Download Apartment List: Rent app V3.27.0 APK Free, Mod Premium

extremely fast, and helpful

what is the point of setting a budget if it's gonna show you stuff way above???

Zach 3

Get you cribs hur

it seems like the apartment list is actually a helpful guide to look for apartments and within your price range and your conditions of what you want.

I noticed that the app was copying my fingerprint. I immediately uninstalled the app. This app needs an investigation as why it's saving and photocopying my fingertips

My budget max was not taken into account. I don't appreciate that.

false adds

Horrible!!!! Setup like a dating app where you see only one at a time via "carousel" style. I just want a list I can look through. useless and time wasting.

Every single listing "match" it should me would always be a few hundred dollars over what you put your budget at makes it super frustrating

haven't had any experience yet should it be nice if somebody would call some of us aren't computer savvy

great

By far one of the most annoying apartment search apps out there. Do you want to get spammed with a million emails every time you click "maybe" on an apartment? do you want to be interrupted with constant popups? do you LOVE unskippable tutorials with annoying animations that take too long for no other reason than to be flashy? and do you HATE adequate information on the apartments? If yes to all, then this is the app for you! download "tinder, but for apartments" today!

my app never has fully opened..I haven't seen any apartment on this app cuz it wont open!!!!

There are more fake and scam listing in this app than real ones. I have to file an ftc and ic3 complaint for each fake listing and stolen identity. As for this app...,use it with your own peril unless you have lawyers and police in your back.

in the app you get the option to allow an automatic inquiry or not. most i said no thanks, they are still notified and are flooding my email LIKE I DIDN'T WANT.

edit: your app uses ai agents and other ai slop. every single one i contacted lead to ai contact. the ai agents even said the listings were "heavily staged or generated" when questioned you guys should manually review all new listings and old ones and make them show you via video garbage AI slop app. all it does is connect you to not very well made fake listings with AI gen images of apartments. its phishing all your data. do not download unless you are ok with it being a fraud data theft app.

Not enough search filters, such as lease length, fees, requirements, internet, utilities, etc. Things that can make a sea of random rentals searchable.

okay

yeah it's too many ads. it's too many AIS too much. I'm not a fan

eh

3 more weeks and then giving me

not worth the effort

only shows the most expensive apartments in a certain city and state.

so far no problem in residential listings. just a matter of time to find that right choice of living.

Suckkssss!!!!! it crashes all the time. when I click on notifications for apartments, the app doesn't even open up not all apartments are listed so this doesn't even help.

I found my dream apartment, and yet everything In my gut tells me it's a scam. the realtor isn't even listed as licensed in this state. I don't know how you could screen out the scams though

As many properties not labeled on a requested....

useless. you give them a price and location and they give you everything that is 300 or more above your budget and out of your location

if I tell you I'm looking for a studio and my max payment is 1200 why are you showing me only three and four bedroom places that are $2000

id like to see more apartments

sometimes filter is ignored

show me some more that's realistic by my financial standards

I like the places that you have,Just not enough handicap accessible places for the wheelchair and lift .thanks anyway.

No matter how much I tell it not to send my information to a property it does it anyway. I should be able to generate a list and decide who I want to send my information. why ask if i want to send the info if you are going to send it anyway.

the set up and organizing wants were easy but it kept showing everything out of my price range, over $100. I wanted to see just 2bedroom apartments and it didn't register that when sorting through my matches. Waste of time.

always keeps me informed

" IT'S NOTHING LIKE HAVING U'RE OWN PLACE TO HAVE, 5 STAR'S PLUS AND MUCH, MUCH MORE THAN WE ALL EXPECTED SHO-NUFF PEOPLE 4SHO " !!!

very first listing it showed me was outside my budget, and there's no option to only show things meeting your criteria, just their "flex matches"

it doesn't allow me to view the apartments that are asking me to apply 😔

turns from good to spam real quick when it proceeds to show you apartments that don't meet your requirements. then it suggests you abandon your requirements. i wanted a 15m commute. it gave me 157 apartments, mostly over an hour away. i choose "best commute"- shows 9..again mostly an hour or more away. then all the ai bots start emailing you. ones you contacted and others you didnt. soon your email is full and you can't figure out which properties are interesting and which ones are spam.

sent me areas I don't want to live in

I have never had good luck with this app when I try to find apartments I just feel like it's not reliable

I like the app because you can save things and not have a bunch of windows open, but there were two things I didn't like about the app. 1. it asks you if you would like the apartment to contact you, I said no because I'm not moving for several months. I have been contacted by every apartment I looked at. 2. it asks you for a budget, but lots of people are flexible with their budget. if I picked a certain budget it wouldn't let me see any other floor plan. I had to do it myself through a browser

No way to search with a map, only provides random places in a list.

I can't make any changes or edits Can't access the Edit portion to put my preference in for any apartments UPDATE I went back to the app although I was able get some access I still find it difficult to search and adjust the filter for my search preference

good

For some reason, this app continuously disregards the request for a commute 30 minutes or less and shows me communities over an hour away from my job. I'm going to find another app because this one just wastes my time. Nice to look at but fails at functionality.

not helpful

I couldn't find anything i could use. pricing too expensive

informative

helped me find a great place with everything I needed. Thank You

I enjoy using this app it's very nice and easy to use.

I never tried your real estate yet .but I would look at your apartments .

useless, I gave it 3 city's I have to stay in and it keeps showing me another city I will not move to

only north city

I've used this app many times and generally like it. It's convenient in how it presents community options according to one's preferences and allows one to narrow down their faves, maybes, and their rejections. It then creates a short list of those preferred options. However, it has major bugs recently... none of the links I receive in my notifications actually open the app; and when I try saving my personal information, it keeps closing the app and no info can be saved. This is super annoying!

Extremely annoying that you cannot get suggestions that have all the criteria you filter for. Forces you to go through lists of dozens of things that don't match your criteria you already set, even though some of the things in those lists have all the criteria.

I would have enjoyed a more detailed map look of the rentals, but it was still o.k. thank you.

good

This app keeps on freezing, stops working, idk why.

Showing same apartments daily that I rejected

it was working wonderful enjoyed everything about it but it only works once maybe twice then it will never load again

I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with little to no steps and I'm not getting good results

ive rated the choices and my list is never updated. it keeps listing same properties that ive put NOPE on. my most important to me is location.

Like the clean UI layout.

can't take away a location clogging up my view of apartments. I'm not looking in that city anymore!

the app don't load i have watched the same screen for 10 minutes and it never loaded please fix it

I so hope they can find me something rent to own I really do I don't know nothing about this app but I'm giving it my best shot

love this App 😀

App mainly shows places outside of my search range & way outside of my price range.

This app sucks!!!! Stop asking me questions and show me whats available. Ask more questions than it needs too. Just show me the map and not 1 apartment at a time like its a freaking dating app. This app must of gotten a lot of 5 stars from people who created it bc theres no way it should have this many. Terrible app!!! Such a time consuming app. For something you should just be able to click and look. All it does is ask questions.

I'm looking for a 3br 2+ba apartment, and the app suggests a 0br1ba listing as a "good match" for me. ???

it works really good to start then after about a week it just loads and nothing else so ya not the best one.

Perfect 🦺

This app feels more like a pushy car salesman than an apartment finder. When I set my price budget, this app NEVER shows listings within my budget, always higher... I'll pass on this app. If you don't worry about how much your rent is, this is a good app for you. If you're on a budget, aim lower than you can actually afford. Best of Luck 🤞🏻

👍

not reliable

Keep getting Error Code 404!

the app and website will not load any more. its been a week of this

wanting a government apartment ?

doesn't show you the area you want to move in. shows areas i wouldn't dare think about. no matter how many times I refresh it, it does the same thing

good

this is one convenient app to use where you can select the choices that you're looking for easily and conveniently very very awesome app when you're looking for a new place to live

golden Valley, MN studio available w/d, patio, pool

hasn't been helpful

Tried to set up tours with several properties but none ever responded. Ads carry no phone numbers.

If there are any affordable places in town, this will not have them. However, if you would like to see the most expensive places in those same neighborhoods, you're in the right place. But, seriously. there's at least a small few in every other search ap/site. not this one, lowest options are 300-700 over budget when I know options exist.

Worthless. Why do you bother asking for my budget if every single result you're going to give me is at least $500 MORE than the budget I set? Why bother asking literally anything if all you're going to show is the garbage you want and not the search terms I put in? The Apartments app returned over 15 results in the same area that were in my budget and your app returned ZERO. ZERO LOCATIONS. Making an unusable app is against Google's TOS and a grievance has been filed. Trash gets removed.

kcool

So much set up. So much pages to go through. Requires your monthly income. Requires login. All before you can start seeing any apartments. Uninstalled quick

I hate the buttons. let me look for myself

I just spent time and money on my day off only to be duped on a place that is not even available for leasing or tours even though I received confirmation on a tour I booked. The listing even gives a number that isn't even connected to the right place. I will never use this app again.

it was good

neat

Great Job

no way to have ISO roommate listings to help lower rent costs. very limited UI search, and recommended a place almos $400 over budget cause nothing was close. they prob just harvest your data and sell to scammers.

fine

I listed ONE very, very distinct area I want to live and the app keeps sending me suggestions out of that area that I always reject. It wastes my time. Have no idea how to make it stop.

Nice looking app.. I like the yes, no, maybe feature but I'm constantly being shown apartments outside of the max monthly amount I have filtered. I indicated a max of $2400 (which is pushing it) and I'm being shown places that are $2700-2900 a month

still no home

nobody ever replies

great

Not helpful at all!!!

can't even imagine what it was like

the match feature is awful I put in what I was looking for and not a single apartment was even close to what I put. most where 500$+ over my budget or not the correct # of bedrooms and over budget. overall this app didnt help me at all in my apartment search and was a waste of data and storage. I think If you could select non-negotiable items that your looking for it would improve the app even if there are no matches it would be better then it is now.

They are the only apartment app that doesn't have any apartments when I do a search. They only want to show me apartments much higher than what I can afford, again I have tried several apps and this is the only one to do this.

2qnr to moved

judge you before you see who.they even are, a.i. isn't helping swamped with emails and I gave a wrong phone no. WE K IW WHAT HAPPENS WITH THAT! CALLS Not just a hundred txts, done!

good user face, easy to use... TERRIBLE matches. I set my cost preference to $1,500 and the app shows me options that are $2,300. That is ridiculous. it should only show me what fits in my filters. $800 over limit is much more than a "stretch"

No available apt. in some of the communities I was interested in! Do you offer, houses for rent?

There's zero purpose to having a max budget slider if your'e exclusively showing apartments over that range. everything it suggests is $400 more than what I selected as max.

horrible app. the app doesn't care about the location of where you wanna live, it gives you the same location even if you never add it to the list. I add everything but Philly and it keeps giving me Philadelphia.

Does use your criteria. It's like a dating app with left and right swipes. There is no map view of all listing. Deleted immediately.

I think it might work. sounds greatHope I find a place. I would. love you to come .

sometimes the app doesn't want to open. I do have the correct/current app loaded.

Haven't found anything yet 😕

this app keeps shutting down will not save any information

cannot update information from the last time I used the app 6 years ago.

Waste of time. The app doesn't show the information that you provide in the criteria search. Ugly interface.

My experience with this app is awesome it's good a lot of choices to make thanks

ok

at first it started ok but eventually it just gave me listings way outside of my selected price range.

1 db 1bth on the first floor rental around $500-600

the keeps showing me senior living rentals which is not what I'm look for and your filter option is horrible

It tells you to set the criteria of what you're looking for, then doesn't even follow it in the list it provides you.

Great App. Not financially able to afford moving right now and don't know when, but thank you for helping me try.

reasonable price

quick and easy

I need to know how I get a place where I can get it based on my income. .

so far, very pleasant.

horrible. no good filters, cheap search engine

1) RE: App complaint sending landlords our info followed by their contacting us. If we chose LOVE the unit (1 of 3 choices) we then have two more choices, send to landlord to contact us or Do Not be contacted. One must read before tapping anything to properly secure what is Your choice. 2) My Experience: For current & future needs I found my Absolutely Perfect new senior housing unit thru this app. With feelings of great joy calm peace & security I leave behind a nasty slumlord for Ü♥︎Nirvana♥︎Ü

don't like it

absolute garbage. no matter what i save my preferences to it will only show me listings in lehigh acres.

awesome$

Shared details of properties and neighborhoods.

👍

This app doesnt have a filter. I want only townhomes and it searches for everything.

The app won't open anymore It worked for the first 48hrs

Terrible app 75% of matches exceeded my max rent filter and offered less info than a google search. Seeing reviews it looks like the owner botted reviews. A lot have only used this app lol.

I love how things come into my list and it's so easy to use. alerts are amazing.

Good

The people that run this app are not smart. I began looking for properties using this app and they started sending my information to different complexes without my knowledge or consent. I missed out on multiple different move-in specials (some valued over $2500) because I was not ready to sign a lease within 48 hours of them receiving my information. Very unprofessional and possibly illegal.

Not helpful at all. Most were notbin the area.

I need a apartment

thanks again 👍👍😊

does not give addresses & prices, on all

Looking to Move In April 1st Doesn't Have to Have 3 Bathrooms Just 3 Bedroom and Maybe 2 Bathrooms Depends What is Available

looking for an apt

wonderful

looking for apartments in Newark is difficult

I found a place then lost it on my phone

good so far

I wish there was a way to filter out co-living properties. I keep getting spammed with them.

great, really easy to find and move in

I keep getting emails from this app about places to rent but every time I try to open the email it just freezes up. Please fix the app thank you

good

bad search tool, seems like it's trying to be different and ended up being inconvenient!!

Data tracking app

sometimes difficult to follow. jumps around too much.

After hitting "maybe" or "love" on an apartment, you are then signed up for email subscriptions from the apartment complex. You will get spammed with emails after using this app.

awesome

informative app

it's showing apartment from places I did not choose

I like the app

This application doesn't list rentals, it seems to simply be malware that tries to steal your personal information with a giant form.

not good offer so far. $900.-'$1600. 1 @1 bath bed

is this a apartment app or a dating app 🤣😂👎👎👎

I was almost homeless until I downloaded this app and found me a nice

Actually useful.

am a disabled 54 yr old woman with not much social security income;less than $1000..so I can't pay rent or anything with that. I need help. am paralyzed on all of my left side! plus I would need a 2 bedroom apt for my aide to help me at night too. I use a wheelchair so I guess not!

Awesomely awesome thank you very much

Tinder for apartment searching. Terrible UI, terrible search options, and it doesn't even save neighborhoods in searches. Absolute garbage. Save time and energy by just using many of the other far better aggregators.

most of the apton gear are fake AI pics

the format of the app is terrible and confusing, not very user friendly

this app doesn't have a lot of properties to see International the rooms only the front and kitchen either set if sometime they don't answer the apartments available for phone calls or nothing do not download this app

They changed the system and it's awful and overwhelming. they made it to where if you just like something they send out a thing saying that you want the apartment and you get completely overwhelmed by everyone you liked on the list immediately messaging you even if you weren't sure. I was just starting my search again and this was a horrible experience. let people choose if they want to reach out to these people don't bombard someone so they can't even get a minute to look between the options.

resourceful

Terrible app. Open Zillow and learn how a real estate app should function. The level of hand holding that this app forces down your throat is disgusting. Show me a map, give me filters, then go tf away.

Awesome

ok by

spy app

The reviews are very outdated. Most are 4 years old. I would like to read more current reviews.

this fake app should be remove from app store

good

it's okay, I need an app like this for duplexes and mobile homes.

I don't know how some of these advertisers get on some of these sites it seems like the sights don't care who advertises on their property.. half the people you call and try to schedule a showing or flaky and are no shows

This application sucks. If you want to look outside your area where you live you cant its absolutely maddening. It does not seem to want to allow you access to other location, you cant change location parameters and its an absolute piece of excrement

Cool

takes too long to sign in w google

Really annoying that I set my search for a certain budget and yet it STILL shows me apartment after apartment WAY OUT OF MY BUDGET. Like we're talking $400-$700 out of budget. Why have the filter option for that if you're not going to make it so I only see things within my budget???

its alright. Just won't let me change my preferences after I've set them.

i feel as if this app is not a family oriented app for renters.

definitely not for me. it looks for places based on how much I make. regardless of what I set my price range at. then it only places it shows within my price range are in the ghetto. I look on different apps & find places within what I want to pay not in the ghetto. why would I want a place that I have to pay top dollar for. I'd like to save some money. not give it all to someone else to get rich off of me.

awesome

on choice 8 disabled 69 yrs old trying to move by April plz God Bless

great service

shows location but doesn't stick to budget preference showing many places out of budget. It says it is struggling to find apartments. Apartments dot com don't have this is and it's manual. To many wasteful viewing if the apartment is 1000 out my range what good does it do.

The app was fine up until a few days and today. I am in GA, but it gives addresses for a city in AL. The app also has my preference stuck at a budget of $10,000. The app will also tell me it found new locations, but it does not. I wish they would fix this because when I try to fix the preference, it does nothing.
