Great range of products. I'm sure I'll be back before my Christmas shopping is done

can't even get into the app, create an account or see anything in the shop

a lot to read

says free delivery promotion , but will not allow you to checkout until you choose a chargeable delivery option. frustrating

App is incredibly slow and unresponsive. Selecting options on the home page often sending you to the wrong place.

great online shopping . lots of choice . prices reasonable. great customer service . highly recommend a look

I absolutely love this site, Ordered aprx 10 times now & just ordered 2 more items. can't wait for them to arrive . There are lots of discounted products/ New arrivals & a choice of well known high street stores to browse from at home . I'm hooked 😘

Very quick and easy to use.I like the new app

easy to make a order and pay

best quality bedding

They add the most expensive delivery service on checkout, and navigating to change the delivery option took forever. if you don't check it carefully you will click pay. so annoying!

fantastic value

Great service & price

so easy and straight forward and good quality goods

Very complicated setting up an account on my laptop..kept getting a message 'oops very busy' and had to set up on my mobile...very nearly gave up !

Great website, easy home delivery, fantastic prices.

app is awful. nearly cancelled my full basket because its so slow.

App is so slow and unresponsive

looks nice

quick and easy to buy online

Took a very long time to do order

The unit was £170 and it said i qualified for 99p delivery so why did I pay more.

Lots of products to choose from good value fast delivery

Quick and easy to do

I think this is a great site

The worst app I've ever used! Reminds me of when we used to be on dial-up, complete bag of knackers.

disappointed. confusing. loads of the same products from different manufacturers at different prices. I've placed a big order and everything is arriving on different days. how hard can it be to coordinate to have it the same day? I won't be using the site again.

I love ❤ Shopping online with Debenhams.💫

your app is a nightmare first time I used it too slow and keeps taking me back to beginning won't use app again very frustrating took me 1 hr to order a pair of shorts

Irresistibly sexy

very good

easy to use

great site

Such great choice and good prices.

fab service as always

easy to order great products and great delivery

very good

app works fine. I browse, look at goods, ect.. problem is cannot order a thing, not because the app is faulty but Debenhams will not Deliver to the Isle of Wight, every other company will, I have not come across any other that won't ? if your 1 of 150,000 people living on the IOW "which is literally 10 minutes from Portsmouth, this app is pretty much useless because of Debenhams Policy. Well done Debenhams we love you to, we might love you a bit more, if you didn't ostracize our entire community

great choice and loads of bargains to be found

very good had helpful

excellent service

easy to use app. clear and efficient.

Great value and service

Could be better

Great filters and lovely products. beautiful wedding guest outfits 😍

the app itself seems a bit glitchy. very frustrating.

keeps blocking out

easy ordering and lots of items

Atrocious, incorrect item was sent to me, phoned the supplier who said they would post out the correct item and emailed me paid postage for the incorrect item to send back. 5 days later I'm refunded for the item minus postage, for the wrong item that was sent to me. If I had disliked the item of understand, but they sent me the wrong one

I like debenhams , the clothes are really good quality, never been disappointed .

Not too bad. I kept losing the page and didn't quite know how to get rid of duplicate items, but I managed and I'm quite proud I managed to place my order.

first class service

fantastic

Impossible to connect . Poor service sadly.

fantastic prices...find my sons aftershaves here and my home furniture great prices, great quality highly recommend.

Excellent selection, fantastic offers great place to shop, variable payment methods to suit, overall magnificent experience!!

The app is painful to use. I specifically went on the app to buy something which I found and I added to my bag, I wanted to have a browse at other things but it was so slow I just gave up and didn't purchase anything else.

easy to use especially on payment

easy to use website

Great service

Checkout is very clunky.

great service from Debenhams online

can't get no help

Very very slow rubbish I ever Co across app like this.

so slow....

easy and quick to use

excellent

it alr

Spent ages going over offers and prices to find some nice pieces, only for after all the hours browsing and comparing to be utterly wasted after getting to checkout and it informs me cannot deliver to my address (Northern Ireland). Like surely that should be better advertised, they had the address as my shipping whole time whilst logged in and should be advertised what can and can't be delivered to address prior to checkout.

value for money 💰

The Clothes are always excellent quality, the delivery has never been late. The sizes are true to size.

cheaper than most fragrance shops for beauty products

delivery dont know whats going on says free with code then adds delivery on?

website is sooooo slow and annoying

great wee place too look at and shop amazing

it has taken almost an hour to place order, network so slow very frustrating

offers 10% if you download the app. Once you do it never mentions it again

Easy to use, and secure 🥇

Great value, fast payment, great company, and yes, I would recommend 👌 👍

Website is really easy to use, item descriptions are clear & no hassle at checkout. Great

It is always a pleasure to shop at Debenjams

Good service, quick and easy

very happy. x

This app and the website are so slow, an absolute nightmare to navigate. Ridiculous amount of options and the filters are useless. Do better, Debenhams, PLEASE!

easy to use

Fabulous service, gorgeous 😍 products, and arranged of well-known bands. Excellent discounts are offered. Quality products & clothing. Super fast delivery. Highly recommended. It's still great to see Debenhams online. Thank you 😊

Great Bargain and Value for Money

Miss Debenhams store but pleased I can still shop on line great sale offers and quality

Easy to navigate the site and payments.

Slow and laggy, almost gave up

app is great for bargains, but the descriptions need more detail

Debenham will charge you the standard delivery but then include you a plus service at extra cost there is no customer service number ,I will not buy again or use this app .

easy to navigate. lots of options from different companies

I've been buying furniture from Debenhams since late 2024 and each purchase has been a great experience so much that Debenhams is now my first choice for furniture. Delivery is reliable and I've not had any issues with the quality of the items I purchased.

really easy to use

Always worth checking Debenhams prices for beauty products. I just saved 30% on Percy & Reed products and it only cost me 99p delivery. Win win 😁

App easy to use and great selection of mens clothing.

easy ordering. plenty of choice

Im pleased with Debenhams shopping 🛍. Always.

Everything I have purchased from Debenhams has been brilliant. Highly recommend

Painfully slow website, I took 3hrs to complete my first order!

Great selection of products and offers

easy to order

The app is not user friendly. Pages take a long time to l.oad, when scrolling ... pages get stuck, numerous items added to the basket, when only 1 intended. Overall, very frustrating 😕. Debenhams sale prices do not disappoint, as usual.

love that I can choose from a wide range of quality products

Great sale deals..x

ok

website extremely slow

Easy to shop online with good and affordable price. Only two products which I ordered were defective. Overall good experience.

excellent site🥇👍

Excellent Service,regards peter

great website

good service and good products prices good as well

app is faster than the website at least

Website very glitchy

Excellent 💯 Purchase

good

Product choice & prices excellent. Website extremely slow, delivery expensive & usually takes forever.

Great reductions

Website is glitchy

so so slow, unable to change item quantity or delete items from basket. updating erratic. Poor, nearly gave up.

easy to use website found what I needed

Great. always good

website is really slow

every time I go on the Debenhams website is it extremely slow

love debenhams, so easy to find what you're looking for. x

Internal search is terrible, discount code for downloading app not working (probably because of not applicable for 3rd party sellers but they don't tell you the conditions anywhere), discount code for free express delivery not working, terrible UI with no user error guidance.

Love Debenhams, so glad its online after we last local store. Quality and value for money is fantastic 👏

site easy to navigate, 4 items bought came separately and quickly. now it seems every other advert is for Debenhams - l've done my shopping so leave me alone!

Deliveries over £30 offered free delivery which wasn't applied neither was the discount code. 🥺

not clear online full payment

told me I could have free next day delivery, it said the code was accepted but still charged me £3.99 for delivery, what's the point in advising it all over your website

Excellent to deal with. Clothes are lovely.

easy to use

beautiful quality items at bargain prices

Promised 10% discount that didn't exist, then misleading pop ups to get you to sign up to a £18 per month "cash back" scheme.

easy to order online and happy with the postage and price.

Received the wrong size waistcoat ordered from the online website. According to Debenhams returns policy, I had to pay £2.49 to send the item back (on top of the £2.99 I spent to have it posted to me) . I contacted customer service and sent proof that I had received the wrong item. I stated that I wished to be reimbursed in full (which they agreed to), but when I received my refund (which took 20 days to arrive) I did not receive the money I spent on postage.

very easy purchase

the app has a lot of lagging. the add also said that the app would save me and extra 10%, it didnt. I'm unsure of the customer benefit to downloading the app and Im going to delete. I wish companies were so bent on pushing apps especially if theyre not beneficial and robust

Great website 👍

very good

The shop is great, the app is slow and glitchy

Extremely slow website. Painful to review products and proceed with the purchase. Also couple of products applied incorrect discount (website showing 40% off but basket applied only 25% off from the original price) and for that reason I removed some items from my basket

Trying to purchase a bed,got all the way to the end with payment and it said it doesnt deliver to my address never again

Debenhams falls to the bottom.

an AI could build a faster and smoother app and online experience. so slow nothing loads. on a top of the range phone on fast wifi and website took forever. The. tried the app, thats slow as. then crashed.

unable to access free shipping even though it was stated

Good prices for high-quality brands

very good and easy to use

Wouldn't let me add the £5 welcome gift card. Couldn't find anything worth having with free express delivery so postage costing a £4.99 so that's a tenner I'm down.

the FREEDEL code does not work!!!

fabulous 👌

best ,easy

Easy to navigate

App is very slow

I think this is a brilliant way to pay. It's so easy and affordable and saves a lot of stress. You still have to be careful not to take on too much payments 🙂

brilliant price, almost half price compared to other sites selling exact same model.

love the Debenham's app ' easy to order on line ' good value good's and really low to pay for a year's delivery

One star for falsely advertising 10% off in app, this is not true.

downloaded the app to get an extra 10% off and applied the code and it said its been accepted but no discount had been added

the best products compared to other shops and arrival time as per request

terrible to find stuff

brilliant deals now, worth checking out

great app, easy to use.

Advertised discount code for using the app but doesn't honour it

very quick and easy to use. The handbag looks lovely.
