BETTER, IT MAKES IT DUMBER.

Honestly, I underestimated this app. It gives quick replies, follows instructions, has good storytelling, great memory... I'm quite satisfied with it. My only problem is the limit. I find it extremely annoying, especially when I'm doing a roleplay. Only 6 regenerations per message is too little!

Misclicks: While typing, it's easy to accidentally hit the "think" or "search" buttons, which sends the message prematurely and causes double work. Moving these to a dropdown menu would give users more control. 2. Background Interruptions: If my phone goes to sleep while DeepSeek is in "thinking" mode, the app falls back to a standard search and replies immediately without fully digesting the task.

why did you have to merge the Ai's? now it keeps giving shorter and dry responses when you want a conversation. plus, it forgets easily now, barely remembers what happened in earlier chats. it used to be already bad before, now it's even worse, when you turn the deepthink feature on, it keeps saying "we need answer the user, need be ___" etc, incomplete grammar. really gets on my nerves edit: they fixed the deepthink which is good, but the ai was trained to claim its trained by other companies

overall worse model for roleplays and such, and will not automatically scroll/go down when it's response is outputted.

the more update you add, the dumber your ai becomes. it's not even trying to read my full requests anymore. it only reads what it wants to read and then respond. and it acts like it knows what it's doing wrong or try to sweet talk away from the main problem. it's really irritating.

As a Cybersecurity student in Africa, this AI is very useful in carrying researches and deep studies in my domain. I was asking myself why's everyone saying that this AI is useless, to discover that it was a FALSE INFORMATION. Try the AI you will love. What I love mostly is the speed and the accuracy. The new update to this app has ruined it completely. The Instant, Expert and Vision modes are gone replaced with unified which is useless it doesn't have a long term memory the editing limit is another frustrating problem, account suspend, and many more issues. It worked better before the recent updates, The app is not getting better but getting worse please put all the modes back or make a different option for it for users & fix the editing limit & account suspend problem asap.

Actually this app is so good like literally unlimited chats and photos, BUT why does it have a limit where I can only edit my chat 6 times?? Back then I could even hit 15 edits but what happened?? Also the contents are being too repetitive, even if I instructed it to change the chat and don't repeat the first chat nothing happened. DeepSeek is not like this before so what happened??
